Here comes a conveniently placed ad for a mansion with cheap ass rent. Here's the catch: roommates. You move in with a bunch of really nice skeletons! And hey! Turns out they are fans of your music (but in a cool, nice sort of way). You get along with them, not knowing that they are all very dangerous hitmen. But they won't hurt you, no worries! They're your biggest fans!

Wild West au:
You're a no bullshit sheriff of your small hometown, and your folks have recently been getting terrorized by some masked hooligans! You've heard they were a dangerous bunch, and they've been known to stage some robberies. Now they're here to bother the old rich man on the edge of town. Of course, you lowkey don't like him cause he's sexist, but it's your job, so here you go.
Right when you get to that coot's house, they would all just scamper off like they had never been there. Tired after a long day, you hop by the bar to visit your old pal Sans, the bartender. You guys talk about everything, and he's pretty transparent about his life. What he won't tell you about is the little gang he runs. That same gang that's been harassing your little town.
This is given me Romcom, like a villain flirting with a hero type beat.
Demons au:
Why is there a glowing red pentagon in the middle of your room? AND WHY IS IT GLOWING!?
Your good friend, a pursuer of science, decided that they wanted to test if demons were real or not. In order to do that, they needed to test out an old crusty book they found in the back of an antique store. And what better place to do it than your living room floor. You, being the nice friend you are, supervised them and gave them a drop of your blood (cause your friend is anemic 😔) and BAM. Skeleton demons in your fucking house.
They are insufferable at first, but they eventually grow on you. So much so that they start getting hella clingy...
This is given me slice of life. Keep it emotional though 👍

Okay, so the problem w/ this is that I have way too many ideas for this one. But let me get this clear: in all of these ideas, the skellies are mobsters.
1: Y/N is a ring fighter that used to beat the living shit out of people for rich people entertained. They used to be the skelly gang's top fighter but stopped (moral reasons, a kid, injury, family, etc) and no longer affiliates w/ the family.
Hold up! There's another fight coming up, and Sans really needs to win this one, and who else to call but you?
This one's allota hurt, misunderstanding, bad communication. Angst and sad back stories galore.
2: You save this gloopy lookin skeleton man from getting hit by a bus, AND NOW HE WANTS YOU TO INHERIT HIS CRIME ORGANIZATION!? You politely refuse (cause you have no idea how to run one of those), and so he suggests you pick one of his many sons to pick up his legacy. Now you got hot skellies flirting, threatening, and bargaining with you to choose one of them. You might just snatch that title outa spite....
Romcom again. Flirty, fun, dramatic. All the jazz.
3: Alright this one hella self indulgent.
You're the only child of a nefarious crime lord, and they appoint their best men as your body guards. They body guards being hot skeleton men. Oh hey! They also like you romantically cause, who tf wouldn't??? You're so segsy and amazing 🥰. Thas all I got though, no plot.
This one's giving me elegant romance. HELLA ELEGENT 😡. Kinda the same vibe as my hotel au.
Reincarnation au:
This one is essentially a rip off of those "villianess reincarnates in a dating sim/romance novel" mangas/manhwas.
Y/N was just a regular person who got hit by a bus and given a second chance at life. Surprise, surprise! They got reincarnated into a novel where the skellies are royality and all fight for the affections of an MC. Unfortunately, Y/N got reincarnated as a villain instead of literally anyone else. Yah know what else? The villian dies in the end! Wahoo!
In order to prevent this terrible end, you pull a few strings to make sure you're alive at the end of the day. But hazzah, the main characters are inescapable, and now their affections are geared towards you!
This one is a lot of romcom stuff.

I love the way you build so much! Do you have any tips for incorporating color? I tend to use a lot of beiges in my builds and even though they look nice,it’s starting to get repetitive when I’m decorating new lots! Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated ☺️
I get ya, I tend to trip into a lotta my own repetitiveness when it comes to builds too, which is a lotta the reason why I tried to challenge myself with Yan and Marco’s house, since my usual builds tend to lean more into an either colorful, moody, or grungy mess.
Either way, I still try to stick with a palette, so whether a build is more classic, modern or contemporary I’ll usually try to match all the wood grains, and stone accents, no matter what, usually something to compliment the actual colors and tones I wanna use.
Lighting can also be a huge factor in what I choose, I originally wanted to go for lighter more muted wood tones for the Garden House, but with all of the windows and candles being the major lighting sources, I ultimately chose a yellower wood to “soak” in the warm light.
For colors, the main ones I stuck to were greens, whites, and terracotta oranges. For the children’s rooms however, it’s kinda unavoidable to lean to more garish colors, as a lotta toys tend to come only in these tones, and tbh I prefer it that way? Since I’m not all too into a child’s room looking too beige, still, it’s likely they’ll come in the typical “red, blue, yellow” or “purple, aqua, teal” combos a lotta irl toys do, so due to the mixes of mints and citrus colors already present in Mag’s nursery, I stuck with the latter.
Treating rooms, and even bathrooms in a house as separate entities really creates a more lived in home. Cohesiveness throughout is cool and all, and certainly looks good in a mansion or an estate that was likely built to look more like a compound or a museum than a home, but a house where every room feels like you’re experiencing the life of the person inhabiting it is a lot more fun.
For example:

… and this room exist in the same exact build.
Isa loves bright sunny pastels, and that being a contrast of the more moody look her uncle prefers shows they’ve got their own styles, and respect each other’s personal spaces.
So go and throw in a few cobwebs and wall holes in that laundry room no one likes to go into bc the water heater makes creepy noises, inside your otherwise pristine beige build!
The surroundings of your sims are as much characters as your sims are, treat them as such.

TS4 Lepacy Challenge (or how TS4 finally got me) pt.2
Gen 9: Vampires + Vintage Glamour stuff
This generation was really, really boring! I'm not into the supernatural theme, so...
Forgotten Hollow is tiny, but it's kinda cool for certain sims (great for photos and storytelling).
The sim was a real sweetheart, and just because of that, I didn't skip this generation. He was an apprentice to Count Vladislaus Straud, met a girl in Windenburg, found the cure for vampirism, and had a daughter with her. He had a butler and lived in a luxurious house.
Gen 10: Parenthood + Movie Hangout, Kids Room & Toddler stuffs
Babies, babies, and more babies. This girl had a HUGE family! And I tried to follow everything that was asked for in this generation.
She married young and had only one love her entire life. She had as many children as she desired, adopted a child, and kept a super well-tended and beautiful garden.
This expansion pack is really cute and adds a lot of depth to the relationship between parents and children. It was fun taking care of so many kids, but exhausting! She lived in Newcrest since there wasn't a city requirement.
Gen 11: Cats & Dogs + Laundry Day & My First Pet stuff
In this generation, I ended up getting more attached to the couple's youngest daughter. She was "different," you know how it is.
She was all about animals, ran her own vet clinic and worked hard every day. She had a house full of cute kitties and adopted a little girl.
Brindleton Bay is simply amazing! I spent a lot of time exploring the town. The pets expansion is also adorable, and I think it's my favorite of all the game's generations (I hardly ever played with pets in TS2 and TS3 because I found it too much work).
(Looks like someone finally got Reshade!)
In this generation, I started feeling like taking pictures again, maybe to post them here someday. It's hard to get back :(
Gen 12: Jungle Adventure
I took so many screenshots in this generation, but they just disappeared. I don't know what I did wrong =(
She was a journalist and explorer. Explored a lot of Selvadorada and wrote books about her travels.
Selvadorada is beautiful, but BORING! It was a short generation because I couldn't handle it anymore.
I really loved her, but I lost her to an exploration curse.
Gen 13: Seasons + Spooky & Backyard stuff
My long-awaited Seasons expansion! It was such a cute generation!
He reached the top of the gardening career, tended to his garden, and followed all the holiday traditions. He had a little daughter who was a scout. They lived a quiet life in Brindleton Bay.
He tried to make up for everything his mom missed out on because she was always traveling. But they had a good relationship until the end.
Gen 14: Get Famous (Part 1)
OMG, I never thought I'd have such a blast with this expansion! It turned out to be one of the longest ones 'cause I turned off aging in the game.
Del Sol Valley is beautiful but small. Again! I think that's one of the few downsides of TS4 cities. There's very little space for lots. I had so many ideas for this city...
The expansion is really fun, the acting career is well-developed, and it was quite challenging to become a celebrity! I loved all the games, parties, and schemes she had to pull off to truly be considered a star. But most of all, the hard work. I maxed out all the necessary skills.
She was perfect! She was the boss! Rich, famous, choosing who she wanted to be with and how. After a while, her job was just being beautiful, hitting the gym, and dodging the paparazzi.
The only one not vibing with all this was her daughter, who went nuts.

What’s your favorite Sims death?
When they get squished by a satellite while cloud or stargazing, although getting eaten by a cowplant is the runner up.
Alpha CC or Maxis Match?
I have no coherent style. If it's pretty and I like it, I use it. I typically like to keep it more cartoony and away from the uncanny photoskinned stuff, though. That legitimately scares me. ૮₍˶Ó﹏Ò ⑅₎ა
Do you cheat your sims weight?
No, but fitness is important to me personally IRL due to mental health benefits, so I like to keep them healthy too.
Do you move objects?
Totally, all the rugs, curtains and blinds have to be perfectly centered.
Favorite Mod?
My favorite gameplay mod is this one but the one that has saved my sanity is this one. I don't use any adult-oriented mods, I even leave the censors on TBH- I have no desire to see pixel butt.
First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack?
My first game was The Sims 2 base game! The big one, with the four discs. I still have it, actually.
Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing?

I'm a big D&D nerd, so I made one of my characters as a sim. He's a dryad and his name is Wisteria Vines. I'll be re-uploading him soon. :3

Yes, she is always friends with all of her neighbors, but I'm going to be doing a legacy with her for the first time soon since I've never done that. ^^;'

Blond, it's so pretty!

I really love the vampire/countess hair from NIghtlife, but I use a mod/replacement to remove the headpiece. Before that, it was the hair that Angela and Lilith start the game with.
Favorite life stage?
Toddlers, I love kids! I'd have some real ones if I could.
Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay?
I love building and giving the houses as much detail as possible with just Maxis items, but I really love the raising multiple generations aspect too, so both.
Are you a CC creator?
Yes, but only recently. I prefer making Sims characters for other people to play with but I also really enjoy making eyes, I just love eyes in general. They are the windows to the soul, after all!
Do you have any Simblr friends or a Sim Squad?
I have a couple of Sims friends! I actually met my longtime online friend @littleballerina through The Sims 2 when we were in middle school. We've been friends for 16 years this year. @furbyq is pretty cool, too! I'm up for making more Sims friends as long as they don't act creepy. :P
Do you have any sims merch?
Nope. I'm hoping to change that, but I don't want people to think I like The Sims 4 LOL. Gross!
Do you have a YouTube for sims?
Err, kinda? I plan to just put a bunch of game-related (Animal Crossing, Life is Strange, Sally Face, Undertale, yada, yada...) junk on it. I plan to make Jaydee-esque Sims music videos over the winter because it'll be freezing this year. I haven't posted anything yet, though. T^T
How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing?
Just a little bit, I went from entirely out-of-the-box-vanilla to vanilla with sprinkles and now my Sims look kinda like they're from Silent Hill 2 or something. I'm pretty sure James Sunderland is actually running around in the townie pool somewhere.

Ok, this is the post where i'm going to get potentially stupid and sinful (for tumblr) and mix politics and fandom. and it might suck. Obviously we don't live in a world with this brand of supernatural shit, this is just a metaphor, an you're welcome to say 'this is a bad metaphor" and disregard it, or argue, or argue about any other aspect of it. And in a sense i think this works because The Magnus Archives is about fear and all that icky shit. So maybe it only works that far. So if you've listened to TMA...

but basically, this is an interesting discussion, but there's a lot of fraught bs going on, elsewhere in the chain - and a lot of it is basically ok, it's argument.
ok, this is kinda falling apart here, i'll try to put it back together. I'm seeing at least two threads here.
first part: somewhere along the reblog chain there's bringing up the idea that some people may just be seeing their culture as "default" and "less religious" and therefore "less scary" and other cultures as "less familar" "more religious" and "scary" which is - sort of a good point in many cases. there's a rather neat sounding line about "the call to prayer sounding unfamiliar, but the sound of church bells sounding as comforting background noise" cool, or semi-cool. and genuinely well said. but then it connects it to "being privileged which... ehhh. that's when things get dicy.
but i'll be coming back to that way later.
Ok, back to the magnus archives.
Thinking about Gerry Keay and Agnes Montague.
Thinking about Jared Hopworth and Mike Crew and Jon Sims.
Like the fire, the lighters, all that jazz. Like i think it can be easy to wonder why would anyone talk about leaving families, communities, books behind except as an act of coercion. "why would anyone burn a book?" "why would anyone burn a house?" "why would anyone leave a family or community unless it's some sort of forced plot?" but what if you grew up in Mary Keay's library? Or in Hilltop House? Would you walk in then? Would you find a volume to burn?
Likewise, i don't find the boneturner's tale and ex altiora frightening. I bet Jared hopworth doesn't mind the boneturner's tale too much I bet mike crew enjoys ex altiora. The statements, properly organized hepl people research, understand, and hunt down problems, and help keep Gertrude Robinson and Jon Sims going more viscerally.
But you might say, that's a fucked up implication because those are all monsters. and separately from being monsters, they all hurt people. Which, fair. But it's a metaphor, and maybe a bad one. And plus we all sort of like them. Jon, yes, gertrude, michael, helen, mike crew - maybe. And as above, Agnes? also a monster. and Gerry - hopped up on so much weird shit, just dripping with Eyes, so whatever. If we respect them, we might be able to extend that.
But basically all the above have reasons to team up when Fucked UP shit is about to go down, no one likes the Eternal Circus of The Extinction. We've seen it work.
Anyway, there's reasons not everyone is gonna like the web or the desolation or whatever, there's reasons why people don't like being infested with bad community and oppositely why people aren't gonnal like the idea of the stuff they like going away - and why they'd fear it's burning, even when it's not particularly likely to happen at that exact moment, because fear goes deep like that.
So in my ideal world, all the cosmopolitan atheists can go watch MAG 169: Fire Escape (which tbf, i almost couldn't watch straight through because it shows a deep connection and comfort that at this point I cannot have, except in little bits hedged about with nomadism and desolation. - but it's good!)
And all the people who have found a tradition they like can go listen to MAG 4: Page Turner and MAG 59: Recluse and MAG: 67 Burning Desire
And both could listen to Scrutiny, ig.
But anyway, like, even normies don't always like dumbshit hegemony. atheists and agnostics and freethinkers wouldn't benefit from more normative religiosity, and neither do members of minority religions. even normies and christians hate jacked up abortion bans, and even if they don't hate them they can still suffer under them.
In any case, i remember the messed up stuff i saw, and am getting away from. and it's mostly bad atheist shit. so sometimes atheists raise my hackles up, but i suspect now that's because i'm my own kind of "off". we probably don't want to hear from eachother all that much.

but anyway, back to the beginning. sometimes people fear cute little bugs because they aren't familiar. there's cute little bugs everywhere and they're mostly harmless, and they're even there being cute in horror movies. But if someone's afraid of fire, or someone's taking a flamethrower to cute little bugs, sometimes it's because they're "privileged" and never went camping or out of bug spray or had a cockroach in their house. But they could have seen fucking Jane Prentiss or have lived at Hilltop House. And assuming things can be ok in most circumstances until it gets really fucking weird.
And this is the fucking weird everybody's hurt website.
and none of this makes hurting bugs ok - but it does require A Different Response, JFC.
Most of the time, the people who have the most reason to hate and fear church bells are the ones who grew up hearing them. And the ones who fear the call to prayer may have grown up hearing it. And there's a separate issue of what it's ok or not ok to do about that.

Ok stepping down from the metaphor, holy hell the assumptions. And the republican agenda now sucks.
But basically when some hardcore "burn the past" type on here calls something "surface level fun" it's basically a compliment - though you may disagree or find the worldview twisted. because the "deeper than surface level stuff" in their experience is always UGLY. Likewise when someone speaks of "culture" and "underpinnings to everything" they can be talking about something that's been genuinely nice to them.
But it's gonna be hard to work together, if it's even worth it, because like, when you hear "of course people are going to leave their communities and families" if you have a nice place - there's a history of forced removal and so that's gonna bring up some very ugly questions about "WHY they would leave". But if you've been in a rough circumtance, "the second the door opens, people will walk out, and resources open that door" will make sense because you walked out. And people going "of course the Suffering is worth it for our stability and continuation." is gonna sound SUS as hell, because.... that's also what every sketchy relationship on the fucking earth is justified by. But sometimes it's more a matter of a minor suffering for something wanted. etc.
But there is a reason that if we ever do form an Atheist - Theist alliance (and given they're ok with dumb insular in-jokes) i'd like it to be called
Leitners & Lighters
or the Gerry Keay and Mike Crew society.

You wanna hear about my sims?!?! Okay 🥹
A few days before my birthday, I had ordered this game called Sims Life Stories off Ebay and I've been playing it since it arrived on my birthday. It was actually the game that got me into the Sims franchise cause back during the Sims 2 era, they used to make these cool little side games for the series that centered around a specific family and had plotlines you had to follow?? So when I was a kid my dad had gotten a trial version of this game in the mail, and I LOVED IT, but I never got to experience the full storyline cause it was just a trial. Now that I've got my own money I'm playing the full game 😎 The character is named Riley and you basically help her get oriented after moving to a new city to live w her aunt. There's lots of drama and love triangles and rivlries and idk it just been so much fun reliving these old sims 2 memories. The game was soooo much richer back then
As for my main sims game, I have this family in the sims 4 where I'm on theirrr 3rd generation rn? 🤔 These hoes are messy tho so like the story started out with the original mom having toddler triplets with an unknown baby daddy, and she moved to a new apartment to start fresh. Across form her there was a cute young couple and she REALLY started liking the neighbor girl's boyfriend? Husband? Idk. So she ended up seducing him and she got pregnant with his twins and kinda ended up wrecking their marriage 😅 AND THEN I FOUND OUT THAT THE EX WAS PREGNANT TOO and I just felt so bad. But whatever.
So they got married, they had 5 kids, the mom started working in like a PR agent track and she got super famous. I forgot what the dad does but he got super famous, too. One of their daughters got famous as a teenager cause she was a musical prodigy as a kid and she started writing music as a teen, so now shes a celebrity musician.
Growing up, her triplet brother was her best friend in the whole world. The only other person she was as close to was a neighbor boy in the apartment complex down the street from her, and the three of them all became super great friends from childhood. As teenagers, she had started dating the neighbor boy and basically as soon as they turned into adults she got pregnant (with triplets. again.) and they got married.
Well. Her husband started staying out super late and acting really suspicious, and she was starting to feel super sad and anxious about it, so she went to her brother's house to vent to him and lean on him for comfort and support. And guess what she found as soon as she walked into the house.
Her husband—the love of her life, the father of her 3 kids—and her brother—her best friend in the whole world, her one true confidant—were there, making out on the couch RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER 🤨🤨🤨
So she beat her brother's ass and divorced her husband on the spot and now she doesn't talk to either of them. She's doing good now tho, she found an artist dude who she married and had kids with. I'm actually in the middle of building them a new home but eugh...I hate building...
Anyways now I'm focusing on tending to her kids and priming one of them to be my new main character once she ages up to young adulthood. She's gonna be a lesbian who meets her future wife in college 🥹🥹 and they're gonna have a cute little farm together.
So yeah! That's all the games that I'm actively playing rn. I could tell you about my other long, crazy generational one that I stopped, but we'd be here forever if I did :P

fiona is from nyc born & raised ! she’s a pretty big trust fund baby but had a falling out with her parents during college. she was ultimately cut off completely and basically had to learn life skills at the age of twenty one. she was on her own , without her parents trying to live her life and let’s just say it got pretty funny. once she needed to find a new income she decided to work for the place she was basically always at - the championship vinyl. as time went on her relationship with the owners ( an older couple ) became stronger. they both easily became a parental figure to fiona and she basically owed who she was to them ! as of recent the owners wanted to expand the shop across the nation to seattle. Welcome back to the Chill Valicer Save, where we have reached Summer Sunday! And while today was, unfortunately, one of those days where it was rather hard to get my Sims to do what I wanted them to do (and the save file once again started showing its age), I did in fact get their new snack stand off the ground, among other things –
-->Started with Victor snoozing away in bed, Alice sitting at her computer, and Smiler working on a mechanism in the middle of the night, as they do. I was going to have Alice resume the mystery book she was working on previously (“Who Stole The Tarts?”), but then noticed a specter bopping around in the hallway just outside her and Victor’s bedroom door and decided to see if she could appease it. She thus went out and offered it some aubergine (aka eggplant) conserve – which was accepted, happily! :D The specter left her some wraith wax, and I prepared to have her go get a little bit more sleep (after soothing Shock nearby, who hadn’t liked the appearance of the specter) while Smiler came up to their room to do some upgrades on their streaming drone (namely make it hardier with better parts) –
Aaaand immediately the house started making spooky noises. Waking Victor and Alice up and distracting Smiler from their upgrades. I thus was like “okay, maybe it’s time to do a ceremony and see if we can calm things down a bit around here” and tried to set up one with Victor –
-->Only for him to lose the plot when Temperance basically spawned INSIDE him next to the bed. *sigh* I canceled out the interaction for Smiler and Alice, then reset it up with all of them once I’d taken out Victor’s personal bizarre idol and put it on the side table under the window to scare her away. Yet again. *huffs* Temperance, you’re getting to be ALMOST as annoying as Guidry here. Almost.
-->Anyway – as Temperance proceeded to have a bad time with the bizarre idol, I had Victor lead Smiler and Alice in a group ceremony to increase the spiritual serenity of the house. Everything went very well (and looked very cool with all their crystals and magical stuff in the background), and by the end, not only was the serenity of the house increased, Victor had leveled his Medium skill to level 4, and Smiler theirs to level 2! :D I was very happy with that result and promptly sent Victor and Alice back to bed, and Smiler back to their room to upgrade their drone –
Only for a specter to appear in Smiler’s bedroom RIGHT NEXT to the drone, distracting them with sprinkles. And for Surprise to start yowling outside Victor and Alice’s bedroom to wake Victor up. And then the house to make MORE creepy noises, waking Alice up too. *facepalm* So the ceremony kinda did jack shit. I had Smiler grab their drone and fly down to the crafting barn to do the upgrades AWAY from any further supernatural distraction, while Victor lectured Surprise and FINALLY got the cat to understand she shouldn’t wake up Sims before using the toilet and FINALLY going and getting a bit more sleep with Alice. *sigh* This house sometimes, I swear...
-->Anyway – I sped up time for a little bit, letting Smiler do their upgrades and Alice and Victor sleep...then noticed Shock clawing one of the living room chairs and had Alice (now full energy, at least) wake up and run downstairs to tell her not to do that. The cat wasn’t sure why she was being lectured, but at least she stopped! Seeing that Alice was burning with Fury and also hungry, I then had her transform into her werewolf form and go out for a hunt –
And briefly encountered a weird bug where my game didn’t have sound for maybe half a minute. O.o I’m not sure what caused it, unfortunately – it happened a couple more times while on the home lot this morning, but then stopped once I got the gang out and about in Brindleton Bay. Could just be random Sims weirdness, could be a sign that this save file is on its way out. Not sure which, but something to look out for in future, I guess.

I lied. Not that it matters. The only person I’m lying to is myself, kinda.
It’s my public diary. I can write what I want. No one who I see day to day will see this. Hell, the only person who’s seen this is A, and he doesn’t even have Tumblr.
The pomegranate poetry trend has kinda been dying down- pomegranates are my favorite fruit, so I was really happy to see I could share my love of them with people. Favorite part was the initial crunch before the juice rushed into your mouth- they felt like I was eating jewels. Which is honestly kind of a cool thought, if you think about it. Eventually the flavor starts to get weird on my tongue, though-
Did you know that Shirley Temples don’t actually have a cherry flavoring to them? I think that might be common knowledge, but I like sharing, so I’ll say my thoughts anyways. No one’s reading this, anyways- it doesn’t matter.
Grenadine, the only flavoring in a Shirley Temple besides Sprite, is usually only made out of pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice. My mom used to work at this little club area near our house- the guy who worked down near the bar was kinda cute, though that’s more so just a thought than a crush. Used to get a bunch of Shirley Temples down there- my mom once had me fork over some money to tip him for putting up with me, so I gave her like- $10. I’m aware I’m a handful. I don’t think anyone should have to be put through that- I ramble too much. I overshare. I need to keep my lips sealed for once in my life.
I kind of got side tracked from the thought I was trying to share. Pomegranate poetry never really struck a cord with me, unfortunately- it felt a little forced. A lot of the poetry I find on things like tiktok feels forced. Pinterest, on the other hand-

It’s so simple. I feel like we’re always looking for that answer, and it’s just there. The problem is- I don’t really know what my answer to that statement is. It’s not like I want to, but what reason do I really have? My hobbies have been starting to bore me. Creation is taxing on me mentally. I guess I could learn more and help people, but I’m not really living for myself. I feel like I’ve done everything. I’ve been meaning to start a bucket list at some point. I want to go to 7/11 for the first time. Preferably at night, maybe by myself. Which sucks, because I don’t have a driver’s license.
I don’t even know what I’d do there. I don’t know what’s so magical about a 7/11 to me. It would be nice to just sit outside with the fluorescent lights shining down, just drinking a slushee while watching some train go by in the distance. Maybe I’ll befriend some fireflies. If there’s any left at that point. What flavors are the slushees at 7/11? Blue raspberry and cherry? I don’t even really like those flavors. I think there’s a coke slushee, maybe.
It’d be cool to just live in a van and travel. I guess I’d have to find some kind of work. That’s the big pin hole in all my plans, I think- along with the fact I’m too much of a nervous wreck to drive. My friends got me to try out a driving sim, and I just wrecked into everything. I don’t really think I’m cut out to be an adult.
I don’t really remember much of my childhood besides the bad parts.
Maybe I’ll save that for another time.

I forgot, what was the reason I wanted to do this bio, but here it is.
This post focuses on the Sims, that live in Newcrest. Both self-made and gallery-taken Sims.
ASTRUC-VOLKA (Leonid Volka, Daniela and Danielle Astruc)
Summary: Danielle and Daniela share everything together. Their house, their meals, their car and their boyfriend. All the three seem pretty cool with it. Both women are planning to get pregnant as well by their boyfriend and have in the future a baby. Is this really going to be a good thing in the future to when the kids grow up and start going out with the others?
Note: The trio have two newborn babies in the household.
LAURENT (Memphis and Beau Laurent. Mika Laurent and Depressed Clown)
Summary: Four young Sims met at a support group of bullying and befriended each other quickly due to their unnatural looks.Together all have won confidence and self-respect. The group promised each other to live together and help each other in the new start of life and are having the best days of their lives. Now that the group has learned the lesson about loving themselves for who they are, we will only need to know now, if they will find someone someday, that will love them for who they are as well.
Note: They're not blood-related. They are just tagged as family members.
ZATTAH (Stephanie and Karpos Zattah)
Summary: Stephanie and Karpos have an age gap of 40 years. A former barista falling in love with a five-star-chef isn’t something you see everyday. Obviously to many people’s eyes, behind this marriage there’s one thing, that people will think about at first glance – gold digging. Stephanie is waiting for the day, Karpos bites the dust due to his rusty age. She really has been waiting for a couple of years. He should have passed the 100th already and he still looks the same! How does it come, that a man, that worked in a five-star restaurant for years dealing with lots of food not expedite his way out to the afterlife?
ZACZKOWSKY (Stanislaw, Przemyslaw and Jowita)
Summary: Matislaw used to be the leader of a crime gang, until one time he was ratted out by a Spaniard, who kept the whole team’s score while they were jailed in. Matislaw did have his brother and niece out of town and knew well, that when he was out they would work with him to track down the traitor and avenge the deed. As Matislaw came out, he figured out both his family members were following another path leaving the revenge plans for himself. What is he going to do from now on?
Notes: The Sims' last names use Slavic suffixes.
COSPLAY CHICKS (Lila Rossi, Lilly Petru and Lara Nussbaumer)
Summary: Lily, Lara and Lila are into Sims and Anime. They own as well a cool cosplay costume to visit the Comic Con next year! Lily and Lara already have a boyfriend out of town, only Lila seems to be enjoying her freedom or actually, she’s just spending the rest of the day after work in front of her laptop…...She’s probably Simming or watching Animes as usual, but after all that she always left with an amusing grin plastered on her face. Kinda suspicious?
Notes: I forgot to give them basic clothing xD My bad.
SHEPPARD-MORALES (Jewel and Marie Sheppard. Tucker and Alessia Morales)
Summary: This is actually crazy. Road-agent Tucker has a huge attraction on the masked thief Jewel. She also has a crush on her roommate Tucker. She knows very well, he’s in love with her, but she also knows she can’t tell him, who she really is. Both their siblings are aware of that issue and are confused about how both haven’t realized that issue yet.

Presumed and marked with ???? Sims I wasn't able to find their owner again and on my gallery they were tagged as "mine", when I actually had saved them and changed their clothes to "base game".
All Sims are split into 6 blog posts due to the limitation of images.

Your blog is an unapologetic source of pro-ship positivity, and there's been something that's been bugging me lately concerning that and... IDK I figured I would write to you? Feel free to not answer, I just wanted to get this off of my chest...
One of the things that's starting to wig me out a little about the antishippers is how much they're willing to infantalize teenagers. Like... I think it's because if you're under 18 you're considered a minor by government standards, and they take that to mean "minor = child" when really they have completely different definitions? I'm really not sure, but it's a little weird that these people consider two fictional teenagers boinking each other to be child porn when... neither of them are children...
Like IDK what rock you guys were living under but some of us had to walk past two of our classmates going at it in a car in our high school parking lot. Teenagers are, generally, horny little critters that like to have sex. This isn't new information.
I appreciate you coming to me with this. You and anyone else are allowed to come here and ask questions and just get stuff off your chest as you need. Anon does not get turned off on my blog and there will never be any hostility from me.
I 100% agree with you, anon. It is super weird. I think a lot of antis see no difference between "minor" and "child" and this causes this weird infantilizing attitude that most of them seem to possess. Like, in the eyes of the law, a person is not an adult until they're 18, and that's true. But the day you turn eighteen is not some magical girl transformation into adulthood. You don't blow out the candles on your cake and glitter falls, turning you into an adult like in the Sims.
And quite frankly, it is an absolutely dangerous mindset to have, especially since it makes lots of people (proshippers included) tiptoe around teenagers and keep them at a distance. I don't like that at all, because I think it is not only important to have intergenerational friendships, I think it's also important, as an adult, to take teenagers seriously and pass along whatever you know in order for them to make good choices.
Because here's the thing: treating teenagers like uwu smol beans who shouldn't even be thinking about NSFW stuff is a lot like trying to press the evangelical "abstinence only" sex ed onto them. It doesn't work. It does more harm than good. If you do anything less than treating a teenager than a wholly autonomous human, you are part of the problem. Teenagers think about sex, and often do it. Hell, I went to a high school of 150 and there were... like twelve girls that had babies. One girl had two. If you do not recognize and in fact try to repress sexuality in teenagers, you are part of the problem, as far as I'm concerned.
What goes along with that, as well, is the insistence that anything erotic involving teenagers is absolutely child porn and must be eradicated (never mind an anti's broooaaadd definition of child porn). You know what kinda smut I wrote in high school? Smut about teenagers. Because I WAS ONE and I wanted to write stories about my own worldview, and at the time, that was pretty limited. It is not wrong or bad to know that teenagers have sex and sometimes write about it, because guess what: I remember being a teenager still. I remember what it was like to have all those hormones and to be unsure and exploring. And sometimes it helps to see yourself in fiction, to go "oh, cool, someone else does this."
The babying of teenagers, both real and fictional, needs to stop. Teenagers have sex. Teenagers are allowed to have desires, to be horny, to be represented as consenting humans, as autonomous humans, as people who need to see themselves properly represented just like everyone else does.
Anything less is unacceptable.
(Also, sidenote, because this bothers me: fiction of two teenagers having sex is not child porn/CSEM. There's no real "child" being exploited here, it's not illegal. CSEM requires actual children in order to be a bad thing, because then it's actual people being harmed. Child porn is not the fic about the two teenagers from The Owl House fucking. We need to know that distinction).

Into The Woods Legacy Challenge Rules

Welcome to the Into The Woods Legacy Challenge, where your legacy will have plenty of interesting characters, as well as ups and downs.
Growing up loving Disney fairy tales, it was no surprise that when I heard about the Into The Woods musical, I absolutely had to see it. That movie remained my favorite until I watched the Beauty and the Beast live action movie. Now, inspired by the Disney Princess Legacy Challenge, I decided to make a brand new challenge based off of Into The Woods. If you don’t know what it’s about, let me sum it up. Into The Woods is about several different fairy tales being intertwined and each story is dependent upon the others. The baker and his wife need to gather supplies for a potion to break a curse so they can have a child. These ingredients include items from the other fairy tales, like Cinderella's slipper. Everyone gets their happily ever after but then the big twist happens, affecting every single character.
General Rules:
No money cheats
Must complete all goals before death of character or you lose the challenge
Must have or adopt an heir for each generation
If you have any extra packs installed, feel free to use them. I would definitely love to see the cats and dogs expansion used with some of the characters. And if you do this challenge as a youtuber, please post the videos so I can watch.
Starting Out: Begin with a starter home and 1000 simoleons. I encourage you to be creative with the characters but it is always good to have some sort of representation of who they are in their looks.
Generation 1: Cinderella
Despite the life she’s lived with her stepmother and stepsisters, she’s finally free from them but still bound to her old life through a wicked curse of cleaning and a dreadful wardrobe. But it’s not all that bad, because she kinda likes cleaning. Will she ever break the curse and find her happily ever after…?
Start out as a YA and must clean everything in her household until marriage.
Traits: Music Lover, Loves Outdoors, Neat
Aspiration: Your choice
Career: Your Choice
Goals:
Plant a tree in her backyard as a YA
Throw a fancy party and invite chosen prince before marrying him as a YA (feel free to rush relationship. That’s what she did in the movie)
Have at least 1 child (heir) named Red
Divorce husband as an adult after catching him cheating
Achieve level 10 of the singing skill
Generation 2: Red (Red Riding Hood)
Red’s nothing like Cinderella so raising this child must have been exhausting. It’s hard to say who they got their traits from but not from Cindy, and the trouble Red gets into doesn’t help either.
Traits:Glutton, Kleptomaniac, Loves Outdoors (Or dog lover if you have the Cats & Dogs EP)
Aspiration: The Curator
Career: Criminal
Goals:
Reach level 10 of the fitness skill
Decorate your house with 5 stolen items

(Again only if you have the EP) Have a dog that is like the wolf from the movie with the traits glutton, hunter, and trouble maker.
Generation 3: Jack/Jackie
This kid takes after their parent for sure. Stealing is a thrill for them but gets the kid into trouble quite a bit. Well, I hope they can make other friends besides Milky White.
Traits: Active, Childish, Kleptomaniac
Aspiration: Your Choice
Career: Criminal
Goals:
Become best friends with Milky White (Add this sim into town as a female)
Sell all items stolen for profit
Mother dies before marrying
Marry as adult and have 1 girl first and 1 other child (must be by blood)
Dual Generation: Generation 4: Rapunzel and the Baker
*In a dual generation, you have to have both sims living in the same house and control both of them, doing their challenges at the same time. It’s more of a challenge and much more fun.*
Rapunzel’s mother loved her but forced her to clean everything for them once she was old enough and wouldn’t let her leave the house, save for school (unless you have the mod for homeschool/online school). She couldn’t even talk to her sibling! (not like she knew about them) It was fine for her though. She had all the things she wanted except a romantic relationship, but she didn’t think about that until she was a YA.
Traits: Creative, Neat, and Romantic (give her this trait as YA)
Aspiration: Soulmate
Career: N/A until adulthood
Goals:
Reach level 10 of the painting skill
Doesn’t talk to her sibling until an adult
Gets married as an adult and meets sibling
Grows to hate her mother before her mom dies (you can cheat this)
It doesn’t matter what gender or name the baker has but for rule purposes, it is a boy. The baker doesn’t have a good relationship with his parents. In fact, he barely speaks to them, or his sister until he’s an adult. All he does for them is cook once he’s a teen. He loves it so he doesn’t mind but hopes his future S/O shares their love of cooking so they can both cook. After meeting his S/O, the couple finds out they can’t have a child. Will they ever lift the curse they find out has been put on them?
Traits: Family Oriented, Foodie, Self-Assured
Aspiration: Master Chef
Career: Culinary
Goals
Meets future husband/wife as teen and marries them as YA
Both have to be a part of the Culinary career
Meet Rapunzel as adult
Have mother drink the Sim’s Special to become “magically” fertile
Have 1 child but the mom must die after it’s born (cheat this if needed)
Reach level 10 cooking and gourmet cooking skill as well as completing the Master Chef aspiration
Generation 5: The Baker’s Child; Final Gen!
*Can have any name/gender, but for rule purposes, I will use a female. Also I’m aware we don’t get to see the child grow up in the movie but here you can play the life of the child.*
She grew up without a mother, but is still able to live a good childhood, despite her slightly gloomy nature. She had great grades in high school, too. Other than her seemingly perfect life, she has a cool ancestry which is perfect to write about, so what does she do? She becomes a writer of course, telling their stories as her father once told her.
Traits: Gloomy, Creative, Your Choice
Aspiration: Bestselling Author
Career: Writer
Goals
Max out all skills that are available to toddlers/children.
Has to be at the top of her class in high school
Write 3 books inspired by some her ancestors as those tell the stories of their lives. Be sure to name it after them as well.
Reach level 10 of the writing skill and top of career
Complete aspiration as well
You can decide the rest of the aspects of her life such as her friends, romances and even if she has kids. You can even have her get a pet (squeals from pet loving nature). Definitely have fun with this character.

A Story With No Name Aka Why You Don't Ask Idoits for Dating Advice
So this was a short little one shot I got an idea for after binging Graystillplays Sims videos for days. If the formatting or anything seems off it's because I wrote it all on a phone. Well this short one shot turned out 9 pages long opps. So I hope you enjoy. Also writing an Austrillis slow burn not really sure where it goes but if anyone is interested let me know. Anyways onto the show!
Thomas Alan Wenis better known as Tommy looked down at the paper in his hand. This address had to be a mistake. He had just flown down to Florida to get away for a while, see the ocean, maybe even clear up his depression. He hadn't brought much with him just an old suitcase and what little money he drained from his savings account.
That was exactly what attracted him to the random message board offering low rent living. With the price of rent all Tommy was expecting was a cot in a closet somewhere. Not that he minded as long as he had a roof and somewhere to put his black boots he didn't care.
But this, this wasn't right. Couldn't be right. The place was huge. Probably the biggest house he had ever seen. 4 floors are least and he could see the corner a large pool in the back.
He checked the address of his contact Melvin, and it matched. This had to be some sort of scheme. He knew it was too good to be true, like everything else in his life.
With a sigh he picked up his bag walking to the front door. Maybe they would be able to at least point him in the right direction.
Ringing the bell he sat out on the front step for a moment before the large oak door opened and a man dressed only in a towel and some sneakers opened the door.
"Uhhh hi. I'm sorry to disturb you but I am looking for someone at this address. His name is Melvin." Tommy said avoiding eye contact with the red haired man.
"Yeah that's me! Melvin Eugene Johnston. But everyone just calls me Florida Man." He said holding out his hand Tommy awkwardly taking it. "You must be Tommy!"
"Uhhh yeah. I'm sorry did I come at a bad time?" He said motioning to the towel.
"Huh this? Nah. Just like to feel a cool breeze if you know what I mean." He joked opening the door motioning for him to come in.
The place was almost too much for Tommy to take in but nonetheless followed Florida Man on a tour around the house.
"I uhhh….I hate to say I think I miss understood about the price." Tommy said knowing their was no way he could ever afford a place like this.
"Oh don't stress about it. Just get me the $300 whenever. Everyone here is pretty cool. We all just pitch in when we can ya know? We all take turns cleaning and cooking….well except for Aussie. Fire department said they are gonna fine us for another kitchen fire." He said casually. Tommy couldn't help but wonder what he was getting into.
"Then toss in some cash for some beers or food when ya can. Everyone just kind of does their own thing. You will see all kinds of people come and go. Right now we got a lot of our 'lifers'."
"How can you afford this place?" Tommy said looking at another large staircase.
"Oh it's already paid for. I bought it with the money from my lawsuit with Madonna."
"You sued Madonna!?!" Tommy said, not believing what he was hearing.
“Oh yeah I did. Her show was supposed to start at 8 she didn't go on till 10. I wasted so much money on overpriced water down beer I don't even remember the damn thing. Next thing I know I'm in the hospital. Apparently I fell down 12 rows of concrete stairs trying to get some nachos from concessions." He said casually as he continued. "Then I used the money I won to buy this place but it got lonely & quiet by myself so I started renting out rooms. Made for one big odd family."
Opening a door he motioned to Tommy "So here's your room. Get comfortable. When you're done feel free to head on down to the kitchen, meet everyone."
Tommy had hoped he could even find his way back down to the kitchen. It was going to take a little while to get used to this place. He still couldn't wrap his mind around all of this.
But unbeknownst to him the craziest part was yet to come. His new roommates.
Finally finding the kitchen he saw Floridaman busy having a beer next to a tall man with the most epic red beard he'd ever seen and a smaller but seemingly louder blond wearing sunglasses. And behind them both a slightly deranged looking man with jet black hair.
They all seemed to get quiet as he walked awkwardly into the kitchen.
"I was wondering if you were going to find us." Florida Man said thrusting a Bud Lite in Tommy's hand not bothering to ask if he'd want one. "Boys this is our newest guest Tommy Wenis"
The blond let out an almost mocking laugh.
"Wenis!?! Ya gotta be bloody kiddin me. Bet that must have been a rough primary career. The names are just endless!"
"Don't listen to him, he can be a jerk but he doesn't really mean it." The redhead said standing up holding out his hand cordially. "Names Tim by the way."
"Ahhh I'm just taking the piss with ya mate...kinda. Name's Trevor but everyone here likes to call me Australian Man. Ya know obvious reasons."
Finally the dark hair man with the slightly odd shaped face spoke up. "And I'm Colono. Colono Scopy"
"Uh huh...so is this everyone who lives here?" Tommy said looking at the motley crew in front of him.
"No the girls are off doing something or another. I think they mentioned girls day. I don't know I wasn't listening." Florida Man said, looking at the clock on the stove. "But they should be back any minute."
As if on cue the door opened and the sound of over lapped talking was heard.
"Speak of the devil mate." Australian Man said slightly in awe of Florida Man's timing.
A brunette wearing what looked to be a thrift store tourist shirt walked into the kitchen.
"Hey Whitley come here meet our new roommate Tommy." Florida Man said.
"Hey I'm Whitley " she shook his hand. He couldn't help but notice the slight smell of cheap bottom shelf vodka radiating off her.
Next a woman walked in with the best blond afro Tommy had ever seen.
"Hey Bab this is our new roommate Tom-"
"Maybe he'll last longer then the others." Bab said almost miserably as she walked out the back door not stopping.
"Sorry she's kin-d of…." Florida Man tried to think of the word.
"Manic Depressive." The girl with blonde and pink braids said matter of factly. "Text book diagnosis really."
"Are you a Dr?" Tommy asked everyone just laughed.
"Not in the slightest. Just been through a lot of psychologists."
"Ellis Dee, meet Tommy." Florida Man introduced.
"Tommy Wenis." Australian Man said with a snicker.
"Oh my God do people call you Tiny Wenis?" Ellis said with a giggle.
It didn't matter though because all Tommy's attention was now focused on the tall blond with golden hair walking in. He had never seen anyone like her. She was like nothing he'd ever encountered. She was…..she was…..she was absolutely stunning.
"Whose that?" Tommy asked Tim quietly.
"Huh? Oh that's Beth. Be nice, she's a sweet girl." Tim whispered back.
"Hey Beth say hi to Tommy the new guy." Florida said.
"Hi name's Beth." She introduced herself in a thick Southern accent.
"I….uhh...I'm Tommy." Tommy managed to mumble out.
All the guys exchanged an odd look.
"So where are ya rollin in from?" She asked with a smile.
"....I uhhh… I come from….places. I gotta go." He said, scrambling out of the kitchen to his room.
"That was odd." Colono said all the others nodded.
As the months went on Tommy found he had more in common with this rag tag bunch then he ever had with anyone else. He spent his days joking with Colono, drinking beers with the Florida Man & Australian Man, discussing art with Bab Ross, hitting the occasional bong with Ellis Dee, and pretty much bonding with everyone.
Everyone that is except for Beth. It seemed like every time they had a moment together his mind just blanked. Like it shut down to nothing and he couldn't figure out what the hell to say so he would say something awkward and just excuse himself.
It became apparent to everyone what was going on, everyone that was except Beth as she walked into the living room one day.
"Mind if I sat by ya hun?" She asked. He looked up at her eyes wide.
"I….uhh….murder show…..its over…..here you go. For you." He said, tossing the remote at her feet before running out the room.
"Ouch that was painful to watch." Australian Man looked up from the card game the guys had been playing.
Tommy pulled out a chair and plopped down not responding.
"Hey man, it's0 ok you will get her next time." Florid Man said putting a hand on his shoulder sympathetically….well really trying to sneak a peek at Colono's cards
"Ughhh. It's like everytime I try to talk to her I look like a total ass." Tommy grumbled.
"Yah we know, we all seen it." Australian Man joked as threw another chip in the pot.
"Well what am I supposed to say? Hey I think you're gorgeous, will you have a coffee with me?" He said, causing all the other men to laugh.
"No, no. You're thinking too much into it. What women love to hear is compliments." Tim Horton said as Bab Ross happened to walk past. "Watch this."
"Hello Bab you are looking positively radiant today!" Tim said, putting on a charming smile.
"Whatever you say Tim." Bab said with a shrug as she kept walking.
This caused all the other men to crack up.
"Laugh all you want but she acknowledged me. That's progress."
"Nah ya got it all wrong mate. What birds really dig on is a badass." Australian Man said getting up walking to the back yard. "This is how it's done boys."
Strutting slightly he slid up to Ellis Dee who was sitting outside enjoying the sun.
"Hey Ellie." He said acting casual.
"Oh hey Aussie what's up?"
"Did I ever tell you about the time I fought off a whole colony of bog frogs?"
"No I don't think you have."
"Yeah I was out with some blokes and came across these wee little bog frogs must have been mating season or something because next thing I know I'm surrounded by the little wankers! So I start beating them off me. Kicking, punching them in their little frog faces. Just throwing them off left and right. Turns out the little bastards were poisonous. Woke up in the hospital 2 weeks later handcuffed to the hospital bed. Turns out those little piss frogs are on the 'endangered species' list. Luckily for me though the judge granted the coma as time served. All I got was probation and I'll be off that by next year." Australian Man said cooly before something hit him.
"Probation…..OH SHIT! My probation meeting!" He said looking down at his watch. "I'm 6 fucking months late! I can not be arrested again! FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!" he said running into the house leaving behind a very confused Ellis Dee.
All the guys watched as Australian Man ran through the house screaming obscenities as he looked for his cell phone.
"Anyways….what about you Florida Man. How do you talk to the ladies?" Tim Horton asked.
Florida Man shrugged and got up walking to the kitchen to see Whitley at the table drinking a large glass of orange juice.
"Bud Lite?" Florida Man offered holding out a beer. She looked at him confused.
"Its only 11 not even noon. Too early for beer." she said.
"Ok." Florida Man said walking back with both beers.
"Mornings are for screwdrivers." Whitley said to herself pour more dollar vodka into her drink.
"No, no I am sure I called. Yeah right when I landed. No I made sure I message with a Shelly? Or maybe a Jan? Or was it a Steven? I'm not sure. Mighta been a new?.....oh maybe a temp! Bloody hard to find good help huh? I'm sure it's there just check the last few months. Ring when this is all cleared up." Australian Man said, hanging up his phone not waiting for a reply on the other end. "Bloody cunts..….so what'd I miss."
"That's it. That's the only move I got." Florida Man said with a shrug.
"You guys are hopeless. No wonder I'm the only one in a relationship." Colono complained before turning to Tommy. "Tommy don't listen to them they are all going to die alone."
"Hey!"
"Fuck ya too!
"That was rude….but true."
"Women, they love romance. You can sweep a woman off her feet just by words. Just watch my example gentlemen." Colono said as he sauntered out the door to Flo Cane who was watching tv.
"Oh there she is mi amor. I was looking everywhere for you." He said sliding next to her.
"What is it? On no! Are you having issues again? Is the burning back? Have you been taking your meds? Do I need to call the Dr for you again?"
"What!?! No! That's not it!" Colono said in a panic as the sound of laughter came from around the corner.
"Hey don't listen to them. You know stress makes it worse." Flo comforted.
"It's not that!" Colono said frustrated.
"Are you sure? I know how cranky you get when you forget to take your meds."
"I'm not cranky!" Colono yelled as he stormed off.
"I'm making you an appointment just to be sure! I know you are scared of making phone calls." She shouted after him as he stormed off.
The other guys were currently in a huge pile on the floor in total hysterics none of them were able to stand. It took almost 10mins for them to calm down to breathe.
Finally collecting himself Tommy stood up straightening out his clothes. After all that advice he had finally figured it out. He knew what he had to do. Mustering up all the courage he could he moved forward before he could chicken out.
"Where are you going?" Florida Man asked as Tommy made his way outside.
"I'm going to do what I need to." He said walking out into the back yard where the girls currently huddled together talking about how weird the morning had been.
"Hello ladies. Can I talk to Beth alone please?" He asked.
Suddenly a lot made sense as they gave each other a knowing look.
"She's all yours." Whitley said with a l knowing smirk.
Silence still overcame the 2 as they sat there totally obvious to the group of 8 peering around the corner.
"What did you want to talk about?" Beth asked looking over slightly confused about what had been going on. From what she heard it's been a very confusing day.
"I…..I…." He took a deep breath before blurting out quickly. "I think you're absolutely gorgeous and would you like to get coffee with me?"
It took Beth a moment to even figure out what he had said and then another for it to really register.
"You, you think I'm pretty?" She said shocked no one had said anything like that before.
"Gorgeous actually." He said his face was burning red. "Look if I offended you, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"
"Yes." She cut him off.
"Huh?"
"I would love to get coffee with you." She said as a big smile crossed her face.
"Ok when?"
"Now?" She suggested.
"Sounds great." He said getting up offering his hand to her. "I know a great place."
They both walked right past the group of the gawkers so invested in their conversation they didn't even seem to notice.
"Oh my God that is the sweetest thing I've ever seen!" Whitley gushed.
"Guys are never that romantic. She's so lucky." Flo said wistfully.
"Man I wish I could find someone who thinks like that." Ellis mused.
"Yeah it was pretty nice." Bab said in her bored Bab tone.
"Are ya fucking kidding me right now!?!" Australian said, throwing his hands up in the air as he stormed back inside.
"Seriously? That? That's it? Thats romantic?" Colono complained following behind.
"Wow guy did have some skills after all." Florida said patting Tim on the back sympathetically as Tim mumbled to himself annoyed.
"What's their problem?" Bab asked.
"Men are weird." Whitley said all the other girls nodded in agreement.

The wizards tower
(Looks something sort of like this, but not exactly. This is just a reference photo from my sims game)
HISTORY:
The wizards tower is actually an old prison tower that used to house all of river rock ridges most notorious criminals. It was a solitary grey stone tower made to look like a castle turret, (but with a spire hood. ) placed on an island in the middle of a lake infested with crocdillians and piranha, in the middle of a dark forest said to be cursed by a witch.
The tower fell into ruin and disuse after the last warden was killed in a riot, the remaining prisoners trying to flee in the lake were killed by the deadly creatures within, and their spirits haunted the tower, island, lake and surrounding forest. But that was over fifty years before svetza was even born.
DISCOVERY:
Everyone in river rock ridge avoided the area, save for the stupid or the brave. (Is there really a difference?) that is until Svetza graduated magic school and came home with an odd cast of friends. The goblin now wizard took her merry band of misfits into the forest, across the lake, and right into the tower.And this is what they found.
The forest had been cursed by a scorned lover who also happened to be a witch, his wife left him for the last warden of the tower. The curse was set to destroy the wardens life and work, it made the forest deadly with poison mist whick floated to the island across the lake, drove the prisoners mad and started the riot. The lake was already dying due to the over salinity of its waters and overpopulation of creatures. The tower, its grounds, the lake and forest were all indeed haunted by the spirits of the numerous dead men.
Healing
So Svetza and levi, set out to heal it.
Levi the vampire was well versed in the was of exorsims due to his many years of life and love of the occult. Cleansed the area of any spirits that remained tied to or were drawn to the towers forest.
Svetza being a wizard fresh from school, knew plenty of counter curses to help lift the curse on the area.
Svetza and levi having deep connections with the earth were able to use those connections to clense, heal, balance and bring nutriants back into the forest, its soil, the lake and its plants and waters, and the island with its rock, soil and plants.
Svetza being somewhat unhinged and Levi damn near unkillable, the pair then dove into the lake to catch all the terrible creatures with in that they then relocated to more appropriate areas needing those types of creatures. Finally employed a spell to clean all the salt from the water leaving it now a fresh water system. (Levi purified the salt and uses it in potions, svetza and uses it in her cooking)
Construction and landscaping
Levi having lived so long and owned so many properties, and svetza being a learn and fix it yourself kinda gal, they rebuilt the crumbling infrastructure of the stone tower, dug out/designed and built a large basement for the tower, in the islands heart.
Svetza modernized it with central heating/cooling. Electricity. Heated and cooled water. Temperature controlled the basement. Vaulted all the floos except the ground level floor.
Svetza then placing magical enhancements, wards and other magical defences.
Levi and svetza grew two gardents, the left a potions ingredients garden , the right one an edible garden for cooking.
The tower now and its setup
All manner of magical, non magical, human and nonhuman clientelle and gawkers can be found in and around the towers walls and premisis.
Basement level
Running Along the back wall is the potions storage. All ingredients for potions are catagorized and stored here.
To the left of the hallway
immediately under/behind the potions storeroom is Levis potions lab, Its where the vampiric apothecary makes his shops inventory.
Directly below his lab are two food storage rooms, the left most one a cold storage, refrigeration and freezer units can be found within. To the right of that is the dry storage room. Dry, canned, and jarred goods as well as extra kitchen equipment can be found in there.
To the right of the hallway
Immediately under/behind the potions storeroom is Svetzas potions lab, its where she makes specialty potions for whatever is needed wherever. Usually for journeys or jobs.
Drectly below that, connected by a shelved door is svetzas wizards lab. In here is where she does summonings, Or seances, spells items, counter hexes items, hexes items, makes wands m, staffs, and brooms or tweakes her own magical items and so on.
In the very front of the basement, also running along the wall is the Library, all manner of important or rare magical documents, books, maps and information can be found within. To the left of that is a reading nook where books can be read or copied into other books. But they can never leave the library. The librarian (yet un-created) frequently does restorations down there of old or damaged texts.
Random important basement facts.
Both potions labs are connected to the store room by conceked shelved doors.
The wizard lab can also be accessed by a halway door.
The labs are highly spelled, charmed, and warded to keep them exceptionally safe for the potions masters within, and all the rest of the rooms outside of them. They are BLAST, DEMON, FIRE, EARTHQUAKE and FLOOD, PROOF. They are arguably the most secure rooms in the tower, and for good reason.
Each potions lab has a plaque over the door that glows with the words “IN USE” when someones brewing potions or doing spellwork, that way they arent disturbed.
There is a doorway under the basement stairs that opens to a wall. (Ill tell you what it does later.)
The library is protected not only by the librarian, but by spelled suits of armor. They act as defenders of the library should anyone manage to break in or try to steal anything.

Ground floor
The ground floor is cozy cafe. Food and drink can be eaten while waiting to be directed to whomevers help you needed.
Svetza and levi rotate for the cooking or baking.
Everyone rotates on welcome duty.
An alarm chimes in the home and on everyones shell phones when someone enters the ground floor cafe should no one be around. That way SOMEONE can handle helping them.
The bookshelves inside are filled with fun reading material, like how to join a coven or what to do on a full moon to respect your werewolf neighbor. Silly things, magazines of various kinds, advertisements for shops in town, childrens books, board games and so on.
There is a back door that does not lead outside. (Ill tell you why later)

Second floor - Apothecary shop
The shelves are filled with pre brewed and some mass produced potions.
The shelves in the upper left hand corner are special order potions and magical items.
The book on the podium is actually an in shop catalog folks can look at to help them find what they are looking for.
You use little cauldrons to shop with and all goodies are sent home in little coffins. Any bottles and coffins brought back get you a discount on your next order.
In case of spills there is a wash station in the upper right hand corner of the shop.
There is a back door despite being on the second floor that does not lead outside (Ill tell you why later)

Third floor - wizards office and antiquities shop and rentals
All the shelves in her office are filled with magical items. Some are cursed, some arent. Almost all of them are either for rent or sale depending on a case by case basis.
Svetzas desk where she does buisness with clients.
Her desk has little candy dispensers for clients. They do magical things like smoke or change colour to help keep things light hearted.
The shelves nearest her desk on either side are actually file cabnits with client information and requests.
In the upper right hand corner of her office is a set of cabnits with special order items (either quested or created) for clients, and the extremely dangerous items that are not to be rented or sold ever.
Behing her desk is a door, despite being on the third floor, and opens to the wall. (Tell you why soon)

Fouth floor - meditation and healing room
Bean bag chairs and beds can be found in this sterile environment. This floor is for folks suffering from but not limited too: magical maladies, natural sickness, mental illness, broken bones. Drug or drinking problems.
The room is actually seperate rooms in one made for the purpose of healing folks suffering from an array of problems.
Run by svetza and levi as they both have medicinal experience. Watched over by jasper and void (svetzas cats) who give off calming energies.

Random Tower facts
All chandeliers in the tower are electric.
There are spelled mops/ dusters and rags on every floor that keep the whole place clean.
There are floating jars all over the tower that have within them, small suns. A spell of svetzas own design.
Small suns can be purchased!
Those doors i kept telling you about are actually portals! BUT they can only be used by a holder of a crystal key enscribed with svetzas magic symbol. They lead to their house. Each door has a crystal above it that glows green when free or red when in use.
Each floor has a bathroom.
All above ground floors have windows
The tower is a cylindrical shape with only one balcony on the fourth floor. Meaning all rooms are actually circular in shape.
The basement is also a large circular shape.
There is a door in each of their homes that link to all the portals in the tower (and the travelers caravan). That door has a dial with all the places its linked too labeled on it. that can be turned to control where you end up at, from the house. Not the other way around. The portals from the tower are one way.
Handi accessible ways to
Outside the tower - on the island
There are well lit and marked foot paths and entrances leading from all around the island that lead to the front entrance.
The lights are svetzas spelled sun jars.
The gardens are actually kept in crystal green houses to keep them safe from eachother, and from guests.
Spelled flower boats made by the combined efforts of Svetza and unnamed partner, leave to and from all around the island to the edges of the whole lake at twenty muinets intervals with ten muinet rest times for loading and unloading. This happens 24/7
Pretty trees and flowers that are non magical and mostly non edible, grow along the paths and in flower boxes outside of windows.
The greenhouses house dangerous non magical and magical plants. Which is why they are not accessible to the public.
Outside the tower - the lake
The lake is still dangerous, just not as much as it once was. Since being cleaned and fixed up, some of the original inhabitants have moved back in.
The water IS drinkable (but its not reccomend)
Fish, aquatic mammals, mollusk, crustation and fowl live in, on, and around the fresh water lake.
The mermaids have moved back in. They have promised not sing siren songs in the lake. They must go to the ocean if they wish to do so. But they do SING. Just not siren songs.
The lake is surprisingly deep
The only safe place on the lake is the shore, boat, or island.
The mermaids bring fresh fish and clams to the island on a weekly basis. Large pots of stew are made as thankyous.
The crew are the only ones allowed in the water unmolested.
There are warning signs around the lake that tell of the creatures that live in it and the rules.
Mermaid watching is a popular activity along the shore, its not uncommon to find folks gathered around to talk or play or sing with the mer folk.
The mermaid act as security for the island as a thankyou and to keep their home safe!
Outside the tower - the forest
After reviving the forest its original inhabitants moved back in. So its not uncommon to find :
centaur and other taur creatures roaming about.
saytrs
Unicorns
There are even a few small dragons roaming around
The fae folk
Forest elves
Griphons (some smaller species of them)
And more not listed.
Svetza and company have made sure there are well marked, lit, warded and easily recognized foot paths and roads through the forest to get to the tower and around it.
The forest isnt as dangerous as it once was, but it still dangerous. Leaving the marked and protected foot paths and roads will possibly get you killed.
The forests inhabitants have all agreed to leave travelers along those paths alone as a thankyou to the crew for bringing back their homes. But anyone who strays off the path is free game depending on who finds them first.
Svetza and crew are the ONLY ones currently allowed to move through the forest freely and unmolested.
There are warning signs at all entrances and exists that tell you not to enter the forest for fear of death and what can be found in the forest.
Despite the warning signs, people do stick close to the edges of the safe zones to try and get glimpses of the creatures that live within.
Some of the more friendly creatures actively visit the safezones for interactions.
