"I'll show you!" - proclaims the main character of my favorite game Sir Daniel Fortescue, who will have to live up to his legendary name after being resurrected by the dark wizard Zarok 💀⚔️
I cried at the end of the game, because I am close to the story of rebirth: from loser to hero. Using a fictional character as an example, I would like to become a better person, going through life's trials and losses with dignity. Yes, it can be crazy scary, you want to turn off the path, but as I said before, it's better to go alone than to go nowhere. I hope that at least half of it will be possible to overcome, having the courage ¡
I was watching Disney's Sleeping Beauty and got inspired to finish this drawing of Gallowmere's most doomed-by-the-narrative friend group/polycule. From left to right is Wartilda/The Pumpkin Witch, Sir Daniel Fortesque, and Canny Tim, and no one is escaping that Battle of Gallowmere unscathed, especially not the poor woman who has to bury both her fiance and her best friend.
Pretty random thing to share but I needed to find something in my old sketchbook and that brought alive some of my memories from past when an old friend from past showed me Medievil.
Human Dan is my artistic suggestion, I might be wrong but his canon human version has short hair. I only remember I drew him with another hair just because that felt more right.
Also his girlfriend or wife felt weird so I made her a mummy from Dan’s epoch. This isn’t the best solution.
And yeah, Dan’s armour is very skeleton-friendly to put it on any skeleton of similar silhouette.
Just three bone boys on a roadtrip, doesn't look very fun

My first art piece I done for 2024!
Silly I know but what the hell, I love drawing my favorite characters in funny scenarios!
Anyways, it's based on this:
So far I'm really enjoying my new tablet and oh boy especially drawing in it! Especially with the pen stylus that proven to be pretty easy and fun to use! Overall loving it!
The Hero of Gallowmere (who died in the first volley of arrows in his first battle, but who's counting?) he was accidentally revived by the evil sorceror Zarok when cast a spell to create an army of zombies. Now a walking skeleton, he fights to save Gallowmere (for realsies this time). The first weapon he gets is his own arm, pulling it off and whacking enemies with it or throwing it at them. He can spin his spine in a full 360 circle, which he uses to do spin attacks. He can also do backflips but IDK if that's related to being a skeleton.
In life, he was a lazy braggart and kind of cowardly (he only became a knight because it would impress maidens, and only became Champion because the king liked him) and he hates being reminded by gargoyles and the spirits of heroes that he's a faker who never actually did anything with his life. But as a skeleton he eventually lives up to his legend and becomes a true hero.
