1. what are your top 3 favorite sets you’ve made? some of my favourites would include this destiny/choice/chance set i made for merlin, the merlin + arthurian legends set and this recent witcher bestiary set! 16. how long have you been making gifs? almost 10(!) years now (time isn't real). 23. what is the thing you gif when you don’t have anything else you want to gif? that would probably be my merlin incorrect quotes series! 37. what sets if any do you have planned to make in the future? i have two separate channels on my own private discord server for all of my gif ideas, so you can imagine i have quite a few sets planned!! but all of my giffing relies very much on my mood, so i don't get around to making these ideas unless i really feel like it (i am my own worst enemy). 40. why do you make gifs? mostly because it's a great outlet for my creativity!! i genuinely just love sitting down and starting a new set, trying out new things and turning my love for a show into a visual artform (before i got back into giffing in 2020 i was painting quite a lot, so you can see there's a theme here). i also love how it connects me to other people in the fandom and the sense of community it brings, that's definitely something that fuels me.

just came here to tell you how obsessed i am with the way you work your thoughts out through your visuals. it’s especially noticeable with your dynamic sets and how you mesh them together, everything is always so intricately intertwined that i am constantly noticing new things every time i look again!! the thought you put into it all does not go overlooked and i love the way every gif in any set is always so fresh with so many details. ty for loving our silly lil family the way you do<3

now why would you come here and literally making me cry on this fine friday morning? i've been re-reading this for the past 20 minutes i don't even know how to respond.

for me this is a compliment of the HIGHEST nature, i feel like i've always too many things that i'm trying to fit in when i gif, cause i sure have too many things bouncing around in my head, making connections that i always fear would be too obscure or confusing or only make sense to me. so to hear that sometimes those things indeed shine through absolutely floors me!

now that they censored us all in the tags i can only double my efforts in trying to put the whole thought process in the gifs themselves gdsgds- thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart, everything about this is the thing i love most aka sharing all the views and takes and every random little thought with others in any form we like!

What are your top 3 favorite sets you’ve made?

Okay, I feel like I've answered this quite recently, but to play along.

Five as the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: This is a new one, and it's really dear to my heart. Because I'm me, I really love all the literary reference the writing tosses at Five (....with varying subtlety. this one was not subtle.), and this was a kind of gifset I don't usually do because it takes me a long, long time. But it turned out really pretty, with a nice layout and colouring. I think it's the first gifset I ever drafted that, once finished, made me smile at my own work. I'm really, really proud of this one.

Allison & Five: I'm salty that it's been three seasons and this gifset I made that cut them together to actually talk to each other, with dialogue adapted from the comics, is still more than they've talked in the show. I don't understand the show's unwillingness to have these two interact, I really don't. Which is why I love this gifset, and I'm quite proud of how I made different scenes look like they could be the same one, it was a fiddly one with colours.

Five in the show and Five in the comics: I think I will always love this gifset. I'm actually currently working on either a part two or just a complete remake of this with more instances that parallel the two versions of Five. But as I have made clear before, I love Aidan Gallagher's physical acting, and getting to connect that back to the original comic version is soooooo fun. Some good fucking casting right there.

What is that one set you made that just won’t die?

My tribute to the high numbers, the lost Hargreeves, the last set I made before S2 dropped. That really spoke to people, and every few weeks I get a little influx of notes and people going 'how dare you op' in the tags, which, as you surely know, is one of the biggest compliments a gifmaker can receive.

Have you ever posted a set, regretted it and immediately deleted it?

I have not, actually! I spend a long time giffing, so y'all get everything I make, even if it flops.

What is your least favorite part about your gif making process?

Fucking sharpening lmaooo. I'm using an oldass version of Photoshop Elements (Elements!!! The thing you use for photos, not even gifs!!!!! If I click on an explanation link, it sends me to an expired page on a browser that literally has been taken down!!!!), and so I sharpen every single image by hand. Yup. I really do that with my life.
