And she is just grateful that she had a chance to meet him and be part of his life even tho it hurts her like hell that he'd never love her back? You can decide whether he returns her love or not. Reader doesn't think she's worthy of Kazuha Headcanons

You had been close friends with Kazuha for a long time, and you always wanted him.

You hadn't intended this to happen, but you fell in love with Kazuha. He was everything you could have ever wanted, and you couldn't see yourself with anyone else.

But, you could never tell him that, no matter how much you wanted to.

Besides risking your friendship with him, you knew you could never be good enough for someone like him.

Kazuha was amazing in every way, and you consider yourself below average when you put it nicely.

Any confidence you might get crumbles when you see Kazuha talking to another woman. Someone beautiful, stunning, and perfect for him.

You knew you could never compete with them. How could you when they looked so perfect standing next to him?

But it was more than looks. They were stronger, more intelligent, and everything you weren't.

But the longer you kept this bottled up inside, the more you would suffer. So you sat down and took the time to write Kazuha a letter that you would never send.

You poured your heart out to him, told him all about your feelings, and how you knew you could never be enough for him. Unfortunately, you didn't have enough time to finish the letter that night and intended to finish writing it and burn it within a few days.

But days turned to weeks, and your unfinished letter was left sitting on your messy desk, amongst many other papers.

Kazuha didn't consider himself a snoop, but when he came over for tea one day and saw his name printed on the letter, he couldn't help himself.

When you came back into the room carrying the tea, he was holding the letter in his hand, a look of shock on his face.

"Is this how you really feel?"

Tears started pouring down your cheeks as you set the cups of tea down on the table, your hands trembling so badly that you almost dropped them.

"You weren't supposed to read that."

The next thing you knew, strong arms were holding onto you, allowing you to cry into his chest.

"Oh dearest, you are so magnificent… If I had known you felt this way sooner, I would have pushed all these troubling thoughts from your mind."

He gently coaxed your head up by placing his fingertip under your chin, having you stare up at him with tear-filled eyes.

"I have adored you for so long now. You are everything I could have wanted as well."

The two of you held each other as an aura of peace surrounded you, both of you finally getting your true feelings out in the open.

I just couldn't have him reject her! I would have cried too much. I hope you enjoy!

Part 4

You know, when people degrade themselves, saying horrible things about themselves.

So you made a rule that when you hear EVEN ONE thing that includes something that degrades themselves, they will be punished personally by you.

It involves lipstick💄 so if you don't like wearing lipstick and being a ✨️bAdDiE✨️ then this ain't for you.

Kazuha

You were on a cliff, enjoying the breeze that softly passes through you. Waiting for the ship to come to Liyue. After for few hours, you saw the ship coming to land. You went there, excited to see your favorite person. Kazhua!

"Hey, Beidou. I was wondering, where is Kazhua?", "Oh. He just got off a ship, he said he wanted to be alone. I'm sure he isn't that far."

You were behind a tree, stalking- I mean watching Kazhua since you didn't wanna disturb him. You heard a faint....sob? Why? You saw him in tears, saying apologies, mourning Tomo's death. Blaming himself for not stopping him.

You knew that if Tomo was alive, he wouldn't want him to keep being sad and mourning over his death. So you decided to reveal yourself.

"*hick-* I- your Grace? I'm sorry, I must look like a mess! Please wait a moment, I will-" he was panicking, trying to wipe his tears away, and stop his crying. He froze. He felt a familiar warmth, hugging him, and softly stroking his hair. He shattered into tears, sobbing onto you. Crying, and crying, hugging you tighter, like you would leave his grasp.

. . .

Ah...he fell asleep. You decided to let him sleep. he snuggles closer, and you cradled him. Letting him bathe in your warmth. Well, the next day he apologized, asking if he could do anything for you to forgive him.

You grabbed the lipstick (I do not care where the heck you grab it from, heck. You can even grab it from *Raiden shogun's famous scene)

He saw your lipstick and he felt danger, he tried to scoot back but got cornered to a wall. "HAHAHA, you can't get away now can you~ it's time." You smiled so evilly. You kissed him all over his face, and he blushed softly looking away.

Well, you might think. "Oh, everyone is gonna ask him. 'Why is there a smudge on your face?'" But everyone knows. (At least Beidou's crew) Beidou is teasing him every moment she gets, trying to hold back a laugh...."BAHAAHAHAH-" she failed miserably.

He secretly made a writing/poem about the moment, and if you find out. He'll just act innocent and doesn't know what is going on.

You we’re the ink to his brush, the petals to his blossom. The apple of his eye, the icing to his cake. And you represented the blood that splattered on his face, coming from the many rivals that dared to take his place.

Kazuha was entranced by you from the moment you waltzed into his life. Or when he wondered into yours throughout his years of traveling aimlessly hoping to find his missing piece. The only reminder he had of his soulmate was that they were an artist judging from the tattoo of a paint platter on the inside of his wrist.

There you were, at your favorite arts and crafts store. Lovely as always even when you acted indecisive when choosing a specific color or material. He wishes he could announce to the world of how fortunate he was to have a soulmate such as yourself. However, as much as his heart yearns too he can’t. Nor can he ever approach you.

As there was one unspoken restriction placed upon destined soulmates, a tragic one at that. Which prevented the intertwined souls before them to never be reunited, unless they’ve overcome this daunting trail.

The ancient decree that follows states:

“You are invisible to your soulmate, however everyone else can acknowledge your presence. Should you wish to be noticed by your other half you must leave traces of your existence. And pray that your soulmate can put two and two together and realize that you’re there.”

So Kazuha did everything in his power to make himself known to his darling. He left poems which bleed out his heart, pouring out his love on every scripture that was posted outside your bedroom window. Made sure to be there for you when you happened to get into any accidents.

Oh you lost your prized brush utensils? It was miraculously left on your desk the next day, as if you’ve never misplaced it in the first place.

Your missing something on your artwork that prevents it from being finished? Somehow the missing piece presented itself in the for of a red heart, just the thing you were searching for!

He was always there, but due to your obliviousness you failed to realize that the phenomenons happening to you wasn’t purely confidential. Making Kazuha grow frustrated every time he witnessed you becoming too close towards a co-worker of yours.

Why couldn’t you realize that all you ever needed was right beside you? What can he do to make it clear that his existence exists solely for you? As does yours exist for his alone. Days go by and it seems as if you’ve forgotten that you even had a soulmate because of some foolish fellow who doesn’t respect boundaries. He spent hours ransacking his head for ideas…

Until an thought popped up in his head, a deranged smile spreads across his face as he finally figured out the answer to making you notice him. And he was proven correct by how you actually managed to see him covered in the remains of your beloved co worker who was slumped over lifelessly in front of your house. Their blood becoming the ink Kazuha used to write the following words:

“Welcome home Darling, from your soulmate”

Hello! I hope you don't mind, I just found your acc recently and I'm not sure whether you accept requests or not rn (feel free to ignore if you aren't), but what are your thoughts on pocket/chibi Kazuha? Tbh, I see him as the one you'd just rant on about your day and/or problems and he'd share his experiences as well, maybe try to give you advice or you'll just talk to him to relax. Just a mundane chat for whatever happened to strike your fancy at that time. Also, personally, I have a really hard time properly relaxing and I'm currently struggling with sensory issues, so I think he'll be great at distracting me from both(this is most definitely not me obviously needing a therapist, nope, nada, dunno what you're talking about-)

You smiled back. You recently used your vision to fake your death, and with the help of the traveler, you succeeded. Before that incident, you had a chat with traveler and your situation with him. She was shocked, she didn't think the adeptus Xiao would do that, especially you. Even Paimon was shocked. You explained how he would always help her out and never help you whenever you ask him. You also mentioned about a picnic you planned and that he tood you up. No matter how much you love, care, or help him, he never listens to you.

"I didn't know he was that cruel to do you like that.." she told, putting a hand on yours.

"I just hope he can understand what he's doing. He just looks so head over rels over you after you came."

"I know what to do just for him to sob for you presence..if only you're up for it, of course."

"Of course, I'm ready for anything you plan.." you said, holding her hand with a smile on your face.

That's what happen before that incident. What you both did was that traveler had to buy fake blood and make it smell real. Then there's you, you had to look dead and lifeless, with the help with your cryo vision, it lowered the temperature around you and yourself. And boy, it was freezing. It took a few tries for you to make it look real with the help with some practice with Traveler and Paimon. After that, you three both planned when to do it, and decided to do it on that day. First, Traveler had to hang out with Xiao and distract him. While Paimon, had to rip small bits of your clothing to make it look real. You yourself painted the fake blood on yourself and god, it smelled real too. Oh how Xiao wouldn't know a single thing of what you three were doing. After Xiao carried your body to your favorite place, you were awed by the beautiful view. This was the place he first heard your singing and met you. He hummed the song you sang when he first met you, as his tears spilled out. Traveler hid in a spot in the area and snatch you before he saw you. Traveler ran for her life as she held you in bridal style. You felt a tingle in you stomach, no, this was only part of the plan, you knew you shouldn't feel like this towards her. Traveler quickly placed you down and you used you cryo vision to make a frozen bubble around you as you change the clothes you were wearing. Gosh, you were lucky it wasn't a spot Xiao knew. You were grateful for the traveler's help. After you finished, you kicked the ice and walked out like nothing happened. Traveler soon carried you to Beidou's ship, The Crux. She put you down gently and was about to step back but you pull her into a hug.

"Thank you so much...I owe you for this one," you said, letting go of you hug and smiling at her.

"Of course, anything to help," she answered, and smiled back.

"And bye to you Paimon, don't worry, I didn't forget you."

"Good, because Paimon thought you forgotten her! A—And goodbye!"

You waves them a farewell as the ship started. You sighed in relief, finally a new chapter of your life, starting at Inazuma. You heard the wonderful scenery there and you just have to absolutely go there! You were so happy, but also felt bad for Xiao, your ex-lover who was once your love. You didn't declare your break-up with him but leaving him is a way for him to know that you both are done.

"Hello there, I guess your the one we're delivering to Inazuma," he said with a soft smile on his face.

"Oh, um, yes. Are you going to Inazuma?" you asked.

He chuckled and said, "Oh no, I'm not going. I'm just a traveler who traveles with Beidou."

"Beidou? Is she the captain?"

"That's right. Anyways, what's your name? I'm Kaedehara Kazhua."

"Oh—I'M L/N Y/N."

"Nice to meet you, Y/N."

A few months later, he's already confessed his feelings to you. You've accepted and you both now have a house together but you both mostly travel together with Beidou and her crew. You both have come back from your trip from Sumeru and we're exhausted. You both were now at Liyue because Beidou had to see Ningguang.

"Gosh, that was tiring," you said, yawning.

"I know dove, but it was fun wasn't it?"

"I guess you could say that, you said, stepping out of the boat.

You both were looking for a place to stay, too bad to was farther than usual. You and Kazhua both made in in time before sun went down. You went up and asked a room for two of you to rest in. After you finish, you both decided to walk around for awhile. While walking with Kazhua, you felt a tug on your wrist.

"Y/N is that you?" a familiar voice asked.

You turned around and saw Xiao, your former lover. Xiao looks like he hasn't seen you in ages (obviously) . He looks into your eyes and gently touches your face.

"Excuse me, who are you?" Kazhua asked.

"Adeptus Xiao, who are you?"

"Her lover, you must be Y/N's former lover."

"Former? What does this mean?"

"Remember that time when you saw my lifeless body? I wasn't actually dead at that time."

Xiao looked at you with a shocked face

"B—But why? Why'd you do that?!"

"Simple, remember that time when Y/N had a picnic all set up? Yeah, and you stood her up, she waited until afternoon and you never came." A familiar voice said.

"And from what I heard, during the lantern lights, you went with Traveler instead of your lover," Kazhua said.

"To add to that, remember our anniversary? When I gave you that gift, I saw it in the trashcan afterwards. It took so much time on it and you decide to throw it away just like that? I can't believe I took so much time on it just for it to be thrown away."

"I—I didn't mean to, I didn't think it meant that much to you.."

"Yeah right! Paimon doesn't think that's a good answer!"

"To our understandment, I think you should move on from Y/N. It seems clear that she already moved on from you," Kazhua said, crossing his arms.

Xiao lowered his head, and answered, "Fine then. Go enjoy your lover. I won't bother."

He disappeared quickly in black smoke. You four sighed in relief.

"Thanks for the back up, traveller."

"No problem, I'm happy to help like I said all of those months ago," she said, smiling.

"Hey! Paimon deserves to be thanked too!"

"Of course, thank you too Paimon," you chuckled.

"I think it's time for us to go rest now, it's nice seeing you two again too," Kazhua said before turning around and taking your hand.

"So, after that, do you want to do something else?"

"I think I have something in mind for us to do," you said, beaming him a mischievous smile.

As you and Kazhua walk back to rest. Xiao watches from a far, wishing that you were his again, wishing that he never made those choices. Oh how he miss your gentle smile, your gleaming eyes, and your gentle voice. He deeply regrets everything, but for now, he'll protect and watch you from afar.
