MYRAH YAMAZAKI is a Japanese K-pop idol and global icon based in South Korea. She made her initial debut in the rotational girl group ALLUME in 2005 as the group's leader and lead vocalist until her generation's graduation in 2010. Myrah is often credited for making ALLUME as popular as they are, achieving international stardom during this time for her strong attitude and natural star quality. Her run in Allume would be dubbed "Myrah and Friends" by fans due her popularity often overshadowing her groupmates.

Myrah would immediately begin a solo career after her 2010 graduation, destroying both the Korean charts and Japanese charts with the mini album HAUTE TOPIC. HAUTE TOPIC would break records for having all four tracks debut in the Top 10 on Melon. Moonlight, Chase Me, Starlight, and Kitty Kat would all break into the top ten and remain there for a solid five months. Myrah's solo career would be proflic and global, debuting in Japan shortly after her Korean solo debut where she would destroy the charts there as well. One of her first viral moments as an actress was in 2016 during the press tour for A Man and a Woman with her co-star Gong Yoo. Myrah and Gong Yoo would go on to have a public relationship that would often have them going viral for their cute and funny moments. To fans' dismay, the pair would split in late 2020.

When she snatched Sooah's mic from her during a concert, singing her lines and high notes. "My mic wasn't working. It's not like she sings much anyways," Myrah would go on to say in an interview, fueling the fire of rumors about the two having a feud during their time in Allume. After this, Sooah would noticeably clutch her microphone whenever Myrah would walk by her.

"How could I not like her? I've never spoken to her. I love 2ne1. Shut up." Myrah would shut down rumors of her and CL of 2ne1 having beef, telling a fan to shut up when they spoke negatively of her. Shot in glorious 2009 iPhone quality, the video would make its round around the internet. A week later, Myrah would post a selfie with CL on her blog with the caption "My bestiiiiii~ ^-^ <3" and the two are still close to this day.

She put her hand up in Gdragon's face when he attempted to sing to her at the 2013 MAMA Awards. It was a lighthearted interaction, Myrah laughing the whole time, but the internet took it differently and deemed her "a rude bitch" and VIPS would begin to harass her. This would have very little effect on Myrah as she would go on to post a couple of photos of her with T.O.P and Gdragon in the studio with the caption: "I lovvveee rappers!! (*^^*)♡"

"She's a bitch! A hot one though!" Myrah would shout out her car window when she was escorted out of a club by Flowerbank CEO Kim Iseul. Myrah was a bit of a club-goer post-Allume, often having to be picked up by friends or, on rare occasions, her CEO. When asked by paparazzi about her thoughts on Iseul having to pick her up, prompting her to say her now most iconic line.

— Fan since: I don't know exactly how long it's been, but I was around the age of 14 when I first got into Korean music, and everything else just snowballed from there. xD First concert: BTS (2018) — Yes, been a fan of the music for nearly 2 decades, but I was late to the game with attending concerts. I just had no one to go with, and only one other fan who liked KPop so I never even considered bringing up going to one to my parents. I wish I had though, because there are a lot of groups that I probably/definitely won't get to see now. (With that said, groups barely come to Canada *now* so I highly doubt I would've had much luck with groups I liked coming back in the early 2000s.) First bias: I'm not 100% sure —because again, it was so long ago— but my guess is either BoA or GD (from Big Bang). If not either of those two, Miyavi. (He's a guitarist from Japan.) Song that got you hooked: Again, been so long, so... I don't know if this is for sure the song that got me, but I do remember watching it A TON when it first came out. I had been listening to Kpop before this point, but I feel like this was what really got me into looking into what other groups might be out there (and I wouldn't be surprised if this was around the time I got into liking 2NE1, too.) Specifically at the 24s point I remember watching over and over and over. (Big crush on BoA back in the day, I gotta say. xD)

Favourite music genre: I listen to literally everything, with the exception of country and classical. I just never really got into it (with the exception of Shania Twain when I was younger, because that was literally the only other type of music in the house apart from gospel, so it was kind of a 'which do I not like the least of these two' situation. haha. Because I'm so all over the map with my music tastes, it was very easy to get into liking music in other languages as well. I'm grateful to Youtube coming along and bringing it all to my attention. (Yes, I'm older than Youtube. What an old fart, eh? xD)

Latest concert attended: Eric Nam, about a week(ish) ago. It was my second time seeing him. Prior to that I attended a concert from Kingdom, and next up I'm going to be seeing D&E. (Majorly Donghae biased gal right there. I'm so excited, even though I don't have great seats.)

Girl groups or guy groups?: Well, I like both, but I certainly stan more of the guy groups. (If I had any friends interested in seeing the girl groups I like —*ahem* Mamamoo... *cough* Hwasa *ahem*— and if any of them would come to my country then I would be SO THERE, but I fear even if they did come I would have to go alone, and being the anxious, socially dysfunctional person that I am... I would not enjoy that experience (no matter how incredible the concert was.)

That's all I can think of at the moment, but as the database gets built up and other people start putting up their profiles, perhaps I can get more ideas of what questions to answer and I'll update my 'bio' more.

PARK HYE-WON was born on december 8th, 1996 as the youngest daughter of entertainment industry moguls PARK JUNGHOON and KIM AH-YOUNG. the former is an award winning director and filmmaker, while the latter is a world renowned pop star and actress who began her career in the eighties. hye-won is the youngest sister of PARK DAHYUN and PARK AH-REUM, who are both members of DI-VERSE. from a young age, hye-won had an interest in the entertainment industry, developing a love for singing, dancing, and acting through her family members. she grew up listening to various genres, and eventually found out about bands such as NIRVANA, PARAMORE, LED ZEPPELIN, KISS, and THE PRETTY RECKLESS through her father and the internet.

at the age of 5, hye-won began gymnastics. at the suggestion of her coach, she eventually started competitive and sideline cheerleading in 2005, after her family moved to florida. she also had some acting experience, as she starred in plays and musicals throughout her school years, and had appearances in the tv shows that her family would appear in. in addition to that, hye-won also gained notoriety as a cheerleader, appearing on the cover of AMERICAN CHEERLEADER in 2009 and becoming quite the celebrity after her numerous world championship wins.

hye-won grew up wanting to start a band, inspired by TAYLOR MOMSEN and JOAN JETT, but as she continued dance lessons alongside her sisters, she slowly started to develop an interest in the k-pop industry. when her family moved back to seoul in 2010, hye-won joined a dance academy. three years later, in february 2013, she was cast off the street by YG ENTERTAINMENT.

she would pass auditions, and within hye-won’s first three months as a trainee, she was added to the potential lineup of YG’s new girl group, PINK PUNK. in june, she was introduced on the company’s youtube channel through clips of her dancing to “WHEN I GROW UP” and singing as she played the guitar, as well as through a photo and short profile. she appeared in various CFs afterwards, had cameos in various dramas, and even had vocals on songs by BIGBANG and 2NE1. however, just two months later, hye-won left YG, claiming that she wanted to finish high school in america before anything.

in may 2014, after hye-won’s graduation, she was cast again—this time by JYP ENTERTAINMENT. and, like before, she ended up passing auditions. as a trainee, hye-won would meet and become rather close with future bandmates SEOLHEE, RINA, and XIANGFEI. by may 2015, exactly a year after hye-won began training at JYP, she and seolhee were chosen to appear on the company’s survival show, SIXTEEN. due to her performance of “STILL INTO YOU,” hye-won found herself in the major group from the start. consistently a favored contestant due to her stage presence, skills, personality, and preexisting popularity, she went viral due to her performance during “DO IT AGAIN.” however, despite that, hye-won still failed to make it into the final lineup.

there was some backlash from hye-won’s fanbase, but in january 2016, she appeared again as a contestant on PRODUCE 101. like before, hye-won was popular among viewers, being chosen as the center for “PICK ME” and consistently receiving high rankings. however, halfway through the show, hye-won was accused by anti-fans of exploiting her family’s fame and using their wealth to make it into the industry. as a result, her rankings dipped severely for a moment, placing her in the twenties. despite that, after gaining sympathy from the public and being praised for her performances during “BANG BANG” and “24 HOURS,” hye-won eventually came in 2nd and finally debuted as a member of I.O.I.

following I.O.I’s disbandment in 2017, hye-won returned to JYP. news of a new girl group from the company had been swirling since early 2016, and she had already been apart of the group’s first lineup. it was rumored that the group could debut sometime in 2017, and hye-won’s fanbase hoped that she would be apart of it. turns out, she was, and on february 3rd, after 2 years of training, hye-won debuted as the LEADER and CENTER of SUPERSONIX.

Choi Sisters Profile

Choi Rina: Taken at a very young age out of an American child trafficking ring, Rina was placed into District 9′s school of female Assassins, head by the notorious all female gang known as 2ne1. She then grew up to become the ace and leader of her class who excelled in diplomatic activities, information gathering, and strategic studies amongst combat skills and basic tech. Her mentor Hwasa noticed her gifts early and took her in, claiming the child as her own daughter. After a very brutal and unjust meeting, she and her cousin Yura clicked instantly and became inseparable. Although Yura passed Rina in combat, Rina was number 1 in everything else the school had to offer. Even after graduating at the top of her class, her headmasters all but forced her to stay and work for them after dark. Doing more gruesome work as she defeated anyone that stood in the academy’s way.

Choi Yura: Another victim of the American child trafficking ring, Yura was placed in the school of assassins alongside Rina. Not as gifted as her kin, Yura showed great promise in the matter of combat and weaponry. One of her instructors, Moonbyul, noticed this early on and took the small child under her wing, turning her into a skilled killing machine at the ripe age of 7. Specializing in the unpractical art of the dual swords amongst other weapons, she moved through the ranks of her school quickly, even surpassing her cousin many times to become number one. After going through an emotional meeting, Yura and Rina’s bond strengthened substantially. When graduating, Yura was named combat champion beating out the neighboring academy’s as well.
