( 💌 ) LOADING … SOOYOUNG WITH NCT DREAM!

🧸 MARK — SOOLEE

you can always see the two of them harassing one another (mainly sooyoung bullying mark) and other times it’s just mark being embarrassed by sooyoung’s antics (and embarrassed he followed along) mark always blames sooyoung for being a “bad influence”, sooyoung blames mark for being a follower 🤷🏼‍♀️. mark can really bring out her sassy side and her soft side all at once <3 whenever the two of them are alone, mark likes to just talk to sooyoung about anything, he loves to just listen to her ramble. he will always protect her, and always ignores sooyoung when she says “you don’t need to worry, im all grown up!” 💔.

mark is a blessing and a curse to sooyoung. when sooyoung is feeling really anxious in situations, mark’s random and awkward jokes that make no sense always make her feel better. she loves hearing him trying to give good advice without knowing what he’s talking about, it makes her feel more confident in herself to let her irrational thoughts go. but, at the same time, when her and mark spend hours rambling, sometimes mark can go too deep in wondering and send sooyoung into a rabbit hole of stress. he always makes it up to her and talks her out of if <3.

a special moment nctzens adore :: *dream was vlogging in the US during their tour* sooyoung was attempting to order her own meal by herself, and mark was so supportive towards her! he gave her a big smile and thumbs up, lovingly pinching her cheek. off - camera, mark gave her the biggest hug known to earth!

🧸 RENJUN — SOOJUN

sooyoung ADORES renjun. she loves his controlled / quiet chaotic personality and how he can make her smile without having to say a thing. she loves loves to just spend one on one time with him just be present in the moment. when they are alone together, it’s just a mix of them being quiet and relaxing, and them sooyoung trying to get renjun to do something with her. for example, sooyoung was begging renjun to go grocery shopping with her FOR HOURS, just because she didn’t want to go alone. renjun was being so stubborn, but he eventually agreed because sooyoung looked so sad when he told her no for the 1021819 time. he is a sucker for sooyoung, and she knows it.

sooyoung and renjun are super close though! they love to take walks together or paint together, anything that can relax them and allow them to decompress. sooyoung loves loves to hug renjun and he pretends like he is only tolerating it but…his favorite hugs always come from sooyoung! but don’t let his softness for soo fool you, he WILL harass her just like he would anyone else, and his patience with her is CONSTANTLY being tested 😭

a special moment nctzens adore :: dream was behind the scenes of a photo shoot, and SOMEHOW sooyoung had retrieved a bubble wand, and was skipping around blowing bubbles near all of the members - renjun especially. everytime she came near him he kept giving her the side eye, and kept trying to take the bubble wand away, but to no avail. this girl had a death grip 💪💪. so, like most friends would, renjun CHASED HER until she dropped and let go 😭😭

“AHHH RENJUN IS COMING TO GET ME!! SOMEONE HELP!!!” …. “ARE YOU ALL REALLY GOING TO ABANDON ME?!?”

rather than tackling her, renjun just wrapped her in a hug and lifted her off the ground and carried her back to the backstage, plopping her onto a chair and telling her to “stay” like she was a puppy 😭. minutes later you could see sooyoung laying her head on his shoulder watching him play games 🥺

🧸 JENO — SONO

THE CATS OF DREAM!!! jeno is the black cat while sooyoung is the hyper orange cat…jeno watches in the distance while sooyoung inevitably creates chaos…then joins in. he always has a protective arm around her, especially in public. he is always worrying about sooyoung, if she’s feeling okay, if people are being creepy, or if she’s going to get hurt.

he will always make sure he walks behind her when they are leaving, ensuring that no one harassing sooyoung. he always holds her heels for her when her feet hurt, and even carries her down the stairs when she doesn’t feel confident in her pumps. he is sooyoung’s #1 defender…don’t mess with his demonic bestie.

a special moment nctzens adore :: sooyoung was running around the house in a 8CHILLIN episode, and you could just hear jeno repeatedly yell “you’re going to fall, sooyoung” or “YAH! SOOYOUNG!” … and when she finally slipped, jeno was the first to her side. he cradled her head, worried that she cracked it open, but only sighed when he saw the girl stifling her giggles. “oh sooyoungie…what am i going to do with you.”

🧸 HAECHAN — SOOHYUCK

haechan is constantly doting on sooyoung and sooyoung EATS IT UPPPP. she lovessss affection (platonically) and never turns away from haechan when he’s trying to hug her…she just pushes him away when he tries to give her a cheek kiss 😭 despite haechan being older than sooyoung, haechan is 100% sooyoung’s baby. he will always call out for her or go “sooyoungieeeee, im hungry” and sooyoung will immediately go get him a snack. she loves loves to pat his head and sit next to him because he is just so WARMM. she always calls him her personal heat box 🥰 she will do anything for this boy, and she will always defend haechan even when he is clearly wrong 😭

the two of them together though when on reality shows…CHAOS. haechan and sooyoung will team up and sooyoung is all of the sudden ALL FUELED and ready to FIGHTT. haechan will encourage her and he LOVES to see sooyoung be super energetic and determined to win or do whatever the goal is…he acts like a proud dad around her constantly 😭 the two of them as pairs will leave everyone roasted…but it will be a great show!!!

a special moment nctzens adore :: dream was at a fan sign event where the building ridiculously cold…and poor sooyoung was dressed in a skirt and a thin shirt, our love was FREEZING. she couldn’t stop shivering and she just kept moving around the stage to keep herself warm. haechan, seeing that the stylist weren’t going to offer sooyoung anything to atleast be a little warm, took his sweatshirt off so sooyoung could wear it 🥺. he also demanded that sooyoung had a blanket to cover her legs when sitting - because yk, sm doesn’t care 🙄. he felt so bad, he held her hands until they were warm enough and didn’t complain when she clinged to him to stay warm 🥺

🧸 JAEMIN — SOOMIN

jaemin and sooyoung have a veryyy special bond! the two of them have always been super close, jaemin was the first nct dream member that sooyoung got close to - and their bond just got stronger and stronger!!! jaemin always says that sooyoung is his boost of energy, and there is soooo much evidence of this. whenever dream are playing games and jaemin gets tired, all he needs is sooyoung next to him and her big, energetic smile, and he is back in the game!

these two can communicate with only their eyes, nctzens swear. there are countless of threads of jaemin and sooyoung communicating silently…and always doing weird stuff after. sooyoung and jaemin spend the most time with each other…so they know everything. everything. the two of them are always gossiping and spilling tea about eachother on vlive…which always ends with them calling eachother and fake fighting 😭

a special moment nctzens adore :: jaemin and sooyoung are so thoughtful of each other, they always remember everything about each other, and love to suprise eachother with things that they’ve mentioned in passing. jaemin once saved up his money for months to buy sooyoung locket after their debut, because sooyoung had recently lost the one her brother gave her, and she was devastated. so, he bought her a new one, and placed his favorite picture of dream in it for her <3. she wears it so often, and she has never changed the photo.

🧸 CHENLE — SOONLE

01 LINERS!!! BESTIES!!! even though sooyoung and chenle are the same age - chenle was timid to approach her when they first met. sooyoung was so bubbly and energetic, and while he was too…he wasn’t used to working with one girl out of a group full of guys. he always over anaylyzed his interactions with her because he really wasn’t sure how he was feeling about the whole ordeal. but - sooyoung understood. she gave chenle time and eventually, chenle warmed up to her after he saw how lovely she was 🥰

the two of them together…NEXT LEVEL OF SASS. chenle will try and mess with sooyoung and be dramatic, but sooyoung will NOT TOLERATE IT. she will 100% COME FOR HIM. they will bicker about everything, but it’s all out of love!!! jaemin is always saying “NO FIGHTING, NO FIGHTING”….which leads to sooyoung and chenle fighting more just to mess with jaemin 😭

a special moment nctzens adore :: sooyoung had bought coffee for all of the members - and surprised them all when they were doing a group live! sooyoung had two coffee carriers, her dance bag, and was trying to somehow hold onto her food bag without dropping the coffees, and as soon as chenle saw sooyoung he hopped up and practically took everything from sooyoung, leaving her with only her food 🥺. he also gave up his seat on the couch to stand so sooyoung could sit and be cozy 🥺

🧸 JISUNG — SOOSUNG

sooyoung and jisung are getting into all sorts of trouble, although it’s less of them pulling pranks on others…more just like them having bad ideas and executing them. when they were trainees and they were able to spend time at dreams dorm, they were always pulling all nighters together, then complaining when jaemin dragged their butts out of bed 😭

they are also BOTH SO CLUMSY. the members always joke that they have to have constant supervision 😭😭. sooyoung also messes with jisung so much, she will convince him that random things are true - and he will 100% believe her 😭. sooyoung always feels bad when he starts telling other members and they are just like ?!?, so she eventually tells him the truth

a special moment nctzens adore :: sooyoung was vlogging for her relay cam, and sooyoung decided she was going to go in jisung’s room to bug him. she expected to find him sleeping because it was like three in the morning…but this man was still awake gaming. so, sooyoung sat next to him in his bed and watched him, making fun of him when he lost. eventually (after ten minutes) … sooyoung fell asleep and jisung had to take over the relay cam cuz this girl wouldn’t wake up 😭. but nctzens LOVED how jisung gently moved her so she was actually laying down and tucked her in.

“nctzens…i don’t know where i’m going to sleep now….i guess the floor now.” poor jisungie 😭

❀ Sometimes two people can understand each other without having to say much. To Chenle there's one person who always seems to know just what to say

Chenle never cries. Even if he wants to, he has difficulty letting the tears roll freely down his cheeks. Even as he watched his friends cry more freely, his own tears only brimmed his eyes without falling—even Haechan who, although cries more often than people realise but always tries to hide tears, cried.

He stumbled down the stairs after the concert had ended. His tired legs feel like they are ready to give out, but they stayed strong carrying the rest of his weight. His world felt a bit blurry. Although the concert had ended, staff were still running around making sure things were going smoothly. He had other staff tending to his needs, but Chenle waved them off politely.

“Good job, bro.” He looks to his right to see his leader give him a warm yet tired smile. Mark patted his shoulder earning a nod and a smile back from the younger man, before he turned to check up on his other members.

Chenle continued taking steps forward—blindly trusting his feet would take him to the green room since his senses weren’t really alert. At a given moment he felt himself bump into something, or someone, but couldn’t register anything but the fact that this person was in front of him. “I’m sorry,” he mumbled through a bow. When he was standing fully straight again he finally could make out the figure in front of him.

“You good there?” The sweet and still playful tone of JiHo hit his ears and Chenle let out a content sigh. “You did amazing out there, I’m so proud of you.”

Chenle’s smile fell. I’m so proud of you. He didn’t know why, but as the words continued to echo in his head a sense of relief washed over him.

It was uncomfortable. The way all the tension and tiredness was released from his body at once, leaving his body to feel tingly just underneath the skin. His body felt devoid of any strength yet he didn’t fall to the floor. In front of him JiHo continued to smile at the younger one softly. He noticed her hands were holding his arms. Maybe that’s why I’m still standing. It’s when he looked back up that felt a wetness on his cheek—and it wasn’t sweat.

“I’m pr—” JiHo chuckled softly as she stopped herself. “I’m so proud of you,” she corrected herself.

Chenle felt his body fall forward and he instantly melted into JiHo’s embrace. JiHo’s arms were hugging his waist, hands placed as high as they could reach on his back drawing subtle patterns into his shirt. If it weren’t for JiHo stretching her neck as far up as possible to rest her chin on his shoulder, Chenle’s bigger frame would’ve completely encaged her and her smaller figure wouldn’t be recognizable to anyone watching from the outside—not that anyone was really watching.

The two stayed there in silence for a bit. It reminded Chenle of the days JiHo would come over to his house and they’d quietly enjoy each other’s company. He chuckled at the memories that came to mind and when the stray tear fell from his cheek onto his palm, he chuckled once more. It was maybe only one tear, but it carried the weight of many more.

“Thank you,” Chenle whispered, a smile apparent in his tone.

As they pulled away from each other JiHo held a disgusted expression. “I’m sending you the bill for the dry cleaner,” she joked as she looked down at her clothes. They felt a bit damp after the hug with the idol that was covered in sweat after performing a 3 hour concert. “That hug was a bad idea.”

Chenle’s smile reached his eyes as he watched JiHo complain—although clearly not that bothered. They shared another look, which held all the words they wanted to tell each other along with the thanks Chenle wanted to give her.

“Noona! There you are!” The two turned to see Jisung wave at the older girl excitedly which caused them both to chuckle once more.

“JiHo. Chenle. Come let’s take a picture,” Renjun waved both his friends over.

The two looked at each other and nodded. There were no more words needed between the two as Chenle reached out for JiHo’s hand and with a squeeze pulled her over to the rest of his members.

Relationship with NCT Dream

WinWin and Nari were actually the main ones who took in Renjun after he entered SM

Nari knows what it's like living in a foreign country, how difficult, frustrating, and annoying it can be, so she wanted to help him - especially since he came alone at such a young age

Many late-night conversations about what Renjun has superstitions on (ex: aliens); Nari would listen to him and add in her input when necessary - but also conversations about their life and struggles they may be having

They like to meet up every once in a while to do some Art things to de-stress and catch up

One of Nari’s biggest protectors - if something goes bad towards Nari, he’s there to help and defend her, especially from Sasaengs. He is one of the members who gets to see her emotional, sensitive side, so he gets very defensive and protective when someone says something rude about her - or to her

They can also be very savage towards the other members much to the members’ dismay

She is lowkey the reason why he became the savage person he is - she made sure to raise him to know to not let people's opinions deter him on his goals and happiness (she is very proud of it)

A lot of gossip and teasing spoken through Mandarin kkkk

His eye-smile makes her smile back instinctively and happily, showing her own eye-smile

A very soft sibling duo (though to be honest, if Doyoung is involved, then they’re basically a cute small family jdhkgjbg)

Genuinely finds him very funny and is ready to scold the other Dreamies if they keep teasing him about being ‘nojam’

There are many cases when he would call her, or she would visit him late at night when he can’t sleep the night before NCT goes on a variety show due to his anxiety and worry of not being funny :(

Nari is basically Jeno’s #1 fan; making sure he gets all the support and love he deserves - especially since he’s the type to keep it all in if he’s feeling hurt

Jeno really appreciates and cares for Nari, so if she’s in any danger/harm, he’s ready to protect her no matter what - one of her bodyguards, in a way

He likes playing the guitar for her even though she knows how to play the guitar

Although he may not express it a lot, he really looks up to her and is always looking to her for approval and love and support - which she gives him wholeheartedly

The most stressful child out of all of the members

Always up to mischief, being cheeky and savage - but you know what? Nari is always there to snap back and humble him down FAST hehe (one of the reasons why he loves her; is because she can fight back and most of the time beat him)

Very clingy towards Nari, always crying out, “EOMMAA!” when something doesn’t go his way

Although she’s the mother figure to him, at the same time, she can also play around and do pranks with him - that’s when his eyes shine with hearts and admiration towards his mother-figure

Haechan to Doyoung: This is why Noona is my favourite, and why I listen to her more than you

But in all seriousness, he can go to her when he’s feeling down or is struggling with something - like when he had insecurities about his tan skin, she was there to cheer him up and be more confident in his own body. And if someone messes with him, she's always ready to throw hands and fight someone and let her cold exterior truly come true

We barely see Haechan get angry or upset, though most of the time whenever he’s in that mood, it’s because somebody was messing with his Noona

Although she jokes a lot about what a troublesome child he can be, whenever hate comes his way, she is ready to fIgHt someone - as in, Mama Bear swoops in, ready to attack

Jaemin's natural loving personality really captured her attention the first time they met

Yes, she was in a loving family, she knew how to love, but through Jaemin she really learnt what love and care was - he is a whole other level

He is one of the reasons that made her soften up throughout the years and not seem too scary to almost everyone

He also inspired her to help more in charities and donations, so you would see them together participating for UNICEF and other charities together

Nari is one of his main muses when it comes to photography - he loves taking photos of her and editing them to perfection

One of his pillars and main supporters when he was on hiatus; Nari was always contacting him, updating him on what NCT are doing and the plans, making sure to encourage him to be patient and that they were all waiting for him to get better

Jaemin is actually one of the few younger members that Nari can lower her guard around, and be vulnerable with

There’s just that special connection between the two since the first time they met

You know how Chenle looks up to Taeyong when it comes to the rapping/performance area? He is the same towards Nari

Really looks up to her - because she’s basically the main person who helped him after he came to Korea with a lack of knowledge of the Korean language, and because of how badass she is

His mother is very grateful to Nari for looking after her son - and would actually nag Chenle and be like, “You listen to your second mother when you go to schedules together, and look out for her as well -”

Chenle is always visiting her to give his mother’s hot pot since she’s half-Chinese and misses the food every once in a while

You know how Chenle barely shows to the other members that he’s struggling with something, or feeling down? Yeah, well, that’s cuz he shows that side to Nari only - especially in the beginning when he first came to Korea; cried a lot and was scared, so he would always lean on Nari in those times - especially since she could speak his mother tongue, it was easier for him to express his heart to her

So whenever Nari struggles in something, it breaks his heart, and he will want to help her/protect her no matter what

He likes buying things for her even though he doesn’t need to - would just be minding his own business walking around the shops or something, and he would see something and be like, “Ooh, I’m gonna buy that for Noona.” and just buy it on a whim to give to her. She does the same to him - their other duo nickname is, 'Rich Mum and Son'

NARI’S BABYYYYYY

Basically raised him since the day they met on his first day at SM despite the language barrier in the beginning

Whenever he needed help - whether it be for evaluations or daily life, he would go to her

Back when he used to go to school, she would always be there ready to pick him up from school to head to practice, buying him snacks along the way

He was actually one of the people that helped Nari with her dancing when they were trainees - so if you ever wonder how she became good at dancing even though she started at SM, you have Jisung to thank hehe. He also tries and helps her with her Korean like he does to Chenle - sometimes they would have mini Korean classes together, the three of them

Jisung really grew up under his biological family and Nari’s love and support, so you will actually see some small characteristics he kind of picked up on from Nari if you look closely

Because of this close attachment, he really worries/cares/protects her passionately as he would for his family - so in the Mind Camp, he also mentioned that he works/lives for his family and Nari, who has helped raise him in the idol industry

Jisung is basically her son, so she is ready to do anything and everything for him just like he would for her - the two are very whipped for each other.

Hello my lovely readers. First, Chapter 10 of lovely Rose has been published. Second, let’s talk about the love interests of Rosalie.

Kim Samuel

Samuel was Rosalie’s first crush. That’s right. She never had a crush on anyone while in America. So when she first met Samuel, her heart had fluttered. They met when she had to go to Brave Entertainment with her manager. They became best friends and ended up falling for each other. But they stayed friends.

Chenle

Chenle was just a crush. But their friendship is strong. He spoils her with gifts, even though she is as rich as him. He also teaches her Chinese while she helps him with his Korean. Though SM and JYP both have stated they are close friends, fans say that they can see a spark between the two.

Heuning Kai

So this is a bit different. Heuning Kai actually had a crush on Rosalie first. He fell hard for her. But who wouldn’t. She is loving and makes sure that you are taken care of. Though they couldn’t ever date because of Hybe’s dating ban, HeuningKai has admitted on a variety show that Rosalie is his ideal type.

Wu Lei

This man is the one that Rosalie crushes on the most. They filmed Whirlwind Girl together (both seasons) and a budding friendship bloomed between them. She fell for him hard, making it quite obvious for others to see. Dispatch and a Chinese gossip outlet spread rumors that the two are together in 2019 after they are seen together, but JYP doesn’t confirm or deny the rumors. Rosalie does get the news taken down somehow, but fans speculate that the two are actually together. Their age gap of three years was at first a problem to fans, but there wasn’t much of a problem later on.

Might make Wu Lei and Rosalie endgame. Idk yet.
