bed times aren't real in this house when people sleep or wake up is between them and the universe

the fact that you have half a dozen cats is pretty helpful considering they will scream to high heaven to remind you to feed them, and hey while you're up you might as well feed yourself too!

Your attention span and Shinso's determination ends up being mutually beneficial when it comes to studying. He helps you study but you have a built in biological reminder that forces you both to take a break. because lets be real, if you take a break, its going to be difficult for him to ignore you being bored and wanting attention.

Aizawa might not act like it but he thinks you're really good for Hitoshi. Your impulsiveness and intensity does wonders to balance Hitoshi's whole aloof act.

Neither you nor Hitoshi have alarms on your dorm room doors because Aizawa is so damn tired of being woken up six separate times because you keep forgetting shit in Hitoshi's room.

He told you to 'be responsible' about the lack of alarms.

Yeah, that probably didn't mean midnight cupcake baking and teaching Hitoshi how to do handstands in the common room while they bake but at least no ones getting hurt

Plus its helping with Hitoshi's sleepwalking! And he's actually getting sleep sometimes because he's actually using energy instead of staring at a wall in frustration.

Extremely good listener. Shinso actually loves hearing you talk because its so cute to see how interested you are about the topic, especially when it comes to hyperfixations. Its also refreshing because not only is your excited chatter a reminder that you're not scared to talk to him like others are, you enjoy talking to him. It makes him feel valued.

Hitoshi completely gets the concept of you feeling like you're not enough or feeling bad for simply not being capable of doing schoolwork the way your classmates do. He knows what its like to be ostracized for something you can't help, to feel like there's something wrong with you for just existing in a system that isn't built for you.

If anyone ever tells you to stop talking or something he goes from apathetic to fiercely defensive because how dare someone make you feel bad for sharing information??

If someone talks over you in a conversation, he'll just go 'you were saying?' because he doesn't give a fuck about what anyone else was saying. If he interrupts the other person so be it, what you were saying was more important anyway.

He's quiet and mellow enough to not put pressure on you to process things faster. He knows your thoughts are going a mile a minute, you process the things that matter when its important.

You're having a ton of executive dysfunction? If you're comfortable with it, he can use his quirk to just make you do the laundry you can't force yourself to do.

Neither of you can give the other one shit for forgetting to eat/shower/take meds because you're both in this together. between the two of you there are 600+ alarms on your phones.

"okay what was that guy's name? he just told us." "Idk I've been trying to decide what color the punch is for half an hour" "wait oh thank fuck I thought I was the only one confused about that its been getting greener I swear-"

it took half an hour to remember the guy you were talking to was All Might

you can tell him the same story 6 times and he knows you told him this story but says nothing and listens attentively because he only remembers the cliff notes version

Shinso is very good at turning down plans. If you feel bad about saying no to something don't worry because everyone knows getting Shinso to do social shit is like pulling teeth

he's good at being a constant. He keeps you grounded and you bring him out of his shell.

Could I make a headcanon request for either Katsuki or Kirishima (whichever one you prefer) reacting to their s/o asking to be in an open/poly relationship?

Knowing how Bakugou is, whichever one you pick doesn't have to accept, I'm just curious how they'd react to it. Feel free to make it as angsty, fluffy, or smutty ;) as you want!

It's been a while but assuming any of yall still follow this blog, I'm still here ^.^

Okay, I’m poly as it happens, so I wanted to do a lil PSA type thing real quick!! Poly relationships are different from open relationships (generally speaking). Poly means theres just more than two people in a relationship, and that looks different for every polycule. There’s no one way to do it, the ‘rules’ are determined by everyone in the relationship, and everyone has to agree and be aware of everyone else.

Open relationships are usually where both parties agree to see other people on the side and those side relationships tend to be more sexual than romantic but not always.

Honestly I don’t think either of our boys would be comfy with an open relationship, but they might be more agreeable with a poly one!

Kiri

As long as you reassure him that it's not cause he’s not enough, he’d be open to the idea of a poly relationship.

Theres so many types of poly relationships, but I def think he’d be more enthusiastic about the types where all parties are involved with each other. That way no ones missing out or feeling awkward, and lets face it, Kiri is a people person and can get along with most people since he’s just so endearing and friendly.

Like a lot of people with poly partners I really think Kiri’s immediate response would be “it depends on the person in question” cause he trusts you, but if you came in asking to add shigaraki into your relationship he’d be iffy.

Honestly Kiri has a hard time saying no to you, but he’ll want to know more about poly relationships and actually see what that looks like.

With the right people, he’d be very happy with a ‘kitchen table’ polycule. He’d enjoy everyone being in each other’s lives and having cuddle piles in the living room watching movies. He’s just really full of love and support and he’d enjoy caring for multiple people, feeling needed and like he’s important to people.

He’d be absolutely unprepared for the flip side though. Because his partners would know he needs and deserves love and attention too. If you all ganged up on him he’d melt every time.

Bakugo

He’s a tricky one (shocker)

He’s very possessive protective and gets very jealous

That being said he’s not going to stifle you. He will try his best to be supportive when you tell him you’re poly.

His Best is him being moody as hell and pouting because he’s going to assume he’s not good enough because in his mind the world revolves around him, for better or worse.

Make sure to bring it up when you’re already cuddling him, preferably in a position that means you can both see the other’s face.

The thing with bakugo is he thinks too fast and jumps to conclusions without asking for clarification, but when it comes down to it, after he actually understands what poly means and has time to think it over, I think he’d do well in a poly relationship.

Like any other person, he needs to be told in advance if you’re considering someone, though chances are he’ll notice before you do.

However, the caveat is, the other people are going to need to be someone he knows, and someone he can trust and get along with. So theres not a ton to choose from tbh. Also I think he’d only be cool with two other people at most, he doesn’t love crowds.

Easiest would be deku, shoto, Kirishima, kaminari, and then the rest of the bakusquad, and maybe ochaco.

Also, he’s going to initially want a Vee type of relationship with the reader at the corner of the V. Cause he’s dead set on being not emotionally involved with whoever the other person (people) are beyond their identity.

That will deteriorate immediately after a partner is okay’d by him though. And then he’s going to insist on playing guard dog and being present at every date and other activities.

Bakugo Katsuki: voyeur extraordinaire

When all is said and done I also think he’d be best with a ‘kitchen table’ relationship but for very different reasons than Kiri. Baku baby needs everyone to pull their weight, if you’re part of this relationship you’re also setting the table and taking out the trash and remembering the anniversaries and dealing with holiday bullshit with everyone else.

If he can’t nag the other person whenever he wants then are they really in the relationship? Not in his opinion.

So Kiri is a team player. He’s adaptable but he will default to pampering his partners, cause he’s a giver.

That being said, I personally think Kiri should be spoiled rotten. Marked up to hell and back, somebody fucking him and someone else riding him or sucking him off, he should be delirious with pleasure.

Additionally he’s strong as fuck and that kind of stamina will be invaluable with multiple partners. He’s kinda insatiable so the more people he can please the better his energy is spent.

Bakugo 100% has the stamina and determination to please more than one person, and he’s going to default to bossing everyone around and giving orders. He’s the type to tell one partner if they need to pick up the pace or do something specific to drive the other partner insane.

Loves to have his mouth free so he can appreciate his partners and tell them how hot they look.

“Fuck, he takes it so well, doesn’t he sweetheart? Don’t hold back on the teeth he gets so tight if you rough him up-”

However I love a subby bakugo, so as long as you have a safeword, ganging up on him to push until he’s putty in your hands would be so easy with multiple people. After over half a year of silence I would like to announce that I am still kicking and this blog is still active I just have adhd! also, bakutodo/reader is one of my guilty pleasures tbh so this is longer than I intended bc I’m a slut for relationship dynamics!

I see todoroki as a switch and he’s more laid back than bakugou bc who isnt

so the good news is they rarely gang up on you

actually the only ganging up that happens is in the very beginning when bakugou and his inferiority complex refuse to let you be in charge and you and shouto gotta convince him

You have bakugou choose a safe word, which sounds v kinky v fast but its really bc bakugou is all indignant pride and its easier for him to say “fuck no” than it is to say “fuck yes”. He compulsively sees anything as a challenge, so asking him if he’s okay with something gets a very defensive “I’m not glass fuck off this is nothing” type of response and its hard to tell if he likes something or is just enduring it bc he refuses to back down.

he’s annoyed that you’re making him pick a goddamn safe word but when you offer to leave him to deal with his problem by himself he picks the first non sexual word that comes to mind, which is Grenade

Its not that he’s uncomfortable being dommed (neither you or shouto would ever dream of forcing anyone to do anything sexual outside their comfort zone), his pride just refuses to let him admit that it’s even a possibility

honestly he just acts like a brat, trying to tell you both what to do, grinding on whoever’s nearest even when you told both of them not to move

I feel like you and bakugou working together to break Todoroki is really hot to him personally. Something in there makes it a challenge.

i don’t think people really get how little feedback fanfic authors actually get? like the effort to reaction ratio is so abysmally skewed here that a fic nearly 50,000 words long takes an entire year to amass like. 16 comments. someone reblogged a fic i wrote at 4 am and tagged it with a 5-word compliment and i can’t stop thinking about it, not because it was so nice but because half the time you post a fic you’re going to hear nothing and anything feels like so much

fandom culture is so, so good about giving artists the credit they’re due, but we gotta start doing that for writers too. you’ve got no idea how much people put into their stories and get maybe a handful of reblogs and a dozen-odd kudos. that’s not enough. writing is an endurance sport and y’all need to start giving fic writers a reason to endure it and improve their craft. encourage writers like you encourage artists. reblog fics, leave tags, leave comments, acknowledge that these stories do not just spring into being for your entertainment.

every single damn writer i know feels like half of their readers see them as a machine. that’s gotta change.

So, I know you mentioned Bakugou having hearing aids (I also think he signs) and Kirishima having dyslexia, and I was wondering if you think any other students, or just other characters in general, have other disabilities? Learning or otherwise. I personally don't have any but some of my friends do so I always get excited when they get representation.

so this is gonna be a big authors note!! First off I love this question bc YES I absolutely do hc a lot of the characters having disabilities and a variety of conditions.Also just in general most of the hero course, at least in deku’s grade are gonna have some form of ptsd. Source: near death experiences/fighting for one’s life are classified as traumatic events.

Secondly, the reply got too long bc I started adding headcanons so I’m just gonna do a straight up list. If anyone wants me to elaborate on why I said x thing for x character or my hcs for a certain character just let me kno!

Now for the disclaimers:

If you notice a lot of repetition, I just wanna remind everyone that conditions like adhd and the autism spectrum are SUPER diverse and varied in terms of symptoms. Additionally I wanna add that this is not meant to be a complete list of disorders/mental illnesses/conditions for all of BNHA, this is just what I’m comfortable saying off the top of my head and with my own experiences. The last thing I want to do is perpetuate stereotypes with my knowledge on a condition being entirely from a 10 minute google search. However if any of yall have hcs I didn’t mention I would LOVE to hear them!!

Last thing. I have a cluster B personality disorder so I am NOT simply basing my opinions on personality disorders off of harmful, dehumanizing myths. Having any type of personality disorder does not make a person inherently abusive or dangerous. People with personality disorders aren’t evil manipulative monsters and we aren’t “soft perfect uwu smol beans”. We’re just people. So If I say ‘x character is bipolar’, that doesn’t mean I’m saying that character has [insert negative stereotype here]. It also doesn’t mean everyone with bipolar disorder acts and thinks like the character in question.

I’m so happy you all liked it because honestly the entire thing was completely self indulgent. And yeah, I’m autistic along with having some other conditions/mental illnesses and its hard to tell where one thing ends and another begins, so I was worried I would include stuff thats not part of ADHD.

But yeah I’m always down for adhd hcs! And I’m gonna be real serious for a sec if thats cool.

Like in general I know for a fact that with the way Horikoshi writes the bnha universe, I wouldn't be able to make it as a hero. So I feel like his intended message of, “Yeah no society is ever simple but if you try hard enough anyone can be a hero!” falls so flat from my perspective.

I mean, my entire life people have been telling me “you could do so much if you just try harder!” and the main reason was undiagnosed ADHD made me look “lazy” and like I was “not living up to my potential”. Even though in reality, I was pushing myself to the breaking point. So watching Deku and his classmates push themselves past their breaking points and still be held to higher expectations doesn’t really sell me on the whole “Anyone can be a hero with the right attitude.”

So if you’re still reading this good job bc I’m rambling, but suffice to say I’m sincerely invested in imagining ways for people like me to be able to see themselves in fiction.

Dabi

Great news, Dabi doesn’t give a shit how messy your place is, as long as he can crash on the couch and you’ve got a first aid kit he’s good to go

Its been established that the only date either of you has to remember is each others’ birthdays

dabi noticed you lose shit a lot very early on so, congrats! you have 10 phone chargers just dont ask where he got them

The texture of his scars is actually very good for touch stimming and he’ll never admit how much he adores you running your fingers over the rough skin. he can’t even feel it that much it just means a lot to have someone look at his scars with a look of something besides the usual pity, horror, or disgust.

his favorite thing is sleepy afternoons, laying with his head in your lap, one of your hands playing with his hair and the other stroking over the staples on his chin.

listen its soft dabi hours I don’t make the rules

he’s actually partial to wearing fidget rings just in case you need something to mess with he’ll just hand it over without you having to ask

they would have to be tungsten to ensure it wouldn’t melt if he ended up having to use his fire while having it on (you could possibly get away with titanium depending on how thick and well made the band is).

the point is they fit his aesthetic (”its called the Cool As Shit aesthetic you wouldn’t get it, doll.”

Toga asked if it meant yall were married and Dabi told her to mind her damn business so now shes convinced.

Tomura got bitchy with you once and snapped at you to “just spit it out you talk forever!” and Dabi threw one of spinner’s knives at tomura. It missed him by like half a foot but Dabi was doing that whole posturing thing he does where he’s smirking and everything about him makes it look like he’s mildly amused if a little bored.

but he’s staring right at tomura like he’s daring him to say something else

Dabi is actually very helpful with rejection sensitivity bc he’s very blunt and if he trusts you there’s really no room for misinterpretation when he says smth. he’d also kill for you and he’s mentioned that a few times. Also he’s not the passive aggressive type so there’s no backhanded compliments. Its like pulling teeth to get helpful constructive criticism from him when you actually want it.

plus he’s a pretty laid back guy so if you want to do something like you wanna rant to him abt random shit you read on wikipedia yesterday for no reason? hell yeah he wants to know about Wotjek, the Syrian bear that was a Private in the Polish forces in WW2

“Wait what did shigaraki say we had to do again?” “He said for the plan you have to suck my-” “Dabi, what did he actually say tho?” “....Look we’re just gonna wing it okay I remember like, 90% of it.”

no one has a good sleep schedule so thats absolute solidarity there

Fun fact, Dabi is very good at chess bc he’s a natural strategist but you couldn’t focus long enough to remember the rules or get through a whole game. So now all the pawns have body guards that look suspiciously like the game pieces that went missing from the league’s busted up monopoly game

he’s given up trying to correct you it’s way more entertaining to see what weird rules you come up with anyway.

you have a craving for very specific takeout? he’ll be dramatic but the truth is he has time to swing by that place later he probably knows someone there who owes him a favor anyway.

He has a long mission for the league and he’s gone for a week and when he comes back you forgot to eat all day and you feel gross bc when did you last take a shower and you don’t get a word out of your mouth before he’s shoving a poptart in your mouth before throwing you over his shoulder and carrying you to the shower

“Dabi I can shower on my own.” “Babe we’re saving water its good for the planet and shit.”

Ultimately hes a natural problem solver, if yall are a couple and smth is a problem for you, its gonna end up being a problem for him bc teamwork makes the dream work

actually he just cant sleep if you’re complaining and stomping around the apartment so he’d much rather fix the problem

he’s very good at simplifying tasks. You need to do x thing but you cant? If it’s not absolutely necessary he’s gonna suggest not doing it.

if its some paperwork bullshit like taxes, (first off he’s gonna laugh at you bc “who actually does their taxes, Y/N?”) he’s the type to just do them for you. like he’ll actually do them legit bc depending on what you do for a living you may be the only stable source of income since tomura occasionally fucks off somewhere and Dabi’s paycheck is late. also you might need to bail him out if he’s ever arrested so better safe than sorry

“Doll when was the last time you ate?” “When was the last time YOU ate?” “I asked you first” “I asked you second.”

once you actually went to sleep at a decent time and Dabi still woke you up at 2am bc “Babe I got us waffles” No you don’t know where he got them. No, you’re not about to turn down perfectly good waffles.

really loves to listen to you talk and honestly listens and remembers what you say bc he’s more observant than he lets on

if you’re hyper focusing and haven’t eaten in a while he throws chips at you until you get annoyed enough to get up, and then you realize you’re hungry

He’s absolutely up for watching/helping you do something stupid and impulsive bc he’s an instigator and will absolutely laugh at you. But generally he’s pretty good about making sure you aren’t actually in danger.

like he won’t let you follow through on that dare from toga about doing a smack cam with tomura getting smacked, but he’ll absolutely watch you stand on a banana peel to test if its actually slippery or blow up a flip phone in the leagues microwave

the only blurry part on the line between stupid and dangerous in his mind is if you want to light something on fire

you asked Spinner what some of his swords were made of and he wasn’t sure so you suggested dabi light one on fire to see if he could melt it and figure out the material based on the melting point. Spinner was like?? no??? but Dabi was 300% down for it

his judgement in terms of fire is, slightly clouded.

don’t worry about sleeping late or not having a ton of energy bc without fail Dabi wakes up every morning like he’s hung over, regardless of if he actually did anything last night. its just who he is. No one gets up before noon here.

you’re naturally a night owl and wanna do something or go somewhere during the night? thats actually the best time of day for you guys to go on a romantic walk bc he’s less likely to be recognized

he’s actually a pretty neat person when it comes to cleaning. like yeah he’s lived in some pretty shitty places and he never bothered to clean much bc cleaning those places would probably mean hiring a contractor to check the integrity of the structure.

but if “cleaning” just means not throwing his clothes on the floor and dusting every so often he’s actually up for it. it makes him feel like he’s got a permanent place. like he’s not a wanted criminal. like he belongs somewhere. Its still soft Dabi hours, sorry

he will get you absolutely anything you want and its not important where he got it okay, its the thought that counts

you didn’t hear? cool neither did he.

he loves that you’re filled to the brim with an almost buzzing intensity, the way you tend to talk with your hands, the way you’re always fidgeting, he just loves how full of life you are.

he tends to default to apathy but you always have something to say. At first the constant noise and movement was jarring but you’ve helped bring him out of his shell

he really likes asking you questions, like when people laugh at something he said, he’ll go to you to ask you why, bc you’re no stranger to messing up social situations and he knows you wouldn’t laugh at him

when you start dating Iida is devastated bc between you Deku and Shouto the impulsiveness has literally never been higher

he really likes your impulsiveness though, not just in fights and stuff, he loves waking up to you suggesting you go get cookie dough at 1am on a school night

like is he exhausted the next morning? absolutely but if you hadn’t done that he never would’ve realized that 24/7 convenience stores are truly another plane of existence

theres so many things he’s never done before like why yes, of course he would love to come with you to baby goat yoga. whatever that is.

he pays a lot of attention to what stim toys you prefer, mostly bc he didn’t know what they were before you mentioned them

“Shouto give me your hand, that slime stuff I ordered last week came I wanna see if it really melts”

you and deku and shouto have entire afternoons where you and deku go back and forth coming up with the weirdest quirk questions

he memorizes stuff like its nothing so he’s not sure how to help with studying, its one of those things that’s just intuitive to him so he gets momo to help if he cant explain something to you in a way that you understand

you actually help him get out of his head because you’ll ask for clarification on things he assumes are common knowledge. like in battle he thinks everyone is 3 steps ahead like he is, not realizing he’s just very good at strategizing.

you were the one that he would actually step back and explain certain things to. once he got you up to speed on a situation you would make suggestions that he would never have thought of

by the time you two are dating he’s stopped going off on his own and has realized how important it is that everyone understands the situation, not just people like him deku and momo

He’s had a cleaning person his entire life. In the dorms he made sure everything was pristine and orderly bc he was so used to it being that way. do you know how freeing it is for him to walk into your room and see clutter EVERYWHERE?

you were so sure he was gonna lose it but he’s standing their realizing that holy shit thats an option? like logically he knew it was but his dad would never have allowed that.

you have to immediately stop him from going and trashing his room just to spite his dad even tho that makes no sense

listen he just likes the look of a place that actually seems lived in. Its about the personality thats present in the fact that you have posters all over the walls and your favorite books lying half open on your bed

very punctual so he’s good about reminding you of appointments and deadlines if you want him to

if yall do end up late he handles the excuses by being deadpan and intimidating and no one knows how to respond to that so you get away with it

he lets you braid his hair while he does paperwork and he thinks its really cute that you do it in a way that makes the red and white strands overlap like a candy cane

really loves listening to your theories and explanations of the projects you probably wont finish. he won’t hold you to finishing them at all he just likes the way your mind works

speaking of the way your mind works, you are the only person he fully listens to when they talk. normally he zones everyone out unless he hears key phrases. but no matter how long your tangent is, or how many tangents within tangents you go on, he listens avidly because he can never predict where you're going to go with a topic. hes on the edge of his seat. he has never cared this much about anyone else’s opinions outside of brainstorming during near death experiences.

really curious about your special interests like he thinks its amazing how much you know

“Shouto I realize its 2am but listen- I’ve updated my theory on where the government is keeping the aliens at! Look so area 51 is America’s decoy right-” and his hair is sticking straight up from bedhead and he’s not entirely awake but he’s already got that intrigued look on his face bc he wants to hear your reasoning now.

once you forgot your meds and he panicked bc “Y/N are you gonna die?” and long story short you have one of those colorful daily medication calendar things.

Shouto rarely engages in conversation in groups but he’s started being more attentive when he noticed you tend to get ignored or cut off when your story is going on for a while or you can’t think of the right way to phrase something. So now if anyone cuts you off he’ll either go “What were you saying Y/N?” while staring coldly at the person who cut you off, or if people are ignoring you he’ll look you dead in the eye and nod bc he’s listening and he wants to hear the rest.

if you need something to chew on for stimming he can just randomly make you little pieces of ice to chew on. Aizawa hates this bc it’ll be really quiet and he’ll just hear a loud CRUNCH and the worst part is Shouto had the most snarky poker face in the world and he never seems intimidated by aizawa’s glares

if you like to draw he really enjoys when you draw little patterns and designs on his arm or hands bc his dad hates it so much

If you run late for dinner or the food gets cold he has no problem eating the cold food but he jokes that next time he won’t let you heat yours up

whenever you have trouble starting simple tasks he’ll sit down with you and you’ll do them together. He lives for cute domestic moments like folding laundry together and honestly his presence makes it much less boring.

impulse buying is somehow even more fun when you’re spending Endeavor’s money

Sensory overload? whatever you were going to do is rescheduled or shouto will take care of it. otherwise y'all are gonna nap together for the rest of the day.

he starts putting those little tracking sticker things on anything important (your phone, your license, your keys, your jacket) and if it’s not important enough for a sticker but you lose it anyway he’ll buy you a new one

once you put one of the stickers on his forehead bc “Shouto you forgot the most important thing in my life.” and he was smiling so much he just put his head down on his desk while Bakugou made the loudest gagging noise ever

“Wait shouto can you repeat that?” “I don’t remember what I said tho”

walked in one day and saw you sitting on a table and was so confused he immediately had to try it

when you want to do something impulsive and stupid shouto knows he should stop you but instead... he decided to join you when you announced you were gonna look at constellations and left the house in your slippers, so now you’re BOTH locked out of the house at 3am

bro I’m so happy that my entirely self indulgent headcanon made u feel good like I wasn’t expecting anyone to notice it! also I probably have a character limit for this blog written down somewhere but idc I’m gonna do all of them lmao us ADHD babes can have a little validation, as a treat. I can only fit Hawks and bakugou on this post bc i got excited so I’ll do another post with Dabi and Shouto ^.^

Hawks

“Hey I’m home from hero work, how was your day?” “No idea but I think I had mac n cheese at one point.”

you forgot to do the laundry? its fine he had everything dry cleaned anyway

he LOVES when you pet his feathers, something you do whenever you get the chance bc they’re soft

really early in the relationship you kept getting distracted bc there was a bunch of teeny debris all over his feathers after work one day so ur in this restaurant and you’re trying to listen to his recount of this one fight, you really are, but the messy feathers are BOTHERING YOU so you just start picking stuff out while he’s talking

he kinda stops like “…babe?” and you look up and he’s blushing because he doesn’t just let anyone touch his wings, let alone groom them!! that’s a very intimate and tender gesture and he was not expecting it at all bc people without wings don’t know abt wing social etiquette so they just. don’t touch his wings.

he tried to just clear his throat and play it off like he’s not super flustered but his feathers start puffing up and its over. to this day thats one of his favorite memories.

his schedule is fucked up and the first time he missed dinner and came home at 2am he felt sooo guilty and he was trying to sneak in quietly and not wake you up and he walks in to find you sitting on the counter in pajamas eating hot pockets.

turns out you decided that afternoon that you were gonna Get Ur Life Together and go on a run, ended up getting lost and tired yourself out, came back to the apartment around 4pm and crashed, completely forgetting about dinner, only to wake up around 1am feeling really hungry.

the hours 11pm-3am are officially snack time hours bc both of you will be up and both of you probably missed at least one meal so theres no judgement in this house okay

He’s not gonna bug you about schedules and reminders bc he loves you the way you are and he’s not gonna force you to be as organized as he is, but if you have something important like a doctors appointment he leaves sticky notes all around the apartment in places you normally go

you can’t end up watching netflix for 2 hours and missing the meeting if theres post it notes on the couch and the tv and the remote

if you ask he’d absolutely help you be more organized, after all, he’s the number 2 hero he’s used to having 300+ things to remember

worst case scenario he can hire a cleaning person and even get you your own assistant or something bc he’s loaded

he actually tends to pick up after you anyway (just the big stuff) because if he trips he has this habit of instinctively steadying himself with his wings and his apartment is big enough to avoid his wings hitting the walls but depending on where you are he might hit you and that would hurt

also if you leave cups and water bottles on tables or counters he’s gonna move those too just in case he accidentally knocks them over and suddenly you both have to clean 5 cups of cold tea and half a gallon of water off the floor

Bakugou

Y’all kinda got off to a bad start (bc idk abt yall but my adhd ass has never had a good grade in my life bc I hate busywork)

He called you a dumbass

you were like

but like impulsiveness so you ended up actually going off on him.

Kirishima made him apologize but Bakugou didn’t get what the big deal was until he started helping Kiri study (I hc kirishima has a learning disability as well)

instead of apologizing again (bc its bakugou) he ends up picking up whatever random things you leave in the classroom (35 pencils and counting, 5 hair ties, an eraser, the replacement eraser, the cover for your calculator, your chap stick, the list goes on) so when you inevitably go “Shit I lost my-” he just hands it to you like “stop leaving shit everywhere”

that little habit carries over even when you start dating each other

he has a bunch of nicknames for you that don’t involve any comment on your intelligence, but are still rude as ever as per the usual bakugou style

at first he was very anti-pda and he still is to a point. but in the beginning he would only hold hands occasionally, but that left you needing to fidget and honestly if he has to listen to you tapping your foot or a pencil for one more minute he’s gonna kill someone so he starts letting you play with on of his hands as long as he doesn’t need it (“Just be quiet about it kay?”)

he also is more relaxed about letting you cuddle as long as you keep it casual. he’ll also give you his keys to mess with as long as its not obnoxious and eventually for your birthday he gets you stim toys.

if he’s invited to some hero gala or has to do interviews and be nice for some stupid 3 hour event and is in costume he’ll let you mess with one of his gauntlets

he taught you how to use it a while ago in case you ever needed to so he trusts you not to act like a curious toddler and blow the venue up while he talks to the cameras

Please play with his hair as long as yall are alone

he’s a pretty quiet person when he’s comfortable around someone, so he’s a really good listener. He may not seem like it but he loves hearing you ramble about any special interests you have because the way your face lights up makes him feel all sappy inside

his favorite way to spend a day off is with him experimenting with a new recipe while you ramble about anything you can think of.

he knows he’s not the best teacher when it comes to studying so he’d probably recommend you work with momo or iida bc h doesn’t wanna lose his temper with you

but if you need help staying organized, he’s got that on lock alright

he’s a neat freak and will not be able to live with a messy house

if you’re unable to keep things reasonably organized so he doesn’t get a headache walking in the door you’re gonna have a room thats your designated project room where you can go nuts and leave things on the floor and he’s not allowed to say a damn thing

anywhere else though is fair game and he WILL pick up after you meticulously.

if you need movie subtitles on everything you’re in luck because I stubbornly maintain the idea of Bakugou with hearing aids. most times he actually keeps the hearing aids in anyway because he likes to hear you ramble about the movie while he reads the subtitles
