If you are still taking requests I would love a Roman Bridger x ofc fic. Or just a head cannon. Honestly there are not a lot of fics for him, yet there could have been so much more done with his character it makes me sad. ☹️ Especially since I just watched Scream 3 for the hundredth time. 😁

This man is so underrated I swear😭😭😭 he's the superior 🛐 I did some headcanons I have for him <333 this request was made literally a year ago and I still have some more but BETTER NOW THAN NEVER

Roman Bridger (relationship) headcanons

he's super sweet in private but can act like a little bitch around people

mommy issues, let's be honest here

he would need someone to calm him when he's having a breakdown and he does have it hard sometimes

trust issues

It would take him really long time to open up about his mother and past to partner, or he wouldn't even do that at all

but if he would, he would have to really trust them

spoils his partner with everything they want

physical affection king

he loves holding his partners hand everywhere he goes

also having his arm around their shoulder or on their back

it makes him proud to show you off and it comforts him in some way

he would love taking his partner to business parties with the crew

takes his partner on set often and shows them how everything works (+they can meet some of the actors or be an extra in some scenes)

loves to hold you while sleeping

and while he usually is the big spoon, sometimes he needs someone to hold him

hates to cry but if he does it he needs someone to hold him close and calm him down

can have really low self esteem at times and just needs to make sure he still deserves his parter. At times like this he needs to hear that he's worth it and lots of affection.

if his partner knew about his ghostface plan and helped in some way, he would hide them somewhere safe so they wouldn't be connected with it by the police, keeping them safe

during his ghostface attack he would keep them out of the set so they wouldn't get hurt accidentally

if he had survived, he would be so relieved if his partner would still be with him tho

and he would cry for sure🙁

Spoilers for Scream and Scream 3!

Until Roman showed up and told him about his dad’s affair with Maureen Prescott, Billy secretly thought that he was the reason why his parents fought and divorced, and that he might have somehow driven his mother out of Westboro. He carried that shame deep inside him for several months, but it turned into bloodthirsty rage when he found out what his dad did. In my modern verses for him, Billy’s greatest shame is that he let Roman goad him and take advantage of that rage.
