Guys, it's happened! The channel Universal Pictures released a teaser of the movie Five Nights At Freddy's! AAAAAAAA!! We have survived! I'm not exactly a hardcore fan, but I really love the first 4 games and a bit of a Sister's Location. I've been waiting for the movie for 5 years!

Animatronics look great, I like it!

But it's not clear: animatronics in this movie are like killing machines? But these are animatronics from the first part...It spoils the impression a little and is unclear. But let's see what happens in the film itself. Maybe it's a nightmare that Mike had.

The pizzeria looks good too. The graphics are cool!

Josh Hutcherson as Michael Schmidt looks... ah...What a handsome man! This role suits him very well. BUT! He is Schmidt, not Afton. Maybe there will be a plot twist in the film, where his real surname and kinship with William Afton will be revealed. This is for those who are not familiar with the plot of the games. Or is it another alternate universe? Eh... don't know.

An interesting fact: in this frame it is the TVs, not the tablet as in the game. Since the actions of the film (and in the first game) take place in the 90s. And there were no such technologies yet. And in the game, the tablet was added just for convenience.

So we did finally go and see the Five Nights at Freddy's movie we would have seen it last week but couldn't because of Halloween Plans so we went this week Now much like Gran Turismo I have never played the games but I know about them and have watched people play them but but not playing the games personally that won’t stop me from going to see the movie and enjoying it. and surprisingly there wasn't any collectables for this.

As for the movie itself I thought it was pretty good. I didn’t know much going into it other then the basic story of it was about a security guard at a Chuck E. Cheese type restaurant were the animatronic characters come to life at night with murderous intent. so didn’t know what to expect I didn’t follow the production of the movie.

From what I understood this movie follows alot of the story from the first game but of course has stuff from the other games as well. There are some references and Easter eggs in this for fans of the games

Now you're basic story is just that Mike Schmidt (played by Josh Hutcherson) accepts a job as night security at the run down restaurant "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza" after he is fired from his previous job after a violent incident happens. He is having a hard time in life after his brother is kidnapped and killed and his parents die leaving him to take care of his somewhat special needs younger sister. So needing the money he takes this job and encounters the rather haunted animatronic characters which ties into the mystery of his brothers murder and his killer.

Now I didn't find this movie scary at all it did have a bit of creepiness to it but that was about it. Most of the kills were pretty much done off screen as well. I feel the main draw for this is/was the animatronic characters. They were amazingly done the look of them was spot in the visual effects, the actual animatronics and the live action suit work was all excellent and the suits were made by none other then Jim Henson's Creature Shop which I thought was cool.

other then that I thought it was well acted by everyone involved and also features one of my favorite people Matthew Lillard who I think always shines in any role he has be it a sadistic villain, the wacky comedy relief or as Shaggy from Scooby-Doo.

but other then that I thought the movie was pretty good one of the people I went with played all the games and they loved it so if they loved it then that is the main thing but for me I thought it was pretty good so if your curious I would recommend giving it a watch

also there is a bit of a funny mid credits scene so you don't want to miss that

Okay, I honestly don't care whether the FNaF movie is good or bad. The fact that Universal is making a big-budget film based on an indie horror game that struggled to even reach its goal for production through crowdsourcing and is now 10+ games into its internationally-famous series just makes me REALLY happy.
