So I had this idea for an au. Basically everything happens normally up until the point where Chara and Asriel die. When this happens, instead of Asriel ending up as Flowey and Chara becoming whatever they are, Chara wakes up, next to this weird star thing they touched earlier (a save point), at the time they touched it. They soon discover that they can control time, and can go as far back as when they fell. The story would focus on Chara trying anything and everything to get their plan to work. As you can see, this au is basically what if Chara could reset. I noticed how Chara is typically shown as having a red soul, so I began wondering, why didn’t they load their save when they died? So I thought of this au, where they did.

Multiversal Roadtrip Dreamtale AU

lightttttAlright, so thanks to the wonderful @dreemurr-skelememer and their amazing fixation on Dreamtale and the asks they got, I whipped up practically a whole AU concept as a spur of the moment thing, and they convinced me to post it here, so... here we go!

Details below the cut

Basic foundation of the AU is that some kind of event happens with Dream and Nightmare back before the apple incident. Whether it was a fight, magic went wrong, or maybe even a couple apples fell from the tree and clocked them on the knoggins, they took enough of a hit to knock their true forms, their souls, free from their skeletal bodies.

Still conscious and radiating quite a bit of raw positivity/negativity, the pair try to re-enter their bodies, but there’s an issue. See, in their true forms, they don’t really have a way to perceive the world, so a slight misjudgement in where they are and... well, as Dream opens his eyes and sees that he’s wearing dark purple, and Nightmare sees that he’s wearing light blue and has a cloak on... well, it doesn’t take much to realize that they had swapped bodies.

This has... consequences. As a result of the change, the emotions radiated by their true forms near the tree, or even just pure random bad luck, the tree itself finds itself influenced by the swap, and as such, negativity and positivity across the multiverse end up warped, changed, inverted, and all-around scarmbled.

So, accompanied by a single multicolored apple that hold the consciousness of their mother, Nim, hte pair set out across the multiverse on a pseudo-roadtrip in an attempt to fix things and make things right.

Infection Au (Plot summary)

A decade has passed since the human Frisk fell into the Underground and freed all of monster kind. Humans have learned to accept this new change and Humans and Monsters have finally settled their differences and learned to coexist; peace has come at least. However, not all is as it seems.

Dark secrets hide in what is now a symbol of peace, and Mt Ebott isn't always kind to those who venture it.

Lets start with something FUN!

Lets start the writeing my ideas with the Fake save universe Idea!

"Fake save" timeline: Pasafist

In a pasafist run in "Undertale" Frisk was talking to Chara(Ghost/Narrator) about the past timeline, they were talking about how something seemed off about last run, Chara told Frisk that she also noticed something odd in the last run, for a first, the savepoints were more transperent, not to meantion Frisk's soul's determination doesnt shine as much as the first route, they were walking to sans's sentry post at this point, but next to the big stick sans breaks after they walk far enough there was a savepoint, a white savepoint, Chara told Frisk this wasnt here before and prompted the narration

" * Its a savepoint.. but fully white "

" * Your hands feel cold. So cold near it "

Frisk touched it none the less, nothing happond, untill the file was saved, everything went pitch black, Chara exclaimed "WHAT THE HE-" before her voice glitched out and was gone, Frisk panicked, they didnt even load the file yet! Something must be wrong! They wandered aimlessly for awhile, realizeing where they were had no end Frisk loaded the file. This save file has the time at "0:00" no time "played" so it was like a reset, a buntch of images flash before Frisk's eyes, and then, they woke up, in a familliar but weird place, it was the flower room but there was someone next to them, seemingly passed out.. ! Frisk was suprised, its Chara but not as a ghost, her hair and swetter were abit different, she had a blue and silver swetter and the tips of abit of her hair were red, determination red, then they looked at themselfs, theyre also different, theyre swetter was light blue and dusty rose, they couldnt look at theyre hair but abit of it was also red, Frisk waited for Chara to wake up, eventually they got bored and shaked Chara to wich she woke up abit startled and confused, she had no memory of the past timelines or who Frisk was, she had Silver eyes, Frisk tryed explaining but it was no use, it just confused Chara, so they just asked Chara if they could stay together due to being in a unfamilliar place, she agreed, they looked around before moveing forward, they found a silver locket and a dusty rose bandana, ofcourse Chara equiped the locket and Frisk the bandana, the following was said by Chara when they put it on

" * I equiped the Silver locket, defence raised by 10! I look fancy "

" * You equiped the Bandana, Max health increased by 15, defence raised by 5! You look pretty cool partner it matches with your eyes "

Frisk was abit confused, but thanked Chara, they moved on to flowey's room, but nobody came. Chara not remembering the other timelines continued to move on while Frisk was hesitent, Flowey should be here right? It makes no sense that he isnt, but things are weird enough as is, so they ignore it for now and move on, in the next room it was a corridor, a long corridor in the ruins that lead to the first puzzle room, there was one of those white savepoints and a table with a bag of candy, Frisk took the bag as Chara read the instructions for the puzzle, Frisk quickly solved it as they already knew how it was, Chara asked them how they knew the things to step on, Frisk said it was luck, Chara spotted the Savepoint and went on to touch it, Frisk was going to yell for her not to but the following narration was heard by both but it seemed to be for Chara

" * File saved, Nan time, The ruins?, You are filled with determination, your buddy there isnt so much "

Chara feels warm by the savepoint, Frisk felt colder, they moved on, it was the room with the levers, there was a froggit there, when they got close enough though! Battle comence! This is when Frisk saw that theyre soul was dusty rose aswell, and Chara's was the determination one! But what was frisk's? Well that will found out later on. Frisk complimented the Froggit, it didnt understand but was happy by what you said, Chara hugged the froggit, Frisk was even more confused, that wasnt a option, Chara also said to the froggit " Dont worry Mr.Froggit, we wont hurt you! " Froggit seems reluctent to attack, its theyre turn again, Frisk spares the Froggit, Chara pats the froggit and waves it goodbye, the froggit thanked them and gave them a small help on the puzzle since there were no indicators, he said to pull the blue one and not the red one.

" * You both spared the froggit, the froggit has never seen such kindness from humans, battle end, you gained 0 exp, 38 gold and 16 hpp "

Frisk now more confused by what xpp was did what the froggit said as Chara took out a little book and wrote down some stuff about the froggit [Inspired by Ts!Underswap not going to lie] and helped out, they move on.

I have an AU idea! Will i ever write something to it? Probably. Will i ever finish it? Nah. ANYWAY

It's an Afterdeath AU. Other characters will probably exist as well but Geno and Reaper are the main characters.

To the story, Geno was since he can think in a scientific facility. Besides the researchers and sometimes his own mother, who would only visit, he was all alone. But he didnt feel bad because of it. He didnt know about the outside world. His entire world was the facility. His bedroom, a bathroom, the big room and the test room. Once he was old enough a kitchen was added. Every room had a very high cieling and at the top of one or two walls was always a big window from which the researchers could monitor him all the time. There were also cameras. The most time Geno was in the big room. The was provided with many toys as a child and he loved every single one of them (he still keeps dragging around a plush bunny he grew to love the most as a kid) and he was also provided with books (none about the outside world, of course. It were mainly fantasy books, so a big world was fiction to him.) and other things to bide time with. Once an adult he would also be able to be with multiple animals of choice. Dogs, cats, mice, hamsters, bunnys, anything harmless really. The researchers would closely watch him and take notes. In the test room he would learn how to read, write and do math. His IQ was also tested weekly. One room always scared him though. The experimentation room. In there he would get bodily checkups, but he'd also have to endure some tests on his body. Most of them hurt so he developed fears though it, but he knew it was necessary. Needless to say he never really grew up properly and despite some maturity and major intelligence his mind was still a bit childlike in most aspects.

Reaper was a mysterious entity who i wont say much to besides the point, that he was incredibly bored one day. He found the facility by pure chance and the first test subject he saw was Geno. He got quite curious and interested in the whole thing and kept watching him, like the researchers did. Eventually he'd talk to him, only visible to him. Reaper was nice to him, supporting him. However he never told him anything the researchers didnt want him to know (he snooped through Geno's file one night), because it was interesting to him. Of course, Geno tried to tell the researchers about Reaper. He was taught to always be honest. But since no one but him could see him the researchers thought he was an imaginary friend and, despite not believing him, played along for the most part.

The story will go way deeper than this but that's the gist. Basically it's a mix of alot of things- handplates, asylumtale, the promised neverland, black butler and something else that i dont have in mind right now. For whatever reason i've always really liked lab stories- like someone lives in a lab or smth as an experiment. Ofc only in fiction because what they're going through is really cruel. 2 of my AUs/Sans OCs (excluding this one) even mainly have to do with labs- Dimtale and Sparks. OH WELL WHO CARES- still gotta think of a name for this one tho

Undertale AU concept.

Undertale but winter holidays. Yuletale. Toriel is La Befana with the Ruins representing older winter holidays and traditions. Sans is Jack Frost. Asgore is Santa Claus. Flowey is a Poinsettia and Chara is an angel trying to earn their wings through helping a small child (Frisk) who found themself here in a wintery wonder land one winter night.

I wanna include Krampus, the 3 Christmas Spirits, actual Yule stuff and other winter holidays like Hanukkah to but not sure how yet so if anyone has ideas, I'm all ears.

Little AU Idea.

Undertale aus, they kinda exist y'know? And I've been thinking abt making one for a while. Underfell, UnderLust, ____Tale, Xtale. Kind of interesting a small indie game managed to create an ever-expanding ever perpetuating fanbase like that. So, if you're interested in my incoherent rambling.

Imagine you're Sans, specifically an UnderSwap Sans. Blue, your nickname is. And you're forced into a multiversal war. You're family, the people in your home are either dusted, dying, or by some miracle, barely surviving the fallout. You travel from universe to universe with others who have been ripped from their homes. A red, edgy Sans. A calm, cyan Sans. A melancholic, galaxy Sans, and their supposed leader, the 'saviour and protector' of the multiverse, an Ink Sans. Imagine you're travelling with them for some time now. Seeing universes being created and destroyed all by a singular person's whim. Millions of billions of humans and thousands of monster lives can vanish in an instant, if this Ink, and his so-called league of creators, wanted them to. Imagine you've been living your life. It wasn't the best sure, but it was what you could ask for. A loving family and friends who you had failed over and over in resets, vowing to protect them from or with the human of your world, clinging to the faint hope that you matter. That they matter. Only for it to be snatched away, as your universe, your home, is destroyed in a matter of minutes. And why?

"It's all just a game!"

"Because it's so interesting?!"

"I wonder what would happen if..."

Voices from high, low, all over. Whisper and taunt, create and destroy, throw their lives away with reckless abandon. And ultimately, bring them back, just to bring his life, his, no, the multiverse, back to square fucking one.

It would hurt, wouldn't it? Knowing that your life doesn't matter, that all your sacrifices, how hard you tried to protect those you love and those you don't even know but were undeniably in need of saving. Imagine that, for all of that to happen, for your multiverse and existence to be driven to the very brink of collapse, only to wake up the next morning, in your bed. In your universe. Underground, under Mt. Ebbot. 4:30 in the morning.

What would you do?

Yes, he does.

Everything's pretty much the same when it comes to the regular story in this AU. It's just the past, especifically Papyrus' past (wich we don't know much about to begin with) that changes

Actually Flowey is one of the main characters in the story! (the main story of this au is divided between the past before the game and a post-pacifist timeline:D)

He and Papyrus will have a fun dynamic
