Tips for how to have a meaningfulbody 😊😌 "Your body is a temple.Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside"
In life, only few people who cares for you will be there in the late future . But the one thing that will always be with you is you , because you are the only one who will never stop caring for yourself. And one of the best way to take care of yourself is by focusing on your health , both mental and physical. Following are the tips:
• Meditate. I know it is obvious that many people might have said you to meditate, but believe me it is the best thing to start your day with . It's because it clears your mind and help you to positively lead your day.Also it is beneficial for your mental health.
• Drink water properly. This you might think that you must drink more water. but it is not the case I am talking about.Rather it is the point of how and how much water you must drink because our human body contains 70%-75% of water and it is the most important thing to take care of. So if you live in a colder climate then you must drink a lot of water in small-small sips . But if you live in a warmer climate then you must drink whenever you fell thirsty but remember drink a bit more extra water than your thirst.
• Our human body is ment to eat more vegetarian food than non vegetarian food. It's also important to eat more raw food than the cooked food. Almost 30%-50% of your food must be raw because it has more nourishing power and you can consume less food and get more benefits form the food as a student.
• Practice yoga. by this does not mean that you must practice yoga only on yoga day . it will be beneficial only if you practice yoga on a daily basis.Yoga gives a kick start to you metabolism and your other bodily activities. also yoga helps to calm your body and allow a good flow of blood within your body.
• Take breaks.Yes you read it right. By taking breaks you can cool down your brain and other neural activities. Also do some stretching and eye exercises when you take breaks.

This life, it is nowadays become a very short time for the whole universe. For the universe ever our solar system is just a small blob which it can vanish any time … But it won’t due to its property of prescise geometry and its balance. Our lifespan is becoming shorter each second and with a big para to read I don’t want to take that part for your life to read some waste. So the thing which you are always hearing that life is short do what you want is just waste. Now, the most important thing is that do what is significant to your life and to the universe around you while keeping the geometry of nature in balance . And last and the most important is that live like a life and not like a body and keep your body as a real place where you are satisfied within it .

Take a minute for yourself !
Being present and mindful in our day to day life is very simple task but due to stress and distractions we just forget the simplest and the most important thing in our lives, i.e., our existence. 😁We are so much caught up by our daily work and all the chaos that we start taking ourselves🌟 granted. And in the long run this will make yourself very unbalanced . So to just make you remember your existence do some following activities:
1. In between just check with yourself that are you still breathing. You can make it as a ritual activity like whenever you sit down, or whenever you open the door.✨👀
2. Whenever you wake up from your bed in the morning just tell a good word to yourself. This will keep you positive and helps in growing your self confidence. 💖😇
3. Try to walk or stand more while you are working. I know that many of us live in big cities and the houses are very small so for you guys try taking 2-5 mins breaks and try stretching your body. This will help your blood to flow properly and will indeed help you to destress your brody.🌻
4. Just plan out realistically what things are you going to do a day before. This is the best when you are very lazy like me.🌈📌
5. Lastly, please shut down any gadget (like mobile phones, headset, tvs, etc.) near you while you are having food. Doing this practice in your every day life will make you more calm and relaxed while you eat your food. 🤦‍♀️😊
