I spent the night before last with a terrible headache, and all of yesterday recovering, and I’m still not back at 100%... all because I didn’t drink enough. Turns out if you start jogging in the middle of summer, you should drink more water and get more electrolytes. Sounds obvious, and in fact it is obvious, but I have this unfortunate tendency to go “ah, be grand” and ignore the obvious.

So yeah, just in case anyone needs it here’s your (my) reminder to
