Didn’t feel like working out today so I did a dynamic stretch instead. Now I’m nice and warm, feeling limber and energetic without the full on exhaustion from a true workout. Some of these moves were hard for me. I’m not as flexible as I’d like and I have a shoulder injury 😔 but I got through it, which was the goal

So this is my workout plan for the rest of the year 2023.
I tried to implement cycle syncing variation between the weeks and kept a little bit of structure in the beginning and end of every week (yoga / lower body).
There are still 57 days to go and so if you want to join me here is a challenge to end the year strong.
Emi’s channel is amazing, you can find full body workouts and targeted workouts. Most of them are less than 20 mins but some go for 30 mins - an hour! Most of her exercises are also low impact but burn a good amount of cals. I track how much I burn with my fitbit but ik some of you can’t do that. Also I love her playlists!!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this app is. It has so many different types of workouts from HIIT to Yoga to Pilates and more. You can set the intensity, equipment and time limit to whatever you need and easily find workouts that match it. I’m actually shocked that not many people know about this app because it’s amazing, it has a lot of different trainers and options. The best part is, ALL the workouts are literally free!! You don’t have to pay for the workouts. However you do have to pay for a personalised plan, mealspo and music. But overall it’s a great app <3

Her workouts are by far my favourite!! They’re fairly easy (depends on the person ofc) and even though a lot of the exercises don’t include intense exercises, it still burns cals and since alot of her exercises are quite short you can do as many as you want!
