Anime Girls I Would Let Beat Me Up & Then Thank Them - Part 2

So many times in media, the female plays the damsel in distress or overly emotional character. Anime, is no exception, but there have been some very strong powerful female characters who take care of business and look great doing it. I’ll add the name of their anime in case you’re interested in checking them out. Now without further ado and in no particular order, these are just a few anime girls who I would let beat me up and then thank them for it...Part 2!

6. MIRKO - MY HERO ACADEMIA

What to say about this absolute beauty other than duh. She is a beautiful mix of She-Hulk and Lola Bunny. This beautiful muscular hero is the perfect example of beauty, grace and kick the shit out of everyone in the face. She is honestly body goals and who I think about when working out.

7. MIKASA ACKERMAN - ATTACK ON TITAN

No list could be complete without mentioning Mikasa. This Titan killing machine is an absolute badass. Mikasa and Levi is what made me keep watching the show and so glad I stayed. She has this silent beauty about her that becomes absolutely feral when she is in action and I love to see it.

8. MEREOLEONA VERMILLION - BLACK CLOVER

She is one of my absolute favorite characters from Black Clover and now also one of my favorite fire users! She is a complete flame enveloped goddess who has the confidence and skills to back it up. The second she went into mana zone, I was in love. She can burn me any day and I would gladly thank her for the opportunity.

9. MAKI OZE - FIRE FORCE

My 2nd Maki on my list is none other than this hopeless romantic yet complete femme fatale from Fire Force. She is an absolute sweetheart and girly girl yet when it comes down to taking down enemies she is not one to mess with. I mean check out her toned muscles and yet soft expression. I absolutely can’t get enough of it! She is also great motivation for when I work out and it would be an honor to be punched in the face by her.

10. NICO ROBIN - ONE PIECE

This list would be a complete waste if there wasn’t at least one badass from One Piece included, and my favorite is none other than Nico Robin! I mean what can I say other than HANDS!!! No, but honestly she is a brilliant strategist and due to spending most of her life on the run, has gained physical prowess. She is absolutely stunning and when I tell you the things I would let her do with the Hana no mi devil fruit…..but that’s for another time.

A #cambion child of a demon father (#Trigon) and human mother (#Arella), Raven is a powerful empath who can sense emotions and control "soul-self", which can fight physically, as well as act as Raven's eyes and ears away from the physical body. Anime Girls I Would Let Beat Me Up & Then Thank Them -Part 1 by J. Ueda (◕‿◕✿)

So many times in media, the female plays the damsel in distress or overly emotional character. Anime, is no exception, but there have been some very strong powerful female characters who take care of business and look great doing it. I’ll add the name of their anime in case you’re interested in checking them out. Now without further ado and in no particular order, these are just a few anime girls who I would let beat me up and then thank them for it.

1. ERZA SCARLET - FAIRY TAIL

First up on my list is probably my first female anime crush and that is the beautiful, strong Titania Erza. Fairy Tail is filled with strong female characters, but Erza is on another level. This crimson haired badass is one of the strongest and most skilled wizards in Fairy Tail. With her serious and yet soft demeanor, she would hurt me but make me feel safe. She could punish me in all of her different armor equips, and if you want to see them, check out Fairy Tail.

2. MORGIANA - MAGI

Next up is this sweet cupcake, Morgiana. Don’t let her sweet innocent smile fool you because this little lady can pack a punch, or more appropriately a kick. Morgiana is part of a warrior clan called the Fanalis who are extremely powerful and have enhanced super strength. She has a heart of gold and legs made of steel that could literally kick the shit and unalive a saber tooth tiger. Check out this iron footed warrior princess on Magi.

3. TERESA OF THE FAINT SMILE - CLAYMORE

If you haven’t seen Claymore, you’re missing out in more ways then one. This anime is filled with badass anime females who know how to kick ass and take names. Teresa is one of the baddest of the baddies and can demolish demons and enemies all with a smile. And just look at those eyes…wreck me.

4. MAKI ZENIN - JUJUTSU KAISEN

Next up is my favorite weapon user and female Jujutsu sorcerer, Maki Zenin. This absolute unit of a woman is everything that I would want to be and then some. This green haired, glasses wearing mommy beats all odds and in a world where she should have been considered a failure, she continues to beat people down.

5. ESDEATH - AKAME GA KILL

What can I say besides….look at her!!! General Esdeath is the definition of a femme fatale. This psychopathic murdering goddess would not even need to use her powers to bend me to her will. SO many times while watching this anime, I didn’t know if I should root for the hero or just go for Esdeath because each time she came on the screen it was iconic. If I had only one wish, it would be to be the belt around her waist.

ANNOYING ANIME TROPES THAT NEED TO STOP🛑

J. Ueda absolutely loves anime. It’s probably the main source of entertainment for her and thus, she’s watched a lot. Through watching so many different types of anime, she’s noticed a couple of things that she finds so annoying and can turn her off 👎🏽on a show. Here are a few annoying anime tropes that she’s noticed that need to ✋🏽. Let her know at the end if you agree or what tropes annoy you.

1. THE AGGRESSIVE TSUNDERE

Tsundere characters are a really common anime trope. For those not familiar with the term, it is a Japanese term for a character development process that depicts a character who is initially cold, stern, stoic, harsh, temperamental and hotheaded before gradually showing a warmer, friendlier side over time. This isn’t a bad character to have and typically show up in romance anime, but when they constantly attack the main character to hide their feelings and get overly mad about misunderstandings and tend to not apologize when they’re wrong, it gets played out and makes the show difficult to watch. Speaking of misunderstandings, this leads to my next pet peeve…

2. RIDICULOUS MISUNDERSTANDINGS

There are misunderstandings in every show, but the ones I’m referring to is when a character overhears two people talking and only hears the last part of the conversation and then bases everything on that one moment and thinks the person hates them or plotting something sinister. Basic communication would solve so many problems in anime, but instead you have to suffer through the miscommunication for almost the whole season.

3. GUYS WHO CAN’T TELL THE GIRLS LIKE HIM

Guys in anime (especially harem-like anime) who are absolutely clueless to the girl liking him even though she drops the most obvious hints. For example, the girl can walk around in her bra and panties and shows obvious attraction towards him and he’s too scared or still questioning whether or not he should make a move or if she likes him…..WHAT?! Like dude make a move and stop being such a wimp.

4. EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF ECCHI

When there is too much ecchi in an anime, it completely takes me away from the plot. I can admire a sense of meat balloons but when you can’t go 30 seconds without massive, gravity defying tatas in your opening and even more so in the anime, makes me think there isn’t much to the story and I become way less interested. Also hella hard to explain when people walk in.

5. WHEN THE AMAZING ANIME OP GETS CHANGED TO A TERRIBLE ONE

This one is not so much annoying as it is disappointing. Some anime have the most epic openings and even closing themes and you basically want them to stay forever. Sadly, with each new arc/season, enters a new opening and ending theme. It’s not always bad, but when it switches to something subpar, it can be tragic.
