Back at it again with the Anodite!Billy AU bc I just watched some Ben 10 again-

When he gets more comfortable with his whole situation, there are many fun bits that can arise.

Captain Marvel daydreaming about shedding his human skin and going flying in his true form because air flow doesn't affect him like that - Martian Manhunter who was onlu doing a cursory scan looking at him in muted horror

Meeting either the Justice League or Young Justice team in his Anodite form as Billy and being chased down as a rouge alien because the mana he is giving off while flying around in powerful places i.e. leylines bc he is subconsciously attracted to them is giving major sus vibes

Anger as Marvel usual results in glowing gold eyes, crackling lightning and the smell of ozone, with his patrons backing him up with their might. Cut off from his powers, his eyes glow magenta, hell his whole body is subtly glowing magenta and the anger is a palpable force shaking the walls

Concerning tidbits Cap lets slip about not being entirely human, not sure if he's the last of his species etc.

Mana bolts, mana bolts! Just zap annoying people in the ass why doncha (Cap could do this, but he usually has more self control with the lightning)

Increased mischeviouness that is harder to temper in alien form due to the species propensity for being 'free spirits'

Freaking Zatanna/Constantine, many a magic user if they ever find a living embodiment of mana just hanging out, outside his skin. Magical vision is generally blinded at first glance by him, bc holy heck is he shining like a sun.

Penelope intentionally making yandere colin jealous to try and get him to hurry up with the proposal. The rest of the spouses help out though they all have different ideas of how to make a bridgerton jealous

Penelope trier so hard to make Colin jealous to get that proposal out of him but NOTHING worked.

Simon, Kate, and Sophie all tried to help by giving different suggestions. Some being dancing with different gentlemen at balls, accidentally losing a fake love letter to a fake gentleman, and even pinching herself so hard it looked like a lover placed his mark.

Penelope got nothing for her troubles besides dead bodies. She didn't even want those! If Penelope wanted a dead body she do it herself!

"Stupid man!" Penelope groaned, flopping back onto the couch between Phillip and Michael. Eyes closed, she rested her head against Michael's shoulder.

Over the last couple of years, she had grown closer to the other Bridgerton in-laws and future in-laws. Her closest relationships are probably with Phillip and Michael. Phillip, since they both more on the introverted side, and had a shared desire of learning, even if it was in different subjects. Michael, on the other hand, just seemed to love collecting introverts as his friends.

"Out, out, out!" Penelope heard Kate say, most likely from the doorway. "No, Bridgertons allowed at the Spouses meeting!"

Penelope could hear the eye roll in Anthony's voice. "Half your members aren't even married to a Bridgerton."

He meant herself, Phillip, and Michael. Phillip had just come out of mourning, so that is why he and Eloise have yet to marry. Though they have been corresponding through letters. Michael has also been giving Francesca space after the death of her first husband until she is ready. Penelope herself is working on it.

"They're the closest thing we have," Kate argued back. "Now goodbye!"

With that, Kate closed the drawing room door.

What Penelope had not seen was Colin's eye twitch when he had seen her sitting between two unmarried men who were not related to her. Made even worse when she rested her head against Michael's shoulder. Her eyes closed in a way that signified trust in those two men.

Anthony and Benedict dragged him away.

"They are your sisters' soulmates," Anthony warned him. "You can't kill them like the others."

Colin felt himself growl. Fine then, a new strategy was needed.

He followed her after she left. She darted in and out of her own home. This time in a maid outfit and into a hired hack.

Colin fists clinched. Why did she need to wear a disguise?

Was she going to see a lover?

Penelope's hired hack made its way down Flint Street, stopping in front of a church. It was shaped like a wedding cake.

Colin felt his heart swoop. Over his dead body. If he found out his soulmate was having an affair with one of them, well, his sisters would make do with a slightly broken soulmate.

He watched her, waiting for her to notice him. He watched as she took out a letter and placed it in a pew. Was it a lover letter? Colin decided he would burn it.

Colin took a step closer, and he saw Penelope tense up, her hand slowly moving towards a slit in her skirt that would lead to her pockets.

She turned, and their eyes locked.

Penelope froze. "C-C-Co-"

"That would be Colin," Colin said as he came closer. One hand came up to cradle his tricky nymph's face while the other reached behind her for that wretched letter.

Honestly? I think they're both far too guarded to spontaneously befriend one another. They would be allies, though, with mutual respect, until one of them did something the other classified as Bad(TM). And then they'd be allies again once the situation demanded it.

I can see Taylor befriending Ryujin sooner than Sayeon, though this might just be me reaching with the similarities between Rachel and Ryujin's situations.

Sayeon might befriend Brian, or, more specifically, Grue. They're both planners (even if Sayeon's plans are made in 20 seconds half the time), cautious, willing to work with the system (brian adopting aisha), and have limited empathy/inhibitions when it comes to (seemingly) necessary violence. (Sayeon would be down with concussing a 12 year old, and Grue would totally understand a little dismemberment.)

In TFA AU where it's Optimus who was left behind on Archa Seven how could he possibly get a techorganic form? I mean, originally Elita used her scanning abilities on giant spiders and got infected, but how the same could happen to Optimus who didn't have scanning abilities?

I'm trying to come up with ideas, but I can't think of anything.

Okay as far as ideas I've got three

He didn't actually become technoorganic, he ended up getting rebuilt somehow instead, whether it was by himself or by someone else

I saw a fic where Tarantulas was on the planet and experimented on him some which gives us the interesting idea of tfa Tarantulas living on Archa Seven permanently because Tara 100% would be the type to turn someone else technoorganic

He lived with the spiders for a WHILE and modified himself into being technoorganic

Maybe some prompts with a plush/doll caretaker? They’d be In like a toy story situation where Whumper and Whumpee don’t know they’re alive so Caretaker has to be sneaky about it? 

Oh interesting!! So I take it this as meaning whumper and whumpee are human/some other sentient being, and only Caretaker is a doll.

Some thoughts:

What if plush caretaker is a gift whumpee was given, brought to life to watch over them. Caretaker knows whumpee well and knows just what to say to comfort them, but is helpless to get them out of their situation.

Maybe the doll has magic and is able to mend or at least ease whumpee's injuries. Little do they know this only makes whumper hurt whumpee worse, because they think whumpee can take it.

Caretaker being discovered by whumper, who thinks they're just a doll and throws them away, and they have to make their way back to whumpee.

Plush/doll caretaker wearing down over time and being able to help whumpee less and less.

A doll caretaker that slips through the bars of a cell every night to help whumpee. Brings them food, medicine, escape tools, things like that.

Caretaker and whumpee are both being sold as oddities and find comfort in each other.

Caretaker-turned-whumpee when whumper realizes how much the first whumpee cares about caretaker.

Caretaker and whumpee have a language barrier but it doesn't stop them from forming a bond.

Whumpee is afraid of caretaker at first and caretaker has to slowly win their trust while also evading whumper.

holiday outfit for rei?

Ooohh! You know the battlepass really makes me sad because I really miss seasonal skins and it looks like any skins that would be "Winter Wonderland" are probably going to be locked behind bundles (Barf). But I did Winter Wonderland skins for the fankids in the past, it would be a fun challenge to try a couple again!!

Rei: Frost Fairy--Okay I know I say that the snow/ice themes are Blizzard phoning it in, but when both Mercy and Genji have ice skins, it seems only appropriate. Her wings are complex and spiky, reminiscent of hoarfrost. Rei's hair is tinted white and pushed back from her face in a kind of wild shoulder-length mane held back by a silvery headband crest reminiscent of Genji's Ice Wraith helmet, with two icicle horns peeking out underneath. Her clothes incorporate some armor-like elements from Genji's Ice wraith skin, but is probably closer to the Banuk clothing in Horizon Zero Dawn.

Aedan: First Frost--A skin that has both autumnal and winter elements, Aedan's clothes are composed of scarlet autumn leaves outlined in silvery white by frost. Very Thranduil vibes. His red hair has white streaks in it and he wears a twiggy laurel-like crown of leaves also touched by frost. His eyes are tinted golden yellow in this skin. Because ya girl loves her Prince Nuada vibes.

Jaime: Olentzero--Olentzero Jaime wears and black beret and blue neck scarf, as well as traditional black, gray, and blue Basque farmer's clothing smudged with coal dust all over. There's a wineskin at his hip and a pipe in his mouth. There's a slightly ghostly effect on his ability animations.

Marti: Eggnog---A cute confectionary skin that's a lovely cream-color with a cinnamon brown gradient. Marti dons a peacoat shawl dress with wooly trimming to mimic the foam. Marti's hair is tied up in a big bouncy curly blown-out ponytail with cinnamon stick hairstick accessory. She wears white leggings with a cable-knit pattern and cute chunky brown wool-lined boots. There will be some debate as to whether the skin should be called the "eggnog" skin or the "horchata" skin but like--I mean you can drink horchata all year, so we're leaning towards the eggnog skin.

Faustine: C.E.O (Chief Elf Officer)--Faustine dons pointy ears, a high bun secured with a sprig of holly, a pencil behind one ear, and a sexy green pencil skirt and green vest with gold damask texture effects. The dress shirt has a sort of frilly cravat collar decorated with a gold brooch. Comes with a "Checking it twice" emote where she checks a tablet and looks up judgmentally.
