Having OCD is weird because it feels like 90% of the people you talk to don’t actually know what it is outside of ‘I’m so OCD’ and ‘the intrusive thoughts won’ being common phrases, almost like it’s perceived as something more ‘quirky’ and less defined when compared to other disorders in the public eye
