🗣MY REVIEW OF THIS WONDERFUL BOOK! Wow! I needed this book so much. And I think everyone does at some point in their Christian life. Sometimes life happens and we seem to go with the flow and we end up far away from what our lives should be. We have drifted away from our God without even realizing it. If you are like me and find yourself wandering, this book can help you put your like back in perspective. Author Christine Caine does a fabulous job writing this book. And I like that she tells her own story and how she was in such a deep dark place in her life. And she choose to look at her own life and realize she had fallen from her relationship with God. Through her own experience, Caine pours her heart put with the raw experiences she has faced and then her journey back to following God. It’s wasn’t always a happy journey, but through obstacles she was hit with, and the fight that she was going to follow her God, she won the fight. I’m telling you ladies, this is one of the best books I have read in a good while when it comes to teaching and showing us how to really live our lives for our Lord. I know How Did I Get Here by Christine Caine will help everyone, wherever you are in life. This is a timely written book for our world today. Go check it out. Long ago, David had to hide in caves to escape the persecution of King Saul who was rejected by God as king, choosing David to replace him. David faithfully ruled over a united Israel and there was peace during his son Solomon’s reign when the Temple was built in Jerusalem. but even wise King Solomon was led astray by the idolatry of the many foreign women he had married or held as concubines. it matters who we choose as a spouse and marriage is not intended to be with more than One person even though it was a custom for some in ages past. no, we look at the “genesis” of Adam and Eve and see the marital bond of a (man & woman) becoming as “One” body, One flesh.

Jerusalem will be the central focus of the coming Kingdom on garden earth in A grand end of time.

And there is the beautiful mystery “unveiled” of A new Adam & Eve being the eternal Son and King along with His Body (the Church and Bride) who are united by the Spirit who is as an “engagement ring” of the promises to come, that will be. this is a spiritual marriage that is mirrored on earth in marriage as a lifelong covenant between husband & wife.

We can often miss the adventure that God has before us, because we get stuck in the disappointment behind us—when people or life have failed us. We move on in years, but our life often stops at the point of our greatest disappointments if we don’t go through them. We either go throughwhat happens and manage the disappointments well, or they manage us. But despite how we feel, all the disappointment in the world will never change the promises of God, the reality of Jesus, or his destiny for our lives. None of our broken dreams, personal heartaches, or shattered plans will stop his desire for us to fulfill our purpose. Yes, the disappointment is real. The consequences can be devastating. But to keep moving forward, we have to learn to be resilient. We have to learn to trust, like a little child. We have to learn to manage our disappointments well, so we can try again full of renewed hope. Has it ever occurred to you that, if you’ll revisit your disappointment, God can give you a new perspective of it and that it can become a tool to help others? That you can take what he gives to you and pass it on? “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God” (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). Has it ever occurred to you that God has a new trajectory for you getting to your destiny? Disappointment is a place we pass through, not a place where we stay. God wants us emotionally engaged in His purposes. Living in the moment. Fully alive. Hopeful. He wants us to let him restore our hearts, so we can keep moving forward and fulfill his good purpose for our lives. Even when people—and life—fail us.
