Hey there! I want to give a request for Raphael, Leonardo, Donnatello and Michaelangelo who have S/O who isn't usually expressive and always so stoic that you might even think they are a robot but then they did something really silly and that's when they heard their s/o laughing for the first time.

TMNT boys Reaction to stoic s/o laughing in front of them for the first time.

Leo:

Leo had always admired his significant other's calm and collected demeanor. They were always so stoic, rarely showing any emotion, which sometimes made Leo wonder if they were even capable of feeling anything at all. But deep down, he knew there was more to them than meets the eye.

One day, while Leo was training in the dojo, his S/O came in to watch. As Leo practiced his moves, he couldn't help but steal glances at them, hoping for some sort of reaction. But as usual, they remained expressionless, their eyes fixed on him with unwavering focus.

But then, out of nowhere, Leo slipped on a training mat and fell flat on his shell. And to his surprise, he heard a sound he never thought he'd hear from his S/O - laughter. It was soft and gentle, but it was genuine.

Leo looked up in shock, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment. His S/O quickly composed themselves, trying to hide their amusement behind a neutral facade. But Leo couldn't help but smile, feeling a warmth in his heart at the sound of their laughter.

From that day on, Leo made it his mission to bring out more of his S/O's hidden emotions. He would do silly things, tell bad jokes, and even watch cheesy shows with them, all in the hopes of hearing that beautiful sound of laughter once again. And as they shared more lighthearted moments together, Leo knew that their relationship was stronger than ever.

Raph:

Raphael had always known that his significant other was not the most expressive person. They were always so stoic and serious, rarely showing any emotion. It sometimes made him wonder if they were even capable of laughing or smiling. But he loved them nonetheless, appreciating their calm and composed nature that balanced out his own fiery personality.

One day, Raph decided to do something completely out of character for him. He put on a silly hat, danced around the lair, and made ridiculous faces just to see if he could get a reaction out of his s/o. At first, they just raised an eyebrow at his antics, not showing any sign of amusement. But then, something unexpected happened.

As Raph continued to act like a complete goofball, his s/o's lips twitched ever so slightly. And then, to his utter surprise, they let out a small chuckle. It was the first time he had ever heard them laugh, and it was like music to his ears. Raph couldn't help but grin from ear to ear, feeling a sense of pride and accomplishment at finally breaking through their stoic facade.

From that day on, Raph made it his mission to bring more laughter and joy into their relationship. He loved seeing his s/o's rare smiles and chuckles, knowing that he was the reason behind them. And as they both shared more lighthearted moments together, their bond only grew stronger, proving that even the most serious of souls could find happiness in the silliest of moments.

Donnie:

Donnie had always been fascinated by his S/O's stoic nature. They rarely showed their emotions, always maintaining a calm and collected facade. It was something that both intrigued and puzzled him. He often found himself wondering what was going on in their mind, behind that unreadable expression.

One day, while working on a new invention in his lab, Donnie got a little too excited and accidentally banged his head against the door, causing him to fall to the floor in a heap. His S/O, who had been quietly observing him from the corner, suddenly burst out laughing. It was the first time Donnie had ever heard them laugh, and it was a beautiful sound to his ears.

As he rubbed his sore head, Donnie couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of the situation. His S/O's laughter was contagious, and soon they were both laughing together, the tension and seriousness of the moment melting away.

From that day on, Donnie noticed a change in his S/O. They seemed more relaxed around him, more willing to let their guard down and show their true self. It was a side of them that Donnie cherished, knowing that he had somehow managed to break through their stoic exterior and bring out their hidden laughter.

As they sat together in the lab, surrounded by gadgets and gizmos, Donnie couldn't help but feel grateful for that accidental bump on the head. It had brought him closer to his S/O in a way he never thought possible, and he knew that their bond was stronger because of it.

Mikey:

Mikey had always been the most outgoing and expressive of the ninja turtles, so when he found himself in a relationship with someone who was the complete opposite, he was determined to crack their tough exterior. His significant other was always so stoic and reserved, never showing much emotion, which sometimes made Mikey wonder if they were even capable of laughing.

One day, Mikey decided to put his silly antics to the test. He set up an elaborate prank involving a rubber chicken and a whoopee cushion, hoping to finally see a smile on his s/o's face. As his plan unfolded, he watched with bated breath as his s/o's expression shifted from confusion to amusement.

And then, it happened. A small chuckle escaped from his s/o's lips, followed by a full-blown laughter that filled the room. Mikey's heart swelled with joy as he realized that he had finally broken through their tough exterior.

From that day on, Mikey made it his mission to bring laughter and joy to his s/o's life. He would come up with the silliest jokes and pranks just to see that beautiful smile on their face. And every time his s/o laughed, it was like music to his ears.

Mikey may have been the wild one of the group, but when it came to his s/o, he was the most caring and thoughtful partner anyone could ask for. And seeing his s/o finally open up and show their true emotions was a reward that he cherished more than anything else.

Notes: Dude Mutant Mayhem was so fucking good, so in order to honour the release of it here is some dumb thoughts I've been thinking of ever since I saw it. A second part may potentially be out soon but looking from a more angst perspective

⛥ Leo is 100% a fanfic reader and most likely writes stories about him and April. I think that it's all started because he found Donnie reading some about his favourite anime characters and got curious and asked him about it, to which Donnie went on for ages about fanfiction in general, to different tropes, clichés etc!

⛥Donnie and Mikey definitely seem like the type of kids who ended up on the wrong side of the internet as very young kids and found the most goriest shit ever

⛥When Raph was a little kid he found a plushie when him and his brothers were exploring the sewer. He deemed it cute but because his brothers were all teasing him over it he left it and then went out on his own to find it and brought it back to the lair. He tried to hide it and then cuddle it when he was feeling sad but one day Splinter found it and brought it up to him in front of the others, making him embarrassed. However, to this day it is still hidden somewhere underneath the covers.

⛥The guys secretly watched some super gory horrors one time after splinter said not to and they all freaked themselves out over it but they tried to hide it from splinter. When Splinter eventually did find out, he did things to specifically scare each turtle in order to teach them a lesson (which he heavily enjoyed doing). They'd always discuss the scenarios the final girl was put through and what they would do in that situation at night and then the whole thing about "freaky" stuff happening to them would be brought up...it took them a very long time to realise that it was just Splinter fucking with them.

⛥They all watched vines and quote them from day to day

⛥Leo loves to collect plant and flowers but when he brings them down to the lair they die within a week and he has definitely cried over at least half of them.

⛥Mikey is definitely the type of person to eat the world's nastiest food combos and enjoy it

⛥Mikey and Raph have constant bets over who can do the dumbest shit

⛥Leo always felt quite isolated from the group at times and it always made him feel self conscious and more different from the others.

⛥I think that Mikey constantly worries about his brothers and Splinter - especially Leo.

⛥Mikey, Donnie and Raph are the type of kid to lick the backs of magic stars and then stick two together in order to eat them

⛥ Leo is terrible with directions

⛥ Donnie and Mikey believe in the 'if you don't repost this video in (however long) you will die/get bad luck

⛥ They are all heavily invested in the yellow car game and Leo is always the one to get punched the most (Mikey and Raph are very competitive)

Rise HC Raph, Donnie, Leo all have physical nervous responses.

CW: Anxiety, Anxiety induced sh

Raph rubs his hands and arms raw, part of why he wears bandages. He peels his callouses and often makes small cuts he gets bleed from rubbing and picking at them. He wears bandages mostly for his punching and easier combat but also to ward himself away from picking at his raw skin

Donnie rubs and claws at his shoulders when it's really bad. But just with overall stress he chews the inside of his cheeks till they bleed. Half the time he doesn't even notice he does it till he tastes blood or he chews a tender spot and it hurts. He sometimes gets raw cloves to put on the spot to help, and Mikey immediately knows why he gets them.

Leo is the softest of the three. He scratches the back of his neck and his upper shell a lot when he's nervous. Also cracks as much of his body as he can. Mostly cracking his neck and hands though. Shaking them after popping them for the 40th time to the point they kinda hurt to do.

You and the leader in blue had become fast friends as you got to know the turtle brothers.

Leo was good at hiding his worries and anxiety, but you recognized the strain behind his eyes. You were quite familiar with it.

You chose to smoke weed as a medicine to relieve you of your stress-induced anxiety and depression and your loathsome insomnia.

You weren’t entirely sure how stoic, by-the-book Leo would react so you kept that to yourself.

After several months of friendship and tap dancing around feelings, you ended up becoming a couple.

One evening after patrol, Leo decided to surprise you and stopped by your apartment.

You weren’t expecting him and had just taken a hit on your blunt as your window slid open and he climbed inside.

“What’s that smell-oh.”

Leo looks at you with your wide eyes and look of panic. At first, he’s angry. You were hiding something from him and he didn’t like it. There weren’t supposed to be secrets between you two.

When tears fill your eyes, his face softens.

You explain how it helps with your anxiety and depression, and how it helps with your insomnia when nothing else seems to work.

He gets it, he really does. But he admonishes you to not keep things from him.

It takes a little while, but you finally both become comfortable with you indulging when he’s there with you.

Leo starts to catch on that you get very touchy-feely and affectionate when you smoke weed. He finally just straight up asks you about it.

When you confirm his suspicions, a new gleam comes into his eyes. Suddenly, your relationship moves up to the next level.

In time, the play-by-the rules leader tries it himself and finds it aids in his meditation. He “thanks” you rather vigorously for introducing him to it.

Headcanon that Leo has scars from getting stuck in the prison dimension and beat up by the Kraang, and Mikey likes to trace them over with his fingers sometimes, which Leo lets him because it feels comforting and nice. Also he has one particular scar that’s for some reason extremely sensitive and much like Donnie’s softshell, it’s too sensitive to even be touched, so he covers it with special bandages that Donnie made for him so he doesn’t have to worry about it bothering him.

Leo totally tried to eat Donnie as a baby and Splinter had to either keep a constant eye on them or separate them until they got older.

Now Leo’s love language is biting.

ITS ME HOH LEO ANON!!!! TO THE PERSON WHO ASKED IF THERES ANY MORE HEADCANNONS, I DO HAVE SOME. NOT MANY, BUT SOME.

raph has iron-deficient anemia (inspired by the ‘are you getting enough iron?’ quote from the one man’s junk episode). he generally takes good care of himself in terms of getting enough iron, mostly by eating a lot of meat and other iron-filled foods. sometimes, though, he can slip up and let his iron get a bit too low.

mikey has low blood sugar!! not much else to say here, his brothers always have sugary/carb-y snacks on them for him to eat. his diet is a lot more sugary/carb filled than his brothers. this contributes to his balance issues i mentioned in the original post. he has an emergency snack stash in his room!!

donnie has seasonal depression. the winter times are awful for him, and his brothers have to force him outside of the house to get him out of bed and do things.

donnie and leo both know sign language. leo because of his difficult hearing and donnie because he goes nonverbal time to time (autism turtle). i like to think they use that to their advantage and have conversations right in front of raph and mikey without them understanding

these are little things that can be mentioned in passing, but mean a lot. just mentioning mikey getting a snack for low blood sugar, raph eating a lot more meat because of low iron, donnie being a lot sadder and more irritable in winter settings, mikey leaning on counters or walls with his poor balance, etc. it’s small things that don’t need attention drawn to, but mean a lot to people who have those issues. the rep is great ^^ im so glad you liked the headcanons!

It's quit simple,how the TMNT2018 boys would react a y/n being a vampire? Or like,they already dating her and just find out about it.

he'd probably be the most confused but supportive.

probably would be a bit uncomfortable with the whole blood-sucking thing and the first time he caught you sucking someone's neck in the hospital, the conversation went a little something like this:

"y/n, what the heck are you doing with that unconscious person?"

"uh... hey raph... how do I explain this?"

after explaining to him multiple times, he'd of course support you by only letting you feed on villains and would often praise your cool fangs.

leo ✨:

when he kept noticing how you would volunteer at the hospital late at night, he was a bit confused until one time, he stopped by to surprise you with a handmade gift.

that gift ended up being slightly crushed when he found you, fang deep into a patient's neck.

"uhhh, is this some new initiations into a friend group?"

"leo! uh, I can explain this..."

after that, he would probably constantly make vampire puns about you.

when you guys watched twilight, oh god. the jokes never ever stopped.

"damn it! how did you win again?"

"Oh well, better luck necks time!

"I swear to god, this is the fifth time you've made that joke!"

if anyone tried to make fun of your pale complexion or pointy fangs, he would def do this:

donnie 🔬:

he'd be a bit bugged by this revelation and when he noticed that you'd always have suspicious juice bags in your backpack.

finally, you were in his lab helping him with his usual inventions and you grabbed a wrench to give to him but as you rose from your chair, you knocked over your duffle bag which poured out blood bags from the local hospital.

"...is there something you'd like to share with the rest of the class?"

"...nope."

after he learnt about your secret, he would do everything he can to make sure you can get a good supply of blood.

a frequent date idea of yours is to infiltrate local hospitals and steal blood bags.

mikey 🎨:

mikey would also praise your new looks and awesome fangs.

would probably make loads of paintings to show what you look like since you haven't seen yourself in a mirror for a long time-

"see? see how lovely you look?"

anytime he would see you sucking the blood out of someone and pouring the rest into a Ziploc bag, he would probably be a bit squeamish-

if you wanted to turn back into a human, he wouldn't give up and would get donnie's help in order to find a cure.

How do you think the turtles + April, Splinter and Casey would help a friend get over smn/get through a breakup? Preferably headcanons bc i have an attention span of like -3 seconds and they're short hhdjsjdnndnx

Thank you. It’s been a rough couple of days, but I’m starting to get better. :)

I usually only do up to four characters, but I’ll make these shorter than normal and do all of them.

I think Leo would give you space, but the second you hint that you want to open up, he’s right there.

Even if you go the “I need to be alone” route, you’ll ‘coincidentally’ find things in your room that you’ve wanted or would be therapeutic for you. (Think a beanbag to throw at the wall or a coloring book.)

If you open up, prepare to feel 10x better afterward. Leo’s not the leader for nothing- he’s amazing at pep talks.

Mikey is, per usual, a ball of sunshine about it.

He can see how much it’s affecting you, and he feels terrible about it, so expect a lot more hugs and shared pizzas when you’re at the lair.

To him, it’s easier to get over someone when you’re having fun.

I can see Raph helping the most through the anger portion- whether that’s being angry at your ex or just angry in general.

You’re always welcome to work out with him. (And if you spar, he’ll let you win by a hair to feel more confident. But he’ll never admit it.)

And of course, he’s open to just talking with you about it. He may be a hot-head, but he’s still an older brother at heart.

When it comes to Donnie, be prepared to see a Therapist Turtle in action.

You don’t have a conversation with him for the next two weeks without him mentioning how amazing you are, how you’ll be able to find someone else (if you want to, of course), how you’ll make it out okay, and just a whole lot of Inspiring Quotes.

It was annoying at first, but once you start to let yourself believe him, the more you cherish those moments.

April is the ultimate emotional support.

You’re angry at your ex? FUCK THEM! You don’t think you can find anyone else? HELL YEAH YOU CAN! YOU’RE PRETTY AS FUCK!

You have a dance party with her at least twice a week. They may be cheesy, but they’re the best fun you’ve had for a while and a nice distraction.

Splinter is tracking you down the instant he learns you’re going through a breakup.

When he finds you, he forces a cup of your favorite tea in your hands and starts his speech.

It’s a bunch of “it may hurt, but it will pass” and “it’s normal to grieve, even though they aren’t dead”.

Will also let you cry in his shoulder

Honestly, Casey avoids you.

Ones hands can tell the story of how they’ve lived… and how far they have come.

I’m a sucker for Good Dad Splinter ever since I watched TMNT ‘03. That rat was gifted sapience and his immediate instinct was kindness. I love that for him.

Rise Splinter lived a rollercoaster of a life, but as a Hollywood star he remembered the names of all his stunt guys and coworkers, and as a prisoner he cared for the rat that shared his cell. His sons are very close and physically affectionate, I think that says something about how he cares? That’s just how I like to headcanon him :)

It’s interesting to explore the idea that a seemingly monstrous transformation is what pushed him to be a kinder human
