You’re not defined by the situation you’re in. How I’ve figured out how to overall get thru having an illness was learning how to choose love and positivity over anything else in every situation. There’s already enough hate in the world, why give anymore especially to yourself? & Being this sick is scary enough, it just means I only have room for positivity.
There’s hope in every situation if you give it hope. A lot of times we let problems blind fold us and hold us back from building a better future, we get stuck feeling like everything is hopeless and we start to live life off of emotions. Everyones done something like it.. you think you hate everything only because you’re hurt, or you say something when you’re mad you regret it later and it gets you nowhere but a few steps backwards. You can’t fight fire with fire, move forward with love. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t need to know all the answers to your life or problems, all you need is to have faith that whatever happens to you, big or small, is exactly what’s suppose to happen, life is full of ups and downs we’re not meant to have everything figured out, if you’re struggling rn it’s only because life is trying to teach you something important thats going to turn you into a better you. So don’t let your problems become bigger than you, step back and learn from it, relax and enjoy all the good moments because life is going to constantly be trying to teach you things and help you grow
Don’t wait for things to be perfect to enjoy yourself or be happy because a completely perfect life is not realistic, bad things are enevitable it’s better to just accept that and live your life to the fullest even if you’re in the worst situation.
Stay strong loves, keep your hearts lit and your heads high💚 xoxo

You are beautiful and your disability can never take that from you.

Shoutout to the people who:
-have symptoms that aren’t visible to others
-are able to function even while in extreme pain
-hide their illness well
-who don’t “seem sick”
-who have flareups at night or other times when no one else sees
-fight a daily battle that others can’t see
-feel like they’re making too big of a deal out of their illness because “it could be worse!”
I see you out there, I feel you, you’re awesome.

Just a little reminder to smile a bit and give yourself a mental hug for surviving all the silent battles you may face. You’re perfectly imperfect, dont forget it :)
