I was feeling silly last night and re-watched the Battle of the Bastards episode of GoT. I thought I was misremembering it but no, I am still astounded by how much sexual tension jonsa had in the tent scene. Like why??? The lighting, the staring, the sighing, the heaving.

Also re-watched the King in the North clip and the scene of Sansa smiling up at Jon then seeing Littlefinger on the side and the smile slips from her face. Literally that one scene was so full of promise I wanted to cry. Now I need like a thousand fix-it fics. Do you have any fic rec where it diverges from the tent scene/season 6?

I mean, yes, it’s an intense argument and very stressful moment, but look at them.

I searched my bookmarks, and it doesn't look like I saved any tent scene fics/AUs that began at that point which is surprising to me, considering how much I love that scene? I’m wondering if I read those before I had an account because I know I’ve seen some.

Anyway, I'll throw out some other suggestions that aren't exactly what you want, but one of them may do it for you. Here's a one shot of that night, we may only have tonight (E, 2k) soiled (M, 5k) is post botb, plant a seed and watch it grow (7k) is an arranged marriage fic following Jon becoming KitN.

Here are some much longer canon diveregence fics that don't have that scene, but work as fix-its: rebirth (E 85k), wolf, circle north (T 82k incomplete) a violence done most kindly (E 77k) what lies beneath her skin (T 100k)

Fics that flow easily are THE BEST! I just finished my Christmas-y/coping with grief one and that flowed so easily for me and I was delighted. I've always said I do this for fun but writing is a hell of a hobby to do 'for fun' because it's so much damn work and so draining sometimes. Anyway, it's still fun for me for now and that honestly amazes me at this point.
