Dear Daddy, I wish you could have stayed with me longer... to be my hero, to warn me about boys, to fix my truck, to tell me how you felted when you fell in love with my Mommie, to meet your grandsons, to be in my life and to be able to say "yeah, that cool dude right there, that's my pops!" And to hear you say, "I love you Londa!".... God had other plans. I love to hear stories about you because it helps me to know you better, but, it's very painful to hear "looking at you girl, it's like your Daddy never left. How can I look and be so similar to a man that was only apart of my life for three short years is a puzzle to me. It doesn't matter how old I get, the pain never goes away. I know you see me down here fighting to be a winner in life. It's not always easy. I've had days when I wanted to give up but then something happens.... it feels like a jolt to my heart.
