Evan has a heavy soul, he's full of love and full of words and feelings. A knot in his stomach that is relentless and aching. He holds himself back, in fear of being overwhelming, in fear of hatred and violence pointed back at him. Evan Rosier is a force against nature that needs to stop forcing, he will sink away, become nothing at all.

He's used to being alone by now, he has a twin flame but she's burning out, she's been overwhelmed and he's aware of it. Busy holding the world on her shoulders, hatred and wrong being directed towards her for no good reason. He has friends but he feels as if he's a ghost when he's with them, floating between them in an attempt to get the attention that he so desperately wants.

He won't ask for it, he won't want it. Something his mother taught him, don't be seen don't be known. His sister never listened to her words, but Evan won't blame her. Pandora is living to her full potential, and for that Evan will stay behind and make sure her journey is smooth.

His thoughts feels like a poisonous disease, a parasite devouring his very being until he is nothing left but a husk of the man he was. Evan will watch the days pass, will watch his friends keep going, have determinations and dreams. He'll watch Barty study the entire library to become the best, to prove his father wrong.

He'll watch Regulus enjoy potion making and make his own recipes for stronger versions. He'll watch Pandora work with magical artifacts with determination. He'll watch Dorcas put her entire being into quidditch and into her classes.

Evan will watch his friends be people, he will observe them like his mother always did. She would watch his father yell with an empty look, she would tell Evan to take his sister and go out to the fields, with a calm an empty look. Evan has adopted this, a way to become empty.

He doesn't remember the last time he's cried.

He's full of feelings, he knows it. He wants to spill it out, his thoughts upon the world. But he will hold himself together like a dam. He will be nothing so his sister can be something. He will watch from the sidelines and be happy for her. He will watch all of his friends and he will clap for them, and never for himself. He doesn't have a reason for applause anyway.
