Rise!Leatherhead Design

for my Good Genes au

kind of plain but ya know

Leatherhead is a leucistic alligator and the first successful warrior made by Baron Draxum with both animal and human dna.

Leatherhead was constantly tortured and experimented on by Draxum causing him to have severe ptsd. This only got worse after the original ooze recipe was destroyed by Lou Jitsu.

When Donnie is accidently mutated into a monster, the turtles go to Baron Draxum for help as they have no idea how to fix their brother.

Draxum lies and says he has a cure which he will use on Donatello in exchange for every piece of mystic armor the turtles have collected. Hesitantly, the turtles agree. Donnie is kept at Draxum's lab and Leatherhead is assigned to keep an eye on the turtles so they don't try anything funny.

However Leatherhead warns the turtles that Draxum has no intentions of curing Donnie.

Leatherhead is incredibly smart (not as much as Donnie but still pretty up there.) His expertise is in mystic tech and alchemy. With his own knowledge and Donnie's old notes, Leatherhead teams up with the turtles and makes a cure.

They go back to Draxum's lab, kick ass and save Donnie! And the turtles leave with an old and new brother :3

Leatherhead is a deep thinker and often soft spoken. However he can get loud when upset. He has a deep rumbly voice with a slight Louisiana accent.

He is leucistic with yellow tinted skin and blue eyes which will turn red when having an episode. He is the same height and size as Raph but only because he is constantly slouched.

He acts like a big brother towards all the turtles and gets along with everyone uniquely! At one point he even lived with the turtles, but decided to leave as he needed to work on himself.

Sorry if I left anything out or this isnt coherent, I had to type it out like three times cause mobile sucks ass.

Let me know what you think or if I should change anything!! There will be more Good Genes au in the near future.

It’s been a while since I last posted a picture here, but I figured I’d share one now. :-D I’m currently on a cruise with my parents that they got as a sorta graduation gift for me (except that I’m fairly certain I failed my final exam so I’ve not technically graduated yet… oops). Either way, I decided to wear this pretty emerald green (that looks blue with the filters I put on it) dress that I got for less than $10 at a bin store. :-D

(Also, if anyone was unaware, a bin store is a store that has a bunch of bins of stuff that are all sold for the same price. Each day the prices decrease until restock day, when it restarts. My local bin store goes from $15, to $10, $7, $5, $3, then finally $1 before restocking. I either got this dress on the $10, $7, or $5, not sure. I also got my shoes for $1.50 at a close out sale for a Forever 21, so all in all my outfit’s a good deal, which I always love to get. ^-^)

The North was fierce, unyielding in it's cold winds and the land difficult to navigate. The cold settled into Aemond's bones far more than he liked as he glared up at the skies.

He wanted to scream, to curse the gods who put him here as he turned towards Vhagar who only grumbled at him. She has been patient with him as Aemond slowly lost his mind.

After the dream of Lucerys he had not hesitated to fly North despite his mother's wishes. She had called him a mad man and in some ways he was.

Kinslayer was a title he has grown to hate. The way people whispered the name as he passed by them in the halls, the look of terror in their eyes as he made his way toward the gates.

And North he went.

Aemond stumbled towards Vhagar to curl up by her side, wanting to steal what warmth she provided. The Queen of dragons only shifted to let him lay by her side more comfortably.

"He hasn't come to me Vhagar, I sleep and hope he will be there but he isn't. Am I truly losing my mind? Has my nephew gotten into my head?" He whispered brokenly. He has never doubted himself as much as he does now.

Vhagar only grumbled as she curled around him, sheltering him from the brutal winds. It wasn't long before he found himself drowsy from the heat.

"Uncle."

Aemond jerked as he stared at the boy in front of him. Lucerys looked frozen, his lips blue as he trembled.

Aemond had the urge to touch the boy, to wrap him up in his warmth.

"Lucerys."

Lucerys only stared at him with wide eyes, "You are close Uncle, please. I can barely remember, it hurts and I'm so tired."

"Where are you?" Aemond demanded and Lucerys only shook his head.

"I can't tell you."

"How do I know if you are real? That you're alive?"

Lucerys only smiled at him as he tilted his head to the side, "That's the question isn't it? Have you gone mad? Are you just chasing ghosts? Or am I real and you must find me?"

"That's why I am asking you!" Aemond growled and Lucerys only watched him before he nodded.

"Find me, you are the only one I remember."

This time when Aemond wakes up, he truly didn't know if he was sane or not.

Teetering

Triggers mental health, trauma, murder, death

She didn't know where else to go. She had wandered, almost aimlessly, for months before finally deciding to return. Before her, the massive stone walls taunted Trisandrah to shrink even further into her shell. How long had it been? Six years? Seven?

She wasn't sure. It was here that she learned how to somewhat live, though she had come out with an extreme need for control. That control, or the lack there of, is what ultimately brought her back. In the years since she left, she had never admitted why she had been a patient nor how long she had raised her. The night they met, she told Raerys that she had just returned from convalescing. As if she had been injured and needed rehabilitation. She had needed rehabilitation but it wasn't physical. If Raerys had seen through the illusion, she had never told her.

In many ways, she was strong and brave. Her determination, and Raerys' then Ouro's money, had built a confectionary empire. She missed her business. The smell of chocolate and fruit. She missed Ren.

This was the second time in the last year that she had just left him. The first time, she did at least tell him she was going away. What she didn't tell him was that she was going to kill her father. He was what had brought her to this place to begin with. Sure, Andelynna had been the one to bring her here. Catatonic and unresponsive. But it was her father's fault. It was at Ande's hand that he had died his first death the night she arrived here. His second and final death was at her own hand after she found him in the Shadowlands.

Ren didn't question her. He supported her all that she would let him. She knew he would probably traveled with her to end her father had she asked. She hadn't asked. She still had not let him into that part of her existence.

"Trisandrah?," A voice called out and she soon on heels to stare the good doctor in the eye. He smiled warmly, though his eyes were guarded. "My, how long had it been? Are you well? What brings you here?"

The flurry of questions threw her off kilter. "Oh fiddle! I simply wanted to check to see how my contributions have been used." Fingertips fluttered in the direction of some new construction. "Seems it's being put to good use."

The doctor glanced away and back to Tris. "Yes, we are quite grateful for your support. The new wing is for pediatrics. That's not the only reason you've returned is it? Shall we go to my office and chat?"

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? like... i really feel like it's important to highlight that bc not only do they obviously have no respect for their audience, but that statement shows they have no respect for their peers in the industry, either.

not to mention it is a shining example of bleeding arrogance to such a high degree, you will straight up fucking lie bc you're truly convinced you're that special when you're anything but.

there's been NUMEROUS online creators who were recognized by entertainment industry workers BECAUSE they made tv quality content & even full stop blockbuster quality content.

bo burnham started on youtube & is now one of the most wellknown & loved standup comedians of our generation, with numerous netflix specials & even a movie he wrote & directed under his belt.

the try guys, fellow ex-buzzfeed employees, had their own tv specials on food network (based off their youtube shows, btw) & a documentary made about them as well

rosanna pansino has also been on numerous food network shows both as a host & a judge

quinta brunsun, another fellow ex-buzzfeed employee, went on to create her own whole ass sitcom that has been highly praised

matpat cameo'd in the fnaf movie because of his theories & multiple other fnaf creators had small cameos through the employee of the month board easter egg

markiplier made multiple high-quality shows on youtube & is now working on a highly anticipated movie (he was also planned to cameo in the fnaf movie but couldn't due to conflicting schedules with his own movie)

hot ones got their own tv gameshow due to their popularity & they are still one of the most wellknown, beloved & respected internet shows

many short films made on youtube went on to premiere at film festivals & even in theaters

the hit horror film "talk to me" was created by youtubers rackaracka

webseries of actual fucking tv shows have also existed for literal decades

the list goes on.

to seriously think that overproduced bullshit is all you need to make "tv quality content" is not only tone-deaf, but shows they do not even know what they're talking about. many tv shows & huge blockbuster movies are made with absolutely microscopic budgets & small teams, & they still get praised & awarded for the passion, dedication, & creativity that shined brightly under those restrictions.

the blair witch project is probably the most wellknown & highly praised example of this, but it is far from the Only example

it is a whole other slap in the face, again ESPECIALLY when puppet history is one of their most popular shows, to spit in the face of internet history. to see the success of their predecessors, even ppl they fucking worked with at buzzfeed, & deny them of all their success & efforts to get where they ended up.

no, y'all are not the first people to make "tv quality content" on the internet. FAR from it. because your crap isn't even genuine "tv quality".

but you are the first ones to ever disrespect not only your audience, but your own fucking industry & your peers on this level.
