If someone told me that we will get Harry singing You're Still The One, I Will Survive, Man I Feel Like A Woman, and Hopelessly Devoted To You ALL IN THE SAME YEAR I would not belive them yet here we are. Like-
Never would I have thought SEVEN YEARS since we last saw them together, that 2022 would be one of the larriest years on record.
Hopelessly devoted to Lou
Harry dresses as Danny Zuko for Harryween, just a few days after Louis reminds us, once again, that he played Danny Zuko in a high school production.
Harry flies a rainbow flag with not one, but three Louis cross-eyed smiley faces.
Harry flies a rainbow flag with a huge Louis cross-eyed smiley face
The peace ring returns and Harry is smug about it.
Harry flies a rainbow flag with Only The Brave on it (after doing a double take and noticing it)
Harry sings Still The One at Coachella (more details on why this is a big deal here)
Harry sang I Will Survive at Coachella (369 weeks after he last sang it on stage)
Harry randomly uses an origami fortune teller as a symbol for his song Love Of My Life. It shows the colors red and black (strongly associated with Louis these days) and blue and green (Larry colors). Louis’ album, Faith in The Future, is set to release November 11th. National origami day.
Harry quotes a song from Leonard Cohen’s album, Anthem, which has the larriest cover art ever.
Louis’ music plays at Harry’s venues before the show
The fish on the Pleasing merch at Coachella have blue eyes/thin upper lip or green eyes/full lips
Harry referenced the poet Richard Lax in his You Are Home promo. Lax has collections of poems with titles like "Love Had a Compass", "The Green Island," "The Blue Boat”, and "Circus of the Sun."
Harry doodles H L on his sneakers while on “vacation” with his beard.
You Are Home coordinates match up to a lot of Louis and Larry locations
Harry seen at Louis’ LA show (more here and here)
Harry has a blue and green moment
The You Are Home website tweets a Ralph Waldo Emerson quote about people destined to meet, 12 years to the day after Harry and Louis’ xfactor auditions.
And just in case you think Harry is the only one obsessed with Larry (like rads do):
Louis mentions Harry being at his show
Louis acknowledges a rainbow flag with a huge picture of the Larry hug on it.
Louis wears a “blue bird” colored shirt
Louis adds I Will Survive to his post show playlist the day before H performs that song at Coachella.
Louis plays Lego House as his exit song twice. The first time the day Harry’s House was announced and Harry’s first Coachella performance (where H also performed Still The One). Then Lego House again on the day Harry’s House was released and Harry performed his ONO in NY.
Louis’ merch colors match Harry’s merch colors
Louis wears Harry’s House colors the day of Harry’s House release
Louis changes his Twitter header to a photo with the Larry hug in the background.
Louis makes a point of going out for sushi right after Harry’s House drops, despite rolling his eyes in the past about the trendiness of sushi.
Despite his theme being red/black/white, Louis changes the arena lights to blue and green and he does it again and again and again and again
Louis acknowledges a larrie in a rainbow TPWK t shirt
Louis acknowledges a fan holding a poster of Harry with a rainbow flag (more confirmation here and here)
Louis acknowledged a fan holding a Sing Walls if Larry is Real sign ( more info here and here).
Louis winks at a fan holding Larry dolls (while singing the “come so far from Princess Park line)
Louis give a thumbs up to a fan holding two photos of him and Harry and points to himself while singing Too Young
Louis’ venue plays Sunflower Vol 6, Kiwi, and Sweet Creature before the show.
Louis acknowledges a fan’s I Can’t Change Tattoo
Louis adds Don’t Stop Believing and Halo to his preshow playlist
Louis acknowledges that Prada released a collection with Larry-inspired tattoos by joining a Prada Twitter space the day of the launch.
Louis uses green lights during OTB for the first time, the night Harry launches the You Are Home campaign. Not just for a moment, but during the whole song
I’m sure this isn’t everything they did this year, but it’s a lot. And some of it may be coincidence or a reach, but all of it? I really doubt it.

💟 yh family concert vlog cpns & some yibo thoughts…💭💬
thank you to yibo-official for feeding us with some content this weekend. it’s been kinda quiet since friday, so this is a sweet treat for everyone before monday comes in.
Tumblr media
( excuse this very extra gif i’m using for this post. lol. i’ve just been obsessed w/ how yibo looks in this. the way he turned his head is so cute. soooo… ☺️ )
YBO is back. or the question is, did they ever leave? lol. ever since that news/rumor came out, together with the lrlg post, I was still 50/50. Because it’s hard to confirm things, especially ones that involve his career and what’s allegedly going on. However with the content that’s being released, from OnO to now, it has the same feel as the original YBO. who knows. I’m just happy, like everyone else, to see this kind of updates from his team.
Yibo is not really one to share much personal stuff anymore on his social media accounts so YBO is so important. Plus the fact that they regularly update their IG too ( remember to interact on their please! ) for us international fans gives them plus points in my book.
It’s also a relief to see the negative comments wind down to being non existent. I truly understand why some fans feel the need to complain, but ybo is not really that place. I personally don’t like the idea of acting like an anti in a space that represents yibo. that could just be me tho.
Anyway, I hope we get more! I wanna see the bts footage they have with BTF & One and Only! I feel like they spoiled us with HB’s 1 hour + BTS footage so we’re all expecting to get the same for BTF & OnO. BTF has some restrictions i guess with what they can share since some filming were done in military sites.
Now I wanna highlight this portion of the vlog, with WYB being in a good mood during the last part of the concert.
Tumblr media
This was the part where some people were saying that he looked ‘unhappy’, implying that’s because he didn’t wanna be there / cause there are mostly bxgs who attended. however, this clip, and a lot of the moments on the blog told a different story.
He was obviously not dragged in there — crying and screaming to perform. He was invested with his performance. He looked happy to be with his professional “family”. It’s an example of some fans having their own biased interpretation with this event. I respect those who decided to not attend, it’s their choice and money. But it was really irritating to see them nag and bitch about those who decided to support yibo. Plus it’s their own money. They can spend it however they want.
Funny thing is, those big name accounts who were so vocal about being against Yuehua Ent. & attending — did in fact, attend the concert 😂😂😂 so yeah. It’s an age old story. Don’t believe big name accounts, especially on weibo. These KOLs that “lead” fan opinion can be very shady. At the end of the day, we’re all here to support WYB and his projects in the best way we can. 🙏🏼
=====================================
🍫🍦 TIME FOR SOME SUGAR/CPNS !!!! 🍭🧁
=====================================
The fact that the video is 8:05 minutes long which is an example of how kadian/numbers are important. Well, not all the time, but the team takes that into consideration. So if you see them pulling a 10:05, that would be very sus 👀
As usual, some editing similarities….
Tumblr media
Again, editing similarities, even if there are so many could still be a coincidence but it’s fun to still pay attention.
Tumblr media
Also the details in YIBITO. He has the apple watch! I will never get over the fact that this “detail” is being highlighted like this when it is a popular cpn among turtles and we always look for it.
Some also noticed this “….” Which we don’t know the relevance of, but it could be a clue that LRLG is from Bobo’s team. This is unusual for me, cause ellipsis are usually “…” right?
I’m taking it as a galaxy brain cpn 🌌
Tumblr media
ZZ also allegedly got off work today at 19:22, and then ybo posts @ 19:36. Yes, WYB has his own team but since we CPN that their staff could overlap — this timing is interesting. Maybe it needed a final sign off from the other boss? 😂😂😂😂
SHOUT OUT TO BOTTLED JOY, cause WYB was seen using some during the bts. He also took one with him in the Thailand roadshow. So i guess it’s safe to say that he has a good relationship with the brand, despite what others feel about them. He wouldn’t be showing off if he wasn’t. I’m looking forward to his renewal with them and what new stuff & campaign will be in place. BXGs will surely be lining up to support.

I wasn’t going to tell you, but I’m breaking the group up. It feels good. It feels like a divorce.
- John Lennon on quitting the Beatles, 20 Sept 1969.
Officially, the breakup of the Beatles never happened.
None of the Fab Four ever said they’d never work together again. In reality, though, the breakup took place on 10th April 1970, the day after Paul McCartney released a statement saying he didn’t miss the band and had no plans to record with John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
The long and winding road to that point began several years earlier. The Beatles were originally Lennon’s band, but McCartney took an increasingly dominant role as time went on. Retrospectively, the scene is often depicted as a man standing up for something he loved while his bandmates failed to act the same way, for a variety of personal reasons (in Lennon’s case, it was supposedly self-doubt). But at the time, McCartney was cast as the villain. Even though it was actually Lennon who left the group first, McCartney was the only member to ever officially quit.
But on 8th August 1969, the Beatles walked back and forth across a street they knew well: Abbey Road. John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr lined up and crossed a few times, while a cop held up traffic, right outside the studio where they were already booked to show up for work that day. The whole photo session took only 10 minutes.
Yet this became their most iconic image: sky of blue, trees of green. It sums up the sunny confidence of the most popular album the Beatles ever made - which also turned out to be the last. Abbey Road turned a zebra-stripe crosswalk on an ordinary London street into holy ground.
It would also be the last record they would ever record together.
With their last Abbey Road studio session having taken place two days earlier, and a successful performance in Canada with the Plastic Ono Band five days before that, Lennon appeared to have decided that it was time to act on a feeling he’d had for some time. He later said he started thinking about the end of the band when the Beatles stopped playing live: “That’s when the seed was planted that I had to somehow get out … without being thrown out by the others. But I could never step out of the palace because it was too frightening.”
Lennon delivered the news at a group meeting that also included Ono and Klein, right after McCartney tried, once again, to persuade his bandmates to consider playing live. Lennon was asked to keep his decision quiet, because business deals including a new record contract could be compromised. He agreed.
Ono later told writer Philip Norman of the journey home from the meeting: “He turned to me and said, ‘That’s it with the Beatles. From now on, it’s just you - okay?’ I thought, ‘My God, those three guys were the ones entertaining him for so long. Now I have to be the one to take the load.'”

A/N: A little fluffy, smutty one-shot I fell asleep before I could post last night.
warnings: Fluff, smut
----
She set her book down across her legs and glanced around the room, taking the moment in. She’d been sitting horizontally in Harry’s lap, reading her book while Harry watched the John Lennon-Yoko Ono documentary, Above Us Only Sky. She knew him well enough to know that this was a comfort thing. It’s what he likes to watch when burnt out and looking for inspiration. Not that she needed the documentary to clue her in on his current mental state. Harry had been working around the clock lately. The scheduling gods had made it so his tv appearances, performances, film press, and label meetings were all happening around the same time. Though he never complained, she knew it was starting to take its toll on him.
It took a few arguments early on in their relationship for her to realize that Harry tends to bottle up his stress instead of talking about it. In his mind, he’s hugely lucky and privileged to even have the job that he does and to be able to do this for a living, so he couldn’t help but feel guilty for complaining. But if his tired, sleep-deprived eyes weren’t enough to indicate how overwhelmed Harry has been, then his behavior still would’ve given him away. For instance, even as she was sitting in his lap right now, doing separate things, with Harry’s eyes on the TV while hers focused on her book, she still felt his thumb brushing up and down her thigh the whole time. In fact, she’d been sitting on the other end of the couch before Harry came home and demanded that she come closer, eventually putting her on top of him. Those were tell-tale signs of stress for him. His usually large, dominant personality always seemed to shrink and crumble whenever he was emotional. The downside of it is that his confidence and faith in himself would sometimes waver as a result, and she hated seeing him doubt his talents and abilities more than anything. But, on the upside, this usually made him softer, more toucy, more inclined to lean on her and look to her for support and comfort. She relished the opportunity to provide him with all the love in the world.
With her eyes now turning from the words on the page that had kept her busy to Harry’s face, it occurred to her that they were practically glued together. His face was an inch away. She scanned his features as he watched the tv. Though Harry didn’t flinch, he seemed aware of her intense gaze as his cheeks slowly grew red and a smile took over his lips. This seemed to spark an idea in her head. She wasted no time in attaching her lips to his neck and kissing him. Harry jolted in surprise at her sudden movements, and, within moments, she was fully straddling him, kissing his face and lips, as he whimpered and bucked his hips to get his crotch closer to hers.
She smiled against his lips, “someone’s in a hurry…”
“P-please? Can we?”
She leaned closer and whispered in his ear, her breath fanning over the back of his neck and giving him goosebumps, “patience, pretty boy.” He could practically hear the smirk in her voice.
Harry whined as she slowly moved her legs over and got up off his lap. He felt lighter without her body on top of his, like he might float away without her grounding presence. He did not like this feeling one bit.
She held her hand out to him and helped him off the couch. “Let’s move this party upstairs.”
Before going up to their bedroom, they wandered around the house, blowing out all the candles that she’d lit after cleaning earlier in the day. Harry, clingy as he was, followed on her heels, occasionally messing with her by grabbing her waist, tickling her, and smacking her bum. Their laughter echoed throughout the house as they turned all the lights off and ran up the stairs into the bedroom.
Harry chased her onto the bed, tickling her sides as she giggled and struggled to squirm out of his grasp.
She pushed against his chest, creating some distance between them and the chuckling and laughter instantly came to a halt as soon as their eyes locked. A sudden silence fell over the room, they were still for a moment, Harry’s dimpled smile sparkling softly down at her. She got on her knees to meet him, brushing a few stray ringlets of his hair out of his eyes. “Hi,” she smiled.
“Hello, baby.”
She connected her lips to his again, leaning in with all her body weight to plop him down onto the bed so that she was the one hovering over him now. It didn’t take much to get Harry worked up and on the edge again. He panted and whined into her mouth, begging for more friction.
“Hold on, darling, let me love on you a little bit. I’ve missed you.”
“I’ve- missed you, t-too. S’ jus- intense.”
“I know. It’s been a while, hasn’t it.”
“Mhm,” he nodded furiously, raising his hips to meet hers.
Deciding to give him a little break, she pulled away and began to unbutton his top and unbuckle his pants. His clothes were quickly discarded. Her fingers running down his chest, nails lightly scratching him, Harry hissed and tried to breathe. He genuinely felt he might burst at any moment.
He leaned forward pressing his chest up to hers and kissing her again. His desperation sent a tingle down her spine. The more Harry moaned and whimpered against her mouth, the wetter she felt herself get. Eventually, it was her who was getting impatient. She began to grind against him for relief, Harry gasping at the sensation.
“Please- Please baby. I- I need- fuck- need you to fuck me.”
“Your wish is my command, Hun.”
She shifted to line him up with her cunt, slowly sinking down on him and watching as Harry’s face twisted in pleasure.
“Fff-fuuckk! Y’feel so good.” She always found it flattering when Harry’s voice would get high-pitched and whiny.
“You alright, baby? Open your eyes, Harry. Wanna see you, please?”
Harry’s eyes slowly blinked open and he smiled at her through the blur, his face flushed and starting to sweat.
“All good?”
He nodded.
“I can move now?”
“Yes, please! Move.”
Pressing her palms into the bed for support, she began to ride him. Slowly, at first, savoring every noise and twitch he made, faster and faster as they both surrendered to the pleasure.
“I- I’m gonna- wanna cum. D- ah! Don’t think I can hold it anymore.” Harry looked up at her, his eyes doing a lot of begging.
“Yo ahead, Harry, cum. You don’t have to wait.”
“It’s a lot. I-intense.” He was babbling now. Losing track of his own words.
“It’s okay, babe. I’ve got you. Go ahead. Let go.”
“Yeah? It’s okay?”
She nodded. Her heart always melted at how sweet Harry could sometimes be.
Waves of pleasure crashed over his body, shaking him from head to toe. His orgasm was strong and the trembling lasted a moment. He shook and moaned underneath her, driving her own climax over the edge. Her walls squeezed around him; he gasped and pulled her to his chest, absorbing her moans and rubbing her back with his eyes shut as she came down.
“I love you.” She whispered once she’d caught her breath.
“Same, but please don’t get up yet, okay?”

Color Candy Paradox Ep 8 (Finale) Stray Thoughts
The finale train continues. We finished Individual Circumstances, this, Coffee Shop, 609 Bedtime Story, and GAP this week. This is good, because I need more room for everything else airing and coming soon.
Last time, Onoe decided to prove that he could do bad all by himself, and ended up souring his relationship with Kaburagi right as they were about to start their What Did You Eat Yesterday arc.
The Safe Zone clowns know of my appreciation for lips. I will miss Kimura Keito's visuals.
That's right, Mr. Editor, you need to get this ship back on course. This is a finale!
I like the reminder that Onoe isn't fragile or innocent just because he wasn't adapted to paparazzi scoops when they were first paired together.
Damn, I didn't expect the show to confirm that the editor was meddling and hoping there would be benefits from pairing them.
Massayan said, "Get it together, gays."
Okay, I'm really liking Kimura's performance in this reconciliation scene. The way his voice broke as he teared up was affective. I also like Yamanaka's fond smile.
Okay, this is a half-decent kiss.
There's a dance-like quality to the choreography of the beginning of this bed scene.
"So if we live together we'll smell the same," was kinda hot.
I do appreciate when BL implies that boys give head.
Okay, well that was also a decent finish.
Final Verdict: 7, Recommended with Reservations. This show is fine. The leads are still pretty new to acting, and the script is a little more complicated than I think they can carry. It's serviceable, and delivers some decent heat alongside its seedy investigating. In the end, however, I feel like the core ideas never fully connected and built into something memorable.

International Rock Festival
When Haruto found out the Rock Festival had been flooded out , he understood the promoters moved it to an indoor venue. That made sense. What confused him was when Ueno told him that he'd be sharing his dad's set. Because of time and resources a lot of other acts were cut. Haruto's was on the list to be cut if Uncle Kenji hadn't haggled so that Haruto and Akita would have some additional time to perform together.
Uncle Kenji was an ultimate spin master. He told them about how they were getting a steal with two performers in one set. The crowd would go wild.
And what could Haruto say? Not only was he still performing at the festival but also with his dad's band. The band had been together longer than Haruto had been alive. For him, it was like performing with his uncles. Rehearsals were set up quickly and flowed pretty easy. Like family, they wanted Haruto to succeed as well. Best of all he got to bring Ely with him. He just didn't tell anyone until his boyfriend was already at the venue. By then, all Ueno could do was eyeball him. Ayame-kun just accepted Ely as part of his entourage.
Ely was minding his manners almost like a servant in the Chiesa. The last thing he wanted was to embarrass Haruto on his big night. He may have been a little stiff but he still smiled and relaxed more when Haru was around him.
The day of their show there was a signing event. It was the first one Haruto had to sit through so he was happy to be there with his dad. They were also placed at a table together. Akita was still headliner so most were there to see him. Haruto was completely okay with that, it was what he was used too. Watching his dad, shine brighter than the sun.
Still, it was different now, he was a dimer star next to his father's sun, and facing fans face to face made him forget words still. Whenever he got tongue tied Akita would slip in a comment about how pretty the girl was for Haruto to to forget Japanese. That always ended in squeals.
Then there were the cougars. Married women who somehow manged to get out for the night or were there to 'look out for' their daughters. These women doted on what a good father Akita was to bring his son to the Rock festival. But that always led into questions about what hotel they were staying in. One even went so far as to ask if Haruto and his dad were sharing a room.. Those women made Haruto fight to not roll his eyes. They were in public after all. At least, hide how thirsty you were in front of his son, Haruto thought.
Ueno was good for some things. His manager had the foresight to book them in different rooms. His dad could have the penthouse as long as Haruto didn't have to hear old people sex or worse, wake up the next morning to an awkward breakfast with freshly fucked old people.
Every now and then, he would try to spot Ely, with Ayame-kun. Haruto felt bad that he had to leave his boyfriend with the young woman. She was kind enough. Paying attention to Ely the same way that she would Haruto. Thinking that Ely's stiffness was just how the dark skinned male always behaved.
Ely was enjoying Ayame's company, truthfully, trying to be ready to meet eyes whenever Haru looked for him. Like it were his one committed task to never miss a glance. Being supportive right? There were so many people but they generally ignored him. Which he was thankful for honestly. Not sure what he would say if people knew that he and the Idol Haru Ono were friends- or worse- dating.
Towards the end of the signing session Ayame-kun got a phone call on her cell. She looked a bit surprised by the caller and spoke politely.
"Please excuse me," she said stepping away from Ely. When she returned she was followed by a very well put together young woman who appeared to be just a little bit younger than Haruto. When they returned the young woman paused when she saw Ely giving her best Idol smile. Instead of speaking she look appeared to be waiting to be recognized.
Ely paused when Ayame left him. Only to be confused by the girl whom appeared. He returned the polite smile, bowing formally though, he had no idea who the young girl was. Turning his attention back to Haru quite immediately.
When it seemed obvious that Ely wasn't going to recognize the young woman Ayame-kun made introductions. "Ely-san, this is Bailey-san, Ono-san's girl friend."
"My spot was canceled but I wanted to support Haruto-kun," she said smiling still. "And you are?" she asked even though Ayame-kun introduced him.
Ely looked up at Ayame and back to Bailey. Haru had mentioned this but it was surprising to actually meet here. "Oh- uh, Ely. Nice to meet you." He says, bowing formally again. "I'm a friend of Haru's from school."
Bailey coos. "Oh~ he's so secretive about his life at school." She even giggled pretty. "Haru? You two must be very close. He's always so shy." she said and looked at the table where father and son were still greeting fans.
Soon the signing event was over and Haruto and Akita came back to their caretakers. Haruto smiled at Ely but his eyes grew wide when he saw Bailey and may have gotten a little paler.
"Bailey-san, what are you doing here?" he tried not to sound as shocked as he looked. The pretty young woman giggled.
"My spot was canceled, and I heard you were still performing with your father, so I came to support you." she reached for Haruto's hands taking them in her own.
Ely paused when she mentioned the nickname, looking off- wondering if he said too much. Though his smile was more honest and bright seeing Haru come over. It softened when Bailey took his attention away. Standing back, still to not get in the way of them. Letting them talk and instead, he would just follow like he was part of the care crew.
Haruto doesn't take his hands away but he doesn't squeeze hers, looking back and forth between his girlfriend and boyfriend. He wants to says something to Ely but he doesn't know what, not out here, not like this. Once again his dad saved him.
"Oh you must be Baily-chan, "he bowed to the little girl. "My son has said so much about you." he didn't mention which son. "Excuse us, we need to get ready." The young woman politely bowed to Akita and nodded when they had to go.
Ayame-kun sided up beside Ely as the musicians chatted. "It can be overwhelming." she said softly. Thinking that Ely was in awe of just another star.
Ely looked to Ayame and nodded. "Yeah… but Haru is amazing at what he does." He answers not realizing if there was any flaws in his words. staying put with Ayame even if Bailey left with them. He stood almost like a butler.
Ayame would watch Ely for several seconds. Soon the three musicians would join them Haruto and Bailey still holding hands. "Ayame-kun, do you mind if Bailey -san stays with you until dad's set is over?" he tried not to look at Ely. Akita already walking toward the rest of the band. . "I'll be back…" he said. "I'll be back. " That he did direct to Ely looking at his boyfriend apologetically. Then turned to Bailey-san. "Excuse me, Bailey-san."
The first part of the set were Akita's new songs.
Haruto's plan for international fame wasn't a new one. Musician have been doing it since the traveling minstrel. The broader the audience the more likely they were to buy your music. The more they buy your music the more you get booked in other countries. That was the plan Akita followed, and it was the plan Haruto would follow.
The first song was in English. Here Haruto was on keyboards and back up vocals. Unlike when he performed solo, the young idol was relaxed and looked up now and then to see his dad rocking out. He'd always been in awe of his father's talent. Akita could sweep a group of people away with a smile. . I twas something that was on the long list of things that had Haruto afraid of people. He could never bring that kind of magic to the stage like his father.
youtube
Ely listened to the music, watching the performance on a screen backstage. Haru's father really was amazing, though Ely still kept his attention on /to-him/ the real star.
As the set continued, Bailey turned to the others.
"Can you get me a water?" he said looking at Ayame. The assistant hurried to her feet to go and get it. As soon as the young woman scurried off the female Idol turned toward Ely. "You and Haruto-kun go to school together?" she said prettily.
At the end of the song, the musicians, including Haruto, prepared for the next song. "How are we Tokyo!" Akita's voice rang out through the speakers. His bleached amber hair shined under the the stage lights. A large cry came back from the waves of people. Haruto was playing guitar on the next song. He looked up at crowd as he tuned up.
Ely looked to Bailey with paused but nodded softly. "Yes. We have a few classes together." He answers in a simple tone.
Bailey giggles and taps her fingers to her lips. "It must be more than a few," she giggled. "Are you a musician?" she batted her eyes looking Ely over. "Producer? Actor?" she rattle off questions.
Ely shook his head. "No, not at all. I don't do anything special." He answers easily.
Bailey giggles behind her fingers. "Then why are you here?" she said innocently curious
Ely shrugs. "Just to be a supportive friend? I don't go to concerts often."
Ayame would return with the bottle of water. Bailey took it without looking at her, still focused on Ely. "A supportive friend?" she looked at Ely's tail and the horns. "I'm happy that you are are such a good friend to my boyfriend. Thank you for your continued support." She would turn her head to look back at the concert.
"Are you ready for another song?" Akita called out to the ocean of people. Another cheer. Akita turned to his son. This one started with a solo from Haruto. Akita, ever the front man, was in his element dancing with the microphone while Haruto played. Akita wasn't a dancer but he still managed to make the stage all his own.
youtube
Haruto relaxed even more, rocking along with his family. He closed his eyes when it was time for his solos. This was his dad's set but the goal was also to showcase Haruto's talents. By the time the song ended Haruto was out of breath. He and Akita shared a smiled.
Ely (bingk) smiled bright, so happy to see the show going well and Haru and his father sharing the stage. It seemed so wonderful. His tail couldn't stop it's sway.
Bailey would sip her water. Instead of sitting back down Ayame would step to the side away from them .
"Ne, Ely-san, if I wanted to send Haruto-kun a present," she turned slowly towards him again. "Something to wish him well during his studies, what school would I send it too?" she batted her eyes lashes, looking at him sugar sweet
Ely looked at Bailey, finding the question rather odd. Shouldn't she know? He shook his head. "Ah- sorry, my japanese isn't very good and the school has a very hard name for me to say. Perhaps you can ask Ayame-san to send it for you?" He suggests.
Bailey paused and reached out for Ely's hand. "You have to have something on you, even a school ID?" she said just as sweetly.
Ely shook his head. "S-sorry, everything I have is in Italian." He says, taking out his own ID from the Cheisa. It shown his picture but the whole ID was in Latin and Italian. "You could ask Haru." He suggests as well.
Bailey looked at the ID her Idol smile cracking for a moment. "Of course, I'll ask Haru," she said and looked at the screen that showed the concert
"Thank you for coming out tonight," Akita said when the applause died down. Haruto walked over toward his dad. It was his turn now. The musicians moved around behind them. "It's an honor to be here with you tonight, but tonight is even more special for me." he turned to Haruto and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Because tonight, I get to perform with my son. Maybe you've heard of him?" he brought his hand to his ear as if waiting for the people to respond. Haruto was thankful for the layers of stage make up on his face so that no ones would see his cheeks pink. The sound started off as a low rumble.
"Haru-to, Haru-to, Harut-to!" The spotlight shined on them. He put on his best idol smile and bowed low, clutching the guitar to his chest.
"Please support my son as you've supported me," Akita continued. He bowed to the audience and so did Haruto, another cheer. One of the musicians, handed Akita a guitar, leaving the stand for his son.
Ely seemed confused by Bailey, putting his ID away and looking back to the screen- his tail flicked and his body perked up. Fixated on the screen. He felt his heart suddenly start pounding when the crowd called out Haru's name. Inwardly praying it would go well.
Haruto looked at the waves of people as they came in a blur. He would look around at the guys behind him. Instead of, new musicians, his father's band played double duty. They would be playing for him him now. It was only one song but it was enough, people would see him and he was still playing with family.
"This song is from my new album," Haruto said looking at the blur of people. "Thank you for your continued support. I hope that you enjoy it."
Ely continued to watch the concert from backstage. On the edge of his seat.
Haruto looked back at his family and then back at the audience closing his eyes once more before playing.
youtube
This song was about letting go of who he used to be. Trying to be someone worthy of all the praise and kindness he got just for being a second generation musician
"He's so creative isn't he?"Bailey said to Ely.
Ely almost didn't seem to realize Bailey was talking to him- so focused on Haru's performance. He blinked, turning back to Bailey. "Hm? Oh- yeah, heh. That's why he's on stage right?" He grins.
Bailey looked at Ely then back at the screen. "That isn't the only reason," she said softly and rose to her feet before the song was over. "Bai!" she waved to them both handing the bottle to Ayame before she left
Ely paused when suddenly Bailey stood up. Watching her go, but looking back to the screen.
Haruto fingers were shaking as he finished "Thank you again,"he said. He bowed to them all. Akita would walk over and pat his son on the shoulder. They bowed together and the group made their way off stage leaving the instruments behind for the roadies. Akita was still patting his son's back as they came back. Haruto made a beeline for Ely. "What did you think?" he asked.
Ayame coughed to gain their attention. "Bailey-san had to go unfortunately.," she said.
"Oh yea.. um, thank you,"Haruto bowed to his assistant. "I hope everything is alright. "
"You staying for the after party tonight," Akita asked as he took a drink of water handed to him by his own assistant. Heki, if Haruto remembered correctly.
Haruto looked back at his dad and shook his head. "It's your night…" he said to his father. Honestly it was his night too but Haru had other things on his mind. Akita looked from one young man to another. "Have fun. See you two for breakfast boys?" he smiled at them giving them a dismissal
It took a while and a few autographs later but when they finally made it to the car, Haruto tackled his boyfriend and kissed him sweetly.

The Beatles - Don't Let Me Down Intergalactic Radio Station wwwrhythmsectiongatlinburgcom [https://ift.tt/Na5ZHyM] The Beatles 1 Video Collection is out now. Available on: https://ift.tt/f5wogTn Written by John as an expression of his love for Yoko Ono, the song is heartfelt and passionate. As John told Rolling Stone magazine in 1970, “When it gets down to it, when you’re drowning, you don’t say, ‘I would be incredibly pleased if someone would have the foresight to notice me drowning and come and help me,’ you just scream.” During filming on the roof of Apple, two days after the recording of the track, the band played ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ right after doing two versions of 'Get Back’ and it led straight into 'I’ve Got A Feeling’. Michael Lindsay-Hogg was once again directing a Beatles’ shoot. He and Paul met regularly at the tail end of 1968, while Hogg was directing The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus, to discuss the filming of The Beatles’ session in January. By the time that fateful Thursday came around, the penultimate day of January would be the last time The Beatles ever played together in front of any kind of audience. This is not the version of ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ heard on the single but the version from the Let It Be… Naked album – a composite of both versions that were performed on the roof of Apple in Savile Row Official site: https://ift.tt/5x9R81U Facebook: https://ift.tt/ebczUsQ Instagram: https://ift.tt/1PFNkfE Twitter: https://twitter.com/thebeatles

BLCD Review: The Titan’s Bride (for reals this time)
Tumblr media
Title: Kyojinzoku no Hanayome (巨人族の花嫁)
Release Date: 2020/12/23
Author/Artist: ITKZ
Cast:
Ono Yuuki x Itou Kento
Nakazawa Masatomo
Takatsuka Tomohito
Synopsis: “It’s like a small fruit…” The Titan’s large hands grasped my thing easily with one hand… With the difference in our size, if we go all the way, I’m definitely gonna die…!?
Review Proper
Tumblr media
Sorry.
I honestly might have downplayed my review for the mini drama CD back in August.
This, along with the anime, is a disaster.
See, as a manga, Titan’s Bride is okay and good at best, but there’s only so many ways you can voice giants with utter believability. Ono did well in the mini drama cd, but oh boy, I really don’t want to say this, but Caius here is just... trash bad. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t wholly Ono Yuuki’s fault. It’s just that this setting is just so impossible to work with without visual cues, and since Ono’s natural tone isn’t nearly as deep for a role as this one, it all just sounds so fake that I couldn’t help but snort at it most of the time (also, I slept through this TWICE). And no, it’s not just Ono; it’s literally everyone who’s been cast as a giant that sounds weird.
Wait.
Wait.
I just came back from reading my notes, so I’ll be taking all of what I said back. THE VOICE ACTING WAS INDEED BAD. On top of struggling with an unbelievable Caius, Ono also didn’t have any chemistry with Itou Kento. HAHAHAHA why do I find this so funny? How’d we go from Love Hole 303 (aka OnoYuu’s best) to this (aka OnoYuu’s worst?) 💀 Itou Kento’s performance wasn’t flawless either. He caught me off guard when Kouichi cried and not in a good way. 🥴 Caius’ farmer friend takes the cake, though. His actor wasn’t credited either, but for the short amount of time he was on track, believability was 0. Nakamo did well as Bertholdt, though, and his Beartoto might be the only one that was a good casting choice from the get-go because he wasn’t really a giant. Bardlot might have been able to save the manga, but he alone wasn’t enough to save the BLCD. Tomo was idk not bad, but not really commendable either.
You know a casting that could probably save this? Kawahara Yoshihisa (Juda) or Shingaki Tarusuke (Byakuya) for Caius, Hirarin for Dr. Martu (Tomo sounds like new-age Hirarin ngl), and Ono Yuuki for Bartholomew. I actually didn’t like Itou Kento voicing Kouichi at first, but he grew on me. I don’t even know who else could suit Kouichi better. Itou Kento just has to step it up more.
The sound engineering for this one was shit—I’m not going to hold back punches on this one. Again, if Glanz was just able to give Ono that giant-esque edge he so needed, then we might have a bearable outcome at least. But with regard to the sound effects and the bgms, it’s still shit. Sometimes, the volume of the sfx for Caius’ or any of the other giants’ movements isn’t even right. You’d think that the bed and Kouichi’s bottom would sound like they’re breaking because they’re being railed by a goddamn train, but nooooo. AND OH MY GOD THE FUCKING MOMU—the fucking Momu (the giant ass cow) was voiced by a man and it freaks me out. I would have appreciated it if it was just voiced by a real cow and was amplified. Y’ALL KNOW IT’S BAD WHEN THEY GET A MAN VOICE A COW AND FAIL.
Just thinking about this BLCD makes me feel exhausted. Do you know when the last time this industry has seen a good isekai? It has been a long 11 years since Kyou Kara Maoh Sora ni Hibiku Ryuu no Utagoe, damn it. I didn’t want to say this because I’m pretty sure that this isn’t true, but just the outcome wants to prove otherwise; this BLCD feels like there’s 0 effort put into it. I mean, I guess that’s suitable for what Titan’s Bride really is, but come on. As I’ve said in the mini drama review, y’all just shouldn’t adapt something when a. it’s not worth it and b. if y’all aren’t going to be serious about it. I KNEW THAT ME HAVING THREE GOOD BLCDS IN A ROW WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
I just don’t understand how it’s already 2021 and there still hasn’t been an adaptation for MadK! All these talents and money wasted. 😩 I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND GETTING THIS. It’s not entirely faithful to the manga either because many events have been rearranged and y’all know what went down with the other bits. Just listen to Sora ni Ryuu which stars Kondo Takashi (young Fei Wan), Konishi Katsuyuki (adult Fei Wan), and Yusa Koji (Ryuusei). The world building on that was just amazing. *sigh* Where has that 2010 quality gone, I wonder.

John interviewed in Melody Maker, 6 December 1969
Last week I spent some time with John, during which he told me the truth about the early days, the current relationships within The Beatles, and his consequent need for independence, and a host of other subjects. We begin with the group’s rise to fame, and John’s feelings about the way it was achieved.
“In the beginning it was a constant fight between Brian [Epstein] and Paul on one side and me and George on the other,” he told me. “Brian put us in neat suits and shirts, and Paul was right behind him. I didn’t dig that, and I used to try and get George to rebel with me. I’d say to him, ‘Look, we don’t need these suits. Let’s chuck them out of the window.’ My rebellion was to have my tie loose, with the top button of my shirt undone, but Paul’d always come up to me and put it straight.
“I saw a film the other night, the first television film we ever did. The Granada people came down to film us, and there we were in suits and everything - it just wasn’t us, and watching that film I knew that that was where we started to sell out. We had to do a lot of selling out then. Taking the MBE was a sell-out for me. You know, before you get an MBE the Palace writes to you to ask if you’re going to accept it, because you’re not supposed to reject it publicly and they sound you out first.
“I chucked the letter in with all the fanmail, until Brian asked me if I had it. He and a few other people persuaded me that it was in our interests to take it, and it was hypocritical of me to accept it. But l’m glad, really, that I did accept it- because it meant that four years later I could use it to make a gesture.
“We did manage to refuse all sorts of things that people don’t know about. For instance, we did the Royal Variety Show once, and we were asked discreetly to do it every year after that- but we always said, ‘Stuff it.’ So every year there was always a story in the newspapers saying ‘Why No Beatles For The Queen?’, which was pretty funny, because they didn’t know we’d refused it.
“That show was a bad gig anyway. Everybody’s very nervous and uptight, and nobody performs well. The time we did do it, I cracked a joke onstage. I was fantastically nervous but I wanted to say something, just to rebel a bit, and that was the best I could do.”
Was there, in fact, anything at all that he enjoyed about the years of Beatlemania?
“Oh sure. I dug the fame, the power, the money, and playing to big crowds. Conquering America was the best thing. You see, we wanted to be bigger than Elvis - that was the main thing. At first we wanted to be Goffin & King, then we wanted to be Eddie Cochran, then we wanted to be Buddy Holly, and finally we arrived at wanting to be bigger than the biggest - and that was Elvis.
“We reckoned we could make it because there were four of us. None of us would’ve made it alone, because Paul wasn’t quite strong enough, I didn’t have enough girl appeal, George was too quiet, and  Ringo was the drummer. But we thought that everyone would be able to dig at least one of us, and that’s how it turned out.”
When John returned his MBE in protest against Britain’s involvement in the Vietnam and Biafra conflicts, he added, “And against ‘Cold Turkey’ slipping down the charts.”
Does that mean that “Cold Turkey” is a specially important record for you?
“Yes, because it’s MY record. When I wrote it I went to the other three Beatles and said, ‘Hey lads, I think I’ve written a new single.’ But they all said, ‘Ummm... arrrrrr. . . welll. . .’ because it was going to be my project, and so I thought, ‘Bugger you! I’ll put it out myself.’
That had happened once before, when I wanted to put ‘Revolution’ out as a single, but ‘Hey Jude’ went out instead.”
Does that mean that Plastic Ono Band is, for John, a kind of alternative Beatles, particularly in view of Ringo’s refusal to go on tour again?
“Yes, I suppose so. It’s a way of getting my music out to the public. I don’t bother so much about the others’ songs. For instance, I don’t give a damn about how ‘Something’ is doing in the charts - I watch ‘Come Together’, because that’s my song.”
Can he ever conceive of a time when he wouldn’t want his songs to be on the same album as Paul’s or George’s?
“I can see it happening. The Beatles can go on appealing to a wide audience as long as they make albums like Abbey Road, which have nice little folk songs like ‘Maxwell’s Silver Hammer’ for the grannies to dig.
“About ‘Maxwell’s Hammer’ - well, all I can say is that I dig Engelbert Humperdinck as much as I dig John Cage, and I don’t listen to either of them,” he said with a marvellously relevant irrelevance. “I always wanted to have other people on our records, like the Stones and our other friends. But some of the others wanted to keep it tight- just like The Beatles, you know? But you wait - it’s starting to get looser, and there should be some fantastic sessions in the next few years. That’s what I wanted all along.”
Going back to the past, did he enjoy doing The Beatles’ two films, Help! and A Hard Day's Night ?
“I dug Hard Day's Night, although Alun Owen only came with us for two days before he wrote the script. He invented that word ‘grotty’ - did you know that? We thought the word was really weird, and George curled up with embarrassment every time he had to say it. But it’s part of the language now-you hear society people using it. Amazing.
“Help! was a drag, because we didn’t know what was happening. In fact [Richard] Lester was a bit ahead of his time with the Batman thing, but we were on pot by then and all the best stuff is on the cutting-room floor, with us breaking up and falling about all over the place.”
The present: has Allen Klein made an agreeable difference to Apple, which was bothering John the last time I spoke to him?
“Oh, it’s really marvellous. People were very scared of him to start with - and some still are - but that’s probably good. He’s swept out all the rubbish and the deadwood, and stopped it being a resthouse for all the world’s hippies. He won’t let people order antique furniture for their offices and so forth; he’s really tightened it up and it’s starting to work a lot better.
“He’s noticed that The Beatles had stopped selling records as they were doing around the world, and he found out that it was because the record company simply wasn’t bothering to push them. They thought that our records would sell themselves, and they were wrong. They don’t. If you can get to No 1 in Turkey, Greece, Switzerland and a couple of other countries then that’s as good financially as getting a No 1 in Britain - they don’t realise that.
“Klein’s very good - he’s going to make sure they stop sitting on the records and actually release them. He’s even keeping tabs on me - I usually make mistakes about who to get in to survey my house, and I can spend a fortune without getting anything done. He’s making sure that I do it the right way.”

beginners guide to the beatles
made one of these a long time ago but i'm surprised by how short it was. so here we go again. doing it right this time lol.
Tumblr media
pov: you told a bad joke and now the beatles are judging you.
john winston lennon. later in his life known as john winston ono lennon.
Tumblr media
born on october 9, 1940
i believe in astrology bc how does john just happen to be a libra
when john was four he started living with his aunt mimi who acted more as his mother figure
his mother, julia, remarried and would visit him quite a bit.
it was julia who taught john how to play banjo and piano. and she bought his first guitar.
they both had a deep love for music and rock n roll
he never really thought of her as his mother but more as a cool friend i suppose
aunt mimi was more rough on him and did the disciplining
his father was never really present growing up and his uncle passed away when he was young
he thought he was a curse for the men in his family
he had five half siblings. two of them, julia and jacqueline, he was pretty close to. the other three he barely knew.
fashion icon.
hated school but loved art
very early on he was insecure with himself
teachers always shit on him and said he would go nowhere in life
he met paul at a church fete on july 6, 1957
paul taught him how to play guitar properly.
once told paul that he didnt know how paul carried on after his mother died bc he just didn't think he could do it
john’s mother died from being hit by an off duty policemen. john was seventeen at the time.
he took her death really hard and became a bit of a recluse.
first serious relationship was with cynthia (we stan her)
once cynthia cut her hair short and he didn't talk to her for two days.
hate men. kill all men.
when he asked her to dance at a party she turned him down saying that she was engaged, and so he said “well i didn't ask you to fucking marry me, did i?”
slapped her once bc he was drunk and another boy was talking to her.
only time her hit her.
read cynthia’s books about john pls. i beg.
once a psychic told him that he would be shot in the states.
founder of the beatles and also came up with the name.
instruments he could play: guitar, harmonica, rhythm guitar, banjo, keyboard, piano, saxophone, bass guitar, and a little drums.
main songwriter in the beatles along with paul.
was more open minded to change in the beatles music.
was insecure in his relationship with paul after a while bc he thought he only needed him for songwriting.
would bitch about paul all day long but the second anyone else said something about him he’d be on their ass.
had a lot of issues and needed a good hug.
suffered from eating disorders, drug addictions, depression, insecurities, and questioned his sexuality bc of the time.
was super open minded and ahead of his time in many instances.
once he was called “the fat beatle” and after that he stopped eating as much.
truly loved his first son, julian lennon, and would buy him presents all the time bc he was excited to see him play with them.
“your famous ex husband”
he enjoyed playing monopoly.
he once claimed that he saw a ufo.
he had written three books but he always wanted to write a children's book.
the last song he ever performed in front of a live audience was “i saw her standing there.” with elton john.
he was afraid of the dark.
found out later in his life that he was dyslexic.
was also legally blind without glasses.
never could catch a break huh.
said that his best lyric ever was “all you need is love” i agree.
the first time yoko and john met was not at her art exhibit but actually when she approached him about giving away songs for free.
wanted to write a musical with paul.
once a friend dared him to masturbate ten times in one day and he managed to do it nine times.
would hold circle jerks with paul and a few other friends.
just dudes being dudes.
went on a holiday with brian epstein, who was gay, and told some people afterward that they did certain sexual things. but we will never know for sure.
yoko says that john was bisexual.
once in an interview he said that he would of married a rich man or woman if he wasn't in the beatles.
hated his voice on records. would always ask for effects on his voice for final recordings.
made a film with yoko where it was just his penis going from flaccid to erect for fifteen minutes in slow motion.
only beatle not to of become a vegetarian while he was alive.
murdered on december 8, 1980.
gave his autograph earlier in the day to the man who would murder him.
died at the age of 40.
“all my loving” was played while he was at the hospital.
and its spooky bc a lot of times in interviews he would say “when i'm 40..”
and it’s sad bc he was finally becoming who he truly wanted to be.
honorable john moments that i love:
“thanks for the purpler hearts” he says while receiving the silver heart
“you are the first person from liverpool that i've ever seen” “great”
eric lennon on my mind today
this come together performance where he messed up the lyrics lol
that interview where paul was sick and john keep checking on him
john lennon speaking nothing but facts
when he said that he could see the beatles going separate ways but that they'd always come back together.
SHUT UP
“shut up while he’s talking..”
this interview breaks my heart sometimes
and this interview is great as well
sir james paul mccartney
Tumblr media
born on june 18, 1942
if you ever have spare time just check out this man’s natal chart.
idk how he’s still alive with his chart tbh.
he has a younger brother named mike and a step sister named ruth.
his dad thought he was the ugliest baby he’d ever seen when he was born.
when he was young paul would kill frogs in a way to prepare himself for the war if he ever was drafted.
the first instrument he ever learned to play was the trumpet.
I don't even want to list every instrument this man can play but trust me when I say it’s a lot.
but for the beatles he mainly did bass, vocals, and piano. sometimes playing the guitar and the drums.
the beatles was just paul moving really, really fast.
he lost his mother when he was 14 due to surgery for breast cancer.
never really learned how to cope well with loss of a loved one tbh.
had the cutest chubby cheeks as a kid tbh
met john and was accepted into his band
sometimes they'd ditch school together and either work on music or would visit art galleries.
went to paris with john and john bought him all the banana milkshakes that he wanted.
connected over their love and admiration for music, and bc they had both lost their mothers.
had a girlfriend’s mom who he would make comb his leg hairs.
was an ass to his first girlfriend.
kill all men again.
almost had to marry his girlfriend dot bc she was pregnant, but she ended up losing the baby.
was the one who introduced george harrison to john.
practically despised pete best and stuart stutcliffe bc they were bringing the group down.
got arrested along with pete best bc they lit a condom on fire in hamburg.
still felt awful and a little guilty when stuart died suddenly.
main force behind the beatles imo.
without him we’d have not as much beatles music as we do.
was dating jane asher throughout majority of the sixties.
when they first met they talked about syrup and paul fell in love.
they broke things off after she walked in on him sleeping with another woman though.
directed magical mystery tour and it was amazing and I don't care what anyone says ok?
when john divorced cynthia he was the only one not scared of john and went against his wishes of not speaking to cynthia.
was a little controlling at times.
has a good heart though.
mal evans had to drive him home once after a beatles sessions bc he was crying so hard.
was talking about getting the band back to touring when john said he was leaving the group.
everyone kind of turned against him when the beatles were breaking up and i hate it.
he just wanted what was best for the band.
married linda and had a nice little farm.
we love that story.
linda i'm free thursday if you want to hang out pls.
started up the whole “no meat monday” thing where you don't eat monday on mondays
food meat. not the other kind of meat.
children: james mccartney, stella mccartney, heather mccartney, mary mccartney, and beatrice mccartney.
rip martha.
WINGS!!
he lost linda in 1998 due to cancer.
cried for a whole year bc of it.
still has dreams about john and says they're nice.
wrote a sad song about john called “here today.”
really loved john. like..he truly, genuinely did.
want someone to love me like paul does john.
“think of me every now and then old friend.”
honorable paul moments:
his story about george’s dad
“john? he was beautiful. very beautiful.”
humpty dumpty rap
another story about him and george.
his google search video that I watch every week
this

when george’s mom was pregnant with him she’d play sitar music.
his mom was super supportive of his career choice
when he was 16 he worked as an electricians apprentice.
his dad kind of hoped he would start a family business out of it.
george said nah
would ride the bus opposite way of his house just to spend time with paul
headbutted a kid bc he didn't think they were worthy of paul’s friendship
was brought into the band bc of paul insisting to john
would follow john around like a lost puppy when he first met him

he was the first beatle to go to america
got a black eye for defending ringo once
would make john and paul take turns sharing rooms with ringo when he first joined the band so that he felt more welcomed
when ringo left during the white album and then came back george decorated the studio with flowers for him
during the beatles first recording session he told george martin that he didn't like his tie
became a vegetarian at 22
favorite candy was jelly beans and purple was his favorite color
used the phrase “grotty” in the hard days night movie, hated it, but everyone else picked up on the slang
met his first wife, pattie boyd, on the set of a hard days night
was turned down by her at first
they married in 1966
wouldn't let her do modeling stuff and was kind of an ass

he financed and produced films. had a production company.
tom petty said that george never shut up once you started talking to him
but he was often referred to as “the quiet beatle”
formed another band called the traveling wilburys
he’d answer questions online in the 2000′s and it’s the cutest thing ever and his answers break my heart too.
“what do you miss most about john lennon?” “john lennon.”
in 1999 a schizophrenic person broke into his house and stabbed him 40 times
thank god olivia was there bc she was the only braincell in the room
had to get a part of his lung taken out
died november 29, 2001 from lung cancer
ashes were scattered into the ganges river
honorable george moments:
this interview he did with ringo
“i'm sad bc i can't play guitars with john anymore. but i did that...i know we’ll meet again some day.”
when he invented reaction videos
“the wind was blowing.” “..blowing my girl?”
“what kind of girl do you like?” “john’s wife.”

Whatever Happened To...Guns N’ Roses Edition
Stephanie Seymour
The former Sports Illustrated and Vogue model was in a relationship with Axl Rose in the early 1990’s. She had been featured as the female in the music videos for “Don’t Cry” and “November Rain.” She was slated to star in “Estranged,” but the couple went through a very ugly breakup. In 1993, Rose sued her for assault, while she in turn countersued claiming self defense. Seymour was no stranger to controversy in her personal life. At 16, the model had a very well known public affair with John Casablancas of Elite Model Management. The one thing..he still was married to Jeanette Christiansen, and yes their son was in fact Julian Casablancas of the Strokes. Since 1993, Seymour has continued to model and endorse products in fashion including becoming an international spokesperson for Ester Lauder in 2014. Immediately following her relationship with Rose, Seymour began dating art collector Peter Brant. They would marry and have 5 children together, but get divorced in 2009. They would reconcile one year later.
Erin Everly
Before dating Stephanie Seymour, Axl Rose had a volatile relationship with Erin Everly. The two would actually marry in Las Vegas in 1990 only to have Rose seek to get it annulled 48 hours later, while they would actually divorce 10 months later. She was the daughter of Don Everly of the musical group, The Everly Brothers. The lyrics to the song “Sweet Child O’ Mine” actually represented a love letter by Rose to Everly. Their breakup largely came about just after she had a miscarriage. Axl Rose would later comment on the downfall of their relationship. “Erin and I treated each other like crap… Sometimes we treated each other great, because the children in us were best friends. But then there were other times when we just messed up each other’s lives completely.” In 1994, she would sue Rose for emotional and physical abuse, which would later be settled out of court. This came a year after Stephanie Seymour had sued the singer, while Everly was actually subpoenaed in that case to testify about Axl’s history of abuse. After their relationship, she would go on to date other celebrities like David Arquette, Anthony Kiedis, Donovan Jerome Leitch, the son of the singer Donovan, Matthew Nelson, and Matthew Klyn. In 1997, she married Jack Portman, moved to Atlanta, and had 3 children, but they would get divorced in 2006. In 2010, Everly would be arrested for attacking ex-boyfriend Matthew Klyn with a knife. In 2013, Rolling Stone reported that she put up for auction several items related to her relationship with Rose including a marriage certificate.
Paul Tobias
Some Guns N’ Roses fans have referred to Tobias, former rhythm guitarist for Guns N’ Roses from 1997 until 2002, as a Yoko Ono like figure. They see the musician as someone who interfered with the relationship between Rose and Slash. His reason for leaving the band in 2002 was that Tobias did not like to tour at all, so he was replaced by a guitarist from the Psychedelic Furs. Although he was no longer touring with the group, Tobias still contributed as a guitarist on 10 tracks for Chinese Democracy. He did have another band called Mank Rage, who planned to release an album around 2002. Four years later a Myspace account was opened for the band posting three demos of possible tracks for that album. Nothing else came of this as Tobias has stayed completely under the radar in recent years. The only other news came in 2013 when he contributed to an album produced by former GNR producer Brain called Eclectic Cinema.
Gilby Clarke
Upon Clarke’s ouster from Guns N’ Roses, he already had other projects lined up. The guitarist had recorded with Slash in 1993 on a series of demos that would be released as an album in 1995. Slash’s Snake Pit as the band was called even toured in support of the new record. Yet, Slash disbanded the group as commitments for Guns N’ Roses soon sprang up. At that time, Clarke went and recorded a second solo album released in 1997 entitled, The Hangover. He had previously released a debut solo album in 1994 called Pawnshop Guitars by Virgin Records. The guitarist would go on to release two more studio albums, as well as a live one. Clarke also kept busy as a producer with his most notable work being the 2000 to LA Guns title, Shrinking Violet. In 2006, he joined with drummer Tommy Lee and former Metallica bassist Jason Newstead to create the band Supernova. They decided to use the television show Rock Star to find the lead singer. Eventually they chose Lukas Rossi, but the band really never got off the ground because another band called Supernova claimed they had legal right to the name. They filed an injunction against Clarke and company from doing anything related to the band, which a judge upheld in court. Finally, they renamed the group Rock Star Supernova. In 2012, Clarke joined Duff McKagan, Slash, Matt Sorum, and others to perform at the Guns N’ Roses Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction. Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin were not present, while it must be noted that Clarke was not inducted into the Hall of Fame at that time.
Tracii Guns
Guns was actually an original cofounder of Guns N’ Roses. His LA Guns band had decided to merge with Hollywood Rose featuring Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin. The LA Guns portion of the new group went their separate ways fairly quickly as Tracii got into an argument with Axl Rose. This led to Slash joining the group to replace him. LA Guns would go onto reach moderate success on the charts, but never the kind of success that Guns N’ Roses had with their career. LA Guns, in their second stint, would last from 1985-2002. They had first formed in 1983, but the group would disband for a few weeks as they tried to join up with Axl Rose on two different occasions. In 2002, Guns joined supergroup Brides of Destruction, who went on to release an album in 2004 that charted at number 94. The band had been started by Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue as his band went on hiatus. The band was broken up in 2005 as Sixx returned to Motley Crue. At that time, Guns was planning to continue the band without Sixx, but that never happened. He even offered his services to Axl Rose to join GNR, but he was rejected. The guitarist then returned to another stint with LA Guns until 2013. They would also have a reunion in 2016 of the classic lineup from the mid-1980s. He also started a blues group in 2012 called League of Gentlemen. Guns has also been a member of some other well-known bands for a very short time including Poison in 2000 and Quiet Riot in 2005.

A Television Appearance
"Ono-san…Ono-san," a soft female voice took Haruto out of his dreams. Surprisingly, he didn't lose his shit. He'd only just dozed off a few minutes before and remembered where he was. It's what he'd been rehearsing for over the last few weeks and since he released two more songs it was time to get to work.
"Haruto," he told the female voice without opening his eyes.
"Ono-san?"
His eyes creaked open to reveal the new assistant Uncle Kenji hired to help Haruto during his engagements. Matsumoto Ayame. The young woman was a few years older than him. A recent college graduate, paying her dues in the entertainment industry working for people like him. "My name is Haruto," he said tired. The young woman clutched the clipboard she held to her chest not knowing what to say.
"Haru-chan," Uncle Kenji said on the other side of the green room. The flashy older man was looking at his tablet with his own assistant at his side. He looked up from his tablet to give his nephew a scolding glare. "Ayame-kun has more important things to worry about than what to call you. Let her do her job."
"Yes, uncle," Haruto said sitting up in the couch. Being called '-chan' by Uncle Kenji was not an adorable pet name . It was to let Haruto know he was being childish. Something that had no place when it came to work. "I'm sorry," he bowed his head to his assistant. The young woman relaxed.
"It's alright," she said. "It's time for you to ready. You go on after the next commercial break."
"Thank you," he said stretching his arms over his head. Ayame grabbed Haruto's suit jacket and where it hung on another door and helped him into it. She looked him over and then took the paper the makeup team left around his shirt collar to protect his shirt. Haruto appraised his appearance in the mirror. His image for Japanese mainstream was bright colors, sweet smiles that tittered on mischievous but pure. A perfect idol.
Today's suit soft grays, pink and white stripes and a salmon colored shirt. It was trendy and clean cut, just like him. His wig was a dark chocolate, adding a little color to his pale skin, combed into an organized mess. No piercings this time. This was a love song… of sorts. Handsome, not sexy. Messy, not gritty. Just the right amount of vulnerable.
That was part of the problem. Like all of his songs, this one was pulled from his life. He worried about what others thought about it, but this song came from a vulnerable place. He almost didn't want to share it but if he started doing that he wouldn't have any of his own music.
The young idol sighed. He'd made it through rehearsals, he could make it through this. He just had to leave it on stage. A knock on the door took him out of his thoughts. Ayame stopped primping Haruto's clothes to answer the door. In came the musicians hired to tour with him during this set of shows.
Haruto put on his best smile and turned to bow to the older musicians. He thanked them, always thanked them. It was what he was supposed to do but he also wanted to do it. They were offering their talents to his creation.
The group made their way back stage. The walk felt like a death march, it always did. Haruto tapped his fingers against his pant legs. It was a nervous habit. Most of the time he didn't realize he was doing it.
"We're ready Ono-san."
A gentle hand squeezed his shoulder. Uncle.
Haruto nodded.
Despite is confident exterior one thing had not changed. Performing for others scared the shit out of him. Coupled with the added stress of it being his music, the young musician tuned out mentally and relied on motor memory. It was all he could do to keep his eyes from closing on stage.
Haruto made a beeline to the piano, like a kid running to their favorite teddy bear for protection. He didn't really hear his introduction, he barely heard the applause. When the red light signaled it was time he turned off and gave in.

Soon enough, he finished the song and he was looking down at his shaking fingers.  Haruto knew enough to keep them over the keys and out of camera view until the shaking stopped. Usually there was someone  there cuing him to leave the stage. He was just the musical guest. A break between the big names, an interlude. Haruto turned his head to find a microphone attached to the bright eyed television host. A young woman who's name he didn't remember. Her lips were moving. I missed it, shit, he thought. "I'm sorry..." he said to the smiling face.  She giggled.  I'm not supposed to talk, he thought. Uncle didn't say I had to talk. "I guess I have my answer, said the giggling woman. Fuck I hope I didn't agree to something stupid..... "What?"  he asked. "Who is it about?" she asked. He heard her this time but that didn't take away his surprise.  "Oh! So cute!" the pretty woman touched her cheek. Fuck! I'm blushing, he thought. Am I smiling? I need to be smiling. "Well whoever she is, she's a very lucky girl." The girl turned back to the audience "Singer/song-writer Ono Haruto-san. His new single debuts today." Haruto rose to his feet smile in place and bowed formally.
