(edit: I finally finished this! (oct. 30, '22) Idk when I started on it, but it's been in the drafts for a while oof. ending this was a bitch but I'm a bit satisfied with it 👌🏽)

Lee's drinking started becoming a problem after the death of his sister— that amber colored glass bottle was practically glued to his large hand; at one point, you tried prying it out of his grasp, only for him to yank it back with a scowl on his face.

Then came the arguing, the denial and the defensiveness.

You threw your hands in the air in exasperation, “I can't deal with this shit, Lee. When will it finally stop? You're gonna drink yourself to death!”

“Will you shut up for once?!” he shouted, index finger and thumb pinching his furrowed brows. “I'm getting fucking tired of that mouth of yours running.”

In the heat of the moment, your palm collided with his round cheek— the skin to skin contact was deafening, as it broke the heavy tension.

Lee's gazed up at you in bewilderment as he raised a hand to his stinging cheek, mouth slightly agape in stunned silence.

You gritted your teeth as you spit out, “Now, you better clean up your act, Sheriff. Otherwise, I'm packing up my shit and never comin' back, you hear?”

You left the room in a huff, but not before Lee spotted the single tear pooling in your eye.

That single act brought something to the surface, feelings he never thought he'd experience: hurt, pain, concern— how could someone like you bring about these emotions out of him?

Lee glanced down at the forgotten bottle in his hand, gave it a little twirl by the neck; the liquid sloshed around, tiny droplets landing on his lap to leave a stain— he glared angrily at it, as if it was the reason for his strained relationship.

And maybe it was, he thought glumly. Glancing at the spot where you once stood he heaved a sigh, swiping a hand down his face before resting his head back on the sofa.

He shut his eyes as your words echoed around in his mind.

Never comin’ back.

i mean the devil all the time was def not safe either, and completely diff. idk most of his films outside the MCU came out 2020 and early 2021 the height of the pandemic so i feel like that didnt really help promotion but regardless his acting was certainly NOT a problem, if anything it stands out, cherry was not my fav movie but his acting was outstanding. hes def got the talent. (CW was not the best choice though)

TDATT definitely wasn't safe at ALL imo.

And yea, even when the movie was lackluster, Tom's performance was never the problem. He always usually stands out to me in films.

I think that he took on a lot of roles while he was still green in the industry (CW, Uncharted, etc) and riding off of the Spider-Man casting high lol. 😂

It's just that a lot of those films are JUST now coming out years later lol.

So yea he seems to have gone back to his "serious films" roots again like he did when he was younger, and might be a little more selective about his film choices in the future.

Now I’m curious ahkajs, if you’re an mcu anti then…how did you started liking tom? Like no offense, I’ve been a marvel fan since before tom got introduced but I’m intrigued in how you got in the fandom.

girl i genuinely wish i could tell you how it happened. all i remember is that it was summer 2019 right after the ffh press tour i think it was july and i Somehow saw smth abt tom, probably an interview, and i fell down the rabbit hole. i was going through a disgustingly difficult time in my life that only got worse at the end of 2019 so i don’t remember a lot of the end of 2019-until march 2020 when the pandemic hit 😭 this took a dark turn but yeah i sincerely don’t remember how i got into tom beyond enjoying homecoming when i saw it in theatres in 2017.

i dislike the mcu for a lot of things but tl;dr whitewashing characters, military and capitalist propaganda, general ruining of beloved comic book characters, bad writing, horrible treatment of film crews, boring movies (like any avengers film 😭), disney being a monopoly and sucking the life out of the film industry. i do like the occasional film they put out, mostly thor and spider-man tho we do not speak of ffh in my house that was boring asl sorry not sorry sksksksk

obviously tom is so much more than marvel and my fave film of his is tdatt so i don’t rely on his work in the mcu to like. keep me interested or wtv. i live in his ear anyway

wish we can get to the moment where we see Seb doing Netflix project after Netflix project ❤️ / seeing the quality of many Netflix-produced projects I doubt that's what Seb needs lol. Btw, still sad his already existing Netflix movie, Devil all the time, was overlooked back when it came out in 2020 and barely got any promo. It was such an ambitious project, many assumed it would become awards contender, but alas, covid + lack of action on Netflix side.

I think nonnie just mostly meant big, successful projects, like P&T, for instance. That's what I meant, anyway. But yes, it's a shame TDATT didn't get promoted more than it did. I'm sure lots of exciting new opportunities are headed Sebastian's way now, though! Excited for his future 🙌🏻

I really need apple to deliver a great press tour. I want photoshoots and endless interviews and red carpets and everything. They worked hard so might as well go all out. I feel like whenever he does heavy projects the studio doesn’t do the promo part justice. I am still salty on how netflix handled the devil all the time and that cast was chef kiss.

I'm excited for TCR as well Anon! 😃

We have to keep in mind though that this is a TV made-for-streaming series, so we might not get AS much press as we would for a large film coming out. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I'll also add that we were still VERY MUCH in the throes of the Covid-19 pandemic back when TDATT (Sept 2020) and "Cherry" (Feb 2021) came out. 😮‍💨🥴

Remember, TZ were basically in a little filming bubble in Atlanta filming NWH even back then.

So, let's give the studios a break for those shall we? 😅

I still enjoyed the numerous zoom interviews that we received for "Cherry", and even the ones for TDATT (although, not as many).

I thought Tom did quite bit of promo for Cherry actually! He also went on talk shows virtually. How could you forget his pantless showcase on air during that time?? Rofl 😆 🤣 😂 😆

Anyway, THANKFULLY we're pretty much "back to normal" now with the pandemic, and we have more in-person interviews.

I'll admit, the news about the writers strike is making me feel nervous 😓, because it seems a lot of talk show outlets are going to be on hiatus during the strike. 😩 So right now I'm not sure how that will affect Tom's promo of TCR (if at all). 🤷🏾‍♀️

But hopefully they will come to a resolution and it won't last long. 🙏🏾

Ale era fans think that knowing where he was and was up to constantly and that he constant posting on social media was normal and they got used to it // once again for you, just because some accs or blogs were created or became more active in 2020 doesn't mean people came here in 2020 😭 Ale scandal didn't suddenly make us fans, neither did the only project he premiered in 2020, TDATT. Some people joined in 2021 because of TFATWS, but generally they don't even seem to keep up with his personal life on a daily basis. If you don't feel the need to throw "Ale era fan" on every acc that whines about times we lost/how cool it was when his friends posted/when he posted/when he was doing cons/took more pics with fans/whatever on twitter and insta (and they do it daily, sometimes multiple times a day), why throw it at us here? Seriously, i can give you 20 popular twitter fans who claim they've been around since pre-...let's say, 2016, and they sure talk about the same things as we do, but MORE lol.

2019

July 14 (photos dropped on the 17th)

Tom papped with Olivia (O) at Hyde Park

Approximately July 24

During GQ interview, Tom was obviously very upset about the pap photos.

August 17

O at Tom’s house.

August 25

Z hosts her Sip and Paint birthday party.  The paint instructor’s assistant claimed Tom was at the party but it was a case of mistaken identity.  Tom was in LA for the D23, but departed for the airport immediately after the expo to attend the Keystone Comic Con the following day.  

End of August through beginning of September

Z in Greece with her fam, Law, and BL (Jacob Elordi)

September 1

Tom posts for Z’s birthday and she commented.  

Tom went on a model liking binge. 

September 7

While at a comic con, Tom asked an MJ cosplayer if he could take a selfie with her to send to Z.

September 14

Tom at O’s sister’s (Grace) birthday party in Nottingham along with O, Harry and Sam. 

September 18-19

Tom took O on an overnight trip to the coast.  While there, at 3 am, he liked Claire’s Z-related post.

September 20

O at Tom’s house along with Audrey (Tuwaine’s ex), and Elysia (Sam’s ex).  

The end of September/beginning of October

O was not at Tom’s going away dinner with his fam.  She had dinner with her friends that night.  Grace posted a story about not being ready to give your heart while still in love with another and immediately deleted it.  Conclusion: Tom ended fling with O before heading to Cleveland to film Cherry.

October - December 

Tom rumored to have dated Cleveland Browns cheerleaders.  Tom followed a server from one of the sports bars he frequented in Cleveland.  He unfollowed and she made her account private when fans started asking her why Tom followed her.

2020

February

BL and Z PDA pap pics drop.  Z asks fan accounts to remove these photos.

Tom unfollows Darnell and Deja and takes a hiatus from Instagram. 

Tom returns to Instagram to refollow Darnell and promote Onward.

Tom appears to be feeling very insecure about his height and in general during the Onward press/premiere in LA.

While in Australia with BL, Z caught lurking on Twitter viewing/accidentally liking and immediately unliking an interview clip of Tom talking about Harry Potter.

March 22

Nadia (N) can be heard in Tom’s live, Harry tells Tom to end the live, and then he started a new one.  

End of March

We begin suspecting N is living with Tom during the lockdown because some of her story posts appear to be in his home.

April 1

N’s long hair seen when Tom joined Justin Bieber’s live.

April 3

Tom accidentally posts a story of N sunbathing, immediately deletes it, and he, Harry, and Haz ask fan accounts to delete the story from their accounts.

July 27

Tom posted Nadia on his IG.

Z nominated for Emmy.
