I'm stuck in the same cycle and I don't know how to get out. I need to be independent but I'm sad alone, and I don't know how to fix that ethier. I need someone really close who understand what I need and how I feel. I need someone to make sure I'm okay, to love me, and check on me all the time. How do normal people stay motivated? Not for goals like running a marathon or saving so much money but honest everyday things. You wake up get motivated for the day have your morning then motivated yourself through lunch and end your work day THEN go home and clean your bathrooms, do your laundry, walk your dog, look after your kids, and prepare a meal????
