Today’s prompt is Morning! Might be a bit of a stretch to include this but, one bright morning, changes all things 🌅

This is one of my favorite scenes in any Ghibli movie, it’s so beautiful and I wanna lay in a field of grass and flowers so bad :’) I think it would fix me

Leda is nothing like San lol, but Wyll and Ashitaka actually have a lot in common the more I thought about it!

Meet my first-ever Tav, Leda! She's a half-elf arcane trickster rogue who is ENTIRELY based on the headcanon I have for .... my f!Hawke and Fenris's first-born daughter.

Look, I was coming into Faerun basically blind and I know the DA2 crew like the back of my hand. Not to mention the stories I've built up for my Dragon Age OCs, so I basically just ported one of those over to start.

So yeah, Leda ... Hawke, I guess. Daughter of the famous Champion of Kirkwall and Blue Wraith. Leda is short for Leandra but also nods to Leto. My Hawke is a mage, hence the arcane trickster subclass. Magic on mom's side or whatever (she's not a full mage but her younger brother Gavyn is).

She's very much her parents' daughter, on both sides: the practicality of Fenris meets purple Hawke's sharp tongue and charm. (Her charisma is weirdly high for a rogue. I was rolling 40s on persuasion checks at one point.) Leda learned a lot of tricks from her Aunt Isabela and Uncle Varric, but at the end of the day, she's going to do the right thing. She's chaotic, on the line of neutral/good but tending toward good.

And of COURSE she romances Astarion. Another stabbity rogue who prefers to get by on wits and guile? They're kindred spirits, though the biggest trauma of Leda's past is being, like, a Thedas nepo baby compared to Astarion's *gestures at everything.* But like I said ... she is very much her parents' daughter. Falling for a white-haired elf with trauma? Just like mom! Falling for someone who, on paper, is probably bad for you? Just like ... well, both Hawke AND Fenris, probably.

Leda also spent some time on Isabela's ship and takes after her "aunt" in a lot of ways, so it starts as a pure physical "let's have some fun" thing for her with Astarion. But, of course, it turns into something deeper, much to both of their surprises.

I also made her guardian look just like Fenris because I was completely unspoiled, so yeah, that got real weird.

And yes, the nose scar is a nod to mama Hawke.

I'll probably roll a character very similar to her in the future now that I have a better sense of the game, but Leda will always have a special place in my heart as my first-ever Tav.

From now on, though, I think I'm going to give all my OCs names that Tav could be a nickname for. So I'm currently on my second playthrough: a Dark Urge tiefling sorcerer named Tavlyn. And HOO BOY it feels like a whole different game at points, even though she's probably also going to romance Astarion!

5. If they talked in their sleep, what weird jumble of words would come out?

Probably some weird mix of nightmarish things from his time as a soldier and random flirty things from his time as an escort.

42. When they’re stressed, do they stress shop, bake, eat, or clean? He shops and cooks. Also goes to the range.

98. List 10 reasons why you love spending time with this character. Oh man. He's funny. I like his adoring Kate. His banter is top notch. I like the AU I'm writing for him. I just want him to have nice things. I like his protectiveness. It's going to be fun when Frank shows up. He and Matt are so good together. His history as an escort for rich ladies is going to be fun. I'm waiting to push him off of a swan.

Grace:

4. How do they see themselves in their head, and how is that image wrong? Grace sees herself as someone who doesn't attract attention unless she wants it and it in complete control of everything around her. It's wrong because she does attract attention whether or not she intends to and her control of things slips when Billy gets involved.

32. When they sneeze: hand, elbow, or nada? Into a kleenex or handkerchief. She can't her her DNA floating around.

78. Before the story starts, what are the last ten items in their Google search history? Did they clear that search history? Anvil. Billy Russo. William Russo. Marines. Forbes Magazine. Military training. Billy Russo interview. Anvil hiring. Song lyrics. Best place to sing. - and yes. She clears it. Extensively.

Kate P.:

14. If they suddenly vanished, what would their family assume they were up to? (Shopping, pranking people, overthrowing governments, etc.) Most people would think something work related came up. Or that she just needed a break (depending on when/where she disappears). They would expect to be contacted (at least her parents and babka).

60. When was the last time they physically attacked something? Her ex. When he told her he knocked up her cousin. She only threw things though and not even towards him.

55. Who is their favorite Avenger? Which Avenger are they the most like personality-wise? Hmm...her favourite is Clint. Because he's human surrounded by people with abilities and he still tries hard to help. She's most like Steve/Captain America hahahaha. Snarky and determined to do what's right, regardless of what others expect of her.

Intimacy Amelia:

22. What one aspect of their physical appearance do they think is hot? Her mind. Amelia values intelligence and she likes hers.

36. Are they a cat, dog, or horse person? None. Amelia's not really an animal person, but Dio wins her own.

95. Under what circumstances would they hug a complete stranger? It would be a very rare thing. Maybe if she was doing an experiment on people's reactions to spontaneous contact. Or if she thought it was the best choice in whatever situation.

Leda:

Pineapple. BBQ chicken. Pepperoni. Olives. Feta (with the olives and pineapple).

29. What are their three favorite types of flowers?

Daisies. Dahlias. California Poppies.

91. Are they able to fall asleep in the car? On an airplane? On a boat? No. Leda has never been able to because her initial attempts to travel (aka escape) were so stressful and she assumed she would be found and dragged home. Even with Billy now, she can't sleep.

Something that I finished recently that I thankfully didn't lose! Long story, but my iPad stopped working yesterday all of a sudden, and I'm most likely gonna lose a lot of recent stuff I drew on it, so yeah not fun! Thankfully though, I already sent this drawing on Discord a few days before my iPad broke, so it thankfully survived the purge!

Anyways, I wanted to draw OC crossover stuff for Nebufaery (Made by my awesome pal cottontailtilly/nebufaery on Instagram), so I thought Garrus would be perfect to draw for this, so I did just that!

WOW I FINALLY FINISHED THIS SET. There were a lot of things I wanted to get right for them so I took some extra time but hopefully it was worth it! The guild for this set is Cobalt Heart- a guild with focus on maritime missions, lead by (of course) guildmaster Neptune. There was no other planet I could've picked for his namesake lol. They're the guild I jokingly call the most jockish, but some moreso than others. I really do hope I did all the characters justice, but if you wanna know more about the individual members, it's under the cut as usual!

Name: Neptune

Name Origin: The planet named for the god of the ocean

Pronouns: He/him

Age: 52

Guild rank: Guildmaster

Weapon: Trident

Ethos (Power): Ocean wave (Control over water- stronger with sea water)

Flaw power is based on: Originally based on his overly relaxed go-with-the-flow nature, but since becoming a father and guildmaster he's matured, and his power grew from simple wave control to more powerful control over the ocean's water. Waves aren't always peaceful, but he's become someone who understands their power and the responsibility needed for it.

Notes: If it's unclear, the marks on his chest are meant to be top surgery tattoos, but in cool wave shapes!

Name: Triton

Name Origin: Neptune's moon, aptly named for his son

Pronouns: He/they

Age: 24

Guild rank: 4 star

Weapon: Twin sai

Ethos (Power): Ocean breath (Underwater breathing as well as other aquatic adaptions)

Flaw power is based on: His ardent wanderlust, especially in regards to the ocean. They literally cannot leave it alone despite any possible better reasoning, which is when it becomes a problem.

Notes: Was his other parent a mermaid or did they just do the fish thing on their own? The world may never know.

Name: Otrera

Name Origin: A trojan asteroid named after the queen of the Amazons

Pronouns: She/her

Age: 32

Weapon: Brass knickles

Ethos (Power): Preflexes (Hightened reflexes)

Flaw power is based on: Her overly-guarded and cagey nature.

Notes: But her brass knuckles are pink so its quirky when she knocks your teeth out.

Ethos (Power): Helm (He can change the direction of inanimate objects. It's not limited to projectiles, he can change the direction of objects while they're in someone's hand too.)

Notes: Honestly? Joined the guild to boost his playboy status.

Name Origin: One of Jupiter's moons, named after the personification of Mount Etna, a stratovolcano

Name Origin: A exoplanet whose name means "Ocean." It orbits the star Maru.

#finn's ocs #finn's art #oc references #FINALLY POSTING THIS SET #there was a bit of a delay bc i wanted to make sure i got the crutches w naos right #i ended up not making just the crutches a weapon but like. with modifications based on a real self defense item i found #but slightly different for both fantasy reasons and also i think its patented lol #his pose is also based on a real self defense w crutches video that my friend sent me (hiiii thank you for that once more btw <3)#so like hes very much in motion here. thats not how he usually stands w the crutches lol he usually like. uses them as crutches lol #the little trigger on them is what releases and returns the blade in them btw #also as for the rest of the group! i think neptune is absolutely the most fitting of his namesake out of all the guildmasters #i mean they all have aspects of it but he's fully embraced it. despite what i said abt him growing into responsibility and all #hes still such a chill nice guy. just in general. it would take a lot to get him angry (and if you did the sea is NOT peaceful!)#and in a lot of ways triton is like how he was when he was younger. responsibilities dont matter he needs to go to the challengers deep NOW #also the reason i picked twin sai to be his weapon is bc i didnt wanna do a trident twice. even tho like thats kind of the typical motif #but sai are like. also a 3 pronged weapon. so i felt it kept the energy. but smaller and 2 of them #omg speaking of weapons i completely accidentally added a trans flag to ariel's baton design lol. but i left it in why not #i had such a hard time w her colors bc i wanted her to be flashy but also to make the leotard mermaid esque #also for it to not be too revealing. like leda (from the lunar flare set) can have an exposing leotard tutu sure but shes an adult #and i wanted to give ariel more of like an 80s home gym workouts vibe. with the legwarmers and scrunchies lol #and the twins!!! i wanted to make them samey but differeny. in a way i havent done w matching outfits before #bc the actual shapes of the clothes are very different but the colors totally match!#plus the twins are fraternal. i feel like thats obvious what w their different hair colors but there are more subtle things #like slightly different eyes. the height and weight differences arent part of that tho bc that can happen to any twins even identical #otrera i also had a lot of fun with. especially the blonde hair in an emo bang with like a pink sporty outfit #the crown logo references her namesake being a queen too!#she really was fun tho bc shes just no nonsense trusts nothing but her gut. and shes meant to be like an MMA type #aitne was also super fun but a bit tricky to make it clear that their eye is half lidded from the burns and not just like a drawing mistake #but i think i made it clear! its important bc their vision is also impaired on that side #and the burns themselves were most likely an accident on their end. remember they're brash and destructive. even to themself!

29. If a perfume was to be made to represent your oc, what sorts of smells would be included in it?

Something very subtle so you can't smell it until you're really close to her. Maybe something with a little bit of spice or vanilla.

33. What five objects or things could be expected to be found on your oc’s person at any time? Why?

Enough money for a bus ticket out of the city. Her passport. School ID. A phone. More money hidden somewhere on her person lol.

35. Does your oc have any distinguishing markings? Scars, tattoos, birthmarks, freckles, etc?

She has some scars on her hands from her work and sewing.

63. How self-disciplined is your oc? Do they often think before they act, or the other way around?

She's very self-disciplined. Leda usually thinks before she acts. Her escape to New York was diligently planned (by her grandmother) and she was not going to waste the chance. She plans everything as much as she can.
