Holy heck this was fun to draw today- just a fun little story I wrote to go along with the art of the day lol. Shadowpeach cuddles! Macaque suffering from bad dreams because of remembering Wukong killing him, but I personally believe the bone demon just put that image in Macaque's head. Hence this being set after they reconcile and everything, but Macaque still has nightmares about it. No matter how often he's reminded it wasn't reality...

the trial had been going as most do, repair the generators, unhook and heal teammates, try not to be hooked yourself. you were waiting to go unhook Adam, hiding in a particular corner in the realm with the stacked cars (autohaven? you hadn’t been in the entity’s world long enough to remember), when Yun-Jin Lee came sneaking over to you. just as you had decided to sprint over and heal Adam together to get it done faster, a crow appeared seemingly out of nowhere, the small mass of black feathers cawing loudly and alerting the killer of your location. you heard Yun-Jin curse softly in Korean under her breath and then ready herself to sprint away and grab Adam, but not before giving the crow a hard kick to the side.

you were never a violent person, but in this moment you saw red. had it not been for the pained caws of the poor bird, you would’ve immediately taken chase after Yun-Jin to get the crow’s payback with murderous intent. fortunately for the poor thing, you stuck around to help, not even caring if the killer does come to attack you.

you began your approach to the creature slowly, softly trying to communicate you’re not a threat. before you were taken by the entity you had befriended and helped many crows in your neighbourhood, so this shouldn’t be hard.

“hey-shhhh its ok, im here to help you”, you whispered as you took off your jacket to wrap the poor thing in. from the looks of it, the sweet creature wasnt hurt too bad yet rage still flooded your being. its not like it has a choice after all, it just had a job to do. deciding then and there you were going to get revenge for this, you hid for the rest of the trial, making sure that your new friend was safe and comfortable with you all the way back to the campfire.

due to the strange abundance of medkits back at the survivor camp, it was easy for you to get your little pal all fixed up. it was clearly scared at first, but it quickly relaxed, forming a connection with you and feeling you were someone to trust. after a good bit of throat-tearing yelling at Yun-Jin, you took some time to think about where to bring the bird. leading to where you are now.

the eyrie of crows was not a realm you had found yourself dropped into a trial in, yet you had heard the other survivors speak of a monstrous bird woman, turned and twisted by the entity until it was hard to tell where human stopped and ink began. you’re scared, but curious too. you know your friends often exaggerate the horror of the newest arrivals in the fog, so you wonder if The Artist (as she had been assigned by the ones who had faced her most so far) is really as terrifying as you expect.

turns out, you wont have to wait long to find out.

as you finish making your way to what seems to be the main building of the sandy realm, you take a moment to stare in awe at the magnitude of the tower before checking your feathered companion is still ok. climbing over a window to get inside, you find yourself in awe once again, but for a completely different reason.

from the paintings scattered around the bottom floor, to the large messy bookshelves, it is made clear that this place does not belong in the fog. its far too cozy, too welcoming. infact, so welcoming that you dont even notice the tall, nimble figure sneaking up on you.

the only warning you receive of the killer is an angry caw before inky hands wrap around your neck and slam you into the nearest wall. as you wince in pain and surprise, The Artist turns you around to face her.

this… this cannot be the same killer that your fellow survivors had talked about. she’s so gorgeous. too pretty. as her warm, angry breath fans across your face, you feel butterflies rise in your stomach. she almost seems to be carved out of marble, perfect cheekbones and jawline complementing her sharp eyebrows and sharper gaze. as she caws again, as if to ask what you’re doing in her home (or as close as someone can get to a home in the fog), you cant help but notice how soft her lips look too, a sudden desire growing for her to paint your lips black with the ink dripping from hers. her grip tightens, and you remember why youre here.

“i h-have a crow. was injured,” you barely manage to wince out against her tight grip, while softly taking your small buddy from your makeshift carrying sling, “h-here.”

you seem to have made the right decision bringing your companion here, as The Artist’s eyes immediately soften upon reaching your hands. letting go of your neck, she trails her hands down to yours in a way that immediately brings back those pesky butterflies, but you focus on your feathered friend.

cawing affectionately, The Artist softly takes the bird from your hands into hers, making her way upstairs. she doesn’t get too far though, because when your buddy realizes you aren’t following, it immediately starts cawing and flapping its wings in your direction in a panic. confused, The Artist pauses, holding the bird up the stairs and then back down towards you, then repeating as if confused. she coos to the bird quietly and it responds like they’re whispering to each other, and after a bit of back and forth, The Artist turns and gestures for you to follow her up the stairs. you walk behind her slightly, not completely able to keep up with her long, pale legs covered by her swaying dress and- “no. not the time,” you think to yourself, face reddening.

so enamoured and distracted by the presence of The Artist, you hardly notice the large crow’s nest in front of you. however, a sudden inky hand to your torso prevents you from colliding with it, almost making you jump in the best way with how dangerously close her fingertips are to your breasts. removing her hand much too quickly, The Artist beckons another crow over, as if telling it to take care of the new addition to the group. you pat your friend on the head on more time, wishing it luck and promising to see it again, and then its off with the others.

already missing your feathered buddy, you turn to find The Artist staring at you, reading you. her beautiful black eyes are so sharp, yet the anger from just before has faded, replaced with something softer. cawing once, she takes your hand in hers and leads you to the balcony on the same floor. amidst becoming a mess over the feel of her hand wrapping yours so perfectly, so fittingly, you worry for a moment that she’s taking you out here to push you over the edge (though she doesnt seem like she’d do that from what you’ve learned so far). yet, you are soon proven wrong as you round a corner and are met with a painting clearly belonging to the woman who had done all the ones downstairs, the same woman who is now weaving her ink fingers between yours and reaching for the bottom of the canvas with her other hand. she wants your opinion?

“its lovely! youre very skil-“

you’re cut off by a hard shake of her head. The Artist is pointing at something more clearly now: small letters at the bottom left of the canvas, hardly even noticeable if not pointed out. leaning in to read properly, you softly gasp when you realize. its a name. no, its her name. The Artist’s.

“Carmina… that’s so-“ you have so many words to describe, all positive, yet you settle on “-gorgeous.”

turning away so she doesnt see the growing blush on your face (and luckily for Carmina, so you miss her red tinged cheeks at your compliment), you introduce yourself in return and offer your hand out to shake. only for Carmina to take it with both of hers, and hold it to the middle of her chest while nodding her head. a thank you.

the two of you then spend the next few hours or so together, getting to know each other. you get along so well, so naturally, that you wonder to yourself if you were destined to meet outside the fog as well, if you had not been taken. Carmina is so drawn to you, unexpectedly comfortable around you in a way she’s never been with anyone she’s known. you both soak up each other’s presence so much you hardly even notice the sun beginning to set.

you dont want to leave, yet you know the other survivors would endanger themselves and go looking for you if you dont get back before nighttime, and you cant risk that (though you wouldnt mind if Yun-Jin went missing). wishing Carmina goodbye, you begin to walk away slowly, needing to spend as much time with her as possible. however, you dont get very far before pale ink arms are wrapping around your waist and a warm chest is pressing into your back. Carmina coos into your ear, as if asking you to come back soon, and of course, you will. you promise.

relieved to know she’ll see you again, Carmina lets you go and watches you until the fog consumes your figure. you’re a welcome surprise to her, she had never expected to meet someone in her new home that she’d tolerate, let alone enjoy the company of. the other killers were loud and cruel, and the survivors were awful and often obnoxious. except you. you’re different, you understand.

making up her mind, Carmina decides she will send crows for you soon, make sure you visit quickly. you’ve caught her attention, and she has a strange feeling like this was meant to be 🖤

ok so they find out she has a boyfriend, when they forget her birthday and rutger comes to get her so they can spend the day together

and they leave it be for the time being, but then its the first umich football game of the season and of course ryleigh, forgetting that her brothers are there, gets caught kissing rutger at the pregame.

"GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY SISTER!" jack yells launching himself at the couple,

"woah ok," gavin says jumping in front of jack, "no need to go all fight mode," jack pushes gavin away and rips his sister from rutger,

"what are you doing?" he hisses clutching her arm,

"jack ow," ryleigh says trying to push jacks hand off of her,

"no shut up what-" but ryleigh is now crying so quinn steps in,

"jack your fucking hurting her stop," quinn pries jacks hand off of ryleigh and pulls her into his arms rubbing her back as she cries, "shhhh ry," he coos.

with his sister with his other brother jack turns to rutger,

"what the fuck were you doing with my sister?" he yells,

"uh well..." the nebraska native stutters shifting awkwardly, "i uh-" ryleigh pushes away from quinn and crosses her arms in front of jack,

"we're dating. end of story," jack scowls,

"and you think that's ok?" the middle brother asks,

"yes," ryeligh says leaving no room for argument, "now get over it," ryleigh then goes and grabs rutgers hand and pulls him away.

Kakashi using wind style to save Nanara from the horse! He has now used 3/5 of the elements and NONE of them are his nature type or the first style he used (lighting and earth). I love the representation of his ability to use all of the elements. It’s perfect!

Kakashi calling it brave to build a village far away from the rest of the world to avoid war. Does part of him wish Konoha has done that? Does he wonder if maybe he’d never would have had to lose all the people he did if the higher ups in Konoha decided to put their people’s safety first?

Telling Nanara all about shinobi was so cute and showing how a Hokage who wants the best for their people thinks. I love seeing him discuss trading and working together with other villages for mutual benefit. You can see just how he was thinking when he was running Konoha and the ideals he fell back on to do better for his village.

‘During the time of the sixth hokage, the land of fire saw unprecedented economic development and grew rapidly’ this line needs to be stamped everywhere for fandom. I love that Kakashi got to be the peace time Hokage because he was the absolute best option for that. No one else could have grown Konoha in the same way Kakashi did.

I love that we get to see Kakashi in teacher mode. Like the manga skipped over him actually teaching his students a lot and only gave us small glimpses, but seeing how he made learning fun for Nanara is so cute and wholesome and displays just how good of a teacher he really is.

Kakashi telling Nanara about his favorite book and offering to lend it to him when he’s older 😭😭😭😂😂

Ok so , to start things imma show some new shark species that i made , in specific 4 new species

I'll introduce them one by one and I'll try to explain a bit of the back story

Ok so first we have the Pistachio Ice Cream shark

So as you can see the anatomy itself resembles the one of a frilled shark , and yeah It kinda is , but shhhh , It was just a small and fast test to try some stuff like perspective and brushes , and yeah i just picked a few random colors and It came out like that

Now , we have the axolotl shark , or sharkxolotl or axork idk

So for this one i've had the idea of an axolotl shark for a loooong time , and i never ended Up liking the result , but im quite Happy with this one

I tried taking a weird but somewhat correct anatomy body composition like if It was something that could happen yk

Now , we have the striped pacific roamer

For this one i was just bored in class and suddenly *PUFF* i drew It , and liked the shape so i decided to keep It

Also along with this one there is another big one that i also really like , but haven't found the motivation to make It in digital , so just know its coming

And last but not least the clown land shark

K' so , the story behind this one is that on my Contact app you can put people a photo that pops out when they call you , and i was showing the one i selected for one of my friends and they said , that they wanted to draw a shark to put as my pic , and between rambling the idea of a clown shark came Up and we both liked It so we did It , we both did our versión of It and this ones my take at It

Also sorry for the White bg , I have a bad habit of drawing on a white background even though ik i shouldnt

Brookpaw’s tail was mangled by a dog. Mossgleam has heat exhaustion.

This moon’s story under the cut!

“It STINGS!” Brookpaw was howling from the medicine den, loud enough for every cat in the clan to hear. The young apprentice didn’t seem to care if it was the middle of the night now that her tail was mangled.

“I know, I know, shhhh.” Berryspot soothed, holding her flailing paws down as Hushstep carefully applied a poultice to the wounded areas.

“Stupid, stinking, fleabag of a dog!” Brookpaw cursed, writhing in pain and anger. Her day of training with Badgerdust had been rudely interrupted by the arrival of a vicious dog, who had attacked Brookpaw and managed to grab hold of her tail in its’ slobbering jaws.

“It won’t come back now. Badgerdust chased it away, remember?” Berryspot reminded her gently.

“I know.” Brookpaw snivelled. “OUCH!” She suddenly yelped and jerked back as Hushstep applied the last of the poultice and moved away.

“Oh, calm down.” Prairiepaw mewed sleepily, standing at the mouth of the den and swaying on her paws as if she’d just woken up.

“Hi Prairiepaw.” Brookpaw greeted her sister. “Also, I WON’T calm down! You don’t know how much pain I’m in!”

Prairiepaw rolled her eyes and trotted over to where Brookpaw lay in the sandy earth. “That’s a few nasty cuts you’ve got.” She remarked.

“Ya think I don’t know that?” Brookpaw mewed irritably. “I’ve kept Mossgleam awake half the night with my screeching.” She nodded in the direction of the heat-exhausted warrior, who was facing the wall and trying to send themself to sleep.

“You’ve kept the whole camp awake! Wheatpaw has been muttering about raking your pelt off all night!” Prairiepaw told her.

Brookpaw let out a whistling sigh. “The other apprentices don’t like us much, do they?”

“Not at all. They think we’re spoiled, because our mother is clan leader.”

“It’s not our fault we were born!” Brookpaw mewed indignantly. “What else do they say?”

“That we’re all more annoying than the other clans combined, and that I never shut up.” Prairiepaw told her littermate matter-of-factly. “Don’t listen to them, though. They’re just jealous.”

“Hmph. I forgot how mean apprentices can be.” Berryspot sighed. “I wouldn’t worry about it too much. They all had the chance to become a little gang, and you’re like the newbies. Soon they’ll warm up to you.”

“Were other cats apprentices at the same time as you?” Brookpaw asked Berryspot as he fussed around at her tail.

“Glademoss and Stoatstripe, but we weren’t close. I was older, and a medicine apprentice. Besides, they were the best of friends in their apprenticeship. Wasn’t much room for me.” Berryspot explained. He didn’t sound sad, as such, more accepting.

“So who were you friends with? Didn’t you have any brothers or sisters?” Prairiepaw asked, frowning. She couldn’t imagine a life without her littermates, or even the other apprentices.

“I don’t know.” Berryspot answered truthfully. “Antclan is all I’ve ever known. I came here when I was just a newborn kit.”

“Where were you before?” Brookpaw ventured, still shifting uncomfortably.

“DrizzleClan. That’s where my mother was, the daughter of Rivernose.”

“Rivernose had kits?” Prairiepaw gaped, looking a little too surprised.

“I suppose so.” Berryspot shrugged, looking uncomfortable. “I don’t like talking about it much, and neither does he. All I know is that he and a few other cats were exiled for something or other, and he took me with him.”

The two apprentices exchanged glances and shrugged. Not many of the founding members of Antclan much enjoyed talking about their pasts, as they were often rather uncomfortable to remember. The apprentices had soon learned to let them recount things in their own time.

“Well, I suppose I’ll let you heal.” Prairiepaw sighed. “Cedarpaw said we could practise battle moves in the clearing.”

Brookpaw nodded, knowing that Cedarpaw was the nicest out of all the other apprentices due to his shy and kind nature. “Ok. I’ll see you later, Prairiepaw!”

“Bye, Brookpaw!”

hey there if you found this post, that must you really like this show and i do to

i have hyper fixated and maladaptive dreaming about this show since it came out (so like 4 years i need a life lol) so i have a lot of headcanons but some of them are so wacked that they dont make sense, so i will only put the ones that make sense and ill keep adding as time goes on, oh, and another thing to note is that i know nothing about the dc universe other than this show so idk

(also if you dont know what a headcanon is, its like something about a show or a movie or a book is canon or confirmed in your head but not in the actual show or movie or book or whatever, hope that makes sense)

~ kara is an alien (which makes sense cuz she is from another planet so she technically is)

~ since kara is from another planet, english probably doesnt exist there and the language of her planet probably different from all the other languages on earth so it would make it really hard for her to learn english, what im basically saying is that english isnt her first language

~ kara probably got some sort of ptsd from the hole she was stuck in for a bunch of years or what ever it was i think its the phantom zone but idk anything about that sooo, and on top of that she lost her mother and her home so that would make a source of her anger and emotional problems

welp these are the only ones that i have thought about and/or fucked or not relevant or about people gender and sexuality wise but its not my job to label people thats their job but i could add those idk (but ignore the label i just put on kara about her mental state shhh its an idea remember shhhh)

~ i find it really weird that the names on kryton are similar to the names on earth cuz like i said they are different planets so things would be totally different like the language and stuff, but for some reason the names are very english like kara, clark, laura (whatever the aunts name is) but names like zod and non arent traditional english names. so my headcanon is that kara and her cousin either chose or were given those names to be normal ig

~ zees mother probably cared about her a lot and she probably had a reason for leaving but her father keeps its from her

~ kara doesnt know how old she is or when her birthday is cuz all planets rotate and revolve differently so i would think that years would be different there, i would think she is probably around 16 to 19, also wouldnt she be like older is she didnt go to the hole or whatever, idk the whole story about that

~ diana once asked kara to teach her krytonian so that kara would have someone to talk to (which is so sweet when i think about it), but its like really hard and it took kara forever to learn english and she is still learning it, but kara loved the offer

~ diana speaks a lot of languages (which im pretty sure is canon), she speaks greek (cuz shes from there), english (you know), (these are the most spoken languages of the world, according to google) mandarin chinese, hindi, spanish, french, arabic, russian, portuguese, german, hebrew, latin, and she is learning japanese so she can talk to tatsu (damn girl idk how she does it, miss try hard)
