I want people to be parasocial with me but not in like. An incredibly unhealthy way. Like. What am I saying?

I want people to consider me a friend the same way you’d consider a stranger sharing their umbrella with you on a rainy day or someone just silently giving you a paper hat because they made one and saw you without a paper hat and they gave you the paper hat a friend.

The acknowledgment that you will never know anything about a person but a single act of kindness or friendliness has left an impact on you and you remember them because you’re brain remembers them the same way it remembers a friend you haven’t spoken to in years.

I want to be remembered as a friend, one you never actually met but is thought about and loved all the same.

"But if college was free, then people would abuse that and get useless degrees" hell yeah I would! If I could go to college without debt I would make it my job to get a degree in every little thing that interested me. I'd get a doctorate in film studies. I'd have a bachelor's degree for every science I like. I'd try to learn at least 5 languages with varying results. I would learn something "useful" like coding and then follow it up with a ""useless"" degree like art history. I'd be the world record speed run holder for getting every degree possible.

But I can't afford college without going into massive debt, so instead I spent the last 5 years trying to figure out what I am passionate enough about to consider going into debt over, because unfortunately being passionate about everything is extremely expensive to pursue.

That hands post going around just made me realize that there's this incredible thing Iñaki does with his hands as Luffy where he is never content to just touch things. He can never just grab something and let go. He strokes things. He gently runs his fingers across them, like he wants to touch as much of them as possible. And nowhere is this more apparent than with Zoro. Like
