Tokyo Revengers, as you may have probably guessed from the name, is a popular Japanese Manga series originally written by Ken Wakui, a manga artist who created Shinjuku Swan. The manga series was first launched in 2017 and became a sought-after series amongst manga fans. Store reopen‼️ Added this print to my Etsy 🥰 No one acknowledges “The Thing” is made of 100% non-GMO rock!! A merging of Ghibli and Marvel 😂 even when we grumpy there are still those little gems that make us ~feel something~. Even if I’m not feeling 💯I feel like there comes a time where you have to climb the uphill battle back to where you were and just decide to feel better. Got the OK from the doctor to end quarantine 12/30 and am going to try to keep up with everything I did while staying in touch with myself and how I am authentically feelin. • caption from when I originally made prints after Stan Lee’s death: I recently read an article that said the Fantastic Four saved Stan Lee from quitting comics. After he was ready to give up, his wife urged him to write one he would like. We all have moments when we’re ready to give up and I think it’s interesting he created Ben during that time. Hard shell on a soft boy, this character represents growth to me and overcoming things about you that might be “ugly” or hard to face. I normally only sell this print at cons but figured I’d put a couple on my store to honor Stan Lee’s legacy, especially since other people might want to do that as well. Old version of my comic in progress from around 2015, originally my main character was Amae as a boy instead of a girl and had a sidekick named Kuro who turned into Conscience later on. I’m seeing now that this Amae looks more like a work in progress of Adam, the way I drew the shadows were totally different at the time too.
