Wow... On top of it, they've probably been blocking that brother from becoming a franchisee or even upper #management position for years. There should be policy with all major #fastfood chains that employees of 10 years or more are offered to become a franchisee without any upfront costs; to be repaid in installments over an agreed period. How many folks would be estatic to grind 10 years in fast food, knowing they'll be given a chance of running a #franchise with no upfront fees? Took me only 2 minutes to think of this, but none of the upper management of any of these #restaurants that gave existed globally for decades ever thought of this?
