25 and 40 is kind of pushing it, yeah. at that point there are practical concerns too like you are literally in different physical life stages. i'm an age gap enthusiast but tbh even i have a hard limit at plus or minus 10 years. i wouldn't want to be 40 and dating someone in their 60s or 20s, and the latter is kind of gross to me tbh. and if it's a pattern then yeeeeeah i'd be wondering why it's supposedly a dealbreaker for someone for their partner to be in their age range

i wouldn’t call myself an age gap enthusiast but i’ve exclusively dated older and my gf is 5 years older so i don’t think any age gap is automatically bad 😅 but there’s stuff like julia zelg & her wife’s relationship which just brings up a lot of red flags for me.

La youtuber brasileña Julia Zelg, una mujer cisgénero, lesbiana, con un canal de youtube que habla más que nada sobre moda, es atacada por la "crítica de género" Mehrili Miraftab. En su ataque, Mehrili Miraftab acusa a Julia Zelg de ser "un hombre fingiendo ser una lesbiana". En su video Mehrili dice haber descubierto que Julia es "un hombre" porque Julia anuncia dîld0s que son demasiado grandes para una mujer pequeña, porque su acento brasileño se escucha falso y se oye "como un hømbre gay hablaría", porque su risa es ridícula y ninguna "mujer verdadera" se ríe así y por último, el hecho de que Julia va a terapia y ha hablado abiertamente de eso. En sólo 12 minutos, Mehrili Miraftab logró utilizar argumentos misóginos, transfóbicos, racistas y capacitistas para justificar su acoso hacia Julia. El canal de youtube de Mehrili Miraftab está lleno de videos transfóbicos en donde afirma que las personas trans están "borrando a las lesbianas", y demás afirmaciones transfóbicas.

Este es sólo un caso más de las "críticas de género" acosando a una mujer cisgénero, basadas en estereotipos sexistas. El movimiento crítico del género está tomando auge como "parte del feminismo" y nos corresponde a todas las feministas el sacar este movimiento lleno de discursos de ødiø y desligarlo por completo del movimiento feminista.

El video que hizo Julia Zelg como reacción a los ataques de Mehrili Mitaftab tiene un toque de comedia, pero es muy respetuoso con las personas trans y Julia es muy clara en su posición pro derechos trans.
