not a surprise but google is continuously getting worse. searches related to items that can be bought will return endless shopping options, then a few vaguely sourced blogs (made by or for businesses that link to even more shopping options). google scholar is fine for subjects that are broadly represented in western academia, but good luck getting past the abstract without an institution to sign in with, hundreds of loose dollars, or a 3rd party site that works roughly 20% of the time. an entire civilization that has compiled near endless amounts of information, but no unified way to quickly and accurately access it. shouldn’t be of any concern though. i’m sure

i've been using google docs for so long and it's such a comfortable app to write on, not to mention the fact that I can work on the same file on my laptop and phone, so all this AI shit really saddens me and angers me. Like it's either use an app with ads popping up every other second or get your words fed into machines, ain't it? this is what we have come to. it's honestly depressive. i wish capitalism stopped taking the soul and humanity out of everything.

Okay, so I'm currently on the Tumblr app and I've been trying to figure out how to disable AI usage via Mobile App and it looks like there's no way for me to do such a thing in the app. That's a major red flag for me because I know there are TONS of people wo use the app more than they do the browser (or on PC) for simplicity's sake. So please spread this around and/or post a tutorial on how to do it on the app because, otherwise, you're gonna have to log in via Firefox or whatever long enough to disable AI usage and that's one too many steps for people who don't use their browser for Tumblr.

I know I said I was taking a break from this app, but the sheer stupidity of these people is mind-boggling.

I've just resorted to blocking and reporting people because the number of times the cult has changed their narrative is rage inducing. I can't tell if they're trying to convince themselves or if they're genuinely insane.

It makes me so angry that these people won't just let Jimin and Jungkook live. Whether they're friends or boyfriends, they clearly care about each other. I mean, Jungkook is the one who enlisted first:

He wasn't forced. He doesn't hate Jimin. Why is this so f-ing hard to believe?! I wholeheartedly believe Tae and Kook are close, I mean, Tae is over here kissing Jungkook on the neck and shi. I just know the leaders of the cult are writhing at the fact that Jungkook chose to enlist first. Well, read it and weep because Jk does care deeply about Jimin. Again, they (jikook) don't have to be involved romantically, but I don't think it's to far fetched to assume they're the closest.
