Currently remembering the OC I made who was William's brother, who he'd known as a younger sister, who he thought died but didn't and fled to America to live as the fine gentleman he always had been even if he's making barely enough to live in a shit hole apartment in Utah. Like. This guy had been homeless for some time when he came to America with only a suitcase and the clothes on his back, taking odd jobs and loans to get an education and build himself up. Most of the money he makes goes to these loans and his medical expenses. He'd be able to afford a decent life if they weren't tying him down.

He's literally a self-made man though. He also has a tendency to be very polite externally, but internally he's vulgar and rather dry.

He named himself Gabriel Jackson, but kept his last name of Afton.

Gabriel as one of the Aftons ngl. Started out in a bad state but thrives in the end.

Fun fact: He lost his left eye in "a scuffle".

I want to see Bucky experiencing the 21st century properly. I want to see him get excited about all the new food options. I want to see him going clothes shopping!! like I just know he would be so into fashion, getting dolled up, and choosing whatever the fuck to wear just because he liked it.

I want to see him pampering himself because he’s learning that he deserves good things.

I want to see him recovering in a way that doesn’t involve victim blaming because marvel doesn’t know how to handle trauma.

I want to see him living the life he deserves.
