Three more preview pages for the IDW G5 My Little Pony: Mane Event one-shot comic have been released by Bleeding Cool.

The comic will be released tomorrow on March 20th, 2024. 

Synopsis: "Everypony let your hair down-it's time for the mane event! First, Pipp dragonsitting Sparky becomes a hairy situation when she mixes up her mane products and Sparky grows some luscious locks. Then, Zipp and Hitch split hairs about the best morning mane-care routines. Finally, Izzy is having a hair-raisingly bad mane day and decides a wash day is just what the curls need."

An amazing article on why Netflix needs to renew The Sandman. And why they should also make a Johanna Constantine spinoff!

For a series like this, the creative team deserves a two-season order for them to really be able to dig into the heart of the story with the confidence that comes with not having to live season-to-season. Also? Throw out the binge drop model and embrace a 3-episode premiere/weekly drops after approach. Why? Because The Sandman is a show that redefines appointment television.

And finally? Announce a six-episode limited series spinoff for Jenna Coleman's Johanna Constantine.

this year my challenge for everyone is to unlearn the association between love and morality. love is not something that is inherently morally good, and the absence of love is not something that is inherently bad. sex without love isn't morally bankrupt, it's just an action. people without love aren't less kind or less good, they're just people. when we can get past this false (and often unnoticed) dichotomy of good love/evil lovelessness then i think we are going to be able to take leaps and bounds in sex positivity, aro advocacy, certain discussions of mental health...

#and also. not the direct focus. but love doesn't make things good. you can be in love and do terrible terrible things. #people do bad things in the name of love and in despite of love all the time. #but!! imagine a world where people could exist as people and not be demonized. #sex positivity means being cool about All sex. reexamine your internal systems of moral judgement. #this goes for sex workers. for aroallo people. especially aroallo men. for aro people in general who might enjoy sex. #and frankly i think it can easily bleed into discussions about mental health disorders around 'not feeling' certain things #especially demonizing ppl who don't feel as much empathy. i think there's definitely a correlation between that and the emphasis on love. #our support needs to go out to Everybody and i think these things are all structured together in one way or another!! #it might not be immediately obvious but when i tell you it all leads back to amatonormativity..... little bit wild.... large bit wild.... #anyway. horror movie psychopath 'oh he can't feel emotions or love' damn alright. well. let's take a closer look at that. #silly that there's an association between lack of love and Murdering. feel like that might affect some stuff. #love is just an emotion/a feeling it doesn't mean anything about you one way or another #same with empathy. you can feel it all you want but it doesn't inherently change the actions you choose to take #anyway. thesis statement. there is a socially constructed link between love and morality. unlearn that. #kiss kiss (<— lovelessly) #aromantic #aromanticism #arospec #talking #aroace #aspec #sex positivity

Danny has found himself reincarnated, for fun! While waiting for Tucker to reincarnate. He’s uh, found himself as a clone now- thankfully stable! But he was apparently also an accident, and overheard some of the people talking about termination, which no thanks?

So apparently he wasn’t exactly an accident per se, they did mean to make a clone, so thank fuck for that! They had apparently grabbed the wrong blood, which he almost snorts at. Kind of hard to do in a tube full of liquid though. 

Oh well, he’ll just be leaving now… after he destroys this lab and steals all these files on himself, thank you~ Now, does he want to go on an adventure or find his unwilling donors first…

Tim follows a youtuber who builds computers and teaches how to build them

The guy has a nice cadence when he talks, and he's always meticulous. Plus, sometimes he does som absolutely batshit insane crap.

He used a PDA to hack his college database.

A fucking PDA.

Tim actually learns things from the guy, and although Tim will never admit it, one of the security systems he uses was one he personally ordered from said youtuber. It's literally the best security system he's got. Naturally, it isn't meant for his Night Work, but it's great on his personal computer.

And that really says something about his level of trust for this Youtuber.

Then one day the youtuber shows off his own set up.

It's brilliantly RGB, and water cooled. But that's not water.

When the chat asks about it the youtuber laughs it off and says soemthing about highlighter dye and LED lighting, but Tim knows better.

That's Lazarus Water.

Is it possible that Jenna Coleman could retire her role as Clara Oswald in Doctor Who?

Recently, in an interview for Best magazine, Jenna said:

It could happen in the future, who knows? I think, at least for a good while, Clara is probably broken down somewhere in time and space, trying to understand how to work a TARDIS! But I had an incredible three series on Doctor Who. I took away so much from my time working with Peter [Capaldi], Matt [Smith] and the rest of the cast and crew on something so loved and revered. It was such a special time in my life.

Now, a number of news outlets have picked up on this, suggesting that she could return. I don’t want to be too pessimistic about this, but I do want to point out that we shouldn’t be getting our hopes up for a Clara return from this comment. Though he his does differ from some previous comments in which she ruled it out, I would say the chances of her ever returning are still very, very slim.
