Who slays at mahjong and who leaves game night stripped of everything they own? Wukongverse and/or MKatI AU
I misread this as "strip mahjong" like they're working with strip poker rules XD
oh gosh, I feel like they need to keep the game separated between the SWKs and LEMs or else the different pairs will deliberately lose/quit to run off with their spouse. The SWKs are def the ones who'd bring up the idea of a competition via mahjong to see who's the most "Intelligent Stone Monkey".
Then one of them decides to make the contest more interesting since they can't really take eachothers effect home with them; losers have to remove an article of clothing, and if you're reduced to underwear you get kicked out of the game for the rest of the night.
First loser is Cherry cus I doubt this monkey knows how to play any tile or card game. He also is the most chill about being undressed, he's used to being without clothes around other monkeys. He much more enjoys seeing the frustration/dismay on the others faces when they lose a round. Heckles the players into dropping their tiles mid-move.
Starfruit holds out for a short time cus of all his modern clothing, but is terrible at mahjong and is the second to lose entirely.
Dasheng loses third, not so much because of his skill, but because he's only wearing like three articles of clothing. He curses loudly when he's stripped of his pants and the other SWKs catch sight of his red-butt + crystalized tail.
The others hesistated letting Meihouwang's Shihou into the game, but the little guy turned out to be a natural at mahjong and probably takes the most "points" out of all other players. Still a mid-game loser due to losing interest partway through the competition.
Reborn loses his final article in a round that makes his scream in frustration. He tried to argue that the Golden Headband counted as an accesory and should be counted as an extra "point". The others disagreed, and he sulked over to the Loser Couch.
Sugar/Ganzhe is the third-last loser, he was so focused on the game that he forgot to take off his last few pieces of clothing. He slips up at the last minute and loses to a trick move by Ace. He smiles; "Great game guys!" and sits down politely for the last round.
Peach and Ace end up in a deadlock, both down to their last piece of clothing (a loose hawaiian shirt for Peach, the mask for Ace). Peach has a few extra hundred years of experience in this game, but Ace is more of a high-risk gambler and came prepared with all his multi-layered suits. The tension is high and the loser SWKs are watching with great interest who slips up next.
Then a monster attack occurs outside and the SWKs all scramble to respond, leaving the game at an eternal tie. They're so startled that they accidentally swap some bits of clothing and armor in their haste for battle.
The LEMs see their SWK's in varying states of undress and are too busy laughing to ask what on earth they were doing between the monster fighting.

In League — A Lucky Blunder
Masterlist
Summary: The boys finally caught their rival gang's spy but something about him has their leader intervening in his punishment. Beta read by @alittlewhump!
CW: Late-19th century, explicit language, kidnapping/abduction, nudity (non-sexual), restraints, bruising from implied beating, whipping, scars, torture/interrogation, taunting of prisoner, multiple whumpers, dubious caretaker.
A high-pitched keening wound its way through the house.
Wyatt paused, pencil hovering over his place in the row of numbers. It was early evening. Sunlight entered the window at a low angle to cast long shadows through yellow-orange light. The boys would be winding down from the day which meant they were winding up for the night.
“Tommy?” He called for Frankie’s lad, the portrait of his ruddy-haired father in miniature. A child of about ten years who was always close at hand, ever-keen to make a farthing running errands. Especially if he could smugly tell younger boys later that he wasn’t at liberty to divulge the particulars. As though he was the rare child-confidant of the entire gang. He did have a fair pulse on what was going on, if a little slanted by the perspective of his youth.
Another cry, twisting all the way upstairs, most likely from the cellar two floors down. In the house—their house—not a thing could transpire unnoticed, such was the size and layout. Wyatt liked that. All was within reach and what one could hold in the palm of his hand, one could command.
Although, his appreciation and pride were diminishing by the second as the cries continued and grew more insistent. He leaned back in his chair with a sigh and almost ran his fingers through his hair before he remembered they were smudged with graphite from doing the books.
“Tommy!”
Finally, a clatter and then short, snappy strides as the child scrambled across the kitchen and up the stairs. “Yessir?”
“What is that fucking noise?”
Tommy swallowed, trying to catch his breath. “They found that man. The one ‘tipped off Keats.”
“Is that so?”
About a month ago, a beggar had shown up on their streets. He’d seen the man in question himself—more of a boy really, no more than twenty—huddled outside the door of the pub and shuffling around the streets covered in a ratty blanket.
Around the same time, a number of plans had been mislaid. At first, it had seemed only as though they’d mismatched their timing. Until one night, when they’d had a raid planned on a warehouse, expecting just a few guards and found its owner—one of their biggest rivals—Keats, had two dozen waiting instead.
It had nearly cost two boys their lives and one still had a bullet in his shoulder. They had pulled the usual threads, made sure to reassess the loyalties of certain parties. The beggar, on the other hand, was nowhere to be found. No one thought twice about an urchin disappearing. But then, a handful of days later, Jack’s sister had seen the very same accompanying none other than Keats himself.
A short ten days later, here he was, apparently paying for his trickery in the cellar, having finally been apprehended.
No one noticed Wyatt coming down the stairs. All backs were turned, including the one getting belted. Their captive was stark naked and covered in grime with patches of bruises darkening along his ribs. His wrists were tied together and hooked over his head so that he was forced onto the balls of his feet. From the looks of it, he’d managed to bear his due reward silently for a not-insignificant length of time. Raised welts crisscrossed from the back of his neck down to his calves. It was plain by the scars on his back that this was not his first beating. Not much of a distinguishing feature around these parts.
Alfred was winding up for what would no doubt be the first lash that drew blood. The rest of the group surveyed from a loose half-circle, some sitting on overturned crates and others leaning against the soot-blackened walls. Wyatt hadn’t been down here in ages, couldn’t say what was in half of the cobwebbed crates stacked in the corners. The air in the cramped space was beginning to smell pungent, cigarette smoke clinging to the ceiling in spite of the open street-level windows.
Wyatt put his hands in his pockets and leaned against the wall at the foot of the stairs. He waited until Alfred was about to strike. “What’d you find, lads?”
At least one of the men jumped, a few others sat up just a fraction straighter. Alfred let the swing fall short. Only the tail end of the belt met its target, who hissed as another welt rose on his pale flesh.
Wyatt wasn’t the oldest nor was he the longest-standing member. The group operated mostly by consensus but he was indisputably its leader. After all, he had been the one to rescue this house of cards from collapse before they had completely lost control. He’d recast the senior members into roles that didn’t require temperance and recruited younger men to fill the ranks instead. The younger the better, hungry to prove themselves and yet to develop the arrogance and pride that had prevented their predecessors from changing with the times.
They had swiftly replaced brute force and standoffs in broad daylight in favour of subtler methods, refocusing on activities with higher turnovers that required a fraction of the effort and didn’t put them atop wanted lists. Half the city was still under the impression the gang had in fact collapsed and retreated back to the slums.
Alfred turned, face as red as the skin he’d just been beating raw. Either from the strength he was putting behind his arm or from feeling caught. He wasn’t the type to come up with the first idea himself but was always the first to volunteer to carry another’s. “It’s Keats’ spy.”
“We finally caught up with him,” someone else chimed in, making a few others chuckle.
Frankie sauntered over to clap the accused-spy on the shoulder, making him tense. “Just having some fun.”
That earned a few laughs from the audience and the boy ducked his head as if to hide.
Wyatt cleared his throat. “Come on, let us have a look.”
As Frankie made the captive turn on his toes, Wyatt was struck by two things.
The first was the curious wound on the soft side of his hip, looking as though someone had inexplicably carved a piece of meat off him not long ago.
Secondly, and more notably, Wyatt was struck by the fact that this was altogether a different boy.

who: open starter when: beginning of greer’s birthday party where: the pool ofc
Nate just stared at his phone with complete disbelief on his face, glancing up to look around. Surely whoever this was was here, waiting to see his reaction - but he scanned the crowd, not seeing anyone even looking at him. Anyone who may be aware of what he was just asked to do. A sigh heaved out of his lips, shaking his head, before he tossed his phone to the side. “Fuck it,” he muttered under his breath, yanking down the briefs and joggers he had on.
He let out a cheer, before he, yes, fully nude, took the few steps towards the edge of the pool, executed a cannonball, disappearing under the water. Swimming towards the opposite side, he pulled himself up, hands cupping over himself as he made his way back towards where he had left his clothing, shaking out his wet hair as he did so.

a fated encounter
@feyaxnbm
The Lisianthus River was calm today, unlike Matteo’s heart. He sighed. It was cold, but the winter chill had not fully consumed the air. He dipped his foot into the river. It was surprisingly warm. He looked around. Everyone was busy preparing for their own winter celebrations, so they were not out galivanting in the woods. Not like him.
After another brief moment of hesitation, he stripped down. He folded his clothes neatly. The servants probably would not tell on him, but he still wanted as little evidence on them as possible. Then, he dove into the water.
His adoptive parents, the Griffiths, had warned him against going to the river alone. However, they had often gone as a family together. They weren’t scared of it in the same way many Elestrians were. It was a force of nature, but nature nonetheless. It was a part of the balance and therefore, not something to truly fear.
He was swimming calmly, engulfed in his thoughts. Then, he heard the sound of branches breaking. He stood up, looking for assailants. Damn, his sword was next to his clothes. Then, Matteo saw who was watching him and he covered his chest. A blush overcame his face.
Matteo released an unprincely scream.

dancing in the rain//open
Tumblr media
Zia ignored the sky splitting open above her, threatening to consume the town in water. Though she hated not being able to fly at the moment due to the wind, this helped her get back to basics. It was as if they were bringing the chaos of the ocean to the earth. It was beautiful. It was tumultuous. It reminded her of the day she destroyed an entire civilization.
She danced around the beach, her clothes soaked through. Honestly, she was surprised she was still wearing them. She remembered hearing about fairies once. How they enticed you to dance in their rings and then made you dance to death with them. It sounded like fun. Maybe she needed to try it.
She turned to the nearest body to her and smiled. "Isn't it a lovely day. Dance with me?"

I Want No Traces of Gabriele
Note: This drabble was inspired by scenes of the manhwa, Black Winter. Gabriela is my interpretation of Saya and Diva’s aunt who has silver hair and red eyes while Gabriele is my interpretation of Saya and Diva’s mother who is the Blue Chiropteran Queen. Angela and Angelina are Saya and Diva’s cousins. Lunar Bat Immortal is the archaic term for Chiropterans. Personal blogs do not reblog!
Gabriela could see her sister’s body falling into an avalanche of ice and she recalled that those infants within Gabriele’s belly would never come into fruition. Good. She needed no reminders of the existence of the woman who had once been her best friend and ultimately betrayed her into turning into a mermaid forever. Just as she thought so, she could see an image of children who resembled her and Gabriele, who resembled her daughters, Angela and Angelina, but the child who possessed the red eyes had reddish-brown eyes instead. And instead of possessing metallic hair colors like she and her other self and her children, they had hair as black as the night like her mother and aunt.
Gabriela gasped which released air bubbles into the sea. She sweated as she panted. Why did she have such a strange dream now? She had made peace with her life as a mermaid. She had settled down with the sea king of the North Atlantic and twin daughters with him. She swam to the room where her daughters slept peacefully. They would not betray one another like Gabriele did with her. They would be happy together like their grandmother and great aunt were.
Because her mother disowned her a long time ago, they only had each other, which was good enough. So why did her strange dream disturb her so much? She decided to visit a sea witch to consult with her about the strange dream. She had learned long ago that her silver hair would protect her from any wicked magic sea witches possessed. She gathered a small sack and filled it with some treasures since sea witches wouldn’t grant her wish for free.
After she entered the cave where a sea witch dwelled, she explained that she had a strange dream about her nieces and said “I know it’s foolish, there’s no way those girls would survive without any blood. They must’ve perished a long time along with their mother, but I can’t get that dream out of my mind.” She shook her head.
The sea witch held out her hand for the sack in her hand. “What you hold in your hand should be enough for my services, Your Majesty.”
Gabriela frowned as she handed over the sack.
The sea witch commented as she began gazing into her crystal ball and a vision of Gabriela when she first visited a different sea witch many years ago emerged. She laughed. “I can see this is not the first time you’ve consulted with one of my kind. …What would his Majesty think if he knew you left his bedside to meet with me?”
Gabriela jutted out her chin. “He knows of my past. I would simply tell him this is an extremely important matter to me that forced me into this position. I hope after tonight, I will never have to consult with you sea witches again.”
The sea witch let out an annoying cackle. “So candid, Your Majesty. In fact…” The image in the crystal ball changed into that of a Lunar Bat Immortal female. She had short black hair and resembled those who possessed red eyes, but she had reddish-brown eyes, just like in her dream and the silver-haired woman could feel her heart sink.
“Your niece is just as candid as you are. Just as most ladies who bear eyes of red in your kind do.”
The image changed once more to reveal the former’s girl double but instead of having short hair, her hair reached her buttocks, her skin was pale instead of sun kissed, and her eyes were blue like those of her mother… Whereas Gabriela had slightly clenched her teeth at the sight of her first niece, her mouth pouted even more at the sight of her late sister’s double.
“History is repeating. The fate of your nieces resembles that of you and your former twin. Would you like to hear about it?”
Gabriela smirked. “Is that so?”
~Later~
Apparently, a human man named Joel and his cousin discovered her sister’s remains and their meddling led to her nieces’ existence. Much like how Gabriele had betrayed her out of envy for her freedom, Diva had betrayed Saya and Saya was the twin chosen by Joel to live a free life. Saya wanted her revenge on her blue twin and had to kill Diva for the sake of mankind. Had it not been for the fact Saya was her niece, she would’ve empathized with her more. Gabriele’s eldest daughter was also being used by the humans as their war weapon against her youngest daughter. A tragic yet ironically suitable fate for those girls.
She was the one who had killed Gabriele and it was up to her to kill Gabriele’s daughters and put them out of their misery. The sea witch asked her to get her husband’s trident so she could regain her legs for this task. Gabriela went a step further and requested that the sea witch make her a trinket that could allow her to regain her legs when needed. That way, she would never have to stoop as low as to visit a sea witch again. The sea witch complied and made her a ruby necklace that could enable her to regain her legs when she wished using the magic of her husband’s trident.
As most witches, including the one who condemned Gabriela into her current fate of being a mermaid, were infamous for, they thrived on the thought of the misery of others and so, the sea witch the silver-haired queen consulted gave her a knife to kill her nieces. But it wasn’t just any knife, but an extremely poisonous one that even fellow Lunar Bat Immortals would have trouble resisting the poison.
How ironic indeed. Many years ago, a consultation with a sea witch led her to wield a knife against her beloved prince. But at the time, she couldn’t bare herself to use it. This time, she would. She wanted no traces of Gabriele and according to the sea witch, there was a curse in her bloodline from many decades ago. From the moment a Lunar Bat Immortal and her sister were treated differently, the curse in their blood would spark, causing them to be pitted against one another, and putting themselves above the other and could no longer live in peace. Her daughters would not benefit from knowing their tainted cousins.
~Somewhere Else~
Her granddaughters were before her, fighting with their swords crossed on an opera stage. Báixuě could hear herself call out with a hand outstretched. “Stop!”
No, not again. The fate that had fallen upon her daughters could not repeat onto her granddaughters. Aside from her sister, her nieces, and Jolie, they were the only next of kin left to her.
Soon after her granddaughters froze to look at her, the light from Saya’s glowing ruby eyes and Diva’s flashing sapphire eyes simultaneously extinguished and their bodies collapsed as blood spilled from where they had been mysteriously impaled.
Báixuě sucked in a breath. Who could’ve done this?! Then the perpetrator stood before her… Silver hair and eyes as ruby red as that of her other self. Her eldest daughter….
She smirked at her as she held up a knife stained with blood.
Báixuě could feel incensed as she witnessed her disowned daughter commit another sin. How dare she have the gall to appear before her again!
She yelled “Gabriela!”
Báixuě jolted up from her hotel bed, sweating and panting.
Méi gui hóng groaned in her sleep but soon sat up to put a comforting hand on her elder twin’s shoulder. “What’s the matter Jiějiě? Did you have a nightmare?”
Báixuě exhaled as Méi gui hóng began stroking her back. “…Yes… But I fear that this is more than an ordinary nightmare…”
After they turned on the lights in the room, Báixuě held up a hand mirror and said “Mirror, mirror in my hand… Please answer my demand…”
Many nights later, after the sea witch directed Gabriela to Saya’s location, the silver-haired woman’s head emerged upon the waves as she recognized the cruise ship that was Red Shield’s headquarters.
The silver-haired woman could see Saya walk by.
She smirked as she thought. “Should I give her a greeting? From one with red eyes to another?”
The elder Red Chiropteran Queen splashed her red tail very hard, loud enough to get her niece’s attention. Saya looked down at the waves. …Was that a mermaid with red eyes and silver-hair? And for some strange reason, the girl’s aura felt like that of other Chiropterans… The mermaid dived underneath the waves.
Saya’s reddish-brown eyes widened the moment the mermaid went underwater. She turned to her chevalier who was walking behind her. “Hagi. Did you see anyone in the water?”
Hagi shook his head. “I wasn’t looking at the sea.”
“Oh.” Saya somberly replied. Was she seeing things?
It would take many nights afterward for the Red Shield cruise ship to be docked into a harbor. Gabriela jumped from the sea, transforming from a mermaid into a regular Lunar Bat Immortal in mid-air, then landed on the ship. Her nude form was partially obscured by her long silver hair. A female Red Shield staff member crossed paths with her and Gabriela’s eyes dangerously glinted red.
~Later~
Saya went out to stare at the sea again by herself as she needed some alone time. She noticed that the floor was strangely wet as if it had been sprayed by the sea but how could that be?
She sensed the presence of the girl she had seen in the sea before but before she could react, a knife was placed close to her neck.
The alto-soprano voice told her in French. “Be a good girl and follow me otherwise I’ll kill your imperial guard and the other humans on the ship if I have to.”
Saya harshly replied in the same language. “I’ll follow you on my own so you can get rid of the knife.”
Gabriela giggled. Was this child not aware of how much she overpowered her? Within their kind, the longer they lived, the stronger they were. This girl surely must not be a fool. Perhaps it was simply the fire that flowed within the temperament of those who possessed red eyes like they did.
Gabriela covered Saya’s mouth while bridal carrying her and doing a high jump off the ship. She then took her niece to the harbor.
Saya took the opportunity to confront the silver-haired girl. “…Who are you? And what do you want with me?”
The silver-haired girl laughed. “Foolish child. Do you not even recognize your own flesh and blood?”
Saya’s reddish-brown eyes widened as she allowed herself to sniff the scent of the girl before her although since the female referred to her as a “child”, perhaps the right term would be “woman” although she didn’t look any older than her physical age.
“I am your aunt, Gabriela.”
“…My aunt? That’s impossible, my mother is…”
“Dead? Nothing more than a dried-up corpse? Well, that’s because I killed her. You and Diva are not the last of your kind. I’m sure most of them are far away from the two of you, blissfully uninvolved in the madness of Diva’s faction to turn mankind into mindless inferiors of Lunar Bat Immortals and blissfully uninvolved to get involved in your massacre of our kind.”
Saya hissed “…You! If it wasn’t for you, Diva and I would be living different lives by now.”
Gabriela gave a mocking laugh. “Why, don’t blame me Saya. In fact, you wish you never existed in the first place.”
Saya was stunned. How could this woman who had never been present in her life know her and her deepest, darkest thoughts?
“If it were up to me, you and your sister would’ve stayed dead along with your mother. If you wish to blame someone so badly. Blame it on the human man who raised you and his assistant. Foolish men who should’ve never meddled with your fates in the first place.”
“How… How do you know about all of this?”
Gabriela smirked. “I have my ways, dear child. It wouldn’t be surprising to me if my tale sounded familiar to you. Once upon a time…”
~Later~
Saya gripped the metal bars behind her to keep her from falling from the weight of all she had learned from Gabriela and lowered her head. “My… My mother deceived you into becoming a mermaid?”
The elder Red Chiropteran somberly frowned. “Quite like Diva, isn’t she? We thought our other selves were our friends but when they envied our freedoms, they sent us to our doom. I was condemned to a life in the sea, and you lost your home and everything you ever knew. Tell me Saya, do you still blame me for what I did?”
She smiled as she approached her niece who glared at her. “After all, you are walking the same path I did.”
“That’s not true!” Saya defensively retorted.
“It may have started out as a quest to get revenge but it’s more than that. Chiropterans don’t deserve to exist in this world. We feed on blood while wearing the faces of humans. Diva is trying to destroy the world by turning humans into mindless Chiropterans.”
The silver-haired woman frowned. “I almost feel pity for Gabriele seeing how much you’ve deluded yourself into a state of self-hatred towards yourself and your own kind. Diva is just as delusional as you are. Lumping all humans with her contempt for them and condemning her own kind as well for we cannot survive without humans.” She touched Saya’s cheek, and the gentle touch made Saya bristle from her distrust.
Gabriela had a somber expression. “It’s quite a shame. If my relationship with your mother wasn’t so ill-fated, I’m sure we would’ve been good family to one another for you and I are alike in many ways.”
Saya gritted her teeth. “I am nothing like you.”
Gabriela returned a similar glare at her niece and spoke in a similar bitter tone. “As I said, you’ve deluded yourself to the point that you refuse to acknowledge the truth. If you hadn’t met me Saya, you would have killed Diva just as I killed your mother many years ago. But worry not. I shall grant your wish to end your existence and I will end your sister as well. I shall allow no traces of Gabriele to remain.”
Soon after, a glowing portal shone and while Diva still held resentment for her sister for wanting to kill her, she was more enraged at the idea of someone else trying to kill her sister.
Diva cried. “Saya!”
She aimed a dagger at her aunt’s throat. However, the silver-haired woman simply grabbed Saya towards her and aimed the knife near Saya’s throat.
Diva once again called out Saya’s name.
“Oh? So, you still care for your sister? How surprising. Or is it that you don’t like the idea of your prey being taken from you?”
She turned her head as her face contorted in anger and her ruby eyes glowed. “It’ll be all over if I kill the two of you right here!...”
She froze at the sound of two roars piercing the air. Icy blue eyes burned and fiery eyes flared. She hadn’t seen those two faces in so long… Her mother and her aunt…
Her aunt used her telekinetic abilities to grab her nieces!
Báixuě’s monstrous voice asked “What are you doing here Gabriela? I thought I told you to never show your face before me again. How dare you try to harm Gabriele’s children.”
Gabriela sweated as she gave a bitter smile. “So, I see that Gabriele’s children are more important than me. Your only living daughter.”
“You are no daughter of mine. You’re a murderer and you killed your only sister.” Báixuě choked her eldest daughter as a threat. “If you show your face before me again and try to harm these children, I swear…”
Her daughter rasped “T-that you’ll kill me?... I have…Daugh…ters… Too… Mother…”
Méi gui hóng’s eyes dimmed back to its former crimson as she spoke in a pleading tone “Jiějiě.”
Báixuě released her hold on Gabriela which sent her into a coughing fit. “Leave. You’re outnumbered here.”
“As… You wish.” Gabriela rasped out before jumping into the air, transforming back into a mermaid, and her head floated above the waves before submerging underwater.

Some perfectly normal Doctor Who factoids
The Master is canonically Rasputin.
Time Lords can all levitate and fly. The Doctor seems to forget this.
The Doctor is canonically Merlin.
There are two different explanations for the Loch Ness Monsters.
The Doctor once had a talking penguin as a companion.
Vampires are a canon species.
Tegan and Nyssa have such a strong queer subtext to their friendship that there is a wiki page online dedicated to it.
Speaking of Nyssa, she once got turned into a vampire and became obsessed with eating Tegan.
Ace McShane once fell in love with a cat-girl.
The Doctor is both a semi-mythical figure in the founding of time lord society, as well as also being the reason for the time lords having regenerative abilities. They are also just a run-of-the-mill time lord who ran away from Gallifrey. All of these are equally canon.
The Doctor once broke the fourth wall to wish the viewers a Merry Christmas.
The Third Doctor knows various martial arts.
It's implied that Time Lords cannot get drunk on alcohol unless they drink ginger beer beforehand.
The Eighth Doctor was once sentenced to death and promptly demanded to die in the nude.
The Doctor effectively kidnapped their first companions.
Time Lords reproduce via a technology known as looms.

Toxic! Bff Armin Arlert that never wants you to date anyone 🚫
Imagine think your life is cursed because your relationships never work out in love, but it's actually all your best friend Armin Arlert's fault??!
Word counts: I don't know.
Warnings: possessiveness, manipulation, blackmail, obsessiveness, some light dumbification, stalker
Author's Notes: I'm not one to write like this but I missed writing so much!! I've wanted to talk about it for so long. Thank you so much to those who read it!
Armin is known by everyone as the best person in the world, genius, kind, supportive, selfless!! He does everything for you and aways wants to give his best to everyone!!! 🤗✨✨
But... when it comes to sharing you with someone else, whoever it is, Armin r e a l l y doesn't want to.
So let's take a step back in time before we recap things. Growing up together and always being friends from elementary school, you and Armin have been so intimate getting to know both parents and families in so long time, going through difficult times side by side, sleeping together, cuddling, going to cinema, studying, doing it all together........ you at a certain point ever wondered how much sad it would be if one of the two started dating and the pair broke up? He would hate it. Hate. Hate. Hate. Hate it. Armin is painfully in love with you since elementary school when you protected him from getting hit on sports class (he the glasses dude); nevertheless, he doesn't have enough self-esteem to confess his feelings for your but he also doesn't want to lose you. (You also never thought you could work out more than friends and so Armin insists on getting in your way 'til you be entirely his) .
You two started studying together and Armin always made you get good grades, after all, he was the genius of the class and over the years was more than clear the improvement of his sympathy; more and more to the point of being a class representative, leader of the student council and even close to the school principal. Armin Arlert became highly respected and even stopped being spanked at school because of his influence💀. You admire him so much, you think he's amazing, and you've told him several times that you didn't deserve him as a best friend. This made him so confident on one hand... so much so that he now possesses control over your head, knowing that after years and years of having him as your teacher and admiration figure, you obey and take as truth pretty much everything Armin says.
Armin knows he could have matured better in his choices of beliefs and become a good flag, but at the end he really didn't want to and ended up giving in to the 🚩 one. He realized how much influence, security and love he conveyed to you. Suppose that Armin knows it's not right but somehow his obsessiveness assures him that he's the best you could ever have and that you two were made only for each other. (Armin really doesn't want to be the obsessive guy that he is and scare you away, because he knows his fellings can be THAT deep so?? He does what's suits him better!!!). He knows he's wrong but he DOESN'T CARE, he just makes excuses to be sick.
Knowing your bff Armin, it's obvious that he wouldn't say "oh I don't like you dating other people nor want you to ever leave me 👿" but "All recent researches shows that society is so lost when it comes to relationships y/n", "You could at least remember that friend of yours who was cheated on by her husband for 3 years?", "I only want the best for you and us y/n... ". You get crazier listening to all of this than coming straight out of toxic comments on Instagram itself.
"When in relationships, even best friends tend to drift apart. If you date someone, we'll mostly stop talking because of your boyfriend..." "... I'd hate to be in the middle of the two of you." And yes, it sounds innocent and genuine. Even kind of understatement to underscore his genuineness, but no, he's being really direct because he knows he's going to be THERE, literally, in the middle of the two of you.
"Are you okay with not being with me anymore?"
Tumblr media
You would definitely believe anything Armin says when he makes those puppy dog eyes, then he hugs you, even CRIES, because he KNOWS you wouldn't hurt him any more than you already are now just thinking about leaving him for another man after all you've been through together.
"But Armin. I don't want to hurt you. Things turns out that time goes by, you know? Please, I love you so much.... " You murmur softly to him as you try to unveil those needy eyes that have stared at you since you mentioned a new guy's name. Then he rests his head on your chest, hugging your waist "I know. I just I don't want you to get hurt like the other times... You know I love you more..."
It's more than natural to make a landscape face while everything burns in flames from the inside for him. Days went by and Armin didn't make much of a point of talking about what interested you in relationships and he always changed the subject.
Tumblr media
If there's one thing Armin knows how to do, it's push people away from you, to have you all to himself.
You know each other's secrets, and along with that, both of you have both phones screen lock keys in complete confidence because of that time when Armin first asked when you begged him to help rescue old messages you lost. As your intimacies have increased, access to each other's privacy has become so normalized that you two ended so intimate that even see nuds on each other's phones became normal. Armin has already being naked changing clothes in the same room as you, as him also has seen you naked often and has photos of you on his own phone gallery. If he doesn't take any pic of you secretly, he gets the suggestive ones that you keep in your gallery without you knowing and sends it to his phone by himself.
Armin walks by your room and pick up your phone whenever he wants, he even says he's going to play some games or do that search for "dangerous" malware that he assured that you don't know (only he knows 🙄) but he closes and go to your Facebook to delete new messages and requests, with Instagram being no different blocking people. Telegram? Never. Armin doesn't let you have such an explicit app. He even looks at your Discord channels to make sure to block anyone who shows the slightest interest in gaming with you, so you don't have to call with anyone. (this messing with cell phone hc @ambassadorarlert mentioned and it became a great inspiration to me, thank you!!!!! 💖)
Armin always tried to convince you to take him on a date with you to see the "other guy" but you always thought it was exaggerated to HE be there. Also the day you told him that, he cried a lot and you spent days spoiling him as an excuse because he always made it a point to go out with you to most of the places that were out there. Then it all ended with you not going out with anyone EVER to only be with Armin, after he manipulated you into staying with him and canceling the date, or the guy you went out alone would just block you from everything the next day for "no reason at all" and you come back crying to Armin wondering what you did wrong. "You already know what he probably wanted, and I told you so." he says as he combs your hair, knowing how much he's made hell the guy who dared to go out alone with you (if not hacking the guy account and blocking you there 💀)
You never realize what he does because Armin is so good and so sweet, kind, sensitive, and loving. There are girls from his college and work taking an interest in him, but still, he choose be with you, take care of you and helps you with everything, he loves to help and be with your parents. You don't understand why things go wrong and you think the world is pointing to Armin as your perfect husband and only you don't see it.
(Thank you so much if you read it this far!! If anyone wants credit for the images I used, please comment here and I'll credit you because I took any photo in my gallery and forgot about the owner!)
