Toon Link and toon Zelda fans! I hope you enjoy this one. My pixel version of these two turned out to be a mix of toon and ... not toon artstyles. I just love them so much. And it covers multiple Zelda games since the style was reused a lot (which idk if that was so great but I still love them). Incidentally each toon Zelda and Link game is heavily implied Zelink so they have an extra special place in my heart.

Zelda: Spirit Tracks - “Train Date” (a Zelink comic)

I briefly return to this blog because the new Zelda game got me motivated to finally finish this old comic I sketched two years ago!

Spirit Tracks is the first Zelda game I played and I freakin love how cute they are in that game! Blushing, being a cool duo, motivating each other, hugging and holding hands at the end?! I may absolutely love BotW/TotK Zelink and Skyward Sword Zelink... but damn it, Spirit Tracks finally lets her be more involved in the adventure and I LOVE IT!!!

Fuck this I'm fully committed to the head canon that Link (Wind) hated every second being with "Zelda" (because it's litteraly his friend being force to wear a dress, have a new name, and white) and refused to admit that Tetra is "Zelda" even though everybody call her that after she transform.

(He is so mad that he forgot that Tetra literally almost killed him by canon him out.) Like when the other Link's refer to Tetra as "his Zelda," he will go ballistics and make a 2-hour rant about how just because she had the blood of the Goodest doesn't mean she is A Zelda. And one of the points he makes is that Tetra is cute and Zelda's not.

And he mostly ramble this stuff for hours thanks to twilight and time, because Time though that tetra is a disguise just like sheik is, and twilight just provoke wind just so everyone can shut up about midna.
