Muscle Relaxers [Obey Me! Barbatos/Lance]

Note: guess who is currently on 5 mg of their muscle relaxer~ It’s half a dose lol My shoulders feel like a brick. I’m not strong, they should not feel that tight. Sorry if I’ve written something almost exactly like this before, I can’t remember. I’m tired.

“Tosie!” Lance exclaimed as he draped himself over the demon’s shoulder. Barbatos jumped and looked up from where he was sitting. Lance gave him a dopey grin and quickly kissed his cheek.

“You took a muscle relaxer,” Barbatos noted.

“How’d you know?” Lance asked as he moved around the demon and snuggled into his side. His eyelids drooped down to where they were nearly shut.

“You’re only this openly affectionate when you’re tired or drugged on them,” Barbatos said with a small sigh as he worked on folding laundry. He glanced up towards the ceiling. “Well, more tired than usual.”

Lance hummed. “Do you not like it when I’m like this?”

Barbatos chuckled lightly. “Truth be told, I try to be around you more when I know you’ll be like this. I enjoy it.”

Lance frowned. “I’ll try to work on being more affectionate when I’m awake.”

Barbatos ran a finger through Lance’s hairs and barely tickled his skin. “You’re getting more affectionate. I know it’s difficult for you.”

“Mmm, not as much as I really want to be though,” Lance purred into Barbatos’s soft caresses. He wrapped his arms around the butler and pressed further into him.

Barbatos let out a light snort of amusement. “What is that supposed to mean?”

Lance squeezed the demon and buried his face into the demon. “I want to hug you, and kiss you, and cuddle you, and never let you go.”

“Is that so?” Barbatos asked softly, his cheeks were dusted with a fair pink.

“Sometimes it hurts with how much I want to wrap my arms around you,” Lance said with a yawn. The muscle relaxers were making him drowsier and drowsier. “I want to pull you down to sit on my lap and hold you prisoner so you have to relax.”

Barbatos placed down the towel he was folding. He smirked despite the darkening of his blush. He shifted so that his legs were draped over Lance’s. “How is this, Little Lamb?”

Lance stared up at the demon in awe. He tried to pull Barbatos closer to him. The demon laughed at Lance’s attempts and shuffled closer to him. He pressed a kiss to the human’s forehead. “Thank you, Tosie,” Lance sighed and closed his eyes at the affection. “Love you.”

Barbatos’s face softened as the human started to fall asleep below him. “And I love you.”
