Omg have you heard Drake song with Michael called "Don't matter to me" he used Michael's unreleased and unfinished vocals in his song the B side album of scorpion. I think it was a song Michael never finished and scrapped. What do U think of drake using it? (p.s I stan ur blog LOVE IT)

I haven't heard the song, and I’m not that excited about it even tho its something MJ related, I don’t know....I prefer listening to the originals first and then the version that other artists use for their albums and stuff, I might listen to it haha but I’m in no rush. I’m not much of a fan of Drake (dont come at me lmao) so maybe that’s why I haven’t heard the song.

Hello Dove :) At work, does B dislike me? I have been facing misunderstandings with her as of late and feel she is bossing me around in a bullying fashion.

They definitely is a lot of friction between the two of you but she doesn’t dislike you. Your communication styles don’t match and that’s why you’re facing the misunderstandings and feel like she’s bossy and trying to bully you. Unfortunately I can’t really tell you where you mind find a relationship. The potential is nearly everywhere, but I ended up focusing around things to keep in mind to perhaps open yourself up to a new relationship (wherever it may be) and what to watch out for. 

The most important thing you need right now is to examine your emotions. You may be carrying some bitterness about a previous relationship (romantic or not) that needs to be let go. You can’t blame yourself for past situations, and you can’t dwell on the faults of others in those situations. Not dealing with any leftover emotions is just going to set yourself up for sabotage in the future. You want to be at a point where you won’t be as quick to judge traits and actions of others you could have a potential relationship with. This can come with the tendency I think many of us have to compare the new to the old. Keep in mind that it isn’t just baggage from past romantic relationships. I’m talking about friendships and relationships with family members, any sort of relationship can give baggage. Before you can really open yourself up to any successful relationship right now, you need to be sure all that is dealt with. 

With that done, you best way to attracting someone and meeting success with a relationship is to be confident. You are awesome. You are good at your job (even if you’re new, everyone has to learn the ropes, but you’ll get it down), you are a better leader than you give yourself credit for. You have all the potential in the world right now! The guys at your work aren’t out of your league. Be confident in yourself, especially after just working out whatever emotional baggage you have left over, you should feel light as a feather. Others will see that, and it will attract the people around you. Not just at work, but online and in other social environments.

Some final thoughts are to keep an open mind. Open yourself to things coming from new places and in new ways. Just because someone might not approach you as a friend or romantic partner doesn’t mean they don’t have the potential to be. Keep an open mind and a healthy imagination about where and how the relationship can start. Don’t let anyone (especially yourself) trap you into thoughts like “it has to be like this” or “they have to do/think this”. Certainly don’t lower standards if you have them. You can’t take just anyone, even as a friend. There are those out there who don’t have good intentions, but perhaps open yourself to new things that you might not have considered doing before. Think outside of the box and let yourself let go of the leash a little. 

 I hope this brought a little insight, even if it wasn’t quite what you were initially asking. The potential is there, always, but it’s up to you to think about the things I’ve mentioned and use them to open yourself up. Once you do, it will happen. Good free reading!

I did a private reading with dove once and she was great with that. I  just asked her for a quick answer (free reading) and she was patient and accommodating to me.
