William Mauldin "Bo" Hopkins (February 2, 1938 – May 28, 2022) Film and television actor. He was known for playing supporting roles in a number of major studio films between 1969 and 1979, and appeared in many television shows and TV movies.

Hopkins starred or co-starred in a number of made-for-television movies of the mid-1970s, including Gondola (1973), Judgment: The Court Martial of Lieutenant William Calley (1975), The Runaway Barge (1975), The Kansas City Massacre (1975), The Invasion of Johnson County (1976), Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway (1976), Woman on the Run (1977), Thaddeus Rose and Eddie (1978), Crisis in Sun Valley (1978), and The Busters (1978).

When Gretchen Corbett left the television series The Rockford Files in 1978, Hopkins replaced her character as Rockford's attorney John Cooper, ultimately appearing in three episodes. In 1981, Hopkins appeared in the first season of the prime time drama Dynasty as Matthew Blaisdel. His many other appearances on television included in miniseries Aspen (1977) and Beggarman, Thief (1979), and in episodes of Gunsmoke, Bonanza, The Virginian, Nichols, The Rat Patrol (replacing Justin Tarr as the jeep driver for three episodes), The Mod Squad, Hawaii Five-O, Paul Sand in Friends and Lovers, The Rookies, Charlie's Angels, Fantasy Island, The A-Team, Scarecrow and Mrs. King, The Fall Guy, Crazy Like a Fox, Murder, She Wrote, and Doc Elliot. 15, 18, 28, 39, and 49(? The picking up one) for Carlos Vallerte (Turbo/In Space)/Mike Corbett (Lost Galaxy).

Who initiates PDA the most in public? As someone who has been scarred by trauma so thoroughly, Mike takes a little time before he’s even comfortable holding hands ANYWHERE. Carlos, on the other hand, was on the Turbo team with Justin as the little brother he never had, and among the Astro Rangers was basically the most physically affectionate person that wasn’t Zhane. It’s Carlos, no doubt; it’s ALWAYS Carlos. Who likes to sit in the other’s lap? Well...Mike’s thighs are thicker and offer more space, so... What theme would their wedding be, if they were going to get married? My brain wants to make a reference to Mirinoi, because Mike would probably feel a sort of obligation to the planet they would probably get married on for the sake of privacy. But my heart says a strange fusion of Scottish Highland and the full pomp and celebration of old world Catholicism. Think Victor Hugo’s funeral procession with partying and bagpipes. Who initiates cuddling sessions? Mike. One wouldn’t think it with how much he seems less than thrilled to be around his brother and gives off no-nonsense vibes, but give him one look at Carlos sad or uncomfortable, and he’s basically as big of a Golden Retriever as Leo ever was. Who likes to pick the other up? Carlos, but mostly just to prove he can, rather than for any true necessity in the matter. Mike will sometimes just pick Carlos up like a puppy to move him from a couch to the bedroom; just to be hot.

P.E. Hockey Tournament

i wanted to join in the hockey tournament so i joined tristan and adams team since they were the only ones with an open spot, ms tocci asked justin if he wanted to join our team and mf just said "idk" so ms tocci asked again and just "idk" she got annoyed and then thats when adam decided to bail and join alex and euan in their pickleball game. me and tristan awkwardly walked towards the eighth graders who were arguing with each other already and ms tocci walked over to get the teams situated, they had 6 players because JUSTIN had joined their team and we had 2. the eighth graders decided to vote someone out and everyone immediately voted out preston. his bro who he's a LITTLE too comfortable with, evan, got mad and said "hey thats not fair you didnt let preston vote hes the best goalie" max replied "it doesnt matter its 3 against 1" evan replied "WELL ACTUALLY ITS 3 AGAINST 2" corbett rolled his eyes and said "its still fucking majority" they argued more while me and tristan stared at ms tocci, who was not doing anything. ms tocci finally notices and turns to the kids and says preston and evan, you join their team. they hold hands and skip to our side. 😬.. preston tells me to be goalie and hands me a giant stick that is taller than me. thanks bro. i block all the shots except 1 i hear someone yelling from in front of me so i look up "IT WAS RIGHT THERE WHY DIDNT YOU BLOCK IT YOU FUCKING PUSSY JACKASS" evan yells. i flip him off and preston takes the stick back . the final score is 7-1. preston is the absolute WORST goalie and evan praises him for it. tristan starts shrieking and crying like a baby and tells preston hes a fucking moron and hits him with his stick everybody starts fighting and at that point the eighth graders just started shoving into us even though we're the teammates and they start passing the ball with their hands even though its shitting HOCKEY the 8th graders obviously do not know how to play so tristan screams and breaks his stick on his knee and runs away im done too so i quit the game preston and evan hide in the closet and the others hit eachother with sticks. when i come back from using the bathroom i hang out with konrad and therm. therm is bashing his head into a wall and konrad is lecturing him. we run through the 8ths graders new flyers game and leo pummels the ball into my stomach and screams "GET THE FUCK OUT OF OUR GAME YOU STUPID SHITTY LITTLE FUCKING KIDS GO KILL YOURSELF." middle school is full of such wholesome cutie patooties

Suatu hal yang biasanya dilakukan suatu perusahaan secara berlanjut adalah pengembangan karyawan. Pengembangan karyawan ini biasa disebut coaching . kata coaching dan mentoring kini semakin marak didengar apalagi dalam urusan pengembangan dalam suatu perusahaan. Namun, apasih sebenarnya pengertan dari coaching dan apa saja manfaat coaching ? dan apakah coaching memiliki arti yang berbeda dengan mentoring ?

Apa Arti Coaching ?

Dilansir dari Hardvard Business Review, mengungkapkan bahwa choacing merupakan memberikan sebuah kesempatan untuk bertindak sebagai fasilitas untuk melakukan komunikasi kinerja antara dua arah. Dalam lingkungan bisnis, coaching merupakan sebuah metode pelatihan dimana seseorang yang lebih berpengalaman dalam meberikan saran dan juga bimbingan terhadap karyawan yang ditujukan untuk pengembangan kemampuan, kinerja, dan juga karir.

Secara umum, coaching melatih seseorang agar dapat menghasilkan performa secara lebih baik, sebagai manusia pembelajar , dan pemimpin diri sendiri. Akan tetapi coaching sendiri berbeda atau tidak sama dengan mentoring maupun training.

Tujuan dan Manfaat Coaching

Fungsi utama coach (pelatih) adalah membantu proses coaching agar menjadi lebih efektif dalam proses pencapaian yang diharapkan. Seorang pelatih akan membantu seorang klien dari peerusahaan (coachee) dengan beberapa pertanyaan dengan tujuan untuk menggali potensi pada diri sang coachee.

Terdapat 2 manfaat utama dalam mengikuti proses coaching terutama bagi karyawan ataupun kaum milenial.

Memperbaiki performa kerja

Membantu komunikasi positif di dalam organisasi

Bagaimana proses kerja coaching ?

”coaching dapat mengubah otak” tutur Brenda Corbett dan Justin Kennedy. Karena, cara berpikir klien yang yang cenderung serupa saat coaching ini yang akan menentukan prilaku dan melakukan praktek baru. Kristin Constable Forber Councils mengatakan bahwa terdapat beberapa tahap dalam sebuah proses coaching yaitu.

1. Awareness.

Coaching yang menentang cara berpikir seseorang, maka dirinya bisa dipertanyakan cara menjadi sadar dan tidak sadar untuk berinteraksi dengan dunia tanpa menggunakan ego.

2. Clarity.

seorang individu bisa mengatakan dan menggambarkan masalah nyata secara berfokus pada satu bagian dengan satu waktu dan memisahkan kenyataan dari perasaan.

3. Choice.

Coaching memungkinkan seseorang untuk membatasi keyakinan dan juga mengeksplorasi kemungkinannya untuk berubah. Sebab coach menciptakan koneksi saraf baru yang mempromosikan nya cara berpikir baru dan berperilaku baru.

4. Action .

Seseorang bisa berkomitmen pada sebuah rencana maupun latihan guna memperbaiki cara berpikirnya dan berperilaku. Hal ini mendukung cara hidup sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Bedakah antara Coaching dan Mentoring ?

Seperti yang telah dijelaskan, proses coaching dan mentoring adalah suatu hal yang tidak sama. Berdasarkan deskripsi pada laman david Pranata inilah perbedaan antara coaching dan mentoring .

Coaching

Coaching adalah sebuah proses saat Anda dibantu oleh seorang coach dalam mencapai suatu tujuan atau goal yang Anda pilih. Seorang coach ini membantu para kliennya guna berpikir, melahirkan sebuah insight, dan menstrukturkan pemikiran para kliennya. Keuntungannya sesudah itu adalah memastikan klien Anda melakukan apa yang sudah dipikirkan dan dikatakannya. Kata kuncinya yaitu mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan diri sendiri.

Mentoring

Mentoring adalah sebuah proses berbagi pengalaman dan pengetahuan dari seorang yang telah berpengalaman terhadap seseorang yang hendak belajar di bidangnya. Seorang mentor sendiri, yaitu seseorang yang memiliki pengalaman di bidangnya sehingga dapat menuntun, memberikan sejumlah tips, dan masukan atau saran. Yang Hingga akhirnya dapat mempercepat proses belajar Anda dan menghindari Anda dalam membuat beberapa kesalahan yang biasa terjadi. Arti mentoring ini yaitu berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman.

Demikianlah penjelasan lengkap tentang coaching dan mentoring, keduanya memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan diri dan performa kerja seseorang. Nigel Godrich definitely made his name with Radiohead, though my discussions on him seem to have contemplated his Beck collaboration as the bigger one. I agree, this shouldn't be seen as such despite his production of Mutations contributing to his standing and him tackling Sea Change showed he's up for Beck's emotional catharsis, though The Information does suffer a bit in comparison to these two. To be honest, Beck since Sea Change does have some problems, because that album presented him with the radical shift, which can be hard to recontextualize later on. Mind you, I think this can be possible, though I also believe Beck's trouble lie in the fact he became imitated and many of his followers showed a different set of tricks than him, whereas he kept using his own.
