Rémy Pelletier (François Civil – Le avventure galanti del Giovane Molière, Noi insieme adesso), che ha un lavoro non qualificato e Mélanie Brunet (Ana Girardot – Les Revenants, Escobar), ricercatrice scientifica, sono vicini di casa ma sono talmente presi da mille cose, da non accorgersi, per molto tempo, l’uno dell’altra.

Questo nonostante vadano a fare la spesa nello stesso bazar multietnico gestito da Mansour (Simon Abkarian – Casino Royale, Notre-Dame la part du feu).

E arrivano persino a condividere un delizioso micetto bianco, ovviamente l’uno all’insaputa dell’altro

Abbiamo dunque ritrovato il nerd Nathan, la geniale Nora (la magnifica #andyallo), la fidanzata ingombrante Ingrid, l’amico fraterno Luke, il misterioso miliardario David Choak ( il mitico #williambdavis) e molti altri.

#nathanbrown ha il volto amabile e carismatico di #robbieamell , conosciuto ai più per il delizioso “#vitadagatto ”, il ruolo di #firestorm in “#theflash ” (beh, una sua metà…) e il revival di #xfiles , oltre ad essere cugino del celebre #stephenamell , protagonista della serie cult #arrow .

Qualcuno si è lamentato che Upload sta perdendo il suo lato comedy, per virare più sul dramma, oltretutto per “seguire una trama orizzontale che prima non c’era”…

Bother for everything - Depression

Have you ever had a time when you feel annoyed about everything?

Even for the things you love?

I get a stomachache if I hear the TV on.

I get a stomach ache if I hear about politics, information, sports, films, series, literature.

Also of movies, series and books that I love.

It is as if everything seems empty, empty, repetitive and useless.

This depression is pulling me down like I didn't think I was.

I contacted the local social psychiatric center but it will take almost a month for the first session.

Meanwhile I write, write, write.

Only on Star Wars, Luke Skywalker and the first sacred trilogy, which right now, I wish it had remained almost unique, at most the prequels had to come out, Rogue One and Clone Wars.

I know it's crazy.

It's the only thing that makes me a bit serene and makes me feel good.

It's like it helps me in a kind of self-analysis.

Unfortunately I can't do anything else.

I'm waiting for something, I don't know.

Mi prende mal di stomaco se sento la tv accesa.

Mi prende mal di stomaco se sento parlare di politica, informazione, sport, film, serie, letteratura.

Anche di film, serie e libri che amo.

E' come se mi sembrasse tutto vacuo, vuoto, ripetitivo e inutile.

Questa depressione mi sta buttando giù come non pensavo di stare.

Mi sono rivolta al cps locale ma ci vorrà quasi un mese per la prima seduta.

Intanto scrivo, scrivo, scrivo.

Solo su Star Wars, Luke Skywalker e la prima sacra trilogia, che ora come ora, vorrei fosse rimasta quasi unica, al massimo dovevano uscire i prequel, Rogue One e Clone Wars.

Lo so è folle.

E' l'unica cosa che mi rende un minimo serena e mi fa star bene.

E' come se mi aiutasse in una sorta di autoanalisi.

Purtroppo non posso fare altro.

Resto in attesa di qualcosa, non so.

Luke Skywalker is my hero for 37 years  he will always be my hero

Mark Hamill was my first crush celebrity and he will always be my hero.

In my opinion the only other actor who can play Luke as an adult is Sebastian Stan. This is my photomontage today.

On the left Sebastian Stan during the Wizard World Philadelphia 2014, on the right Mark Hamill, in the role of Luke Skywalker, in one of the scenes I love most of the return of the jedi, when he says to his father: "I will not fight you Father".

This sentence is then said by two Captain American. By Steve Roger to Bucky in Winter Woldier and by Sam Wilson to Karlie in Falcon and Winter Soldier

Luke Skywalker è il mio eroe da 37 anni e lo sarà sempre.

Secondo me l'unico altro attore che può fare Luke da adulto è Sebastian Stan.

For months now, after the end of the second season of The Mandalorian, rumors have been suggested for a series on Luke Skywalker and the probable re-canonization of Mara Jade, who will certainly change her name and part of the background but will be Mrs. Skywalker.

It's not just a matter of fixing things, as Lucas and the fandom wants, but pure marketing.

Let's admit that nothing sells as much as the characters from the first trilogy.

There are some characters that come close as sales, like the characters of the prequels or Ahsoka, Mando and Grogu but the characters of the sequels don’t sell as much as the first, yes also Kylo Ren.

The Legend, despite having a tenth of the publicity that the sequels have had, sells, which is why they are making several characters come back.

Now leaving out who I want, that who wants the rest of fandom (Sebastian Stan) for Luke's recasting, I find those fans really depressing who insist with the story that similarity doesn’t matter, only skill counts and down to ask for ugly actors to do Luke.

When, on the other hand, they obviously want the most beautiful actress to play Leia, they even proposed Maggie Gyllenhaal and not an ugly talented actress (Gyllenhaal would be fine for me but I would prefer Billie Lourd).

There is obviously not enough talent.

It serves to tickle the hormones of the little men.

While those of women for God's sake, sacrilege.

Just as it would be a sacrilege to satisfy the collective imagination of the fandom and not.

I don't know what world these few idiots live in but in the real world, Luke has inspired a lot of characters both in the cinema, and in the TV series (see the modern version of Doctor Who or Peter Bishop of Fringe), and in literature.

On the latter, let me not be told that” the shadow of the wind” of Zafon doesn’t trace, in the Daniel / Julian relationship, in part, the Luke / Anakin relationship, which I am going to laugh at Zafon's grave.

20 years ago I read it at the suggestion of a friend of mine who immediately told me:

"It goes without saying that the Luke / Anakin relationship is resuming."

In fact, halfway through the book I realized who was who.

You fooled me once, don't fool me anymore.

All this to say that a non-resembling actor would be just another character inspired by Luke and not Luke himself.

For them to take whoever they want, as long as they look like Mark Hamill, both in talent and in beauty.

Da mesi ormai, dopo la fine della seconda stagione di The Mandalorian, si suggeguono voci per una serie su Luke Skywalker e la probabile ricanonizzazione di Mara Jade, che sicuramente cambierà nome e parte del background ma sarà la signora Skywalker. 

Non è solo una questione di sistemare le cose, come vuole Lucas e il fandom, quanto puro marketing. 

Ammettiamo che niente vende quanto i personaggi della prima trilogia. 

C'è qualche personaggio che si avvicina come vendite, tipo i personaggi dei prequel oppure Ahsoka, Mando e Grogu ma i personaggi dei sequel non vendono quanto i primi, sì manco Kylo Ren. 

Il Legend, pur avendo un decimo della pubblicità che hanno avuto i sequel, vende, ecco perché stanno facendo tornare in auge diversi personaggi. Ora tralasciando su chi voglio io, che è poi chi vuole il resto del fandom (Sebastian Stan) per il recasting di Luke, trovo veramente deprimenti quei fan che insistano con la storiella che la somiglianza non conta, conta solo la bravura e giù a chiedere degli attori cessi per fare Luke.

Quando invece per fare Leia ovviamente vogliono le più belle, addirittura hanno proposto Maggie Gyllenhaal  e non un’attrice bruttina di talento (a me andrebbe bene la Gyllenhaal eh ma preferirei Billie Lourd).

Lì evidentemente il talento non basta.

Serve solleticare  gli ormoni degli ometti.

Mentre quelli delle donne per carità di Dio, sacrilegio.

Così come sarebbe un sacrilegio accontentare l'immaginario collettivo del fandom e non.

Non so in che mondo vivano codesti pochi imbecilli ma nel mondo reale, Luke ha ispirato una marea di personaggi sia al cinema, che nelle serie tv (vedere la versione moderna di Doctor Who oppure Peter Bishop di Fringe), che in letteratura. 

Su quest'ultima che non mi si venga a dire che l'ombra del vento di Zafon non ricalchi, nel rapporto Daniel/Julian, in parte, il rapporto Luke/Anakin, che vado a ridere sulla tomba di Zafon.

20 anni fa lo lessi su suggerimento di una mia amica che mi disse subito:

"Va che è palese che riprende il rapporto Luke/Anakin".

Infatti a metà libro avevo capito chi era chi.

Mi avete fregato una volta, non mi fregate più. 

Tutto questo per dire che un attore non somigliante sarebbe solo l'ennesimo personaggio ispirato a Luke e non Luke stesso.

Che prendano chi vogliono basta che sia somigliante a Mark Hamill, sia come talento che come bellezza.
