staff frequently mix and match their uniform pieces, seen here with liam and jeremy! management really could not care less, as long as it's the official uniform pieces.

there's also no gender-specific clothing rules, and as noted, all accessories are optional.

the band members (new and old) are the only uniforms actively kept in-stock, but the daycare attendant and DJMM both have uniforms based on them too. the mentioned 'standard' uniform in the fic is based on the S.T.A.F.F bots!

It's not talked enough how Winx owes some elements to Dragon Ball, from the chinese Great Dragon (in a world dominated by western styled dragons) taking from the omnipotent Shenron, Bloom going Super Saiyan multiple times with a gold aura all around her, the mix of magic and futuristic elements in its worldbuilding and cities, with a distinct green tint.

Iginio Straffi has mentioned Dragon Ball multiple times in his interviews as "the anime for boys in the late 90s, taking over stuff for girls". For context, Sailor Moon ended its airing in 1997 in Italy and networks scrambled to find its replacement until 2001 with Ojamajo Doremi and Corrector Yui, in the awakening of Pokemon, Digimon and of course... Dragon Ball.

The original Dragon Ball actually came in Italy in 1989 on private TV network Junior TV, but it wasn't until the 1999 Mediaset redub that it received mainstream success and a VHS release while the TV broadcasting was still ongoing, all the way to GT in 2001, the year the Magica Bloom's scrapped pilot was done, and from there on the anime was reran daily at lunch and dinner timeslots, the ones with the highest viewercounts. We know from concept art that Magica Bloom had a much more classic fantasy style approach with its castles and backgrounds and there's speculation that Bloom wasn't even the fairy of the Dragon Flame, but of the Wind! It's undeniable that between 1999 and 2001, with the retooling after the scrapped pilot, Dragon Ball influenced Winx' final results.

Did you know the original Dragon Ball also had merch aimed at girls? The series always had a varied audience, just like Winx was always meant to be for everyone

Au, wherein Izuku's latent AFO quirk expresses itself as an unquenchable desire to steal. Steal everything. But Izuku isn't about to let a little kleptomania keep him from entering UA!

1 - Izuku has kept his unquenchable desire to steal in check by regularly raiding Katsuki's collection. For years, Katsuki believed that he was insane because no matter how many traps or security measures he puts around his collection, things keep disappearing like they were stolen by some kind of ghost!

2 - During the Sludge villain accident, Izuku ran in Katsuki's direction because after the shock of discovering All Might's true identity, he needed to steal something and he knew that Katsuki keeps his All Might card on him at all time. The Sludge Villain didn't stand a chance.

3 - Izuku is trying to hide the whole "need to steal stuff" so he actually uses the 10 months of training as a plan to steal One for All. Yes, All Might was going to give it to him. Izuku still needed to steal it.

4 - The things that Izuku stole include: a piece of the zero pointer (he needed the one in the middle and that's how he got his rescue points), Aizawa's scarf (Aizawa thought he was challenging the whole idea of the Quirk Apprehension Test but no, Izuku just found the scarf neat), Kyle (Tomura still cries every time he thinks about how the USJ attack was ruined by this green brat taking his noumu), every headband at the Sport Festival (every pro was impressed while Izuku was internally screaming the whole time), Endeavor's credit card, Stain's many blades (to this day, Tenya believes his best friend appeared in this alley to save him but Izuku hadn't even seen him at the time), Gran Torino's microwave (GT still doesn't know he was the one who did it) and, during Kamino, half of AFO's quirks.

5 - While Izuku believes himself to be really smooth and that no one has noticed his raccoon tendencies, All Might actually guessed that Izuku has a quirk and urges related to it. Except that he believes that Young Midoriya's quirk is that he can steal stuff undetected when it's just a skill Izuku has acquired through years of raiding Katsuki's merch collection.

idk if these count as hcs or not but I might have some!

MJ 182: - he's a shapeshifting alien. idk what his true form would be yet but I want to draw it someday, I'd go with some sort of anthro reptile/shark mix probably - a bit of an asshole, likes to cause problems on purpose (his main goal is pissing off El Cool P) - loves pop-punk (bruh MJ makes me wish there was an actual pop-punk version of Incredibox where he's the main character..) - he thinks Xenomorph is a hottie.. (dfkgjhdfks) - I like to think he's a good artist, specifically good at spray painting (and he uses his talent to destroy public property or El Cool P's belongings) - definitely the most rebellious guy in the group - hates to dress up - can and will bite people (mostly Cool P)

El Cool P: - huge ego. absolutely massive - probably commits crimes (loves arson) - idk there's something wrong with him - would do good stuff for people (like giving money to charity) just to make himself feel better and make people love him more - uses his good looks and charm to his advantage - if he wants something, he WILL get it - probably has tons of merch with his own stupid face on it (he owns an El Cool Shirt and an El Cool Plushie for sure) - owns like millions of suits (and matching bucket hats) - argues with MJ all the time - a terrible driver (don't get into a car with him) (how did he even get a driving license?)

KC Glow: - precious baby boy, an absolute angel - looooong sleeves - does the excited flappy hand thing a lot - can actually glow in the dark, somehow - has freckles! - you could probably pick him up and carry him around and he would be chill about it

ASAP Bee: - looks like a cinnamon roll but could kill you - loves bees, they are his best buddies - probably stores bees in his fanny pack - if you hurt/kill a bee, he will beat the shit out of you - seriously don't mess with him and his bee friends - loves bee memes, puns and everything bee related - owns a machine gun (this one is ridiclous but some people call him a machine gun guy and it made me think that it would be funny if he actually owned a gun. so don't mess with his bees unless you want a bullet in your butt) - absolutely loves honey, he's obsessed with it, always carries a bottle/jar of honey around

Big Duke: - looks like a cinnamon roll and is a cinnamon roll - a very chill and nice guy - always ready to help! - I like to think he's a little chubby - short king

Swingy: - works out a lot, he's very fit and pretty strong - I talked about this some time ago but he gives me the 80's fitness instructor vibes so he can probably teach people how to work out properly and dance - kinda stupid but he's very nice! :D - loves food and eats all the time - likes his hair a lot and doesn't want anyone touching it - generally likes to look pretty

Blue GT: - kind of a bitch - has heterochromia (I drew him with different eye colors once and loved the idea a lot lol) - he's sooo tired of hearing MJ and Cool P argue ("just kill each other already") - he just wants to be left alone - wears turtlenecks and rings - has to look fabulous at all times - loves coffee

Memphis: - doesn't want to get in trouble but somehow always ends up getting in trouble because of MJ or Cool P (because they are assholes) (Mephis still likes to spend time with his buddies tho, even if it doesn't always end up being good for him) - his hair is extremely floofy and soft, it's unbelievable - he seems a little shy to me..

and that's all I guess.. I don't really have any headcanons for the other dudes, but I might come up with something someday

This is the best gift I ever received and so funny and crazy as well becasue when I was young there just WASNT toys or clothing or any merchandise available for Cartoons or Vdoeo Games or what have you. If you wanted to see your favorite character you would have to go to Google Images on your DSi (wi-fi permitting) and look at the same Deviantart drawings over and over

Super Mario and Pokemon plushes were like items of royalty (other than Pikachu. Pikachus were highly respected but nonetheless common. Kind of like cats in real life). They were rare and impossible to find and my brother had some Mario pluishies and we wer elike WOOOWOWHWOWHWO HOW DID YOU EVEN FIND THOSE ?!?!?! Honestly we probbaly just didnt know how to use the internet. But nonetheless that was the first impression of life that i got when it came to video game or cartoon stuff. What you wanted most just simply did not exists

Nopwadays of course it's completely different and I stil find myself reeling. You can go online and customize stickers and clothing EASILY !!!!!!!! You can go to the mall and find a store that sells Waluigi plushies like it's No Big Deal. They propbably have him in 3 different sizes

So when I got into dragon ball I was delighted (and contonue to be delioghted) at how EASY it is to just ... FIND IT ANYWHERE ??? You go into any random store and there's a chance of finding some sweatshirt with goku on it. For no reason. AND I'M ALWAYS THRILLED TO SEE IT !!!!!

And I was disappinted but Not Surpised when I find out that they just dont really make Goten & Trunks merchandise like they do with anyone else. Plenty of Gohan, plenty of Future Trunks, and that's swag. But you're not gonna find little Goten or Trunks (with the exception of those crappy 1999-2000 series figurines of them WHICH I DID ACQUIRE two years ago at my local Goku store and yes I did immediately tear the original packaging asunder. Actually I'm not religious but tearing them open did feel like a holy and careful thing to do and so I felt strongly compelled to get in the shower and thoroughly wash my feet first???? I don't now why. But I did do that)

And when the Superhero movie was announced it was like AIEEEEE New Goten & Trunks designs !!!

But then even a while after the movie came out I was struggling to find screenshots. No official art was even appearing on google images for a while and the movie wasn't on any of my sites, but I did find some yourube videos with them in it. But I wanted better refs of Goten & Trunks and I was just having trouble. But then a while after that they DID start appearing on Google Images and that was enough to MAKE ME HAPPY!!!!!!!

But i wasnt expecting MERCHANIDSE. Like OF COURS ENOT !!! Like DBZ is crazy popualr but you can't find EOZ merch anywhere, OF COURSE I won't find Goten & Trunks mercfh.

But I mean. THEY WANT TO MILK THIS CASH COW FOR AS LONG AS THEY CAN !!!! They put Goten & Trunks in the manga. Merchanise of them started to appear and i was stunned when my attention was directed toward it but it was still few. A month ago I acidentially found a blind bag of DBS:SH bag clips online and Goten & Trunks were there and I was like OOUGH...HAA....HUH !?!? I recovered thoguh and did not buy any.

DESPITE THE GLARING EVIDENCE THOUHG I JUST DIDNT BELEIVE THAT I COULD EVER ACQUIRE A NICE FIGURINE OF GOTEN ????

Very funny to receive JUST Goten. It's never JUST Goten. It's a;lways Goten & Trunks. Goten & Gohan. Goten & His GT Girlfriend. It's never JUST Goten. BUT HERE HE IS!!! JUST HIM!!!!!

And he looks Dumb too he looks stupid the shadows on his face make him look ill. He's got shitty doodoo hair. This is so dumb but they are milking this cash cow baby. AND I'M SO GLAD TO HAVE HIM !!

It's COOL becasue it's a unique design for him. That's probaby why theyre putting out DBS:SH Goten & Trunks merchandise. Becasue there's something to put out there.

Goten only had like 2 designs that were unique and interesting. Here's what I mean:

When he's little he has a few differnt outfits that are colorful and interesting but we don't remeber them and they don't stand out becasue he's not in them long. Gohan had some different outfits throughout his childhood too but we don't remeber them for the same reason.

Goten's most recognizable outfit is his gi and he looks pretty much exactly like Goku so no one cares.

In DB Super he's got an outfit that we';ve actually seen him in beforer only now he's wearing it 24/7. This is more noteworrthty but there's still no merch of him (EXCEPT FOR A BAG CLIP THAT I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUHG TO ACQUIRE.. FOREVE RTHNAKFUL...). Ultimately it's not necessarily UNIQUE becasue like yeah his mother dressed him so what. It's nothing we haven't seen before already

His GT appearance is ..... SO... UNNOTEWORTHY. The whole appeal of his character is that he has a phone and a gilrfinred. HE LOOKS LESS VISUALLY INTERESTING THAN THE TOWNIES. It's especially comical when you see him standing amongst the rest of the cast. PROOF

When i saw his scene I had to pause and laugh for a while. HE'S SUCH A NOBODY!!!!! HE LOOKS LIKE A RANDO WHO JUST WALKED IN. Like some store clerk or something

HIS ONLY INTERESTING AND UNIQUE DESIGNS ARE:

HIS INFAMOUS "SON GOTEN" SHIRT, which he wore for ONE EPISODE at EOZ. Noteworthy mostly due to his new height and long hair

HIS DBS:SH OUTFIT. Noteworhty becasue he's FINALLY growing up and his hair is getting long.

... ^ WE DIDNT GET THE LATTER UNTIL THE SUMMER OF 2022. All we had for a long time was his purple man jeans in GT and his SON GOTEN pride shirt in EOZ. And there's NO merch of those, in all of these years.

His outfit in DBS:SH is sort of superb in how it links the tradsitonal clothes he's always worn and the cityboy fits he gravitates towards later. His mother picked that shirt out but you know that he bought those pants at Kohl's

He's just so funny .... This figurine is so funny .. It came with bubble wrap wrapped ONLY around his head like a bag of shame and im honestly gonna put it back on becasaue he is so ugly.
