Alternative System Mind Mapping Method for Communication
[DISCLAIMER: This is not a professional or scientifically or anything really backed method, this is something coming solely from peer / personal experience.]
In regards to an anon ask earlier, I was thinking about it and one of the ways we've approached improving communication - particularly internal - in a way that is a lot less prone to flooding or dealing with trauma or anything too overwhelming - is by approaching it following the concept of Memory Webs
I haven't read up on them recently, but "Memory Webs" were a thing that our AP Psychology teacher in highschool made us do because the AP Psych test was term / jargon heavy. Memory in the human brain has been shown to be HEAVILY associative and the ability to remember and connect things tends to rely on following a "web" of connected topics, ideas, concepts etc from one idea to the next.
So in our AP Psych class, she gave us these GIANT books for Vocabulary Webs that we had to slowly work on, each of which required 6 other vocab words / related concepts, a summarized definition, and an image to represent it. By doing this, you added 6 cues to recall the word (increasing the chance you'd remember it), a visual cue, an episodic memory of working on it, and a definition - all in all improving how connected the word is to other concepts in your brain and making it easier to recall it.
I personally like to look at DID and our parts in a similar manner sometimes where the large issue is that a lot of the nodes in the web of associations are either disconnected or connected through a hard-to-find and/or small chain. In that sense, parts struggle to be held together because they are not associated concepts. It's hard to reach other parts because the dissociative walls (which in our unsubstantiated opinion is less a 'wall' and more so a lack of reinforced neural connections, so I would call them dissociative caverns) keep associations from forming
As a result, alternative to more traditional ways of mapping your system and parts, a method I've liked to internally visualize systems and navigating system dynamics is through a memory web manner. (I actually have never done it physically cause the Ray part of my brain - also the most prominent part writing this rn - rarely liked to front if he didn't have to and did a lot of stuff internally)
Here's a bit of a breakdown using six of our parts if any of you want to try it out.
We personally like it because it strips a lot of trauma and stress off of it and makes it a lot more of a positive and present engaging activity. For the purposes of this, I'll be using the free online app of Milanote cause we've used it before for OC associative webs and I think it'll do fine enough. (Honestly it actually might just be a good way to log alter information now that I'm looking at it if you are at a place in recovery where keeping track of that physically helpful)
So we can start by dropping down the parts we want to include in the form of boards
Tumblr media
So from here, we have a bunch of disconnected parts. However, we find that a lot of these parts have things that mean a lot to them, that illicit a strong emotion or reaction from them.
Some parts may lack it more than others (often in our case trauma holders and/or trauma locked parts) and that's okay and to be expected. This is a visualization method and if there isn't much connecting a part that is 100% okay.
For demonstration sake, I will now add bubbles around each part of things that were pretty early apparent that each individual liked.
Also for the purposes of how I know our system works and how I plan to do this, I am actually moving Riku to the center and you will all see why Riku is such an S tier center point with this model
Tumblr media
So you can see some connections forming.
Some key things you can take from this visual that also applied to earlier stags of how we connected
Lucille and Riku are and have always been pretty darn connected, they go back as one of the longest duos and were split almost as a pair to deal with academics
Chunn and Ray have a very shared interest of "I don't want to do anything leave me alone"
XIV literally was just a piece of shit early on and didn't have any immediate HARD connections with anyone largely because he never was interested in actually engaging in things he liked in a positive way as his "favorite emotion" at the time was "being pissed off"
Lin - an originally trauma stuck / loop - is very very poorly associated with anything that isn't overtly trauma related (and that is saying something cause Vocaloid is trauma related) and thus has very few connections to other parts
So looking at this though, there are a few things that have some similarities between parts. What you can do is make plans to try to foster the interests that you do have and try to generalize it a bit more to also encompass what interests other parts have. So lets engage in hobbies a little more - explore a few concepts that mean a lot to parts independently - and find some more generalized version of those hobbies
(forgot to add easy listening to Ray's and "only wearing monochrome*" to XIV's earlier) (*there are a lot of nuances and caveats)
Tumblr media
Damn, look at that. It's messy and ugly to have in a 2D form. I absolutely hate it, this would be so impossible with our whole system. But HEY, it's very connected - and that's the goal.
Compared to the previous one, you can see how easily it can be for one part's interests to start to drift into another. Because they are largely and strongly associated features to each part, they are a lot more accessible when engaging in their shared / associated connections and interests which makes it easier for the them to stay together near the front, stay associated with one another, and work with and communicate with one another.
Of course anyone following this blog goes "Where tf is Birds" and that I left out because it would ruin the point of the web as it actually is one of our traditional "you are around the system a lot? okay pick a bird" which serves to 1) be a fun system culture thing 2) be a means of welcoming a part in and 3) helps establish a foundational connection; we do the same with music but with music its a lot more elaborate and I probably wont explain it for other reasons.
But overtime, by fostering interests that were already present and encouraging parts to broaden and generalize their specific interest a bit, you end up with a lot of overlapping associations that can greatly improve internal communication, co-fronting ability, and just general fluidity and easy of moving around the brain web.
It becomes a good way of trying to figure out what you can do to encourage and help build connections and associations between parts by seeing where things are similar / could have more overlap (combat and martial arts, different types of fashion, different types of music, different appreciation for arts, taking over the world, yada yada yada)
And you wanna know the coolest thing? When you step back from the whole web you can see certain things appear that stand out the most and have some of the most connections.
If you ever intend to go to Final Fusion, those are the things that will likely be the most prominent traits of your whole self
For us? [REDACTED BIRDS for the point of the demonstration], Music, Fashion, Taking over the World, Recovery and Healing, Buddhism, Martial Arts, Arts in general - they're all some of our largest traits that persist in almost all forms as individual parts, partially fused parts, and fully fused parts.
And the BEST part? Doing this didn't require us to touch trauma at all.
Of course in recovery that will come up cause PTSD doesn't ask permission, but its a very low stress way to help improve internal communication and engagement with one another.

I know there's a lot to unpack in James' new interview but I am feral, FERAL I SAY, over this fucking line right here:
"His need was to be loved, and his tragic flaw was the belief that he was unlovable."
Back before Season 3 hit and Tedependent became ~trendy~ (not actually lol) I was heacanoning and writing Trent as a pretty anxious individual, someone with a ton of internalized self-loathing whose "whole vibe" was more of a mask than legitimate self-confidence. At the time I worried about him coming across as too OOC because really, what did we have to support this? Ted Lasso's prevailing theme of men discovering love and support when they previously had none? The lovely parallel of Trent struggling with many of Ted's own flaws, but presenting in opposite ways (cutting cynicism vs. endless optimism)? The then—far less developed—comments from James that Trent might have a rough relationship with his father? It felt unsubstantiated, unpersuasive, built more on my own interest in those kinds of characters and the occasional awkward moment from Trent than actual canon. Even into Season 3 I questioned whether my reading of him as struggling, significantly, with the care Ted offers wasn't just a result of my own, imagined inner life for him.
But NOW.
I'm sorry, hold up, can I just re-confirm that TRENT'S TRAGIC FLAW IS HIS BELIEF THAT HE'S UNLOVABLE? Unlovable??? Thank you, James Lance, for validating every reading I've had of this character since he first appeared on screen. Do people realize the depth this adds to every interaction Trent has? Particularly with Ted? Unlovable Trent Crimm starts off this relationship with a sincere compliment on his style ("I like your glasses"), something that Season 3 will present as a core part of his personality, something he's largely hidden away. Unlovable Trent Crimm grappling with the fact that yes, Ted enjoyed spending time with him. Him. WHILE he was playing the part of the asshole journalist. Unlovable Trent not being rejected when he admits, in moments of vulnerability, that he "Loves [their] chats." Unlovable Trent having his father's (likely snide) "Independent" comment reframed as a fun pun + advice to follow his "bliss": you have support, Trent, no matter what you choose to do. I don't care if you're successful covering a masculine-coded sport, I care if you're happy. Unlovable Trent committing the ultimate betrayal and being forgiven for it, immediately. Unlovable Trent being forcibly integrated into the Richmond family; actively accepted rather than passively tolerated: yes you should work here, yes you're a Diamond Dog, sit your butt down, Trenthouse Magazine, you will never be excluded again.
I'm sorry for the rambling post but I'm just so!! Insane about this!!! So much of Trent's hesitance could have been written off as a result of his career. That is, it might have been merely a learned reaction after decades of deliberately pissing people off. Of course they dislike him, but take him out of that environment and everything's fixed. Yet James has confirmed that he played Trent as intrinsically believing this. The career was a result of that unfounded fear—Might as well keep people at a distance before they hurt me first—as well as, simultaneously, a desire to somehow achieve the love that should have been unconditional from the start—Maybe my father will like me if I can be that "alpha male man's man" in print. Because this isn't just a flaw, it's a tragic flaw, a literary term that denotes a deficiency that leads to the character's downfall. This belief is so entrenched that it has led to Trent actively self-sabotaging his chances of being loved in the first place; a horrible self-fulfilling prophecy. He NEEDED someone like Ted—a fucking love sledgehammer that forces people to accept his care in the least subtle ways possible, even when they're acting as their own worst enemy—and by god, he got him!
Aside from Nate, Trent has always felt like the most isolated character to me at the start of the series (and even Nate has a good relationship with his mother and sister). What we've learned in Season 3 and James' interviews has only reinforced that reading for me: he was closeted in his marriage, unintentionally hurting his daughter, he's suffering under his father's expectations, he hates the press persona he's created to survive, he's bored at his job, footballers and other potential interviewees despise him—and not without reason (Roy). He has no friends that we see pre-Richmond and he's reached a point where the simple act of someone saying that they liked spending the day with him—again, while he's actively TRYING to piss them off and keep his distance—has him in such a state of shock he runs for the door, pens an uncharacteristically hopeful write-up, and is well on his way to upending his entire life for that man.
Because of course he is!!! From Trent's perspective Ted is a fucking impossibility shaped into human form. This is a man in his 40s whose greatest lifelong fear—now all but a certainty at his age—has been dismantled in a matter of hours. I'd write a book-length love letter to him too! And RIP to finale!Trent, but I would have run fucking Rom-Com style after the man who not only changed my life, but my entire sense of self-worth. (Ah fuck, but there's that tragic flaw again, keeping Trent hesitant. I now stand by my reading of the "I'll leave you be" scene as an unrequited goodbye.)
But finale aside, the man who'd convinced himself he was unlovable fell for the man who was love incarnate.
If that's not the most romantic shit you've ever heard idk what is!!!

the scaremongering culture around food additives is so exhausting. yes obviously there’s real stories from very recently of companies adding very dangerous stuff to foods like with the lead applesauce but it feels like they’re chasing the dragon on making you afraid of EVERY additive in food, including stuff that is unsubstantiated in their claims of being dangerous.
i just saw one on instagram from an account that someone recommended i follow as im becoming more cognisent of my diet and this person would basically post the full ingredients list of store-bought or chain restaurant foods and flag which ingredients were bad. in many posts that account claimed that soybean and canola oil are bad for various reasons. i can’t find shit to back that up. are they as healthy as olive oil? no, olive oil is pretty much the gold standard of oil. but will canola and soybean oil kill you? unless you’re drinking them by the cup then i can’t seem to find any evidence to support that.
the kicker that made me unfollow this person was one of their posts flagging malic acid as a bad added ingredient. yknow, malic acid? the naturally produced acid found in apples and various fruits? where the only potential health hazard is if excessive amounts are on sour candy it can lead to mouth irritation? yeah, do you wanna know what it was in for this post? a burrito. probably barely enough to help suggest a tang in one of the ingredients. it’s not gonna fucking harm you, jesus christ.
anyway listen to doctors and dietitians, never ever ever trust affiliate marketers, do your research on who it is that’s telling you good advice online, and go eat a burrito.

As a fellow Nagito analyst, I just wanted to say that Nagito's sexuality isn't confirmed and it's best to not say he's gay since there isn't any proofs proving that statement. Sure he might like Hajime, but that's not much of a clue to come to that conclusion.
The definition of gay is being attracted to the same gender and not to the opposite gender. Which means unless he outrightly states that he doesn't like women like he does with men, or he *only* likes men, then he's not confirmed gay. Just because you see he doesn't interact with women much doesn't make him nonchalant about women.
Tumblr media
I get that's it's your personal blog and Nagito being gay may be one of your headcanonss about him but him being gay is an unsubstantiated claim. If you want people not to misunderstand Nagito on your blog, don't spread any false information about him. Thank you.
Oh of course! I never said he was canonically gay I said I believe he is gay and that it's my interpretation. I have reasons to believe this and I just skimmed over one of them just in case I sounded biased, that way if the person dislikes my statement they have context as to where it's coming from. I was saying that I don't really agree shipping wise because of my interpretation and that I personally think that interpretation makes his story more impactful. I appreciate your concern, and I apologize it wasn't clear enough despite my attempts to make it that way. I'm sorry you think I spread false information, I think anyone who glances at my accounts would know that's never my intention with him. If you have any advice on how I could have made it even clearer I would love to hear it!
I'll probably do a post eventually on the weird state of canon when it comes to relationships and sexualities with the Danganronpa games, as well as maybe some more posts on Nagito's weird state of sexuality. We've seen him be interested in Hajime and Izuru in ways that imply romantic feelings or straight up are that way, It is undeniable he has interest in men but there's no confirmation about what he feels about other genders or any other details. I certainly wouldn't go as far as to say it's an unsubstantiated claim though? He shows attraction to men, regardless of the intricacies he falls under the usage of gay can be an umbrella term. I'm bi and I can say I'm gay and it still is accurate. But again, it is my interpretation and I don't think I said it was anything beyond that.
Nagito avoids the question of sexuality altogether in Ultra Despair Girls and Q&as and I think it's sort of vague on purpose. Most of the mainline games are vague and, this may just be me, but I think Kodaka makes it vague on purpose so people can have their own interpretations. On his account he posts his own interpretations and they aren't really canon despite it coming from him, so I really think most of the vagueness is for the viewers to have fun with. Danganronpa 3 is an exception to many of the typical rules of the franchise. I'd say having vague relationship statuses and sexualities is a pattern with the series just like how they use pink blood. Once I'm able to I definitely want to dedicate posts to these topics!
Tumblr media
Thank you for your ask, I really would love it if you reread what I said and could tell me how I could make it more clear because I can't think of how I could change it to be not misinterpreted! Spreading false information about Nagito Komaeda is never my intention and I hope you know that <3

What keeps me from writing: my own insecurity I guess. I can write random scenes that never go anywhere but I struggle writing complete stories because that's when my stupid goblin brain will hit the breaks and be like: hold on a second, this is nothing like what the writing books say. For some reason I get stupidly hung up on doing things the "right" way (aka what some professional writing person has said). I have to actively, mentally go against it and tell myself to write things the way I feel are right for me. And on the bad days I can't tell anymore if what I just wrote is good or bad because all I can hear in my head is: this not how you're supposed to do it. I like to think I'm getting better at it.
Hi, Lych. I'm so happy to see you. Will you maybe sit down with me for a second? I was trying to get some work done today but I can't stop thinking about this question so I figure something is telling me that it's important.
Let me see your writing books. Give me those blog posts and videos too. Wow, there's a lot here, isn't there? A lot of people seem to consider themselves authorities on writing. Some people who you know are very successful, and others who you've never seen or heard of before. And they all seem to be saying something different, don't they? Or maybe they'll reference each other like they're all strands in some grand dreamcatcher of professional acceptability.
Okay, we've looked at it for long enough. What I have right here is a large bottle of kerosene - you might want to stand back, actually. I'm going to go ahead and start spraying down all these rules and standards until they're nice and rankly damp. It might take a second.
They're wrong, you know. Anyone who gives you a step-by-step guide on any form of art and tells you it's the only way to do it is wrong. Structure isn't bad, per say. If you're a visual artist, it could help to learn traditional anatomy. If you're a filmmaker, you should...I mean, it would help to know how to use a camera. You should know how to use the tools you want to use to some extent, and YouTube tutorials could be pretty useful for that -
You know what? I think the fumes are getting to me. Would you mind helping me out? Here, I have another bottle. Catch.
For some reason there's a very terrible trend of new, unpublished, non-working writers feeling like they need to give advice in absolutes instead of sharing what works for them. There's a strange height of unsubstantiated confidence in people like this that always leaves me kind of befuddled - my example is always a woman I saw online who explained that every story needs a second act twist. That still bothers me.
But it's not really any better with famous and massively successful writers who release books on how to write. Not only does it create the dangerous unspoken narrative that if someone buys the book and follows every step they'll have a carbon-copy career, but I've found that once you write for long enough you forget a lot of the struggles that beginning writers have. I've been writing for fifteen years, and I no longer really remember what it feels like to struggle in a lot of profound ways that many do. I have doubts still. I'll commonly ask myself if what I write is actually any good at all. But it comes up way less often than it used to.
You're doing a really good job. I think that's probably enough fuel.
I think this is more of an issue with those who already have a predisposition for creativity, and by what you've posted on your blog I can see that you're a very skilled and impressive artist already. Your bronze Icarus was especially touching to me, both emotionally and in the sense that I just kind of wish that I could touch it. You express movement in a lot of subtle ways. It's really cool!
Maybe switching to writing feels like starting over. Like you have to get someone's permission before you can just start. Damn, my match broke.
Where was I? Oh, right.
You know how to read, don't you? You've read stories, or had stories read to you? If so, then that's your permission right there. If you make an effort to absorb a variety of stories from different perspectives, as well as engage in the world and people around you, as well as take time for introspection towards your own inner world...well, that's everything you need. From that point on you can go to workshops and get feedback or whatever, but that's not something you really have to worry about yet.
Now that I think about it, you might be better with a matchbook than I am. A sculptor much have steadier hands than someone like me. Ah, there! Fantastic.
You know where to go from here, my friend.

I think Jess is literally a witch, I'm not surprised she put a spell on him, she's been stalking him since 2015, there's a photo where she was behind Jamie and Matilda they were at a concert and what disturbed me it was the way she looked at Jamie in creepy mode, he is bewitched, I have the impression that she is controlling him with witchcraft, Jamie does not feel aware, she succeeded in away from his family and friends, Jamie's ex-girlfriends never took him away from his loved ones, I hope he realizes that because she is unhealthy for him, she drinks alcohol in front of him without any shame knowing that Jess knows that Jamie is sober and she is not helping him at all, he has worked hard to recover from his addiction, I don't hope for him but he will relapse if he stays with this witch. I say all this because Jamie has helped a lot of people through his songs and his kindness is really sincere, he gives good advice to all his fans and it's time for a lot of people to help him, he's unhappy with Jess he doesn't show it because he wants to worry anyone, but he probably has to suffer in silence when she's with him. There are rumors going around that Jess is engaged to Jamie and is pregnant, she's not the type to get married and have kids unless it's for selfish reasons.
Ah, the other blog’s greatest hits.
I think you should take a step back and remember we don’t know these people. We only see what they show us. A glimpse. These are two adult humans in a relationship, it’s none of our business on if she drinks around him or not or if she goes to cons with him. Everything suggested here is opinion based on exaggerated and unsubstantiated claims, based on pieces here and there that the other blog has strung together. Jess isn’t perfect, no. No one is, not even Jamie. But I mean… like this is what you really believe? You look at them, and THAT’S what you see going on? Truly?

Hi, I’m currently trying to plot out/write a novelization fanfic of the mmorpg, Wizard101. Any advice on how I can convert mmo quests into a written format that doesn’t make readers want to gouge their eyes out with the nearest available piece of silverware? Also advice in general about adapting a video game to a written story format?
Well you can read a Halo novelization and uh well okay maybe don't do that.*
For real, the first thing to think about is both the limitations and opportunities of transcribing a flexible visual medium into a a novelized format. The video game has the advantage of letting you enter a scene, see and interact with things. It also has the advantage of multiple dialogue options. You, on the other hand, with have to select a path and stick with it, but what that gives you in return is more power over the experience you want your readers to have.
Description is important - but be selective.
You shouldn't rely on your reader's to know what Baldur's Room** looks like, but you also can't spend three pages describing it. What gives us the most telling view? The worn out furniture, the sword hanging near the door? What do we need to know about Baldur and the future plot from it - and is there something in the room you need to describe for plot importance later?
A dragon flying overhead may be super cool in a video game, but if your character looks up and shrugs at it, you only have to mention it once or twice (unless we fight that dragon later - then be sure it's in the background as a lead-up to that fight). "The sun is green in this world" is a neat factoid - but we don't need to see it more than once if it's not plot relevant.
Pick the most effective path with character interactions.
In the game, your quests probably have a number of dialogue choices - but a lot of those choices may be fake, because the game needs to make you take a certain path. You don't have to bother with those false conversations - the most effective interactions will reveal both plot and character, so focus on the strongest options for conversations.
On that note, some interactions may not be worth the effort they take. If there are twenty townsfolk to talk to, and only five of them will give you information to continue the quest, you may need to regulate those other fifteen to very short interactions or background characters. There's no harm in engaging with those characters, especially for fellow fans, but don't let them yank you off course from telling a story.
Detail is good, but you can't include it all.
You may need to collect, uh, twenty toadstools to obtain a key in the game (again I'm making this up, I'm bad at video games). Do you need to cover this (and other) side-quests while writing up the main quest? Well... eh? You may feel it's an important part of the game to capture, and that's fair. But if it repeats twenty times with only slight variation, you may be better served by only including one or two instances, and summarizing (or skipping) the rest.
The main thing to remember is in writing down these quests, you are trying to tell their story. Some aspects of the freedom of video games will have to be discarded for the sake of a better story. However, you will get a more engaging and readable story out of it, and if your intent is to preserve these quests in writing, that will better serve your goal. Good luck!
*I have never read a Halo novelization, so this is entirely an unsubstantiated and likely unfair statement. Apologies, Halo novelization authors.
**I'm just making this up. Wikipedia is not helping me figure out Wizard101.

So what I’m hearing from this anon is that there’s no proof that Joao Felix is leaking information to the media and they’re just spreading an unsubstantiated rumor, is that right? Listen good anon, I’d like to give you some advice. I’m by no means pro-Felix, but there’s nothing to suggest he did what you’re claiming he did, so in essence I’d say you’re the stupid one for spreading false rumors and acting like they’re the truth when they’re evidently not. If you don’t like Joao Felix that’s okay, but don’t make things up just to turn people against him. Not only is that dumb, it just goes to show you lack good character and are a gossip.
that is an anon that likes to do this I think, other times I ignore it but it was so ridiculous I had to share and laugh

About the post on writing disabled characters with a readmore from a "deactivated" account - the number of popular posts I've seen with their username marked deactivated and the same user (not deactivated) later in the thread lead me to develop the unsubstantiated theory that that's how posts that were deleted on their original blog are listed. At least sometimes. cy-cyborg dot tumblr dot com at least still exists and appears to be from someone who provides advice on writing disabled characters. (Not sure what that indicates for why the post is still readable from some directions but not all, though.)
huh. I have seen similar things and assumed OP deleted and subsequently either OP or an impersonator created a new Tumblr with the same name, but we could both be guessing right about some instances and not others, idk.

In regards to the Jason Aldean situation. Here’s the craziness that goes on in my mind.
Mr Aldean thank you for your appearance here today.
I’m going to parse the minutiae of your current video and your relationship to it.
First, the song itself. After reading the lyrics of the song, and in today’s climate, did you take a pause and consider what the meaning behind the lyrics were and how they would be interpreted by people?
It’s okay, sir. I’ll save you the embarrassment and say it for you, I’m claiming my 5th amendment rights and on the advice of counsel et cetera or are we wrong here today?
Moving on. Of course you had absolutely no knowledge about the location of where the video was filmed and the history of that location is that correct because of your plausible deniability and no one on your team had any knowledge whatsoever about this specific location. Again, we’re not going anywhere and you don’t have to answer or actually say out loud about your 5th amendment rights or infer counsel at this time.
Again moving right along. When you saw the final product of your video, you thought that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and that you were just going along because of your continued plausible deniability, is that correct?
Again, Mr Aldean, please allow me to continue. We are quite well aware and you are not in the position at this moment to reclaim your time. Please. Don’t speak.
Mirroring your plausible deniability, the researchers have found that most of these clips that are found in the video, are not actually from any particular place in the United States but rather from Toronto, Warsaw and Ukraine, save for one little piece from a previous protest in Detroit that is years old. Now once again, you personally had no idea that this happened and you were just going on just to get along since your team deliberately with no malice or aforethought kept you in the dark about this?
As we continue to move forward, we need to make sure that Macon, Georgia is not considered a small town like Hillsdale, Wyoming; Florida, Massachusetts or Sargent, Texas. Those are all small towns and most likely you could’ve spent a weekend there one night. Unlike the small town of Winnie, Texas where one could possibly be able to find some decent information on how and why in Winnie, Texas not a person of any race beyond being Caucasian is found to be residing there. The unsubstantiated claims of the Klu Klux Klan being there at anytime is just speculation.
As the basis for your appearance here today is firmly entrenched in your 5th Amendment rights and on the advice of counsel, and also in your own lifetime you have been taught to understand that during several periods in history the following statements were taught to you by your parents and teachers that either African Americans and Black Americans had benefited greatly from slavery. Also, in Pompeii the people who were there also had benefited greatly from the lava spewing from Mount Vesuvius. Lastly, in your experience and knowledge about The Holocaust, it was just a small detail that Hitler chose the wrong people but yet had a great idea about how to make it a weekend in the country by killing millions of people.
As I have said previously before there is absolutely nothing you need, or could do or say here today. I’ll just give you every single opportunity not to respond in anyway shape or form.
I’m going out on a limb here and say that you should concur that Covid was perpetrated by The Chinese to target people such as yourself Caucasian and a few others who reside here in The United States. Also the LGBTQ Community is recruiting people to become Gay, Lesbian, Transgender etc as does the Armed Forces who also recruit. Is that your understanding of how this works? Then we can take into account that someone like the venerable Senator John McCain is unworthy of being a decorated member of the United States Army and is a horrible human being for being a Prisoner of War and as a veteran, he and his fellow soldiers have absolutely nothing to complain about and they don’t deserve anything from the government for which they served.
In conclusion, Mr Aldean, sir, you are a multimillionaire and have been around the world and you will just continue to make records and pander to your fans for years to come and are not going to change your mind nor will you ever change anything about yourself and the rest of the world could chime in and say that this is a teachable moment and that you should learn from your mistakes but please continue to espouse your 5th Amendment Rights on the advice of counsel.
I am officially releasing you from this hearing today and please don’t hesitate to remain silent because this will haunt you for years to come. Lastly, please have the life you so justly deserve.
Good Afternoon, Mr Aldean, I bid you peace on your journey.

my unsubstantiated concept of the timeline is that rin is actually a year younger then obito (who had to graduate later then her but also wasn’t exactly in a hurry to graduate before her either) so her crush on kakashi makes a bit more sense if he’s like three years younger then obito. anyway they are literally children but prepubescent love shenanigans is “rin is obito (age twelves) only real friend besides his granny who doesn’t count and he has very little other frame of reference for the enormity of his feelings about her” => “rin (age 11) does not see obito like that but does think kakashi is soooo cool, and takes her romance advice exclusively from teen magazines” => “kakashi is like. nine. with the vague concept that he thinks boys are more interesting then girls, who are largely annoying.”

hey so. it's Come To My Attention that there is a particular group of....people who are sending a friend of mine hate bc of an ocxcanon ship. the ship in question stars a black oc and k/imblee.
hi. i'm the creator of the black oc. my name is beep. her name is octavia.
Tumblr media
since nobody bothered to. idk. LOOK at the credit my friend sol put on the post itself, which links to THIS page, where the literal pinned post has THIS on it:
Tumblr media
I'm choosing to decide that whatever hate my good pal sol gets is um. unsubstantiated.
while i can see where there would be concern about a ship like this, there's no reason to act like this is a damnable offense WHEN THE CREATOR OF THE OC HERSELF IS A BLACK WOMAN. yes. i have thought about the implications of the ship myself, but seeing as k/imblee as a character does not particularly discriminate against who he chooses to "unalive" i found that it wouldn't be a problem, and seeing as i am. well, black, and am affected by white supremacists and oppression in general, i wouldn't willingly put a creation of mine in an inherently abusive relationship of that level.
NOW.
I've known sol for a number of years, and i personally trust them with depicting and handling black characters, especially those i create, because they actually take the time to listen to my input as well as take advice from other members of the black community. i encourage them to use references and resources, and if i ever have constructive feedback, i give it freely to them along with the other friends in my circle. the fact that someone took this ship out of context without respectfully approaching them OR ME is not only hurtful, but also incredibly irresponsible.
quite frankly, how we ship these characters is no one else's business. neither sol nor i owe anyone an explanation for what WE choose to create. the only reason why i am making this post to begin with is to provide some insight.
for the love of god stop attacking random people based on hearsay, or. just. fucking do some RESEARCH before you talk tough shit and stop assuming the worst. please go outside and pet a cat or help a stranger.
anyway this is enough of my time that's been spent on petty shit like this. any people who approach me with further commentary on this situation will be blocked. take care.

Prince Harry: royals ‘agreed not to sue’ newspapers over phone hacking
Harry says he was conditioned to accept family’s view that they should not dare take on UK newspaper industry
Jim Waterson Media editor
Tue 28 Mar 2023 19.55 BST
Prince Harry has claimed members of the royal family struck a secret deal with newspapers not to sue them over phone hacking because it would “open a can of worms”.
Harry alleged his own family hid information from him about press intrusion and he had been conditioned to accept his family’s view that they should not dare to take on the British newspaper industry.
In documents filed to the high court, he said there was a private arrangement between the royal family, which he calls “the Institution”, and Rupert Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers (NGN), which publishes the Sun.
Harry claimed: “There was in place an agreement between the Institution and NGN that we would not engage, or even discuss, the possibility of bringing claims against NGN until the litigation against it relating to phone hacking was over.
“The Institution made it clear that we did not need to know anything about phone hacking and it was made clear to me that the royal family did not sit in the witness box because that could open up a can of worms.
“The Institution was without a doubt withholding information from me for a long time about NGN’s phone hacking and that has only become clear in recent years as I have pursued my own claim with different legal advice and representation.”
In addition to claims against NGN and the publisher of the Mirror, Harry is now bringing a claim against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday.
He alleges the company’s newspapers targeted him through a variety of illegal means including voicemail interception, tapping of landline phones, and inappropriately obtaining credit card records.
Harry said he decided to sue Associated Newspapers because “if the most influential newspaper company can successfully evade justice, then in my opinion the whole country is doomed”.
In the witness statement, Harry added: “I am bringing this claim because I love my country and I remain deeply concerned by the unchecked power, influence and criminality of Associated.
“The evidence I have seen shows that Associated’s journalists are criminals with journalistic powers which should concern every single one of us. The British public deserve to know the full extent of this cover up and I feel it is my duty to expose it.”
He said reports in the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday about his private life had caused him immense grief and paranoia as a young man, citing an article about a little known girlfriend from his Eton days called Laura Gerard-Leigh.
“It led to Laura’s parents being doorstepped which they were understandably not pleased about. This sort of thing caused me to try and keep matters as private as I could to avoid this happening.”
Harry is one of seven individuals bringing cases against the publisher of the Mail, claiming the group’s newspapers regularly broke the law to obtain stories.
Associated Newspapers has described the claims as “preposterous smears” and a “pre-planned and orchestrated attempt to drag the Mail titles into the phone-hacking scandal”.
They said the evidence was based on “unsubstantiated and highly defamatory claims, based on no credible evidence.”
Harry was present in court for a second day in central London to hear technical arguments about how certain information had been obtained by his legal team.
Witness statements from other claimants – who include Doreen Lawrence, Elton John, Liz Hurley and Sadie Frost – also set out allegations of illegality at Associated Newspapers and the hurt they had caused. Associated has dismissed all the claims as “preposterous smears”.
Elton John told the court he believed the Mail was “inhumane” and claimed it had dug up his personal medical records, as well as obtaining the birth certificate of his son Zachary – something he said was “abhorrent and outside even the most basic standards of human decency”.
John said: “I have devoted my life to my music but this does not mean deeply personal things which I have to deal with in private are fair game … The fact they did this to our son Zachary when he was a baby, just born, shows just how little integrity and morality exists within this newspaper group.”
Doreen Lawrence’s lawyer Imran Khan KC said his client felt betrayed by the Mail, who had previously campaigned on behalf of her murdered son Stephen. He said Doreen Lawrence had found the Mail’s duplicity to be “breathtaking and beyond comprehension, even after all the inhumanity we have witnessed since the night Stephen was killed”.
Sadie Frost said her ex-husband Jude Law believed she was leaking information to newspapers about her divorce, while she now alleges this was due to illegal interception of information. Liz Hurley said she objected to “Stasi-like surveillance” by the media.
On Tuesday the court heard arguments over whether confidential evidence provided to the Leveson inquiry by Associated Newspapers could now be used by the claimants in the case.
The Mail, which is attempting to have the claims struck out, argued the material – showing payments to private investigators – should not admissible because the data was provided to the public inquiry with a guarantee of confidentiality.
Another witness, the former private investigator Steve Whittamore, said he was paid hundreds of thousands of pounds to provide illegally obtained information to the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday: “It irked me to watch the Leveson inquiry and hear executives and senior figures from the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday deny that their reporters and editors knew what they were asking me to do was unlawful. I know they did.”
He said a number of those journalists who used his services and who knew the information he provided for their stories had been obtained unlawfully “are still in senior positions at Associated’s newspapers”.
Adrian Beltrami KC, representing Associated Newspapers, told the court that another private detective relied on by the claimants had now provided a signed witness statement “denying that he was commissioned or instructed by Associated to carry out any unlawful activity”.

I am attaching redacted screenshots, so I want people to read this post with a critical eye. There’s no date, timestamp, and no name of the other user. Further, there is no metadata to accompany the SS even if I had provided those things. There is no way to verify the SS are authentic.
Now, I am explicitly saying I did redactions to protect privacy. I can only hope that people generally believe I act in good faith and have no ulterior motive, given my past posts.
HOWEVER, I’m just a faceless cog in the internet machine. I COULD have created a sock account and sent it to myself in order to make a post. I COULD have edited the language to make the person seem one way or another. There COULD be more to the conversation to give context.
Over Tumblr (and the internet in general), there is no telling what truly happened. That is the biggest thing I want to stress.
I will be using the neutral “they” to further protect identity and not reveal gender, not because they are Non-Binary.
I did block this person without responding to them, because I believe they messaged me and “asked” me questions in bad faith.
1) They asked if they could ask me something, and then did not give me a chance to respond. To me, that says they don’t actually care about what I have to say.
2) They say they are “not judging” my choice to be impartial, but then make inflammatory and conclusory statements without proffering any evidence. They have no idea what I’ve seen nor what socials I have access to. PHW has not made statements on these posts, nor do I have context. The user is asking me to make a decidedly biased decision.
3) Their post on PHW IMO shows they have already come to a conclusion, what do they need my statement for?
4) The tone of the message and the “cutesy” smiley gives me the creeps. “Please condemn this person for unsubstantiated heinous crimes, tee hee hee.” Yikes on bikes, gross.
I suspect they want a very specific answer and will only accept a very specific answer. I am impartial, thanks for noticing. Clearly, they are not.
I do not engage with users who are coming to me in bad faith. I can only presume they want a fight, and I do not entertain such nonsense.
If I have to give any advice, I say “Protect Your Peace.” Make use of the block feature early and often. I don’t believe in giving anyone space to disturb my peace if they’ve shown bad faith.
I don’t have to “admit” anything, certainly not to some rando on the internet. This user is nothing and nobody to me.
As I am not interested in defending PHW because I am not his defense attorney, I am also not interested in prosecuting PHW. The provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick have not hired me to prosecute him.

The Power of Aizen: Unveiling the Mystery Behind the Supplement
The name "Aizen Power" evokes images of unleashed potential and peak performance. But does this supplement live up to its superhero-like claims? Let's delve into the mysteries surrounding Aizen Power and see if it's a true champion of bedroom bliss.
Transparency: A Power Missing in Action
One of the biggest drawbacks of Aizen Power is the lack of transparency regarding its ingredients. This secrecy makes it difficult to assess its effectiveness and potential side effects. Without knowing what's in the capsules, it's like taking a leap of faith with your health.
The Reddit Report: A Mixed Bag of Experiences
The online forum Reddit offers a glimpse into real user experiences with Aizen Power. Some users sing its praises, reporting increased stamina and renewed confidence. However, others find it to be a dud, offering little to no improvement. These contrasting experiences make it hard to know if Aizen Power will be your personal hero or a villain in disguise.
Where's the Evidence? The Power of Science is Missing
Unfortunately, scientific evidence supporting Aizen Power's claims is scarce. Without clinical trials or research on its undisclosed ingredients, the supposed benefits remain unsubstantiated. Science-based solutions often offer a more reliable path to achieving optimal performance.
Unlocking Your Power Naturally: Proven Strategies for Success
If you're looking to enhance your performance naturally, there are well-established strategies to consider. Maintaining a healthy diet, incorporating regular exercise for improved blood flow, and managing stress levels can all contribute significantly to a more fulfilling sex life.
Consulting a Doctor: Your Trusted Guide to Enhanced Performance
If you're concerned about your performance or suspect an underlying health condition might be affecting you, a doctor is your best ally. They can provide personalized guidance and recommend evidence-based solutions that are safe and effective for your specific needs.
The Final Verdict: Knowledge is Power
Before taking any supplement, thorough research is key. Understand the ingredients (if available), potential side effects, and whether there's scientific backing for the claims. While Aizen Power might be tempting, informed decisions are crucial when it comes to your health.
Beyond the Hype: A Holistic Approach to Unleashing Your Potential
True power comes from a holistic approach to well-being. By focusing on healthy habits, consulting a doctor for personalized advice, and exploring natural solutions, you can unlock your full potential and achieve a fulfilling sex life. Ditch the mystery and embrace a sustainable approach to enhance your performance safely and healthily.

Ethical Issues That Animal Communicators Face in Their Profession
Animal communication is the ability to understand and interpret the signals, behaviors, and vocalizations of non-human species. It plays a crucial role in building relationships with animals and addressing their needs effectively. Ethical concerns arise when individuals claim to possess the ability to communicate with animals and offer services as animal communicators.
What are Animal Communicators?
Animal communicators are individuals who claim to have the ability to understand and communicate with animals on a telepathic level. They offer services to pet owners, zoos, and wildlife rehabilitators, aiming to bridge the communication gap between humans and animals.
Ethical Issues in Animal Communication
Lack of Scientific Validation
One of the primary ethical issues surrounding animal communication is the lack of scientific evidence supporting its validity. Many animal communicators base their practices on anecdotal evidence rather than rigorous scientific research, raising questions about the reliability of their claims.
Consent and Understanding
Another ethical concern is the issue of consent and understanding. Animals cannot provide informed consent to participate in communication sessions, leading to ethical dilemmas regarding their rights and autonomy.
Misinterpretation of Signals
Animal communicators may misinterpret or misrepresent the signals and behaviors exhibited by animals, leading to misunderstandings between pet owners and their animals. This can result in ineffective or harmful interventions based on faulty interpretations.
Emotional Manipulation
Some animal communicators may exploit the emotions of pet owners by providing false hope or making unsubstantiated claims about their pets' thoughts and feelings. This can lead to emotional distress and financial exploitation of vulnerable individuals.
Financial Exploitation
There is a risk of financial exploitation associated with animal communication services. Pet owners may be charged exorbitant fees for sessions that yield no tangible results, exploiting their emotional attachment to their animals.
Challenges Faced by Animal Communicators
Skepticism from the Scientific Community
Animal communication is often viewed skeptically by the scientific community, which demands empirical evidence to support claims of telepathic communication with animals. This skepticism can undermine the credibility of animal communicators and their practices.
Managing Client Expectations
Animal communicators must manage client expectations effectively to avoid disappointment and disillusionment. They must educate clients about the limitations of animal communication and the uncertainties involved in interpreting animal behavior.
Balancing Intuition and Rationality
Animal communicators must strike a balance between intuition and rationality in their practice. While intuition plays a significant role in understanding animal communication, it must be supported by critical thinking and evidence-based approaches.
Dealing with Skepticism and Criticism
Animal communicators face skepticism and criticism from skeptics, scientists, and mainstream media, challenging the legitimacy of their profession. They must develop resilience and confidence in their abilities to navigate these challenges effectively.
Case Studies
Examples of Ethical Dilemmas Faced by Animal Communicators
Case Study 1: A pet owner seeks the help of an animal communicator to understand why their dog is exhibiting aggressive behavior. The communicator claims that the dog is experiencing trauma from a past life, leading to conflicting advice and confusion for the owner.
Case Study 2: A wildlife rehabilitator consults an animal communicator to determine the best course of action for releasing a rehabilitated bird into the wild. The communicator advises against release, citing the bird's desire to remain in captivity, raising ethical concerns about the bird's welfare.
Strategies for Ethical Practice
Transparency and Honesty
Animal communicators must be transparent and honest about the limitations of their abilities and the uncertainties involved in interpreting animal behavior. They should not make exaggerated claims or promises that cannot be substantiated.
Continuing Education and Training
Animal communicators should pursue continuing education and training to enhance their skills and knowledge base. They should stay informed about advances in animal behavior science and ethical guidelines in the field.
Collaboration with Other Professionals
Animal communicators should collaborate with other professionals, such as veterinarians, animal behaviorists, and ethologists, to provide comprehensive care for animals. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that the welfare of animals remains a priority.
Advocacy for Ethical Guidelines in the Profession
Animal communicators should advocate for the establishment of ethical guidelines and standards of practice within the profession. This helps to ensure accountability and integrity in the provision of animal communication services.
Conclusion
Ethical issues in animal communication are multifaceted and complex, requiring careful consideration and ethical reflection. Animal communicators must prioritize transparency, honesty, and the welfare of animals in their practice to uphold ethical standards and promote trust within the profession.
