This is definitely Angel Dust and his S/o cooking because of some sort of teamwork activity Charlie organized!

Little does she know that you two are so in love with each other that you can’t get anything done…

Whatever it is you two are cooking, it’s made by nothing but you two’s love.

Angel definitely is a helper princess. 

He’ll be there to “help” his partner but he will do nothing but play around with them. Like seriously, he’s too pretty to do the cooking work. But he’s there for emotional support and for the lovely sight of his absolutely dashing partner.

“Angie, can you pass me the salt?” They asked while trying to read the next step in the recipe. 

Angel gazed longingly at them. The way they focused on what they were doing was so attractive to him. He took an arbitrary spoon and stirred the salt playfully, waiting for them to turn to him.

When they finally did turn to him, they raised a brow at him, wondering why Angel hadn’t handed them the salt. “What’s wrong?” They asked him.

Angel giggled, slowly scooting the salt to them. “I just wanted you to look at me, toots.~” He cooed, moving closer to them, kissing their cheek.

They rolled their eyes playfully and gave him a gentle peck on the lips. “If you help me out and we win, we can cuddle and watch a movie together.” They offered, trying to get him to help out.

Angel pouted, throwing his arms around them, hugging them like his life depended on it. “But what if we don’t win…? Can I still get cuddles?~”

“Angie, babe, you doubt my cooking skills?~” They chuckled, blowing a small amount of flour at his face. 

“Oh, it’s on!” He chuckled, taking some flour in his hand and throwing it at them. 

In the end, you two didn’t win the activity because you two were too busy playing around with the flour and lost track of time. 

Niffty’s team won. She did all the work not because no one helped her, but because she knew exactly what to do and didn't let anyone do anything but pass her things (which defeated the purpose, but that was beside the point; a win is a win). What can I say? She’s an amazing cook. 

You two definitely get a mean scoldin’ from Vaggie for making a mess.

But you two are defended by Charlie because you two are ADORABLE! And she could never have you two be in trouble for such a loving display.

Yes I can, I appreciate your interest!! I use paint tool sai 2 which is kind of archaic, but I've been drawing on a wacom pen and touch small + using paint tool sai since 2012 and I'm too stubborn to move onto something better. I actually only use three brushes so I've made a little drawing where I only use one brush per character to show the differences:

Gonna put the screenshots of the brush settings below the cut cause it got longer than I expected:

I drew my three big faves cause frankly I am sick of looking at kallamar and narinder's smug faces lmaoooo ANYWAY. GOING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, WE HAVE THE CHUNKY BRUSH. I use that brush for messily coloring things in, doing big blocky background shapes, or just adding texture to a drawing. It's my favorite brush to paint with but I have not....finished a painting for this blog yet...

Then for the crunchy brush, it's a tool I use half for lineart and half for coloring. I use it for stuff like changes in fur color/markings, drawing all the lines in the backgrounds I do, and finer details the chunky brush can't handle. It's also the lineart tool I use for my drawings where the lines are all on the inside of the chararacters but not the outside!

As for the smooth brush, this one only ever gets used for lines but it was created when I was so bored of my lineart tool I stopped drawing for a while. I wanted a calligraphy pen and had to work around SAI's limitations, so while it doesn't have that thin-thick angular effect that calligraphy pens have....I manually apply the pressure and it looks passable enough. I hope.

The brush settings are visible in the pics but uNFORTUNATELY I DO *NOT* remember where I got my stupid brush pack from. I literally downloaded the files before I was even a teenager but I *do* remember they're from deviantart. If anyone is for some reason kicking and screaming to acquire this ancient, crusty brush pack I'm sure I could throw it in a google drive

I have other useless information about my process if any of this is remotely helpful: for the anaglyph effect on my lines, I literally take a full 120 seconds to copy+paste two copies of my lineart, color it red and cyan, and then slightly move them up+down beneath the black lineart to get that 3dish effect. My flat backgrounds are just another sai preset texture, usually the checkerboard one cause it's swag. The rest of my brushes are just for utility or to fill in the gaps, that scroll bar leads to a bunch of empty space. They're not worth showing off just because they don't ever get used, or it's just like. The bucket tool. The select tool. A binary pen I never use. And lastly, for my usual lines, I actually go back and mess them up myself to get them to look more chaotic...my lines are usually smooth + even but it's so boring to look at and time consuming that I'm trying to unlearn that.

here's a wip of what my lines USUALLY look like with the smooth brush. You can see for the background I mostly used the chunky brush for shapes and then the crunchy brush for the finer lines! But yeah it takes forever to do smooth lines because I have nerve damage in my arm (it's why my stabilizer is maxed out...) and I refuse to use the line tool. In a professional setting I definitely make sure my lines are polished but this is just my goofy fanart blog and I want everything to look like it's been laced with crack.

I HOPE ANY OF THIS HELPS?? OR JUST SATES YOUR CURIOSITY, I try to not gatekeep the way I do my art so I have literally no secrets tbh

“Javier,” that caught his attention and made him peek an eye open at you, “we have five children, that I love very much, but still. They are all asleep and it is the weekend so we don’t have to get up. It has been almost two weeks since we’ve had sex. Do the math.”

“Oh,” that captured his attention and caused him to fully wake up, “oh.”

“I’m not pressuring you into anything, obviously, if you don’t want to just say so-”

“Not a chance,” he was already sitting up and pulled you into his lap. The sudden shift caused you to beam at him as his large hands settled on your waist, “would never pass up an opportunity with you, Dulzura.”

“Me neither,” you leaned in and kissed him, morning breath be damned, “‘ve missed you, amor.”

“Me too,” he agreed, biting down a moan as you rocked yourself along his hardness, “you’re so good to me.”

He scrambled over to Javi, who easily picked him and settled him in between the two of you. He offered you a sheepish look, clearly worried about having disturbed you. You kissed his forehead before snuggling with him, "its okay, my love. We've got you."

It wasn't long before he was out again, leaving you and Javi lying awake and very frustrated. 

"We should have locked the door."

"We should have started sooner."

"Soon," you told him, and nodded through a grimace. You could still feel the desire in your bones, "very soon."

"Oh?" You couldn't deny the fact that you were happy to have him home, "and the kids?"

"With Pops for another two hours," he grinned, "I didn't tell him I left early so I'll swing by later to get them."

"Javier Peña," you sighed contentedly as he pulled in for a hug before kissing you softly, "you are an evil genius."

"Want me to go?" He teased as you shook your head fervently, "I can go until the time I normally come back-"

"Don't you dare!" You almost jumped into his arms as he kissed you fiercely. The desire was obvious for both of you; one of the many things you loved about Javier was that the two of you never lost that spark.

"God, I've missed this," you laughed as he picked you up and carried you to the kitchen. You were wrapped around him like a koala, peppering every bit of him in kisses. He set you down on the counter, and stepped between your legs, "I've missed you."

"I missed you too," you reached for his tie and pulled him back to your lips. You could feel him smiling against your lips as you worked on loosening his tie and undoing the top buttons of his shirt, "amor."

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are?" His hands worked their way under your shirt, tracing over your soft skin.

"I think in the eleven years we've been together you might have mentioned it once or twice," you teased. Javier pretty much mentioned it once a day, even when you insisted it wasn't true, "but hearing it from you is just as special every time."

"Well it's true," he kissed along your jaw as you practically melted into him, "the most beautiful girl, the most wonderful mother, and the best friend."

"You just had to go and make this romantic," you blinked back the tears that had welled up, "this was supposed to be an illicit affair."

"Is that what you want?" He laughed softly, brushing your hair out of your face.

"No," you took his face in your hands and studied him gently, "I love the romance. I love you being all soft. You're my best friend too, Javier. You're my everything."

"Baby, I-"

A sharp knock came at the door, causing you to pull apart. With a groan you slid off the counter and walked to the door, ready to tell off whoever it was.

"How can I-"

"Mama!" Thea immediately bounced up the step and hugged onto your leg. 

"Hi baby," you smiled at her before looking up and finding Chucho standing there, flocked by the rest of the kids, "Pop? What's wrong?"

"I'm sorry, mija," to he fair he did have an apologetic expression on his face. The kids started running inside, with the exception of Bella who was in his arms, "they really wanted you. Especially the baby."

"Oh," you tried to contain your heavy sigh as you took Bella into your arms, "its alright. They tend to get there way sometimes, don't they? But that's okay, huh Bella?"

"Is Javier home?" He looked at his son's car in the driveway as you grimaced, "I thought he had a late class today?"

"Class was canceled," you confessed as your face flushed with warmth, "he came home early. He was going to get the kids soon, but was just…taking a break."

He raised his eyebrows before humming in understanding as he gave your shoulder a gentle squeeze. You turned to walk back inside, motioning for him to follow, “are you sure?”

“Of course,” you promised, “come on, stay for dinner.”

When you made it back inside you found a very surprised Javi surrounded by his children. You caught his eye and shrugged lightly. He repeated the gesture before mouthing at you, soon.

“Soon,” you whispered in response, “hey kiddos, who wants to help with dinner?” 

The small brood cheered in response - they loved getting to help whenever they could. You were pretty sure that they loved getting bits of food as it was all being put together…but they also just loved hanging around with the two of you. 

You walked back over to Javi and pressed a kiss to his cheek, “I love you, Javi.”

“I love you too, Dulzura.”

“Javier?” you poked your head out of the bathroom and looked towards his office, “can you come and help me with something?”

It was only a few minutes before you heard his footsteps coming down the hall. There was a look of concern on his face but you simply grabbed his hand and pulled himself in, closing and locking the door behind you. 

“What’s wrong - oh,” he got the idea immediately as you leaned up and kissed him, snaking your arms around his waist as you pulled him close.

“I think we’ve got about ten, fifteen if we’re lucky, minutes before one of the kids needs us,” you reached for the waistband of his jeans, quickly undoing the button and pulling down the zipper, “whaddaya say?”

“Turn around, “ he effortlessly flipped you around so you had to brace yourself on the counter. You looked in the mirror and caught his eye; both of you looked frantic and wild that it was almost laughable. You exchanged a sweet smile before he rucked up your dress around your waist. There was definitely a reason you wore that particular dress today, “you had this planned, didn’t you? Little minx.”

“Maybe,” you sang innocently as he pulled down your underwear before pulling down his jeans and boxers, “it’s been too long, Javi.”

“Trust me, I know,” one of his hands settled on your waist as he finally touched you with the other, dragging a finger through your wetness. You could barely contain your moan as the feeling, so desperate and needy for him, “so wet already. All for me?”

“Always,” you promised, backing into him so he’d get the idea and hurry up. You weren’t going to be interrupted for a third time in one week, “please, need you.”

hello hello 👋 i knew i wanted to do a longer post about paul's hair but i wasn't sure what to do... at first, i wanted to make compilations of just his different kinds of hair; like how it's sometimes super curly and sometimes flat, how it looks when wet and from behind & the side and so on. but then i decided to instead do one collage per round in the f3 championship (+ abu dhabi and one extra)(and some gifs... scroll all the way down, you won't be disappointed) !!!

the main conclusion that i came to when making this was that he's got soo MUCH hair? it's so thick?? poor boy must be sweating so much during the summer :( disclaimer: this all comes from someone who 1. has 0 experience with curls (my hair is as flat as a wall), and 2. has no knowledge of how boy hair works. or anyone else's hair for that matter, i only know my own hair. anyways...

a lot to uncover here. first row = macau (except for top right which was abu dhabi, but wearing his macau shirt…). very messy curls but not too long? very cute. and i would guess that it's karl's hairband-thing because that's like the only time i've seen paul wear it but i see karl wearing it all the time. either way, it must feel nice for him to finally have all that hair out of his face, finally he can see properly 😭

second row = vacation hair!! the horse riding hair, very cute and so long in the front, curls in his eyes definitely. the wet hair is so so flat, can imagine it just feels good to cool it down in the hot summer too. and the mirror selfie, very short post-spa but very very curly!!

That required coming up with an event big enough that it allowed us to stay on Zendikar. This led the creative team to answering the question: why was the world of Zendikar so chaotic?

The idea of the Eldrazi was initially inspired by the hedrons that Mark Tedin initially drew because he thought they looked cool. What if those hedrons were locking someone inside the world?

Ari especially likes eating them from between your trembling lips, juice dribbling down your chins as he bites through the fruit and kisses you - after he's gone down on you and your taste is still in his mouth, mixing with the tart fruit 😏 He likes field flowers, like cornflowers or poppies, and lilies of the valley that grow in patches in various parts of the woods belonging to your pack. If you bring him a small bouquet, he'll display them proudly in a glass on his desk (then coax you to go for a run and take you on the forest floor, right on a patch of delicate flowers).

I drew my bozos and there’s nothing you can do about it. Now get ready for a long post as I talk about my headcannons for them. Feel free to ask me anything about them, I love rambling:

Agent 3: Has a major RBF, but she’s nice I promise you. She’s been enjoying her role as captain but was overwhelmed at first.

Weapon preferences: shooters, chargers

Fave Special: Splashdown

Agent 4: Just vibing honestly, she’s gotten pretty good at hacking/research over the years.

Weapon preferences: daulies, brushes

Fave Special: Boyah Bomb

Agent 8: Curses in octarian at least 5 times a day. Remarkably relaxed despite all the bs shes been through.

Weapon preferences: shooters

Fave Special: Triple Inkstrike

Neo 3: A chaotic child, will occasionally eat stuff off the floor.

Weapon preferences: tri-stringer, blasters if shes feeling spicy

Fave Special: Super Chump

3 has a major sweet tooth and she won’t apologize for it. (shes awful with spicy food tho gchfxgfz)

Neo really likes bread.

8 will eat the most criminally offensive spicy food without a reaction.

3 likes to sleep in her squidform, it’s kinda weird to others. It’s honestly more worrying if she doesn’t shift forms. (hc that people usually only do that when theyre really sick…..and then theres 3)

4 listens to her music too loud.

3 and 4 bicker all the time, but it rarely gets to a point where they’re actually upset. They especially fight about how to lead on missions (this is moot bc 3 is the captain lol) because 3 prefers the “slow and steady” approach and 4 prefers to play “fast and loose”, if that makes sense. (8s just here for the ride)

The squid sisters like to say that 3 and 4 are twins and they both hate it.

3 is a runaway, Neo is an orphan. Different circumstances, same outcome. They relate to each other a lot and I think thats awesome (and sad).

Neo (and 8) will occasionally say some out of pocket shit without realizing just how messed up it really is: “what? you’ve never had to eat out of the trash before?”

3 is very emotionally numb and has a hard time expressing any care towards others, so she ends up showing it through favors/giving advice/“are you ok?”s. She’ll tell you to put on a jacket when it’s 70 degrees out lol. (this is also why she’s a mess around 8, those are feelings she has no idea how to deal with)

3 is terrified of being sick (like bedridden sick, haha sanitization go brr) and will inwardly panic the whole time.

3 has the worst alcohol tolerance behind Marie and 4. (Callie will drink 12 shots of vodka without flinching)

Octolings have a very different view on relationships than inklings do; inklings will date/marry out of love while octolings will treat it more as a transaction (not saying they can’t, love just isn’t a priority). 8 as had and infatuation for 3 for years but doesn’t act on it because she wasn’t sure if she really felt the way she did. She knows inklings hold more weight to relationships and didn’t want to risk hurting 3 if she was wrong. (the events of side order really helped her figure it out)

After the events of Splatoon 2, 4 took a back seat on being an agent. Less frontlines and more research focused. (like Marie lol) She hated this at first, but grew to like it.

3s alter ego is DJ Sango, she uses her rapping/singing to vent. 4 and 8 play dumb and pretend they don’t know about her account. (They both listen to her music tho 😶)

8 is extremely calm, you’d have to be trying to piss her off.

Inklings are like mood rings, there tentacles will change color depending on their mood (think like streaks or spots of other colors) The more intense the emotion, the deeper the color.

8 and 3 both have to clean/replace their weapon filters more often than most but for different reasons: for eight its bc shes an octoling (their ink is more abrasive) while 3 has thicker ink than normal as the last remnant of being partially sanitized.

3 isn’t actually as stinky as the squid sisters will have you believe. She one time came back from a mission smelling particularly RANKED that day, and they’ve never let her live it down.

Yae Miko is woman of mystery who never tells you what she wants outright and keeps her true feelings hidden most of the time, however the moment her little one calls her Mama while tending to some duties with Ei , she cries. At first she doesn’t believe what she hears and asks Ei if she heard it too only for her little one to say it again, this time louder and Yae can’t help but to rush over and scoop them up and shower them in kisses. To make the moment even more sweeter they call Ei “Obasan” or aunty. Now the archon is crying as well

The night your presumed parents left you at the Shrine's gate, it was thundering as though the Shogun was trying to tear apart the sky. And Yae Miko, ever so attentive, was able to bring you in before you drowned in your own drenched covers.

She finds herself more intrigued than anything, wondering why such a small thing would be abandoned, so defenceless in a world so, so cruel. And by her door no less.

But she also knows that certain questions would never be answered, that it is a waste of time to ponder over something so meager. Instead, she focuses on tending to your basic needs and provides a home. Her home, for you.

You'd make a great devotee to the shrine, it's all she thinks at first.

And without realising it, a year or so goes by.

The Guuji doesn't sugar coat her words, but she also doesn't outwardly express her feelings. She's a skilled orator when it comes to pushing the conversation around as she pleases, the few who dare ask about her precious little one left with nothing but subtle hints to drop it.

Aside from the Shrine Maidens, who've been there long enough to figure things out themselves, nobody knows what is Yae's deal with you.

Even the mighty Shogun, presenting herself as Ei the first times she leaves her Plane, takes a bit too long to truly realise how smitten Miko is for you, human child, wobbly on your legs, who apparently has yet to utter a word.

Needless to say not even Raiden is immune to your adorable charm.

Both of them are quick to come to terms with this weakness of theirs, and devote as much time as possible to you, not noticing the second year of your life passing by.

But their profound affection also brings them -especially Ei- to frighten easily over the smallest things. You're a fragile being, after all, and they're not new to loss. If a god can die so easily in such a cruel world, what would it be of you?

This also means Yae silently worries over the fact that you still haven't spoken a world, despite growing at an incredible speed in the past two years. Is it a sign of physical and/or mental discomfort? Did she do something wrong, despite her best efforts on understanding deeper the human nature?

Miko lets you play with one of her Gohei's to entertain yourself, while both Ei and she voice their concerns to the Maidens. Some of them insist that kids grow and develop at different speeds, others remark that maybe grabbing a doctor would be best, just in case.

And never in the past five centuries the god and her pet had felt so distressed over someone they'd known for such a short period of time.

What is a couple years to endless beings such as them? What is two years to you? Too much? Not enough?-

"Mama! Mama! 'Basan! Look!!"

The Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine stills, barely able to take a look from the corner of her eye, as she sees you emulating one of their traditional dances at the best of your abilities.

It's wonky, mostly wrong, completely inaccurate and chaotic.

But her vision fogs up at how content and eager you are doing your little thing.

Ei lays a hand on Miko's shoulder, the other covering her mouth. The two share a quick look, then gaze back to your figure, utterly mesmerised.

"It good?" You pant, tired from the amount of effort you'd put into the performance. And the second after you're off the ground, in Yae's arms, as she covers your cheeks with affectionate kisses, Ei stroking your head with incredible delicacy.

Both smiling, uncaring of those around them. As the only thing that matters is you.
