Lucid dreaming audio + successes with it <3

Hii everyone, recently a moot of mine shared a audio that her friends used to lucid dream and they managed to achieve lucid dreams on the first night using it, she asked me to share it with everyone ^_^. The audio is an edit which speaks about lucid dreaming, you might be wondering how an edit can make you lucid dream? Well, if you listen to the audio carefully it basically explains how a lucid is like which is directly speaking to your subconscious if you play it before bed. I think this might be the most unique method to lucid dream. Just play it before bed or loop it while falling asleep and you'll find yourself lucid dreaming!

Important tip :

You can play this before sleeping, taking a nap, or attempting to do wbtb because you'll already be in REM sleep. You will consciously hear this audio in your dream and then you will realise that you're dreaming!

I wanted to share some things I've manifested. There's more I've done. So there will be part 2 in my future posts.

Manifesting men into my life.

Finding random love letters on my car. Just from walking by men or being in a store.

My affirmations

All men are instantly attracted to me.

That guy right there likes me and wants to date me.

That guy wants my number, he's going to give me his number.

That guy thinks I'm so beautiful.

All men want to date me

I'm so beautiful and the prettiest.

Manifest my desired phone. (Samsung Ultra 22)

I ended up trading my old phone in for my desired phone. And out of nowhere, there was a sale going on that day. I ended up paying nothing for it. And my phone company upgraded my phone plan at no charge.

My affirmations

Yep, it's mine.

I can afford it.

I love my new phone.

I have my new phone

It's the prettiest phone I've ever owned.

Another thing I did is I kept looking at the website and pretended I was shopping for it. And I put it in my cart and pretended I purchased it.

Desired Body

I lost 15 lbs in less than a week. With no change in diet or my exercise routine.

I did drink more water as a placebo effect. (Diet loss tool) I believed it worked because I already have this as my dominant thought. My thought of drinking tons of water will help me show quicker results.

I kept looking into my mirror by saying these

Affirmations

Omg I am so freaking skinny.

I am losing so much weight.

I can't believe how amazing I look.

I look so happy and healthy.

My SP

I've been feeling super closer and building a stronger and closer relationship with my Sp.

They hired me with no experience or a degree in this field. I'm a patient at this place and they said they were looking for someone to fill in and if I was interested. I said YES! PLEASE!

Affirmations

I don't remember affirming. But I just knew that I would be working there and feeling how amazing it would be to work here. I guess I was living in the end. As if I was already working there. 🥰

Manifested today a free coffee from Starbucks. I Affirmed today hm I wonder if I can manifest a free coffee. The lady said to me as I was purchasing a bag of coffee and I was also going to pay for a coffee to stay here so I can blog this post. She said you know I can just use your coffee out of this bag so you won't need to pay for the vente 👏😁 There are no big or small manifestations. There's no time limit. Everything you want is yours. 💋

Life is easy, life is simple. As soon as I say something I want, I instantly can have it.

throughout the day i sometimes imagine whatever i want thats related to my desire (usually inner convos & visualization)

remain faithful to my new assumption. if any doubts or unfavorable things come up, i just say “it’s done” to remind myself that it is. period.

Little reminder of what I do in order to manifest my dream life ( note : you already have your dream life because it come from YOUR thoughts)

Take time to clear your mind of all bad things and limiting thought : you are capable to have and manifest EVERYTHING. Don't let these thoughts tell you otherwise

Script. I always written, and this, since I was a little girl. I bought a notebook where I affirm everyday and where I write with as much details as possible some events that I want to bring into my life.

Make a playlist. I love music, maybe you too ? I creat several playlists in order to be in a special mood. For exemple I creat a playlist to manifest my SP and I listen it while I affirm and plan my life with him. I also creat a playlist to define my self concept (and this one is sooooo effective I'm so proud of it)

Creat a moodboard. My friend advised me to creat a moodboard on Pinterest in order to improve my dream life's visualisation. And also to perfect my self concept. I clearly portray my relationship with my SP and my successful career and reputation.

Creat a special account to manifest. A kind of safe place to manifest and affirm without jugement from people who don't understand loa. It could be a public account or a private one. As long as you say and act like you got everything you want, that's the principal.

Say it aloud. The more you're assume your dream life and goal, the more you will see results (anyway everything you want materializes from the moment you decide it.) I speak about my dream life with my friend without an ounce of judgement. We share our experiences,our manifestations success and we talk as if we own EVERYTHING we need (because it is)

Use subliminal. I almost forgot this tip ! Subliminal may help you to be in a perfect mood to manifest and make your manifestation faster. There are several kind of subliminal (body image, self concept, made your SP crazy over you, bring money etc)

I think I said what I meant! Feel free to share your own techniques !

And remember :

So u can do this with journal,mental notes or a vision board now what qualities do you want ur ideal person !!

1. What does this person look like?

2. What kind of Hair do they have

3. whats their personality traits?

4. what kind of style do they have??

5. any specific traits + habits do you want this person 2 have?

6. what trope do you and this person have??

Stage 2 ; Being Fulfilled!! ⭐️👛

Now stage 2 is about being fulfilled now but this may not apply to everyone but i do know that some people that have trouble with making manifesting a chore when it should be fun 4 you so here are some fun way to being fulfilled in manifesting ur Sp!! 🎀⭐️

1. Make a Playlist of Songs that remind you of ur guys relationship!!!

2. Make a Vision Board of Possible Date Locations!!

3. Only Refer to this persons have ur boyfriend/girlfriend/partner!!

4. Think From the End!! ex. omg im so grateful that my sp is sooo in love with me they treat like a goddess!! , omgg my sp is so lucky 2 have me!!

Stage 3 ; Affirmations

now this stage if just me giving you some Affirmation ideas bc i have alot and ur affirmations (basically ur thoughts tbh) l

*Sp Name* constantly craves my attention!

*Sp Name* is so lucky 2 have such a perfect partner like me!!

*Sp Name* is always distracted by my overwhelming beauty

*Sp Name* thinks about me all the time

*Sp Name* always finds themselves daydreaming about me

so that can kinda give you an idea of some affirmations and they should only be putting you on the pedestal which brings me 2 my next point !!

Stage 4 ; Ur the Prize

NEVER EVER PUT UR SP ON A PEDESTAL!! this is about YOU, you are the prize not ur SP they’re the one that puts you on the pedestal ur literally perfect like i mean cmon on now they’re completely and utterly obsessed with you they’d move heaven and earth 4 u no matter what it is NEVER put them above you they’re the one that worships you!!!

Stage 5 ; 3D Vs 4D

Remember LIVE IN THE 4D when presented with the unfavorable ignore it and keep living in the 4D never reacting ti whats the 3D is showing you !!!🎀⭐️

3D = Blue 4D = Pink
