Tumblr media
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐆𝐔𝐘 who values you very much. is the type to be very secure in the relationship; doesn't like any unnecessary drama and is definitely ready to move onto the next stage. wouldn't really care about the other person but will not tolerate having his boundaries crossed. especially when it's clear that he's yours and yours only.
isagi, yukimiya, bachira, nagi.
his eyes are on his phone, feet tapping against the tiles of the cafe. it's a hole in the wall that he's used to frequenting with you, so much that the staff know your orders by heart. the line is short, seats mostly empty, as the rush hour has passed. the rain is pouring against the window beside him, and he taps his finger on the table to their rhythm.
tilting his head, his eyes find you in the middle of the line. you're focused on the menu, your bottom lip between your teeth as you scan the list of food and beverages. it makes him smile, chuckling under his breath because he knows you'll end up getting what you usually do. he gets onto his feet, wallet in hand, when you're finally set to order.
"hi. good morning, how are you?" your sweet voice tickles his ear as he approaches, his heart warm and sated as you go through your usual routine.
"hey." he presses a kiss to your head, wrapping a hand around your waist. his lips trail down, stopping at your cheek, a smile pressed against the skin as he hears you giggle. "what's taking so long?"
the cashier smiles, amused at the sight. "mornin' i'm great. how about you two lovebirds?"
"we're good," he answers for you both, an easy-going expression on his face. he looks down, scrunching his nose at you while you giggle at his answer. "just waiting for this angel to finish ordering."
"we'll have matcha latte, caramel macchiato, and a blueberry cheesecake please. the usual." he tilts his head, looking for your confirmation. he smiles proudly, chest puffing when you nod your head.
"i'll pay," you say as you show your card to the cashier, smiling at her. he chuckles, letting you take the bill this time. "how much will it be?"
the drinks are out in a second, the green and brown a contrast against each other. there are two pairs of utensils on the plate, and he thanks the staff for their work, taking the tray into his hand. "i'll take these to our table first, okay?" he looks over his shoulder, a gentle look in his eye as he processes just how... domestic this all feels.
"yeah, i'll be there in a minute. i need to go to the bathroom." you smile at the cashier one last time, tucking your purse into your bag. you glare playfully, poking your tongue at him. "don't you dare finish the cheesecake before i'm back."
he pokes his tongue back, a laugh breaking loose from his chest. "no promises."
he sits back down, placing the food on the table as he goes back to drumming his fingers. the rain doesn't look as if it'll be stopping any time soon, wind combining with water to shower the earth clean. he looks at his watch, mentally thinking about making dinner later with you. a smile grows at the thought.
there's a shadow in the corner of his eye that he assumes is you. he smiles, ready to lean over and press a kiss, only to stop when his eyes meet a stranger instead. "sorry." he backs away, a furrow in his eyebrow as he looks around, searching for you. "you've got the wrong table."
"no. it's okay. i've definitely got the right table." the stranger lays it thick with a high-pitched tone, and fluttering eyelashes. "hi, handsome. here's my number."
he watches as she slips a piece of paper onto the table, confusion blending into annoyance when she leans over to take his hand. "look," he says with a frown, pushing his hands into his pockets. he's very obviously looking in the direction you went off in. "you've got the wrong table and i'm already with someone."
"ah but i don't see this someone?" the smile on her face is pushing at his limits. his jaw ticks when she moves to sit beside him. "c'mon, handsome. give me a chance."
the bathroom door by the end opens with a creak, and his head snaps at the sound. before she has time to reach over once again, he's quick to swerve away to your side. you're already eyeing the girl at your table with curiosity, your head tilted in question. "hey, who's that? one of your frien-"
he doesn't let you finish. he's quick to reach for your waist, tugging you into a kiss with a hand cupping your cheek. all negative feelings drain from his limbs, turning him into a puddle of love as you thread your fingers into his hair.
"as much as i love your kisses," you say with a gasp of breath as you look up into his eyes, finding love looking back at you through the orbs. "that was a bit sudden. did something happen?"
"not at all." he shakes his head, nuzzling into your nose. his hands are on the side of your neck, lovingly stroking the skin. "not now that you're here."
you look back at your table, seeing it empty, and the girl from before nowhere in sight.
"shall we enjoy our drinks?" he pushes you with the hand he has on your waist. he sits down first before pulling you to sit right beside him, your hands intertwined under the table. "can't wait to eat dinner with you later."
Tumblr media
𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍𝐒 𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓. he won't say no to playful flirting since it feeds his ego but will only respond if you're somewhere near or in his field of vision. he won't give the other person any of his attention if you aren't. will think it's funny that they're trying their best but will either shoot them down in a way that crushes their pride or brush them off as if they don't exist.
reo, aiku, karasu, kaiser.
the bass is thrumming against his skull, a tune that doesn't fit the mall's calm and serene energy. he's sitting on one of those plush sofas in a clothing store outlet, tapping his fingers against his thigh as he waits for you to finish changing. he feels the warning glare the manager's sending, and he snorts as if trying to go into the dressing room with you is a crime. he would be so much more satisfied with you between four cramped walls than in the wide space where people are obviously gawking at him.
"excuse me." someone calls his name timidly, and he cocks his head towards them, wanting to see where this goes. they send him a smile, one that's too teethy and falsely sweet but hey he can't fault them for not flashing his favorite smile; they aren't you after all.
"yes?" his reply is short and blunt, but he sighs when the girl flinches away. you've always said that his resting face looked too mean. he chuckles at the thought.
shaking himself out of his daydream, he shows his best smile. he leans back, arm stretched out against the back of the couch as he adjusts his pose, manspreading. a peacock, you'd once muse when he first did it in front of you. he watches with thinly veiled boredom in his eyes, a juxtaposition to the sickeningly sweet smile on his lips. "can i help you with something?"
the girl flushes, biting her lip and tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. being coy, he realizes with an amused scoff.
"sorry to bother you. it's just- you looked so bored. i thought i could entertain you."
his eyebrow quirks at the word entertain, tilting his head in mock curiosity. "and how would you do that, hm?" he takes her in, taking in her choice of clothing and hairstyle. cute he'd give that much to her. nothing like you, though. she couldn't compare.
he realizes belatedly that the once over was seen differently than what he meant for it to come across. amusement flickers in his eyes when she flushes a bright red, fidgeting on her spot. "you do this often?" he tilts his head, eyes half-lidded, trying to gauge her reaction. "flirting with random strangers in the mall of a hobby, eh?"
"just the handsome ones," she says with a giggle. he watches as she points a finger to the row of clothes, her interest clear as day. "how about we look around? buy some clothes or jewelry so we match."
he chuckles, shaking his head at the thought. he can't wait to tell you about this. right on cue, the door to your dressing room opens, and you step out. his breath gets stuck in his throat, his eyes widening, and a grin making its way to his lips.
the black dress you have on is nothing short of stunning. it tapers off to your knees, the material hugging your curves. he sends you an eager look, one which you giggle at. you turn, showing him the back of the dress, keeping eye contact as you do. his mouth falls and thoughts short circuit as his eyes rake down your bare back, stopping just before your bum.
oh the things he'll do to you in that dress. no wonder the manager was so adamant on not letting him join in on the fun.
"nah," he says distractedly at the girl still waiting for his response. he sends you a wink and a flirty smile, mouthing one moment, before turning back to her. "see that gorgeous specimen right there? yeah i'm hers."
"she and i, we match." his eyes are filled with mischief as he tugs his shirt down, showing off the collection of marks you left on him last night. the skin around his collarbone is red, purple, and bruised. littered with love bites. a symbol of your love he thinks smugly. "see?"
there's pride blooming in his chest, a smug smile forming on his face the moment her eyes widen and the color drains from her face. "i'm not interested in anyone who's not her. so scram." he's quick to wave her away, skipping over to tug you back into the fitting room, this time with him in it.
Tumblr media
𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐀𝐒 𝐈𝐂𝐄, the type to literally not care at all. will not give them time of day and will appear hostile if necessary. but he'll mostly just look at them, expressionless with dead eyes.
sae, rin, kunigami
there are so many options to choose from, he frowns, glaring at the row of refrigerators stacked next to each other as if they've done something wrong. the supermarket is relatively busy, customers ranging from middle schoolers to elderly. he's in the drink section, passing one fridge to another, looking for your favorite drink from outside the glass, his frowning reflection looking back at him.
you're somewhere in the dairy section, picking out pints of ice cream, and who knows what else. he checks his phone, checking for any new messages from you. i'll head over soon, after i find the popcorn, it reads along with multiple hearts and photos of you smiling beside the ice cream. he shakes his head, tapping a finger against the screen to save the photos.
he pockets his phone, ready to move on to the next isle when he bumps into someone. he huffs, his eyes looking at the girl that's staring right back at him.
"really?" she says with a flirty giggle after she gets a clear look at his face. he remains stoic, hands in his pocket, even as she nudges him on the shoulder as if a longtime friend. "you're handsome but if you don't say sorry when you bump into someone, they'll lose interest. but maybe that's your charm."
he moves to slight past her, not at all caring about her presence, but before he knows it, she's stuck a hand into his back pocket, sending a kiss playfully before bounding over somewhere he doesn't give a damn about. the frown on his lips deepens, but before he has the chance to look into his pocket, you pop up right beside him.
"hey, i can't find the drinks but i've got everything else." he hears you say as you show him your basket full of things, smiling up at him. there are all kinds of things in the basket, ranging from chocolate, popcorn, ice cream, sausages, and many more. tonight is monthly movie night and he tries to shake off the weird encounter from his mind, not wanting to dampen the mood.
he smiles back, leaning down to take the basket from you. the hoodie you have on is his, and it dwarves you. the hem reaches your knees, and he can't see your hands which makes him chuckle all the while more. you told him that you were cold, he knows it's just another excuse to wear his hoodie.
"let's go home." he ruffles a hand through your hair, affection getting the best of him, before taking your hand with his other.
he drops the basket on the self-checkout counter, and helps you scan all the necessary items. he eyes the chupa-chups by the counter and grabs two, strawberry and cola, scanning both and handing them for you to choose. he chuckles when you brighten, choosing the strawberry for yourself.
"i'll take the bags." he takes both bags into his left hand, the other placing itself on your back. he leads you out, shaking his head in amusement when he feels you slip your hand into his back pocket.
"hey what's this?" the tone of your voice has him frowning. "i didn't know you smoke. it's bad for you, ya know?"
looking down at the cigarette in your hand, he eyes the scribble of numbers surrounding the stick. ah that's what she slipped in, he sighs. taking the cigarette from you, he's quick to throw it to the ground, crushing it with his foot.
"i don't," he chuckles at the look of disbelief on your face. leaning in, he plucks the candy from your mouth, pressing a kiss and pushing his tongue in. you taste sweet from the candy he notes, you smell like ice cream too. he's quick to pull back, chuckling when he realizes just how flustered you've become.
"i prefer sweets," he says with a smug smile before popping the candy into his own mouth.

spoiled || paige bueckers
In which Paige loves to take you shopping and buy you anything you want, so long as you thank her properly.
a/n: hello everyone <3 this is my first fic for the wbb community so I hope you all enjoy it!
pairing: pro league!paige bueckers x f!reader
word count: 4.2k I might’ve gotten carried away oops
genre: pwp, smut 18+ only please
warnings: public sex, fingering, cunnilingus, daddy kink, choking, finger sucking, degrading pet names (slut), daddy kink, slapping, ass eating (Paige is an ass eater, you can fight me on this)
“Baby, are you done yet? I wanna get going before traffic gets too heavy.” Paige called out from the bedroom.
You looked over yourself once more in the mirror. Hair? Flawless. Makeup? Dewy. Outfit? Just the right amount of slutty. You were definitely ready. Spraying on some of your favorite perfume, you walked out of the bathroom to meet your girlfriend who waited for you at the edge of the bed.
“Ready, baby.” You smiled, sitting on her lap and kissing her, leaving behind a trace of your fruity lip oil.
Paige licked her lips and inhaled softly, “Smell so good, I might just eat you up.”
“Taste good too.” You smirked before getting up and leaving her to find your shoes in the hallway.
Your girlfriend was quick to follow, shaking her head as she followed behind you, slapping your ass as you bent over to buckle your heels. She grinned at you and handed you your purse. You took it with a smile, leaning in to kiss her.
“Thank you, baby.”
“No problem, princess,” Paige grabbed her keys from the key rack, opening the door for you, “after you.”

Baby, pa' mí es normal (Ujum), toa' las tienda' reservada'
'Toy a dieta, pero el consumo de ropa alto en grasa, ey
Upon arriving at the mall, Paige held the front door open for you after greeting the usual security guard. He smiled as he locked the doors behind us, reporting into his radio.
“Just us today?” You asked, noticing the odd silence of the shopping mall.
Paige grinned, “Of course, baby. I took the liberty of reserving the entire mall for you today. Can’t have my girl getting distracted during your shopping spree now can I?”
“You spoil me too much.” You blush, taking her hand in yours.
The blonde wore a fake puzzled look on her face, “Me? Spoil you? Nah, baby, this is the minimum of what you deserve.”
The two of you walked around the empty shopping mall, browsing store after store. Despite having the place to yourselves, you couldn’t quite get into the mood of shopping. Instead you found yourself bored and frustrated. An hour had passed by and nothing had yet caught your attention, plus, you were starting to feel an annoying grumble in your stomach.
You huffed as you crossed your arms over each other, pouting at your girlfriend, “I don’t see anything I like.”
“Want some ice cream? Maybe once you’ve had a snack you’ll have some more energy to shop around.” Paige suggested.
She knew better than to ignore your obvious early signs of hangriness, last time she had ignored them, it resulted with you crying over the smallest inconvenience. After nodding in agreement, you followed her to your favorite ice cream stand in the mall. Paige ordered your usual order of a single scoop of vanilla with fresh fruit as toppings as well as a mint chip waffle cone for herself.
“Want me to pay?” You offered, handing her your wallet.
Paige smirked and gently pushed it away, “Don’t worry, baby. Daddy’s got it.”
Your face went hot as you stared at her, feeling sorry for the poor cashier who had to witness her cheesy attempts at flirting. Your girlfriend hands the worker a twenty dollar bill and gladly receives the two sweet treats, insisting the teenage cashier keeps the change as a tip. After grabbing a few napkins and a spoon, Paige found a quiet corner in the mall for you both to enjoy your ice cream.
You sat down on the plush seat cushion, happily digging into your ice cream. Shoving a spoonful of the frozen dessert into your mouth, you hummed out, “Fank you, baby.”
Paige tilted your chin up to look at her as she sat next to you, “‘s rude to talk with your mouth full ya know. Where’s those manners I taught you, hm?”
A rush of heat washed over your body as you swallowed your mouthful, reminiscing all the other times she’d repeated that phrase to you during not so innocent times. You frowned at her, those intimidating blue eyes intently looking you over as she waited for the correct response to slip past your lips.
“Oh hush, you’re not the boss of me.” You teased, giggling at the way her brows furrowed in frustration.
Paige’s grip on your chin tightened just enough for you to let out a small whine, “Sorry, I don’t quite think that’s how you speak to your girlfriend who has brought you out for a shopping spree. Now, only good girls get gifts. Do you want to know what bad girls get?”
You swallowed thickly, squirming ever so slightly in your seat, “What?”
The blonde leaned down to lick your ear before whispering, “Bad girls get punishments. Do you want to be punished?”
“No…”
A small bite down on your neck warned you that you had one more try to drop the attitude before there were serious consequences.
“No, daddy. I’ll be good for you, promise.” You whispered, shakily shoving another spoonful of ice cream into your mouth so as to not draw too much attention to yourselves.
Paige smiled, “That’s what I thought. Now let’s finish these so we can get back to shopping, yeah?”
Soon after finishing your ice creams, you had found several items that had caught your attention. A new purse to match the dress Paige had bought you last week as well as the matching wallet. The perfume you’d been eyeing for the past month, of course you’d get the perfume set. Who could forget the newest addition to your ever growing jewelry collection, a sparkly diamond bracelet. From an outside perspective, it may have seemed that you were materialistic for adding to the list of items that Paige had cashed out for you— but that couldn’t possibly be further from the truth. Your girlfriend truly loved to spend her hard earned cash on you, a form of gratitude for all the years of unconditional love and support that you had given her throughout the years. You had done more for her than she could even fathom, there were no words to describe how much you meant to her. So she opted to spoil you with all the things you loved and share her wealth with you, after all, without you, there’s no telling where she’d be.

Booty tight, no quepo en los True Religion (Goddamn)
(¿Cuál es tu size? Que son limited edition)
Dinero hay (Tiene cash), damn right (Duh?)
“Baby, what do you think of this dress?” You held up a beautiful long black dress with a gold chain strap to your body.
Paige observed, feeling the fabric and humming, “It’s pretty, baby. I’m sure it’ll look amazing on you. Do you want it?”
You paused to think, eyeing the several bags hung on your girlfriend’s arms, “Can I try it on first?”
The store employee nodded invitingly, “Of course you can! Let me show you to our dressing room, please feel free to try on as many items as you’d like.”
Paige nodded, allowing you to walk in front of her as the kind worker showed you to a spacious dressing room in the far end of the store. It was so big it could be mistaken for your walk-in closet at home. The tall blonde set down your bags in a corner of the room, smiling at the employee and thanking her once more.
“I’ll let you go ahead and take your time with this gorgeous dress, let me know if you need anything.” She smiled before excusing herself back to the front of the store.
You dropped onto the couch against the back wall of the dressing room, yawning as if you’d just gotten off your third graveyard shift in a row.
Paige shook her head before sitting beside you, gently placing your legs into her lap, “You act like you’ve been doing such gruesome, tiring work. I’m the one doing all the heavy lifting, ya know.”
“My head hurts from all this decision making. Do you know how hard it was for me to decide between which three purses I wanted from that Bottega earlier?” You teased, leaning back onto the arm of the couch into a somewhat lying position.
The blonde’s warm hands sneakily made their way up the dress you were wearing, massaging your legs, “I know, baby. You’re probably so tired of thinking aren’t you?”
“Mhm.” You pouted at her.
“Well, then how about you just stop thinking and let daddy take care of you, yeah? How’s that sound?” Paige suggested, bringing her hand back down to your ankle and bringing it up for a gentle kiss.
You smiled, standing up in front of her and lifting your dress over your head to leave you completely bare minus the black heels you were wearing. “Well, I am gonna need help trying on this dress.”
Paige instinctively reached for your breasts, massaging them before playfully pinching your tender nipples, “Naughty girl, how come you aren’t wearing any underwear?”
“I know how much you appreciate having easy access.” You winked, grabbing the limited edition black dress and slipping it on.
The dress was incredibly soft, rubbing your nipples deliciously as you pulled it down past your hips. The gold chain straps cold against your warm skin, expensive black fabric pooling just above your ankles. You stepped back and turned away from your girlfriend, gesturing for her to help with the clasp on the chains to hold the dress up. Paige stood behind you, securing the straps in place before running her giant hands over your chest. Goosebumps raised over your skin as she leaned down to kiss your neck, massaging your pillowy tits, fingers teasing to pull down the cowl neckline of the dress.
“So naughty today baby, what’s gotten into you?” She kissed her teeth, keeping one hand on your breast as the other snaked down to push your hips back against hers.
You let out a whimper, “N-nothing, just wanted to look pretty in some new clothes for you.”
Paige pulled your tits free from the slinky material of the dress, turning you around to get a good look at what was hers. Your glowing skin, your captivating beauty, and your luscious hair that she loved to pull on. You were a goddess if she’d ever seen one. The dim lighting in the dressing room was absolutely working in your favor, though, Paige couldn’t think of a time where you’ve ever looked less than perfect. Her hands run down your back, leaving behind a burning sensation on your skin before settling on the roundness of your ass which she loved so much. The dress sculpted you perfectly, hugging you as if it were made for you.
“Spin for me.” She ordered, squeezing once before gently shoving you a step back.
You obediently followed her orders, giving her a full turn to appreciate just how perfectly the dress fit you.
Paige groaned as she leaned back onto the couch, “Yeah… we’re definitely buying you this dress— in all the colors.”
“What about the matching heels? They only made so many of them and I’ll be so, so sad if I don’t have a pair,” you pouted, taking the opportunity to sit on her lap and loosely hang your arms around her neck, “I promise I’ll be on my best behavior, daddy.”
Paige felt a surge of wetness in between her thighs, rough hands lifting up your dress to pool around your waist. She placed a playful smack on your ass, reveling in your cute squeal. You felt far too warm for your comfort in between your thighs and couldn’t help but to grind down on her, sighing at the slight pressure on your bare pussy.
“Get on your knees, now.” The blonde ordered, shoving you off her lap but not before placing a loving kiss on your lips.
“Yes, baby.” You knelt before her on the cold floor, sitting on your heels with your hands on her knees.
Paige unbuttoned her pants, “Finish taking these off for me, slut.”
Your hands were quick to undress her lower half, tugging down her jeans and boxers all the way off before setting them down in a nice pile beside her on the couch. You salivated at the sight before you, the most delicious, prettiest, and wettest pussy you’d ever had the pleasure of experiencing— though it was worth noting that it was all the only pussy you’d ever had. Of course, with the way you maneuvered your tongue, Paige had a hard time seriously believing you were a full virgin when you had first met.
“Make me cum, then maybe I’ll let you cum too.” Paige spread her legs, revealing herself to you in all her glory.
“Yes, daddy.” You nodded, spreading her legs further ever so slightly.
You dragged your tongue from her dripping entrance all the way up to her throbbing clit which was just begging to be sucked. Paige let out a quiet sigh, adjusting herself on the couch and scooting closer to your face. You moaned at the taste of her wetness on your tongue, determined to get some more out of her. A trickle of your own nectar had begun to drip down your thigh as well, a reminder of what your true goal was. The warmth of your soft tongue had Paige’s eyes fluttering shut as she tilted her head back to rest on the back of the couch, one hand pressing your face further into her cunt. You began to lick up and down more fervently, occasionally shaking your head side to side.
“Such a good little slut for daddy, you always look so pretty like this. Do you like how I taste baby? It’s all for you.” Paige cooed, looking down at you, gathering your hair out of your face.
You tried to pull away to respond to her, but to no avail. Her grip on your head was too strong, forcing you to speak against her wet pussy, the vibration causing her to shudder. “Mhm— I love it fo mufth.”
Your girlfriend smirked at your weak attempts to speak clearly, “It’s rude to talk with your mouth full, remember? Why don’t you try again for me, baby?”
A muffled whine sounded from your wet lips, “I love it fo mufth!”
Paige cut you some slack, loosening her grip on your hair to tug you back harshly, shoving her fingers into your mouth. You gagged around them as drool slipped past the corners of your lips, teary eyes staring back at your girlfriend. You blinked them away as you sucked on her long fingers, bobbing your head as if you were sucking on her strap that you were desperately craving. Her wet hand slapped your cheek with just enough force to leave a slight sting, a wicked grin on her face.
“That’s what you get for speaking with your mouth full, now get back to work. Wouldn’t want the kind lady wondering why we’re taking so long. Then she’d know just how much of a fucking dirty slut you are for eating my pussy in public.”
You shook your head with wide eyes, “N-no!”
Paige shoved your face into her wet cunt once more, bucking her hips up at the sensation of your lips kissing her clit. You flattened your tongue against her and curled the tip of your tongue to catch on her clit with every lick. Her wetness coated the entire lower half of your face, glistening under the warm lights. You knew you didn’t have much time before the store worker would come back checking in on the both of you, so you picked up the pace and began to solely focus on her bundle of nerves.
“Please, daddy,” you looked up at her with doe eyes, “wanna taste your cum. Need you to cum all over my face, please?”
“Ah, fuck. Just like that baby, eat that fucking pussy, baby.” Paige’s legs began to tremble around your head, abs tensing underneath her shirt.
You hummed against her, shaking your head side to side and licking at the spot you knew would surely make her fold. The adrenaline of the risk of getting caught motivated you to go even faster, obscene wet sounds filling the room.
“Cum for me, baby.” You moaned.
Paige bit down on her hand as she bucked up into your mouth, desperately seeking her release as the burning knot in her stomach got tighter and tighter. The sight of you diving into her with zero regard for the consequences of getting caught, solely intent on bringing her to climax turned her on in more ways than she could count. You looked so pretty on your knees, tits bouncing with each bob of your head— nipple piercings sparkling almost as bright as the glimmer in your eyes when you looked at her. The blonde couldn’t hold back any longer, not when you looked at her with such innocence— contradicting the sinfulness of your actions. She held your head in place as her hips bucked uncontrollably against your mouth, strangled moans slipping past her lips as she shut her eyes in pure bliss.
“C-cumming, baby. Fuckfuckfuck!” Paige groaned, her pretty lips parting open with a silent cry as she came all over your tongue.
Her cum gushed out, coating your tongue with her sweetness that you had been craving all this time. You continued to lick her until she had finally come down from her high, hands releasing your hair and gently pulling you off. Your girlfriend always looked so pretty right after an orgasm— face flushed pink, eyes slightly teary, and chest heaving as she struggled to calm herself down. You reached over for your purse, grabbing your water bottle and handing it to her which she kindly accepted.
“You okay?” You tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, sitting down beside her.
Your girlfriend nodded slowly, “Yeah, it’s just that- you have a fucking blessing.”
Paige passed you the water before directing you to take a few sips, “Now it’s my turn to have some fun.”
You bit your lip as you put the water bottle back in your purse, turning to look at your girlfriend. Your eyes widened at the sight of her now fully naked, pale skin just begging to be marked. Her lean frame pushed you onto your back, you gladly welcomed her on top of you, your hands roaming the soft skin of her toned back. Your acrylics dug into her skin hard enough to draw a hiss from her lips and maybe leave a red mark or two.
“You look so hot when you’re on top of me.” you smiled at her.
The blonde leaned in for a kiss, biting your bottom lip as you wrapped your legs around her. You felt yourself melt into the kiss, heart beating at a thousand miles per hour as she nudged her knee against your pussy. Your skin felt as it was on fire, aching for the slightest touch.
You broke the kiss, “Baby, please. I can’t wait any longer.”
Paige smirked, “What do you need? Use your words, slut.”
“Need you to make me cum… I’ve been good.”
“Use. Your. Words.” Paige’s hand wrapped around your throat as a warning, “or am I not being clear enough with my orders?”
You batted your lashes at your girlfriend, her gold chain dangling in your face, “Want you to eat my pussy please, daddy.”
“Of course, princess. Since you’ve been so good for me,” She flipped you onto all fours, pushing your face into the couch cushion and leaned over you to whisper in your ear, “Been dying to taste you since before we left the house.”
Paige then sat back on her heels, big hands firmly planted on your ass to spread you wide open. She licked her lips at the sight of your pretty tight hole puckering back at her. Desire and temptation ruling over her, she couldn’t help but to sink her teeth into your soft skin. You let out a whine and jolted forward in pain, though that only spurred her on to smack your ass.
You wiggled impatiently, “Paigeee, come on. No more teasing.”
Finally, she placed a soft kiss onto your dripping hole. Her tongue expertly licked around your folds, collecting every drop of your sweet, sweet, candy. You sighed in relief as you pushed yourself back, her face engulfed by the globes of your ass. Paige moaned as she pulled your hips closer, fat tongue licking you up and down passionately. There was not a centimeter left untouched by her. You felt her tongue probe at your entrance before slipping in, the warm muscle thrusting in and out as she brought a hand down to rub your clit. You couldn’t help but shake your ass on her face as you felt your eyes roll back at the pleasure. Small gasps fell from your mouth, legs quivering.
“Hello? Everything alright in there? Do you guys need anything? Perhaps a different size?” The store worker knocked on the door, causing the hairs on the back of your neck to raise.
Paige pulled away to whisper, “Answer her, baby.”
“Y-yes! We-uh, I would like to try this dress on in pink as well please! T-thank you.” You called out, fighting back all the whimpers you so desperately wanted to let out as Paige inserted a finger into your sopping cunt.
“Very well then, I’ll bring that right away.” The click of her heels faded away in the distance.
Paige’s long fingers fucked you deliciously, hitting that sweet spot with every single pump. Her tongue poked at your puckered hole, circling it teasingly. You let out a whine as she licked you from top to bottom, wiggling as a silent request for more.
“Throw that ass back, baby. Let daddy see what a slut you are.”
You obeyed, of course you did. How could you not when she had you on cloud nine? Your hips had a mind of their own, throwing it back as if your life depended on it. Paige’s own moans were muffled by your wet folds, licking them up and down feverishly as she continued to fuck you with her slender fingers. Her tongue played with your clit as you began to shake, signaling you were close.
“D-daddy, faster please!” You whined, feeling yourself teetering over the edge.
Paige grunted as she curled her fingers downward, causing you to nearly cry out for her. You bit your lip as she continued to abuse your poor cunt, claiming it as hers over and over again. It felt like the room was spinning, your stomach clenching as she slurped and made the most ungodly sounds. Your girlfriend shoved in a third finger, stretching you just enough to push you over the edge. Her free hand rubbed at your clit, mouth catching the mini spurts of fluid spraying from your pussy.
“That’s it, cum for daddy.” She cooed, slowing down her movements as you fell flat on your stomach.
“Fuck…” you croaked out, feeling the familiar throb in between your legs.
Paige rubbed your back soothingly, waiting for you to come back down to earth. She reached for your purse and grabbed some of your personal wet wipes—which you always kept on hand in case of an emergency— and gently wiped you down, being mindful of your sensitivity. Once assuring you were cleaned up, she cleaned herself up as well, handing you your dress before slipping back into her own clothes. After a few moments, you finally mustered up the energy to dress yourself and lean against your girlfriend.
“I love you, you know that right?” She tilted your face up to look at her.
You smiled at her, “I know. I love you too, Paige.”
A knock sounded against the dressing room door, “Excuse me, I’ve brought you the dress you requested. I’ll leave it hanging outside the door!”
Your girlfriend interjected, “Actually, if its not too much of a bother, would you mind bringing the dress in every color you have available to the counter? We’ll be taking all of them.”
“Pai-“ you furrowed your brows.
“Shh, let me.” She smiled softly.
The worker paused, “Sounds great, I’ll have those ready for you.”
Paige stood up, helping you up as well before collecting your bags as well as the new dress you had yet to buy. After making sure you both looked fairly presentable, you followed her out of the dressing room and back to the front of the store— a faint soreness in between your thighs reminding you of the actions that took place on that poor couch. The employee greeted you with a big smile and a huge pile of dresses, all neatly folded on the counter like your girlfriend had requested.
“Here are your dresses, Ms. Bueckers, is there anything else I can grab for you?”
Paige looked over at you.
“The heels?” You asked shyly.
Your girlfriend turned to the sales lady, “We’ll also be taking the corresponding matching heels. Thank you.”
“Of course, give me one second.” She replied before walking off into the back.
You looked up at your girlfriend, or more so, sugar daddy it felt like, “Thank you, daddy.”
Paige leaned down to kiss you, “Anything for my princess.”

sounds like a date
for @steddielovemonth prompt 'love is sharing food' rated g | 743 words | no cw | tags: fluff, established relationship, flirting
💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
"Can I have a fry?" Eddie asked with his mouth half full of the last fry he'd stolen off Steve's plate.
"Why didn't you just get your own fries?" Steve asked, handing him a fry from his plate.
"Because I only wanted a couple and you always share with me," Eddie shoved the fry into his mouth.
That was true; Steve always shared his food when they were having their usual date night at the diner. In fact, he pretty much only got fries because he knew Eddie would want some.
He preferred just eating his turkey club sandwich and smiling over at Eddie who always ordered two milkshakes because he could never decide on a flavor, a cheeseburger, onion rings that he complained were soggy every time, and a chef salad for balance.
Eddie never finished his food, or the milkshakes, but he always finished Steve's fries.
So it became an unspoken routine, something Steve wasn't even sure Eddie noticed even after months of doing it. Robin said he was a sap for doing it, but he didn't care.
"How's the chocolate shake?" Steve asked as Eddie dipped another stolen fry into it. "Good with the fries?"
"Yeah, but the strawberry is better. They didn't add extra chocolate syrup this time," Eddie half-pouted, as if he didn't complain about their lack of chocolate in the chocolate shake every time he ordered it.
"Can I have a sip of your Coke?" Eddie asked after another minute of stealing fries from Steve's plate.
Steve wordlessly handed his cup over, surprised it took him this long to ask for it. He usually asked way before he'd even started on the fries.
Eddie, as expected, took a few large sips, almost draining the rest of the drink.
"Why doesn't the waitress ever bring us napkins?" Eddie asked as he set the cup back down in front of Steve.
Steve handed him one of the napkins he'd grabbed from the table they passed on the way to their own. The waitress did always forget to bring them, so Steve prepared.
"You're so good to me," Eddie smirked, brushing his foot against Steve's ankle under the table.
Steve was pretty sure the waitress knew what was going on between them and just hadn't bothered to say anything, and the rest of the diner was empty. Their date night was pretty late, right after Eddie's Hellfire night with the kids that always seemed to go longer and longer. It was damn near midnight now, most of the town in bed, the rest up to no good somewhere else.
It was peaceful, being here with Eddie like this.
It was a look at a future they could have, at least a version of it, though neither of them planned on staying in Hawkins forever.
Steve slid his plate of the few remaining fries over to Eddie and wiped his hands on his napkin. "Finish 'em. I'm done."
"You didn't even eat any," Eddie pointed out before grabbing another one.
"Wasn't that hungry, I guess."
"Mhm," Eddie smirked knowingly, but didn't comment further.
"All set for the bill?" The waitress came by to ask, tapping her pen against the pad of paper. "Who gets it tonight?"
Eddie pointed at Steve, like he did every single week they did this.
Steve took the bill from her hand like he did every single week.
He pulled out his wallet, grabbed the $10 in cash he always kept there for date night, and handed it back to her.
Eddie waited until she walked away to pull out his wallet, grabbing $2 for a tip.
"You know at some point, you may have to actually pay for a date," Steve said as he slipped his jacket on.
"Maybe," Eddie shrugged, like he knew Steve loved paying for their date, made him feel like he could provide. Eddie joked it was his inner caveman. "Maybe I'll just take us on a nice road trip with all this money I'm savin'."
"Oh?" Steve froze.
Eddie looked back at him, beaming smile.
"Yeah. Next month sound good to you? A tour of diners across the midwest. Every night is date night. All my treat," Eddie suggested, like he'd already had this planned for a while. "I'd love to steal your fries in new places, Stevie."
Steve felt himself blushing, somehow always surprised at the lengths Eddie went to to make him feel so loved.
"Sounds like a date."

𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 || 𝐄𝐃𝐃𝐈𝐄 𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐎𝐍
Tumblr media
summary: in which you forget your wallet and offer eddie a quid pro quo. oh, look at you using big words! [eddie munson x bimbo!reader]
cw: smut || 18+ only [ft. oral sex (m receiver), cheating, outdoors sex, reader is dumb (obviously, so if that bothers you.. goodbye!]
a/n: i rewrote this entire thing 4 times 😃 i still don’t really like how some parts turned out but let’s pretend it’s because i’ve stared at it for hours on end and not bc it’s actually bad <3
Tumblr media
“That’d be 20,” Eddie says, sliding the bag of weed towards you over the wooden table.
You open your bag to look for your wallet only to not find it in its usual spot. You look inside the bigger compartment, ruffling through makeup bags, receipts and strawberry lollipops but come back empty handed. You look back at Eddie, offering him an anxious smile, “Just a sec.”
He nods and rests his forearms on the table, toying with the wristband of his watch while he watches you open all three of your makeup bags, the glass bottles and compact powders clinking against each other.
His eyebrows raise at your mumbled curse. “Everything okay?”
“Yeah, yeah. S’just…” you giggle nervously, twirling a strand of hair. “I forgot my wallet. Silly me.”
Eddie grimaces in pity. “Well that’s unfortunate, sweetheart, but you know what they say…” he takes back the plastic bag and dumps it into his toolbox, closing the lid sharply. He smiles sarcastically, “Flattery doesn’t pay the bills.”
Your shoulders drop as he stands up, but before he can put his leather jacket back on your face lights up, resembling a cartoon having an eureka moment. Or so Eddie thinks. “Wait! I could pay you some other way, if you want!”
“Cash only, you know the rules.” Your twinkling laughter lets him know he said something stupid, which coming from you should probably bruise his ego a little. “What?”
“That’s not what I meant, silly,” you chuckle, adjusting your position on the bench and leaning forward conspiratorially, resting your chin on the palm of your hand. Eddie gulps as your eyes drag down his body to his groin then back up to his face. “I meant, I could do you a little favour.”
“A favour,” he repeats blankly.
“Yeah, like a little– ugh, what’s the word?” You muse, your front teeth trapping your lower lip. Eddie has to admit that the way your brows furrow in concentration is adorable. “Oh, yeah, a little quid pro quo! I suck your cock, you give me the weed for free,” you sing-song, smiling at him.
Eddie is many things. A freak, a nerd, an academic failure, a drug dealer. He is not dumb, though, even though the vast majority of Hawkins High would like to defer. So it’d be very dumb of him to turn down a blowjob offer from one of the prettiest girls in Hawkins.
He’s seen you around town before, walking around with your short skirts and dresses and tight shirts, heeled mary janes that probably cost more than anything inside his trailer clicking against the pavement. You were one of the few people in Hawkins that didn’t cast him aside, in fact, you had always been kind to him whenever he got the courage to talk to you.
Whether it was because you were simply too nice or because the fact that he was Eddie “the Freak” Munson just flew over your pretty little ditzy head, he’d never know.
So sue him if he had a teeny tiny crush on the local airhead.
Then he remembers the hunk who usually had an arm wrapped around your waist. The meathead that would bump into his shoulder if they crossed paths. The jackass that would make your shoulders drop and a sad look cloud your face when he mocked you as you played around with the figurines on display in the comic shop he frequented.
His mood sours.
“Don’t you have a boyfriend?”
“Yeah, but he won’t mind. Half the weed is for him anyways.” You shrug, clearly unbothered. “Besides, it’s not like he hasn’t been sneaking around with like, half of his girl friends behind my back. At least I’m doing this as a favour to him.”
Eddie’s eyes widen. “Shit, no way.”
“Yeah, he must think I’m stupid or something. I mean, I’ve already found three different fake nails in his car. Do I look like the type of girl to wear black nail polish?” You tilt your head to the side, your shiny purple nails clicking on the table. Eddie shakes his head with a snort. “Exactly! So, are we gonna do this or not? I have a hair dresser’s appointment in like an hour.”
Eddie shifts in place, kicking some leaves up in the air. As much as this is a dream come true, he doesn’t wanna take advantage of your predicament. Hoping you don’t take it back, he asks, “You sure this is cool?”
“Yeah, it’ll be fun!”
He wonders if your idea of fun is usually this fucked up but finds himself nodding in approval. “Yeah, sure. Fuck it.”
You clap your hands in excitement and stand up, your skirt flaring as you twirl around to walk to the opposite side of the bench. You stand in front of him, fingers linked together as you bounce on the balls of your feet. “So, like, do you wanna stand or sit down?”
Eddie stares at your glossy mouth as you talk, down to your low cut top that exposes the swells of your chest, and lower to your short skirt that will most likely rise up if the barest hint of a breeze passes you by.
“I, uh, I think I’ll sit,” he says, lowering himself to the bench. He gulps when he’s face to face with your boobs, your nipples straining against your shirt.
Yeah, he thinks as his cock stirs awake, sitting down was the smartest choice.
“Wait,” he grabs his jacket and dumps it in front of him. “For– for your knees. So the leaves don’t hurt you,” he explains when he sees the confused look on your face.
Your heart swells inside your chest. You have to clutch it to make sure it doesn’t burst from the seams. “That’s so sweet!” you cry and give him a quick peck on the cheek before kneeling between his legs.
You shuffle until you’re in a comfortable position, caressing his thighs gently when you’re done. “It’s super comfy, Eddie. Thank you.”
“You’re welcome,” he exhales, watching in anticipation as you unbuckle his belt and undo his jeans. He helps you out by raising his hips, pulling down his boxers himself just enough to get his cock out.
Your mouth falls open. “Oh, wow.”
His cock isn’t even fully hard yet but it’s still an impressive sight, barely thicker than it’s longer and decorated with two cute veins on either side that lead to the pink tip. Your favourite colour.
You reach forward to touch him but he shifts back awkwardly, shoulders drawn up. “Sorry about the mess,” he says, more pink coating his cheeks. If he keeps this up you’re going to fall in love. “I didn’t think I'd be getting blowed during a deal so, uh, y’know… housekeeping missed a week.”
He’s embarrassed, you realise, catching up to the misunderstanding. About his… pubic hair? You laugh internally, how dumb is this boy?
“I don’t care about that, dummy,” you keep stroking his inner thigh, now touching his skin. He’s so warm.
Your honesty is so clear in your eyes that it helps him relax. Your hand hovers above his mound and only touches him when he nods shakily, petting it softly. Your eyes light up with happiness and god, Eddie loves that shine on you. “I think it’s super hot, actually. Kinda wish my boyfriend kept it like this.”
Eddie sighs as you litter warm kisses around the base. His dick twitches when your nose bumps against it. “He doesn’t?”
He doesn’t know why he asks, but he’s curious. So very curious to know what you see in that asshole, what it is exactly that Eddie’s missing. And maybe, just maybe, he feels a burst of proudness when you shake your head with a sad pout.
Eddie: 1
Asshole boyfriend: 0
Your kisses move upwards, your lips pressing sweetly all around his cock and your tongue tracing the veins. Eddie is practically vibrating with anticipation, his hands hovering on either side of your head like he doesn’t know if he can touch you.
“You can touch me, Eddie,” you mumble against his length, the vibrations sending a shiver down Eddie’s spine. “You can do whatever you want. Here–”
He swallows down the whine of despair that threatens to come out of his throat when you pull away, has to bite his lip to stay quiet when you take off your top and your tits fall out.
You take his hands and press them to your chest. “Feel them,” you guide his fingers so he can squeeze them, letting out a breathy moan in response. Encouraged, Eddie does it again, this time by himself, and sneaks out of your hold to twist your nipples. “S-soft, aren’t they?”
“Fuckin’ perfect,” he corrects.
You swallow harshly, the praise and Eddie’s eyes glued to your boobs creating a gentle warmth inside you. “I, uh, thought you might’ve wanted something pretty to look at. Trees can get a little boring. A-and you can use them as stress balls, too! Just anything y’want, really…” You shake your scattered head and grip him once more, Eddie cursing from your sudden movement. “I’m gonna suck you now, ‘kay?”
“Whenever you want, sweetheart.”
Something in the tone of his voice makes your thighs clench together.
You purse your lips and dribble some spit onto the tip, spreading the rivulettes around with firm strokes. Eddie’s breathing hardens, and when you finally wrap the soft cushions of your mouth around the head and suckle on it like the lollipops you’re always munching on, it’s like he’s stopped breathing all together.
“Shit,” he curses, the feel of your wet tongue swirling around turning his brain into mush. He can’t think straight, not when he looks down and sees you slobbering all over him, slurping loudly as your head bobs up and down enthusiastically.
“Holy fuck, that feels so good.” You’re fighting back your gag reflex, he can feel it– your throat contracting around him as you try your best to fight off the urge to throw up, desperate to keep him snug inside your mouth. The spasms cause his head to fall back, the grip on your tits tightening until you’re whimpering.
You’re a sputtering mess when you pull away, spit dripping down your chin and onto your chest, which is panting with the effort to relieve your burning lungs. You keep stroking him, though, your fist gliding with ease thanks to all the drool you left on him.
“Look what you did to me,” Eddie says, eyes glued to the tip that oozes precum like a leaky faucet. You follow one of the pearly white drops on its path down to his balls and, never having been a wasteful person, lick it up.
Eddie groans the feeling of your soft tongue kitten licking his heavy balls. “Do that again,” he begs, hands leaving your chest to keep you down where you are, pressing you against his base. You’re overwhelmed with all things Eddie: his scent, his taste, the sounds he makes as you plop both sacks into your mouth and suck them.
Eddie slumps back against the table, the sharp edge digging itself into his back but he doesn’t care. He’s spewing curses and the sweetest sounds you have ever heard. “Oh god, you feel how full they are? How full of cum they are for you? Never got this fucking needy for anyone, I swear to fucking Ozzy or- shit, I don’t know. Feels like I’m gonna explode.”
There aren’t many things that make you as wet as having a cock in your mouth and the evidence is clear in your panties, a string of slick stretching when you pull them to the side to play with your clit. You roll Eddie’s balls in your mouth, press two fingers into your dripping hole in search of relief. The reaction is immediate: a cute little mewl ripping from your chest thanks to the knowledge that your fingers are sticky with his cum and your spit.
You press your face further into his groin and sigh in pleasure, eyelashes fluttering as you pump and curl your fingers. With a kiss yo each of his balls, you lave your tongue on the underside of his cock, flicking the tip over his slit so you can embed his salty taste in your mouth.
“Oh shit, are you touching yourself?” His voice gets higher from the surprise and the arousal, something rabid growing in his stomach. He combs back your hair so he can see your eyes. “That’s– that’s so hot. You have no idea how fucking hot it is.”
He can’t look away from you. Wants to burn the image of your mouth stuffed full and your teary eyes and your lips stretched wide as you try to give him your best smile. Your nipples are grazing the rough fabric of his jeans, your tits bouncing up and down as you drool all over him.
He doesn’t think he can last much longer, not when you touch him so good and sound so pretty and he knows he’s the reason you’re so desperately fucking your own fingers. It’s then that the wet heat of your mouth envelops him again, your cheeks hollowing in a suction motion.
All hell breaks loose.
He thinks he’s burning up, he has to be. His skin is hot and sweaty, his mind delirious and he can’t keep himself from spewing the first thoughts that come to mind. “I bet that little pussy is beautiful. Sweet too. It’s– It’s gotta be, with how fucking pretty you are. How sweet you always are to me. Always so nice to me, laughing at my awful jokes. Even if your idiotic boyfriend is around. Goddamit,” he clutches the bench beneath him, eyes screwed shut. “I’m gonna cum, sweetheart. Where- Where do you want it? In that tight throat, that pretty face? Anywhere, anywhere you want.”
You pull away with a lewd popping sound, Eddie’s eyes rolling back. “My face, please. Want you to make me pretty,” you say breathlessly.
Your inner walls flutter at the sight of Eddie losing himself in his orgasm. He’s always been pretty but now, with his lips raw bitten, his hair a wild mess from running his hand through it, his face flushed and his shirt sticking to his sweaty chest? He’s beautiful, gorgeous, every synonym in the dictionary.
You await with an open mouth and the second the first spurts of his cum hit your cheek, you’re cumming yourself, movements stuttering and thighs closing in on your wrist. Some of the spurts enter your mouth directly and you gulp them down without hesitation. Others drip down your forehead and cheekbones before they touch your parted lips, your tongue darting out to collect them.
“Come here.” He grabs you by the back of your neck and leans forward to kiss, not even caring that you’re covered in him. His nose presses against your cheek as he swallows down your whiny moans, tasting himself on your tongue.
He’ll blame the mushyness on his post-orgasmic bliss, not worried about anything when you’re switching his deep kisses for sweet little pecks that could make his knees buckle.
“Oh!” you exclaim when you notice the clump of white on the tip of Eddie’s nose. You swipe it off with your thumb and lick it up, not even worrying about the state of your own. “So, uh, I read that cum is like this super amazing facial… maybe we could do it again sometime?”
Oh, bless your silly little heart.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we get reader being harassed by some guy in an alleyway and hotch is walking by with the team (perhaps going to get drinks after wrapping up a case) AND HE LIKE STEPS IN AND THREATENS THE GUY?? MAYBE EVEN FLASHES HIS BADGE OR SM. Basically I'm thirsty for some protective!hotch <3
You're reminded of how unpredictable life can be when you're yanked backwards unexpectedly, tugged into the darkness of a shadowed alley between two buildings. Five seconds before you'd been thinking about dinner, and now you're not sure you'll live to see another meal.
"Cash," The man grunts, his mouth pressed to your ear as his arm cuts tight around your neck, "I need cash."
"My- my bag," You whimper, frozen stiff in fear and rendered useless, "I- I don't have much, but you- you can take it."
He throws you forwards, ripping your bag off of your shoulder in one fluid motion. He rifles through it while you relearn the art of breathing, but before he can pull your measly collection of bills from the inside pocket of your wallet, there's a gun over your shoulder pointed at his head.
For a moment, you're so dazed that you honestly think you might be holding it. But you don't have a gun, and your wrist doesn't have the dark, wiry hair on it that you see beneath a grey sleeve of whoever's got the weapon.
"Drop the purse, and the knife." A voice booms through the alleyway, deep and firm. If it was directed at you, you'd spook like a horse, and your assailant looks properly terrified.
"It's just a little cash, man," Your attacker tries, "I- I know her! She's my girlfriend."
Your savior knows he's lying before you shake your head vigorously, but you do it anyways, because sitting there and doing nothing feels wrong.
"You've already assaulted someone in front of a federal agent, don't make it worse for yourself by lying about it, too. You're lucky I don't have my cuffs with me or I'd haul you into the back of my SUV and take you down to the station right now. Instead, you're going to drop the purse, and the weapon, and run as fast as you can, because the more time you sit there and let me look at you, the better my chances are of describing you to a sketch artist and placing a warrant out for your arrest."
By the middle of the man's speech, your attacker is trembling just as much as you are. He drops your bag and his knife on command, barely avoiding tripping over the edge of the gutter drain as he flees the scene.
As soon as the gun isn't necessary anymore, the man behind you stashes it in a holster, but you can't see, your back feels permanently adhered to the wall you'd backed up against.
"You're okay," The man assures you, and his voice is much more soothing at a softer tone. He bends to gather your purse, tucking a tube of chapstick back into its confines before holding it out as a peace offering to you.
"He's gone," He promises, ducking down where your eyes are stuck to peer worriedly at you. He has a handsome face, but it's pinched in concern, big brown eyes dripping with care, "And I will put that warrant out for his arrest. Are you alright? Did he hurt you?"
"No," You breathe, still pressed to the wall even as you shake your head, "No, he- Thank you, I- I don't know what I would have done without you."
"I usually show up to these things a little late," He grimaces, dropping your purse back down to his side and holding out an empty hand instead, "Can I help you get where you were going?"
"Home." You mutter, "I was- I was going home. After work."
"I can drive you there, if you'd like." He offers, pleased when you reach out with a shaky hand to take his own, "Or we can walk, whichever you prefer. I just want to make sure nothing else happens."
"Um, I- I can pay for a ride. Here," You take your purse back, tugging a bill out that you're lucky to still possess, "If- it's just down the street, if you really don't mind."
"Keep it," He pushes your hand back towards your purse, "I just stopped a guy from taking your money, I'm not gonna do the same. My car's right outside, okay? Let me help you there. And- uh," He rifles through his jacket, "I wasn't lying about being an agent." He showcases a black-covered badge, Supervisory Special Agent Aaron Hotchner written in bold lettering beneath his name, "You'll be safe with me."
"Okay," You nod, accepting the hand that he holds your arm with to ease you off of the wall and onto your shaky legs, "Uh, thank you, Agent- Hotchner."
"No need." He murmurs, eyes scanning the crowd to make sure there's no sign of your assailant, "Let's just get you home safe, honey."

No Flirting at Trivia - Quinn Hughes
Summary: After moving to Vancouver by yourself you start to doubt your decisions. But one group of people make you feel a little more welcome in the new city.  And there’s one person in particular who makes you certain you made the right decision.
Word Count: ~5,800
Warnings: Pretty wholesome, some drinking.
A/N: Honestly, don’t really know much about Quinn Hughes, he just gives kinda quiet, sweet vibes so I ran with that for this one. Could be way out of character, I’m not sure.
Moving to Vancouver was a huge decision, one that almost didn’t happen. When you got the job offer and they also offered to pay for you to relocate there weren’t any rational reasons to say no. The job was great, the pay was great, the benefits were great. But you didn’t know anyone in Vancouver. You had never moved to a new city not knowing a single person there.
But you didn’t want to regret letting the opportunity go so you packed up everything you owned into a U-Haul and made the journey to Vancouver. For a couple weeks you worried that you had made a huge mistake. Your job was great but that’s where the positives ended. The only social interaction you had was at work, which was even limited with the majority of your days being spent with your eyes locked on the computer in your cubicle. There was a loneliness to your life that made you question if you had made the right choice.
That was until you met Kayla. She lived in the apartment directly across from yours. After seeing each other and exchanging fairly standard small talk a few times she invited you to a dinner party she was having. You said yes immediately and a few days later you were in an apartment with more people at one time than you had talked to in the entire three weeks you had lived there. Not only were you welcomed with open arms that night but you were quickly incorporated into the little group of friends. You were invited to everything they went to and did and you stopped feeling so lonely in the new city.
It had officially been three months since you moved to Vancouver and things were starting to feel more and more normal everyday. It was a Friday night and you were meeting your friends at a pub that they promised had some of the best burgers in the city. When you got there you slide into an empty spot next to Quinn, saying a round of hellos to everyone who was already there. Quinn had made you feel especially comfortable from the moment you met him. He seemed to go out of his way to make sure you were included in conversations, always saving you a spot next to him at every table you all sat at, always asking questions about your life.
“How was work?” Quinn asks.
Looking up from the menu you give him a little shrug. “Not bad, how was your day? Did you have practice today?”
Quinn nods, leaning back in his chair as if even the thought of it was tiring. “Yeah, wasn’t bad though.
“We should go to karaoke,” Kayla blurts out, drawing everyones attention towards her. “There’s that place right down the street, I haven’t been in so long.”
“I don’t know,” Quinn tells her.
“I’m down,” you reply, taking a sip of your drink. You can see Quinn looking at you from your peripheral vision. Turning to look at him you wait for him to say something but he simply turns his attention back to the table.
“Yeah, okay, I’m in,” Quinn relents.
After a little more discussion it’s decided that you would all go to the karaoke bar after a couple more drinks, everyone needing a little more liquid courage to be able to truly give it their all in karaoke.
Once the bills were dropped off at the table you pull your wallet out, glancing down at it before it gets whisked from your line of vision.
“I got it,” Quinn whispers, clearly trying not to make a big deal of it.
Reaching over you try to take the bill back from him, shaking your head. “Why? You bought my dinner the other day.”
“Because I want to.” Quinn places the bill in his other hand with his own bill. “I’m just being nice.”
“Be nice to someone else,” you giggle, glancing around the table, not remembering Quinn paying for anyone else’s bills before.
“They’ve all had years of me being nice to them. I’m still trying to win you over,” Quinn jokes.
“Well you’ve already won me over, but thank you.” When you look away from Quinn you catch Kayla looking at you with a look that seemed to be trying to tell you something but you weren’t sure what that was.
After everyone’s bills have been paid you all make your way down the street to the karaoke bar. You order more drinks and watch Kayla give a very energetic performance of Since U Been Gone followed by a uniquely bad rendition of All Star from Ethan.
You were working on your second vodka soda since getting there when Quinn leans over towards you. “You agreed to come here and you’re not even going to sing?”
Giggling you look over at him, shaking your head. “I don’t think so. I’d definitely need another drink to get up there.”
“What do you want?” Quinn asks with a mischievous smirk.
“A tequila shot.” You really thought it was a joke, not expecting Quinn to buy you a tequila shot just minutes later, but you weren’t going to turn it down either. After the shot you convince Kayla to come up with you for a performance of Build Me Up Buttercup, a song that had never once failed to brighten your mood.
Thank God for the tequila shot, all your inhibitions lowered significantly. Halfway through the song you notice Quinn watching you so intently and your cheeks warm a little. You and Kayla finish up your performance before returning to your seats, Kayla immediately on the hunt for the next victim she would force to get up for a song.
“Not bad,” Quinn comments as you return to your seat beside him.
“Not bad?” You scoff, looking at him with fake offence. “You actually seemed pretty captivated by my performance.”
You watch Quinn glance down at the ground, clearing his throat before glancing back at you. “Yeah, guess it was pretty good.”
Leaning over you playfully nudge his shoulder with yours. “You’re very tense tonight.”
“I’m not,” Quinn says quickly, his voice carrying a defensive tone. “Just not super into karaoke, I guess.”
Nodding you decide to let it go though you weren’t entirely certain that there wasn’t something else going on. “Okay,” you mutter, taking another large gulp of your drink.
By the time you were all getting ready to head home you were a little more intoxicated than you had anticipated getting that night.
“Do you need a ride home?” Quinn asks you while you were all walking back to the parking lot next to the pub the night had started at. He hadn’t been drinking that night and it was only in that moment that you started to feel the self conscious feeling of being the drunk one around sober people.
“If you don’t mind,” you reply sheepishly, looking up at him as you’re trying to continue walking in a straight line.
Quinn reaches out, placing his hand on your waist and tugging you sideways with a chuckle. Looking forward you notice the fire hydrant you were rapidly approaching. “Not at all,” Quinn tells you. “I don’t know if you’d make it home on your own,” he teases.
“I would,” you exclaim. “I’m a very responsible drunk.”
“Okay, okay, I’m sure you are,” Quinn relents.
As you guys get back to the parking lot beside the pub the discussion of rides and Ubers begins. “Ethan is giving me a ride home, I don’t know who else he’s driving but I’m sure there’s probably room for you too, if you want.”
“Quinn is going to give me a ride,” you tell her, glancing up at him quickly, as if to check that he wasn’t going to change his mind.
“You live in completely different directions, our place is on Ethan’s way anyway.”
“I don’t mind,” Quinn chimes in, hands shoved in his pockets as he shrugs casually.
Kayla rolls her eyes playfully. “Of course you don’t.”
You weren’t sure what that was supposed to mean and for some reason the tension those words instil make you uncertain if you should say anything. So you don’t, letting it slide. After saying goodbye to everyone Quinn leads you to where he was parked and you slide into the passengers seat, immediately noticing how nice it was. Sure, you knew it was nice simply from the outside, but you hadn’t fully grasped just how nice.
“I don’t feel bad about you paying for my dinner anymore,” you joke as Quinn gets into the car, pulling his seatbelt on.
“You shouldn’t anyway,” Quinn tells you, chuckling quietly as you continue to look around the car like it was one of the 7 wonders of the world.
“You know how to get there?”
Quinn laughs a little more at that, pulling out of the parking lot. “Yeah, we met there.”
“Oh yeah,” you giggle, remembering the dinner party at Kayla’s apartment directly across from yours. It’s not a long drive from the pub to your apartment and when you get there a part of you doesn’t want to get out and go up to to your apartment alone. “Do you want to come in for a bit?”
Quinn looks over at you, not saying anything for a few seconds, like he was making a much more difficult decision than what you would have expected from your question. “Yeah, sure,” he finally answers, pulling into one of the visitor’s spots.
The two of you head up to your apartment and when you step inside you realize that Quinn had never actually been to your place before. Looking over your shoulder you watch Quinn glance around the room, taking everything in. “Does it get your approval?”
Quinn laughs and nods, following you towards the living room. “It’s very…you.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” It sounded like the kind of thing you tell someone when you don’t want to offend them by saying you hated it.
“It just suits you,” Quinn says with a shrug. “I like it, it’s not a bad thing.”
“Oh,” you say, reeling back how defensive you had gotten. Flopping down onto your couch you put on some music before looking back over at Quinn. “I feel like I haven’t said thank you enough.”
Quinn follows your lead, sitting on the opposite end of the couch. “For dinner? I’m pretty sure you have.”
Shaking your head you stare down at the middle couch cushion separating you from Quinn. “No, for everything,” you say with a shrug. “I just…when I moved here it was really lonely and I thought I had made a mistake, I was considering going home. But then Kayla introduced me to you guys and everything started to feel…okay.” You were blinking quickly, trying to keep the tears that were blurring your vision from slipping onto your cheeks, but no matter how quick you were blinking you weren’t able to succeed. “Fuck, sorry, now I’m drunk crying to you, this is so embarrassing,” you say with a quiet laugh, wiping away your tears.
Quinn moves down the couch to sit beside you, looking hesitant as he wraps his arm around your shoulders, pulling you into him. “Don’t apologize, it’s not embarrassing.”
“You’re just saying that to be nice,” you whisper, resting your head on his shoulder. “But thank you.”
“I’m always going to be here for you,” Quinn replies, a moment of silence falling between the two of you before he adds what sounded like an afterthought. “We all are.”
Lifting your head from his shoulder you look into his eyes and you can feel Quinn shift, a nervous energy filling the room. “Do you, um, do you want to watch a movie or something?”
“Yeah, sure.”
After picking out a movie you curl up into the corner of the couch, resting your head on one of the many decorative pillows you had bought when you got there. Your apartment was decorated incredibly well and as much as you enjoyed it you also knew that it was the product of trying to make yourself enjoy your evenings alone in the apartment a little more.
At some point during the movie you stop being able to keep your eyes open, with each blink your eyes were heavier and heavier, harder and harder to open them again. You’re brought back into reality by Quinn quietly saying your name. “Hmm?” You hum, sitting up slightly to look over at him, realizing you had fully fallen asleep. “Sorry, I didn’t realize how tired I was. I should have just let you go home earlier.”
Quinn chuckles, shaking his head. “You weren’t forcing me to stay here, I wanted to be here.”
“Okay,” you mumble, still feeling guilty for falling asleep with him there. “Are you heading home?”
“Yeah, I think so,” Quinn says, standing up from the couch and grabbing his keys and wallet.
“Well thank you for hanging out, even though I was a terrible host.” You follow him towards the door, still feeling a sleepy haze clouding your thoughts. Before Quinn has the chance to open the door you wrap your arms around him. He responds quickly and does the same, pulling you into his body. For the first time you realize how long it had been since you had even just hugged someone like this. You weren’t exactly wanting to pull back, but you do anyway, looking up at him with a tired smile. “Text me when you get home, okay?”
Quinn nods, his eyes lingering on you for a couple seconds looking contemplative before he turns around to head out of your apartment. Once he was gone you lean against the wall in the hallway, staring a little hole in the wall that you had made the day after you moved in, trying to maneuver the couch you ordered into the apartment yourself. Sighing you glance over to your door, as if Quinn might for some reason be coming back, and if you were honest with yourself, you think you might be more than happy if he did. There was something about him, something that put you at ease, made you feel safe and comfortable. It felt different from your other friendships, not that you didn’t feel safe with them, with Quinn it was just different.
Eventually you pull yourself away from the wall, going about your typical nightly routine before settling into bed for the night. You’re awakened the next morning by a knock on your front door, groaning in annoyance as you stumble through your apartment half asleep and a little hungover.
“Hi?” You say, looking over at Kayla when you pull the door open.
“Do you want to go for a run with me?”
“Not particularly, I haven’t recovered from last night.”
“Speaking of that,” Kayla says with a mischievous grin. “What did you and Quinn get up to? Saw his car in visitor’s parking when I got back last night.”
Shrugging you shake your head. “Not a lot, tried to watch a movie and then I fell asleep.”
“So you guys didn’t…”
You stare at Kayla, waiting for her to finish her sentence before realizing what she was asking. “Hook up? No,” you exclaim, shaking your head. “Why would you think that?”
“Well,” Kayla hums, shrugging. “You know, just…I thought it might happen.”
“Why? Do you think I’m into him, because I’m not.” Your voice is defensive and your words might be lies, but you didn’t want all your new friends thinking you had feelings for Quinn so you would rather stop that rumour as soon as possible.
Kayla sighs loudly, looking around as if someone might be creeping around to listen in on the conversation. “It’s not you,” she whispers, looking shifty as she lets out another sigh. “Quinn is, like he’s really into you. I’ve never seen him so infatuated with someone before.”
You have no response to that, your heart hammering so heavily you feel like you can hear it in your ears. “What?” Is all you manage to croak out.
“You can’t tell him I told you though, he didn’t even tell me, I was pretty sure he was into you just watching him with you but he told Ethan and Ethan told me, but I wasn’t supposed to tell anyone else. I just thought that maybe you should know.”
“Oh, okay,” you stammer, nodding nervously. “I, uh, thanks for telling me, I guess.”
“Just, can you also maybe try not to talk about other guys around him or anything like that, I’m sure he’ll get over it but for now if you could maybe-.”
“Yeah, of course,” you interrupt, nodding. You had no intentions of talking to Quinn about other guys, primarily because you hadn’t met a single person to tell him about other than himself, but there were no intentions of having that conversation. “Have a good run, I’ll talk to you later, okay?”
Kayla nods, making you swear again that you wouldn’t tell anyone what she had told you before disappearing down the hallway. Closing the door you let out a loud breath, your mind racing at a million miles an hour. Was that why things always felt different with Quinn? The only thing that you were certain about was that if Kayla was right then the feelings might not be one-sided.
You wait till that afternoon before texting Quinn, sitting on the couch changing the message about ten times before sending it. ‘Hey, would you want to go for dinner some night this week?’
He answers pretty quickly, evidently not spending an agonizing amount of time re-writing his message. ‘Sure we have a couple road games this week but would Thursday be good with everyone?’
You stare at the message with a sinking feeling. Everyone. This attempt to ask him on a date hadn’t gone how you had hoped, even after the half an hour it took to ask him. ‘I was thinking maybe it could just be us’
This time you watch the typing bubble appear and disappear enough times to know he was also uncertain about what to say. ‘Yeah, sounds good. Does Thursday work for you then?’
‘Yeah, Thursday is perfect’ You breathe out a sigh of relief that he didn’t seem to find your request strange, although you were pretty sure you also had missed the mark on making him know it was a date.
You rush home from work that Thursday, faster than you ever had before, knowing Quinn was going to be picking you up in a few short hours. You weren’t sure why your stomach was tied in knots, it’s not like it had even been established that this was a date. Getting ready takes less time than you had anticipated, the rest of the hour was spent shifting from the couch to the kitchen to the patio, anywhere really, not stay still.
‘I’m here, do you want me to come up?’
The text sends makes your heart pound and your palms begin to sweat and you’re not sure if it’s from excitement or nerves but you ignore it either way and reply to his text. ‘No, it’s okay, I’ll be down in a minute’
You yank on shoes and grab your purse, almost forgetting to lock your door on the way out. In the elevator you lean against the shiny silver wall, tipping your head back and taking a deep breath. It was just Quinn. But you’re just as nervous when you get into his car as you were in the elevator. Hey,” you say sheepishly.
“Hey,” Quinn replies with an easy smile. “You look nice.”
“You do too,” you tell him, pulling your seatbelt on and entirely missing the wave of uncertainty that washes over Quinn’s face after your comment.
“Oh, uh, thanks,” Quinn mutters, putting the car in drive and heading towards the restaurant you had suggested. “How was work today?”
“It was fine, I guess, pretty much the same as every other day.”
Quinn turns his head to look at you when he stops at a red light. “You like it though, don’t you? Like, you’re not planning to leave?”
“No, I mean, yeah, I like it,” you stammer.  “Why? Are you scared I’m going to move away?”
Quinn shrugs, chuckling quietly as the two of you continue towards the restaurant. “I don’t know, maybe a little.”
“I’m not going anywhere,” you tell him, watching him for a couple seconds before looking back out the window.
You get to the restaurant shortly after and it seems that with every step closer to the table your anxiety was rising higher and higher. Quinn seemed entirely at ease and you wanted to scream at him that this was supposed to be a date, that you were just too nervous and awkward to have clarified that before. But no matter how easy it would be to just tell him, you couldn’t do it. Because what if you told him and he told you he didn’t want it to be a date? You weren’t sure you could handle sitting through a dinner after that.
“You okay?”
You tip your head up from where you were hyper-fixated on the menu in front of you. “Y-yeah, why?”
Quinn shrugs, eyebrows furrowed. “You just seem, I don’t know, uncomfortable or something.”
“No, I’m fine.” You could tell your voice sounded defensive and you wish you could take it back and try to sound at least a little convincing. “Do you know what you’re getting?”
“We’ve been here for five minutes, I’ve barely looked at the menu,” Quinn chuckles. “But I think you need a drink,” he jokes.
“Yeah, I think you’re right,” you giggle, glancing over as your server approaches your table. You order a glass of wine, hoping it would get to your table as quick as your server had been there to take your order. Thankfully it’s only a couple minutes before you’re sipping on a glass of pinot noir, trying not too seem too desperate to get it into your system. “Congratulations on your win yesterday, I forgot to tell you that earlier,” you say, leaning back in your chair and hoping to seem natural.
“Oh, thanks,” Quinn replies, seeming to be taken aback by the comment. “I didn’t really think you actually paid attention to that.”
Your head tips to the side slightly, eyes narrowing. “Why would you think that? I watch most of your games.”
“Really?”
Laughing softly in response to his surprise you give him a nod. “Of course, why wouldn’t it?”
“I didn’t think you cared about hockey.”
“I care about you,” you state, immediately wishing you had phrased that differently. It wasn’t that the statement wasn’t true, but the way it made your cheeks flush made you want to take it back. “And hockey is a big part of your life, so of course I’m going to care,” you add, hoping to soften the blow of the first statement.
Quinn is silent, looking down to the table then back to you then out the window you were sitting next to and then back to you. “I care about you too,” he blurts out.
You couldn’t help but giggle at his response. Perhaps he wasn’t as relaxed about this as he seemed. “I’m happy to hear that.”
“I’m getting the steak,” Quinn says, switching the subject quickly. “Do you know what you’re getting?”
“No,” you tell him, taking another sip of your wine as you gaze down at the menu.
Quinn chuckles, shaking his head. “So why’d you ask me if I knew the second we sat down?”
You turn your attention back to him, rolling your eyes playfully. “Because you’re making me nervous.”
“How am I making you nervous?” Quinn laughs, the tension that had been building since you got in his car seemingly fading away.
You bite down on your bottom lip, groaning quietly as you try to figure out what direction to take this. “Because I’m at dinner with a handsome man, why wouldn’t I be nervous?” You add a breath of laughter after, hoping to ease some of the anxiety you felt after saying that.
Quinn clears his throat nervously. “I think I’m the one who should be nervous then.”
“And you’re not?”
“Oh, I am,” Quinn breathes out followed by a chuckle that’s tinged with an energy that makes it obvious he wasn’t lying.
“Glad it’s mutual,” you tease, looking back down at your menu. “I’m getting the chicken caesar salad,” you inform him a minute later.
The rest of the dinner goes by about as well as that moment. You were able to relax a bit more after another glass of wine and a shift of conversation to lighter topics. Of course when the bill comes Quinn swoops in and you can’t tell if him paying for things for you was really ever just a friendly gesture or more than that.
You leave the restaurant and you’re only a few feet down the road when you grab Quinn’s hand. He comes to a halt, turning around with his eyebrows furrowed. “What’s up?”
You let go of his hand, taking a deep breath as you glance around, scared that if you looked into his eyes too long you would back out. “Okay, um,” you hum, taking another breath. “Tonight…this dinner, I was, I thought,” you stammer, shaking your head and letting a nervous laugh leave your lips. “I-,” you begin again before tapering off, it was as if your brain couldn’t figure out the words to explain what was going on. Shuffling closer you bring your hands to either side of his face just before leaning in and pressing your lips to his in a gentle kiss before quickly pulling back.
“Oh,” Quinn mutters, eyes wide. “Oh, shit,” he adds a second later. “This was supposed to be…”
“A date,” you whisper, nervously fidgeting with a ring on your finger.
“I’m sorry-,”
Before Quinn can say anything else you shake your head. “Don’t be sorry, I thought you felt the same way but it’s okay.”
“What?” Quinn mumbles. “No, that’s not what I was saying. I do, I do have feelings for you. I just…I’m sorry I was such an idiot and didn’t realize what was going on.”
You wish you could hide the stupid smile that spreads on your lips but you can’t seem to contain it. “You’re not an idiot, I was just too scared to actually actually ask you, to say that it was a date.”
“Well I had fun on our first date,” Quinn laughs, shaking his head as if still in disbelief that he hadn’t figured it out.
“Me too,” you agree, reaching over and taking his hand before continuing on your way back to his car, a sudden ease to your interactions. “Do you want to come over to my place?”
“I don’t have sex on the first date,” Quinn jokes, surprisingly at ease.
“I doubt that,” you tease. “But I don’t either, I want you to sit on the couch while I fall asleep again.”
Quinn stops just beside his car, tugging you closer to him. Leaning back in he presses his lips to yours, this time the kiss has more intention, it lasts longer than a fleeting second and it fills your stomach with butterflies. “Only if I get to pick the movie this time,” he whispers.
“Deal.”
It was nearing a month since you went on your first date with Quinn and you had already been on many more. He had suggested that you make the relationship official about as easily as you had informed him that your first dinner was supposed to be a date. But of course you agreed, having no interest in being with anyone other than Quinn. More and more often Quinn was spending nights at your apartment. Despite your relationship growing you had yet to tell anyone about it. Originally it was because you wanted to explore the relationship and see if it was going anywhere before telling any of your friends, not wanting to complicate things if it didn’t work out.
Quinn had been out of town for a few days and you hated to admit how much you missed him already. But even through your texts he seemed to be able to read you, your phone ringing with the familiar FaceTime ringtone. “Hi,” you say after answering it, already tucked into bed for the night.
“You look cozy,” Quinn comments, also already in bed though he doesn’t seem as close to calling it a night as you were.
“I am,” you hum, giggling. “I watched your game tonight.”
“Oh…that sucks,” Quinn laughs.
You roll your eyes in response, having had this exact conversation almost every time they lost a game. “You know it doesn’t.”
“I like that you watch my games,” Quinn admits, looking sheepish as he says it.
“You’re cute,” you giggle, sitting up in your bed as you begin to feel yourself getting more and more tired. “What time are you getting back tomorrow?”
“Early, I think. We’re still going out to trivia with everyone tomorrow night?”
“Yeah.” You cover your mouth to try to hide your yawn but the little smirk on Quinn’s face tells you that it hadn’t gone unnoticed.
“Are you going to fall asleep on me again?”
“No, I’m not,” you whine, laughing quietly.
“Hey, um, I don’t know if this is the right time to bring this up, but…” Quinn begins before trailing off.
“What’s up?” You ask, voice soft as your heart begins to race, worried about what could possibly be making him seem so nervous.
“I was thinking, maybe, we could tell people about us? Like, our friends, I mean.”
You let out a breath of relief, your heart rate slowing down. “Yeah, of course we can.”
“Okay.” Quinn’s voice is filled with an equal amount of relief and he’s smiling back at you like you just gave him the greatest news he’s heard all year.
Glancing at the time you let out a quiet sigh. “I really should go though, busy day at work tomorrow.”
“Have a good sleep, I’ll text you tomorrow.”
“Goodnight Quinn,” you say before ending the FaceTime, falling asleep shortly after with a feeling of contentment.
You knew it was going to be a busy day at work but you hadn’t realized just how busy. You barely had time for even a coffee break and it was already nearing the end of the day and your to-do list still had a few items. You look up at the time in the corner of your computer, groaning as you pick up your phone to text Quinn. ‘I have to stay late, I’ll meet you at trivia’
‘Are you sure? I can wait and pick you up’
‘It’s okay, no point in you not being there the whole time just because I can’t’
‘Okay, I’ll see you there then’
Setting your phone down you get right back to work, trying to get through it as quickly as possible. By the time you’re done you’re already twenty minutes late and it’s another fifteen before you get to the pub, heading inside and quickly finding your group sitting in a booth at the back of the pub.
“There she is,” Kayla cheers as you approach the table. “Just in time, trivia is about to start and we can’t do this without you.”
“I made it, everyone can relax,” you joke, laughing softly. As you get closer Quinn slides out of the booth, waiting for you to get closer before pulling you into a hug. “I missed you,” you whisper into his ear as you hug him back.
“I missed you too,” he replies, not nearly as quietly as you. So he really was serious about letting everyone in on the news right away. As you pull back you look up into his eyes, hesitating for a second before leaning in to kiss him. He kisses you back as you hear mutters at the table. “That’s one way to tell them,” Quinn chuckles as he pulls back, letting you slide into the booth before you.
“What the fuck?” Mia exclaims, eyes wide as they jolt back and forth between you and Quinn. “When did this happen and why didn’t I know about it?”
You feel Quinn’s hand fumble around under the table till he finds yours, slipping his fingers between yours. “Like a month ago,” you admit.
“A month? Like you two have been together for a month and we didn’t know?”
“Yeah, sorta, I guess,” you stammer. “We went on a date a month ago and then didn’t want to say anything till we figured out if we even liked each other,” you joke.
Quinn chuckles, shaking his head. “You needed to figure out if you even like me, I already knew.”
“Did you know?” Mia asks Kayla, her voice still filled with shock.
“Yes, but not because they told me,” Kayla admits, looking over at you with a knowing smile. “Platonic friends don’t spend nearly as many nights together as they’ve been,” she explains to Mia before turning her attention to you. “Kind of upset with you two for not telling me and thinking I would be stupid enough not to put it together when Quinn’s car is in our visitor parking half the days he’s in town.”
“I’m actually very surprised you managed to keep it a secret for so long, I know you’re not great at that.”
“Hey,” Kayla exclaims, raising her hands in defence. “If I was any better at keeping secrets you two wouldn’t be together.”
“What?” Quinn chimes in, eyes narrowed. “What does that mean?”
You look to Kayla and she looks to you, giving a little shrug to say it was up to you if you wanted to explain it or not. “Well I didn’t just get the courage to ask you on a date out of nowhere.”
Quinn looks to Kayla, putting the pieces together in his head. “I mean, you didn’t actually get the courage to ask me on a date, you asked me to go for dinner and then just kissed me after,” he teases.
“Whatever,” you giggle, rolling your eyes. “Wouldn’t have needed to be so complicated if you had just asked me out before that.”
“Okay, I think you two are very cute together but I’m going to throw up if you don’t stop flirting,” Mia jokes.
“Sorry,” you laugh. “No flirting at trivia.”
“Absolutely none, we’re here to win,” Kayla chimes in just as the host begins his introductions for the night. As he explains the rules you can’t help but look over at Quinn, smiling happily up at him. And suddenly you realize just how right your decision to move to Vancouver truly was.

thinking of fuyumi’s bestie being in a relationship with hot older brother! Touya
“Hey! Sorry I’m a little late! Kinda got held up a little, sorry.” You sit down across from Fuyumi, just a few minutes late from the lunch reservation she had made for the two of to have some alone time. “Just ah, traffic and all that. You know?”
Your best friend giggles, fixing her glasses and pouring you a cup of water. You call it traffic but Fuyumi has noticed the pattern early on that it’s just code for ‘Touya made me run late’ and she’s polite enough to not say a word. You had always been punctual before when it came to any plans the two of you made together. Since dating her older brother, there were a few times that you’d send the ‘running late!’ text and always send your apologies.
Fuyumi didn’t mind though, it wasn’t a terrible habit that happened too often.
You and her do a small catch up over tea sandwiches and little cakes served on delicate tiers. How are the kids in the classroom? How are your office clients? This happened when I went grocery shopping. I saw this really interesting video about compassion fatigue the other day.
The two of you are bouncing off one another and decide that it’s time to pay and leave the tea room. It’s supposed to be your treat today but you look into your purse and find your wallet missing.
“Ah fuck! I think I left my wallet in my other bag!” your face heats over the embarrassment of not having any means to pay for lunch, searching twice again despite knowing that your credit cards won’t magically appear looking into your small purse. “Dammit! This is Touya’s fault!”
“My fault?”
Both you and her look to see Touya walking up to the little table you’re seated at, standing out in the flowery pink tea room. He holds up a little wallet, one that Fuyumi recognizes as the one you’ve had for the last few years, holding it limply towards you and you take it from his hand. “Don’t pin the blame on me, you’re the one who forgot it.” he’s nonchalant as he sits in the empty chair beside you.
“Yeah, because you-“ you start to speak but then your eyes glance to Fuyumi before you pipe down. She knows damn well that the reason why you were late was because of her brother but she doesn’t need to know the details of how he made you late.
“Say thank you.” Touya tells you as he reaches for a leftover sandwich on the cake tier, “I paid for your guys’ bill.”
“Okay, thank you. You can go now.” You try to wave him off, “I’ll text you later.”
Touya scoffs and peers into your tea cup, wondering if drinking it would be worth it to quench his thirst. He’s not exactly a fan of tea itself. “Are you really blowing me off?” he directs his gaze to his younger sister, “Stop hogging my girlfriend.”
Fuyumi laughs, “I’m not hogging her. I’m just spending time with my best friend.”
“Yeah, and you girls have had plenty of years together. Now I want my time.”
You step in with an audible groan to cut off the dialogue, “Alright, I will not be in a Todoroki sibling competition for my attention. Touya, thanks for bringing my wallet. I’ll… reward you for it later.”
It’s all he needs to hear, springing up from his chair and saying that he’ll expect you to keep your promise. All you give him is a sigh and a little nod, rolling your eyes when he kisses your forehead and bids the two of you goodbye.
“Sorry about… your brother, I guess.” You’re a little sheepish but there’s no mistaking the happy smile that comes on your face.
And Fuyumi smiles back at you, having noticed that Touya had been a little happier since having met you.

Yuno’s POV
As I enter my house, the stench of alcohol immediately assaults my nostrils. I turn to my left and see the familiar sight of my father’s unconscious body on the couch, crushed beer cans littered on the floor around him.
“Hey dad,” I muttered, my words dissipating in the stale air.
I go up the stairs to my room and toss my backpack onto my bed, grabbing my makeshift piggy bank I made out of an empty tin of peanuts from my desk.
“Only $20 left,” I sigh. “I’m gonna need to find a job again soon.”
As I go to change out of my school uniform, I take out the $10 bill I got from Winter out of my wallet. “Looks like I’ll be able to eat dinner tonight. Thanks Winter,” I smirk to myself.
After donning a comfortable hoodie and sweatpants, I descend the stairs, carefully maneuvering through the graveyard of beer cans. Before stepping outside, I stop and take one more glance at my father, still out cold. I grab a nearby blanket and drape it over him before stepping outside.
The chilly afternoon air hits my face as I walk to the nearby convenience store. The sunset paints the sky a gradient of bright tangerine with streaks of violet to contrast. The chime of the door signals my arrival as I enter the store. I grab a cup of ramen and a soda before heading to the front to pay.
“Cash or ca- Yuno?”
I glance up and see Winter on the other side of the counter, wearing the store’s uniform.
“Oh. Hey,” I utter, placing my items in front of her. “Didn’t know you worked here.”
Winter’s lips curl up into a smile. “I-it’s my first week here actually, I’m still getting used to everything.” She giggles shyly as she fumbles with the scanner. After a minute, she successfully rings up my items. “Y-your total is $12.59.” I take the $10 bill out of my pocket and sigh, disappointment evident on my face.
“A-actually,” Winter starmmers, nervously wringing her hands. “W-we’re having a 50% off s-sale today, s-so your t-total is six bucks.” She flashes me a nervous smile.
I study her expression for a moment, her unconvincing smile starting to waver. I knew she was lying out of pity, but considering the alternative is to sleep hungry, I eventually gave in.
“I’ll pay the rest next time,” I say, handing her the $10 bill. Relief washes over her face as she takes the dollar with her trembling hands. I grab the plastic bag with my food and turn to leave.
As I open the door, Winter calls out, “W-wait! Your change!”
“Keep the change. It’s your money anyways.” I give her a small nod before exiting the store, the chime of the door echoing behind me. Turning the corner toward my house, I’m suddenly knocked to the ground as someone collides with me.
“Fuck, watch where you- Minji?” I look up and see the perpetrator to be none other than Minji, her face filled with fear as she silently mouths,  ‘please help me.’

Minji’s POV
I stretch my arms upwards as I let out an exhausted yawn. “That meeting took longer than I thought it would.”
Danielle and I walk side by side as we exit the campus, the sun already setting after the prolonged student council meeting. “Well, prom is happening next month. It’s a lot to prepare for,” Danielle says, mirroring my exhaustion with a yawn of her own.
My stomach grumbles, signaling my hunger. “Let’s stop by the convenience store on the way back. I’m starving.”
“I wish I could, Minji, but I have to get home ASAP to work on an english project,” she replies with an apologetic look. “Maybe next time.”
I sigh in disappointment. “I guess so. I’ll see you tomorrow then.” We wave goodbye as we part ways. On my way to the convenience store, I take a shortcut through an alleyway, hoping to get there before it gets too dark. Suddenly, a gray cat comes out of nowhere and looks up at me with its large seafoam green eyes.
“OMG, HI BABYYY,” I call out to it in a high pitched voice. The cat meows before walking up to me, rubbing its body against my leg. I crouch down and gently pat its head, the cat reciprocating my affection with a purr. “You’re a friendly little guy, aren’t you?”
Before I knew it, the once-orange sky had turned pitch black. I grimace as I realize I got too distracted playing with the cat. Suddenly, the cat skitters away as I hear footsteps approaching from behind me. I stand up and turn around, shivering as I see a rather disheveled looking man stumble towards me. As he gets closer, I can smell the strong stench of alcohol emanating from him.
“Heyyyy, you lost, girly?” he asks, slurring his words.
I slowly back away from him, not daring to make any sudden movements. My heart feels like it's about to burst out of my chest with each step he takes. “I-I’m fine. J-just trying to get home.”
He scoffs at me. “C’mon, come have a couple drinks with me first. Just a couple drinks, I won’t tell no one.” His pace increases, attempting to close the gap between us.
“I-I should really get home, I have school tomorrow,” I try to reason as I stagger backwards, beads of sweat forming on my forehead.
“What are- what are you afraid of, huh?” he hiccups. “You think… you think you’re too good for me, huh? Fuc… fuckin’ bitch!” His drunk expression turns angry as he lunges to grab me. I swat his hand and make a run for it, weaving through the dark streets using the dim streetlights. Despite his intoxicated state, he manages to stay close behind me, just barely grabbing onto my backpack. As I turn the corner, I accidentally knock someone to the ground.
“Fuck, watch where you- Minji?” the person grumbles.
A wave of relief washes over me as I see that it’s Yuno I knocked to the ground. My voice hitches in my throat as I mouth a silent, ‘please help me,” towards him. In a flash, Yuno is on his feet, grabbing the drunk man’s wrist right as he’s about to grab my shoulder.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Yuno questions in a threatening tone as he shoves his man’s hand aside. I instinctively hide behind him, clutching onto his shoulders for support.
The man stumbles back, his eyes narrowing in anger. “Who the fuck… Who the fuck are you, man?”
“H-he’s my… um…” I stutter, struggling to find the right words that would make this man go away. Suddenly, my thoughts are interrupted as I hear Yuno speak.
“I’m her boyfriend.”
“Y-yeah, he’s my… what!?”
______________________________________________________________
Yuno’s POV
I cringed at myself as those words escaped my lips, silently cursing my impulsive response. Fortunately, I couldn’t see Minji’s reaction as I focused my sights on the piece of shit who was chasing her.
“Boyfriend?” He throws his head back in laughter, teetering dangerously. “Whatever man, we were just- just having a fucking conversation, that’s all,” he slurred, staggering towards us. I braced myself for a potential confrontation, feeling Minji’s grip on my arm tighten with each unsteady step he took.
Suddenly, Winter appears out of nowhere, brandishing a can of pepper spray that she directs at the assailant's eyes. He crumples to the ground, shrieking in pain as he desperately tries to rub the stinging sensation from his eyes. I grab Minji’s wrist as the three of us run back to the convenience store, the attacker’s screams of agony echoing behind us.
“A-are you two okay?” Winter asks, her breath shaky with anxiety and exhaustion.
I nod, secretly feeling impressed by her swift reaction despite her typical timid demeanor. “Yeah, I’m good. Thanks, Winter,” I say before turning around to check on Minji.
“Are you alr-”
My words are cut off as Minji envelops me in a tight embrace, her sobs muffled against my chest. I stand there, my body tensing up while my mind goes blank from the sudden contact. Heat envelops my cheeks as I feel the warmth of Minji’s body against mine. Unsure of how to respond, I awkwardly pat her head.
“Uhh there, there,” I murmur in a feeble attempt to sound comforting. “You’re alright, Minji.” Winter ushers us towards one of the nearby tables in front of the store. It takes a while for Minji to regain her composure, her face still pressed against my chest as her tears slowly subside.
“How did you know we were out there?” I ask Winter while trying to subtly pry Minji off of my body.
“W-well, I originally followed you out to give you your change, but then I saw what happened and something just came over me. I-I always carry pepper spray just in case, but I’ve never had to use it until today,” she explains, her hands still trembling slightly as she tries to give me the money.
I sigh, succumbing once again and accepting the money from her. Despite her unassuming appearance, she’s surprisingly stubborn. Minji, who’s now calmed down, finally releases her grip on me, revealing her puffy eyes from all the tears.
“Th-thank you…” she sniffles, nodding towards Winter. “A-and sorry about your jacket, Yuno…” Minji tries to wipe away the wet spots on my hoodie, but to no avail. I glance down at the damp spot, then back at her.
“Don’t worry about it,” I responded in a soft tone.
The three of us sit in contemplative silence for a while, the only noise coming from the chirp of the crickets and Minji’s occasional sniffle. Winter is the first to break the silence.
“I-I should head back inside now or else my manager will yell at me,” she says, standing up. “I’ll see you tomorrow, Yuno.” I nod at her as she leaves before turning my attention towards Minji.
 “I’ll walk you home,” I state.
“Okay… Thanks, Yuno…” She sniffles  in response, her gaze fixated on the ground. I grab my bag with the food that I bought and turn to lead the way, but I’m stopped in my tracks as Minji tugs on my sleeve. “Please… let me hold onto you… while we walk…” I nod in understanding, offering my arm.
We walk in silence towards her house, her fingers gripping my sleeve the whole way. I steal a glance at her to see if she’s okay, but her black hair covers her face, obscuring her expression. Her uncharacteristic silence mixed with the subtle eeriness of the night created a somber atmosphere, and I couldn’t help but feel bad for her.
We eventually arrive at the steps of her front door. I gently shake my arm to let her know we’re here, causing her to pop her head up as if she broke free from a trance.
“Are you okay?” I ask, my head tilted in concern.
“Yeah, I’m okay…” Minji replies in a small voice. She goes to open the door, but stops with a trembling hand over the door knob. “Y-Yuno…”
“Yeah? What’s up?”
“Can you… stay with me a little longer…?”
My body tenses at her odd request. I considered making up an excuse to leave, but I knew it wouldn’t be right to leave her like this, especially after what happened.
“Sure, I guess I can stay for a bit.”
Minji offers me a weak smile as we enter her house together. The familiar sight of her home feels weirdly calming despite me feeling out of place. I follow Minji to the kitchen and place my food on the counter.
“You should eat something. Maybe it’ll make you feel better,” I suggest, surrendering my ramen to her,
“Thanks…” she mutters, her eyes glued to the floor. As if on cue, her stomach grumbles, signaling her hunger. I hide my grin with my hand as her cheeks turn a slight shade of pink from embarrassment.
I take out the cup of ramen and fill it with water before popping it into the microwave. Deja vu washes over me as the two of us stand in her kitchen in silence, the microwave humming in the background. I take the can of soda I had bought and crack it open, trying to make small talk to distract her from the earlier events.
“So,” I began, awkwardly taking a sip. “How did your student council meeting go?”
Minji slowly glances up at me with a downcast expression, her glossy eyes reminding me of a sad puppy. Suddenly, she bursts into tears, her shoulders shaking with sobs.
Caught off guard, I scramble to figure out what to do. “Aw shit, Minji, what’s wrong? A-are you okay? Do you need something?” I ask, panic evident in my voice.
Minji wipes away her tears with the back of her hand, struggling to compose herself. She takes a deep breath before speaking, her voice shaky.
“I-I’m sorry, it’s just… everything,” she admits, exposing a vulnerable side of her that I’ve only seen briefly during our last encounter. “There’s a lot on my mind with the student council, and my parents are coming home soon, and then that guy in the alley– I thought he was going to… I don’t know, and then I bumped into you and now…” Her words trail off into a choked sob.
I hesitantly place a reassuring hand on her shoulder just as the microwave dings, signaling that the ramen is ready. I set it on the table, pulling out a chair for Minji to sit.
“Here, eat up,” I say in a gentle tone.
Minji nods and takes a seat. We sit there in silence as she eats, the sound of her slurping noodles filling the quiet kitchen. She steals occasional glances at me, her eyes no longer reflecting sadness, but something else - something I couldn’t decipher. She sets her chopsticks down, finally breaking the silence.
“Back there… Why did you say you were my boyfriend?” she asks, her voice steady but curious.
My cheeks flush with embarrassment from her question. I’m not sure if I knew that answer myself. I could have easily said ‘brother’ or ‘friend’, but for some reason ‘boyfriend’ is the word that slipped out. I hesitate, grappling for an explanation.
“U-uhh,  y’know, it just, uhh, kinda came out. I thought it was the quickest way to get him to back off. Although, I guess it didn’t really work in the end…”
Minji chuckles at my awkwardness, her lips forming a small smile. “It’s okay. Thank you for that, I really appreciate it.”
Feeling a bit sheepish, I stand up to leave as she finishes the rest of her food. “I should probably get going now.”
“Wait,” Minji calls out. She looks down at her hands, seemingly lost in thought. “Yuno, would you mind… staying the night again? I just… don’t wanna be alone right now.”
She looks at me with pleading eyes, making it impossible to say no. After a moment’s consideration, I give in. “Uhh, yeah. I guess I can sleep on the couch again.”
“I’m not gonna make you sleep on the couch again, Yuno,” she says, sporting a grin. “You can sleep in my older brother’s room.” Minji gently grabs my wrist, leading me upstairs before I can utter a word. She swings open the door, revealing a nearly barren room with just a double bed in the corner and a drawer on the far side. “It’s not much, but it should be more comfortable than the couch.”
“Uhh, thanks, I guess,” I mumble, scratching my head.
Minji flashes me a bright smile, a welcome contrast to her earlier glum demeanor. “I’m gonna change into some pajamas. Make yourself at home,” she says as she disappears into her room next door.
I sink onto the bed, exhaling deeply. The mattress feels firmer than my own, likely due to being unused for a long while. As the room’s silence and emptiness offer no distractions, my mind swirls with numerous thoughts. Fate seems to be steering me toward Minji, though I can’t understand why. Mere days ago I could’ve gone an entire day without so much as thinking about her, but now I can’t go more than a couple hours without some unexpected encounter. On top of that, I’m suddenly met with new people that don’t avoid me like the plague. Yujin, Winter, even Minji’s friends don’t look at me the same way that other people do (Well, most of them at least). It all feels confusing and weird. But… It doesn't feel all bad.
My train of thought is interrupted by a knock at the door. “Can I come in?” Minji’s voice filters through the door.
I shake my head, ridding it of any stray thoughts. “Yeah, sure.”
She opens the door, revealing an armful of pillows and blankets barely contained in her grasp. “I brought some stuff so you’ll be more comfy. And, um…” she pauses, averting her gaze. “I’m gonna sleep in this room too, if you don’t mind.” I look at her in disbelief, which is quickly washed away as I watch her expression darken. Minji sits next to me on the bed, fiddling with her fingers. “I-I’m sorry if this is a lot, Yuno, I really am. I’m just really freaked out right now because of what happened earlier.  A-and I know we don’t know each other that well, but I just feel… safe around you.”
My eyes widened slightly, feeling stunned by her words. “I didn’t really do anything though, it was Winter who stepped in,” I mentioned.
“I-I know, but if I’m being honest, I’d rather be with you right now than Winter.”
I felt my cheeks start to burn as she spoke. Minji’s eyes widened in realization at what she said, her face turning a bright pink. Flustered, she shakes her head at me. “I-I mean, umm, y-y’know because uhhh, I-I know you more than Winter kinda a-and, um, she uhhhh, w-well I just met her t-today a-and-” She grabs a pillow and buries her face in it to halt her rambling.
I couldn’t help but snicker at her reaction. I had never seen the student council president get so flustered about anything. It was almost cute, in a weird way.
“I know what you meant. Don’t worry about it,” I reassure her.
Minji removes the pillow from her face, still pink from embarrassment. “A-anyways, we should get some sleep now. I’ll, uhh, sleep on the floor.”
“No,” I protested. She freezes and turns to look at me. “You can take the bed. I’m not gonna make you sleep on the floor in your house.”
Her lips form into a smile, her expression softening. “I appreciate your kindness, but you’ve done a lot for me already. This is the least I can do for you,” she says, using the pillows to create a makeshift bed on the floor.
“Minji-” She turns to face me and I suddenly find myself staring straight into her large, round eyes, mere inches away. I gulp, my body freezing as if it’s stuck in a trance. Everything goes silent except for the sound of my heart pounding in my chest. We stood there for what felt like years, the concept of time slipping from my mind as I analyzed the details of her appearance. The way her long, black hair frames her round face. The slight plumpness of her cheeks. Her heart-shaped lips. Unconsciously, I find myself slowly leaning in out of a desire to see more of her. I never noticed how soft her lips looked…
“U-um!” Minji exclaims, breaking me out of my trance. I quickly back away, not realizing how close I had gotten. “W-we can just share the bed, I guess.”
“R-right,” I stutter, my mind too jumbled to think about the implications of what she said. I fan myself, suddenly feeling very hot.
Minji picks up the pillows off the floor and uses them to create a barrier in the middle of the bed. “I-it’ll be fine as long as we don’t cross the line. Right?” she asks, looking to me for reassurance. I nod mindlessly, still reeling from our impromptu “staring contest”. We awkwardly lay on the double bed together, separated by a loose line of pillows. I turn my body away from her, feeling too embarrassed to even look in her direction.
“Um, goodnight, Yuno.”
“N-night, Minji.” I forcefully shut my eyes, praying that this was all just a weird dream.

Minji’s POV
Hours passed as I lay there in my brother’s bed, staring at the wall. The exhaustion was killing me, but every time I closed my eyes, I saw that man’s face again. I would normally call Hanni at a time like this, but I didn’t want to disturb Yuno, who was snoring softly right next to me. I can only imagine what the girls would say to me if they ever found out about this…
While deep in thought, I felt Yuno shift in his sleep and suddenly found his arm wrapped around my waist. The barrier of pillows had somehow collapsed as I could feel the warmth from his body pressing against my back.
“U-uh, Yuno? Are you awake?” I whispered. I waited for a response, praying that he was awake, but all I heard was the sound of his snoring. Panicking, I gently tried to lift his arm off me, but his grip on me only tightened. My exhaustion completely drained me of my strength, making it impossible for me to shimmy out of his arms. In the end, I gave up and surrendered to his embrace. I’m not sure if I was going delirious from the lack of sleep, but I felt oddly comforted by his touch. My eyelids felt heavier and heavier as I lay there, feeling warm and safe. Instead of seeing the face of my assailant, all I could see was Yuno’s kind face as I felt myself fall into a deep sleep…
______________________________________________________________
“Minji! Minji! Minji!”
Thousands of people cheered my name as I finished my last song of the night. Lights flickered all around me like stars in the night sky. My heart swelled with joy as I stood upon the stage in front of my fans. It felt like a dream come true to be able to perform in front of everybody.
“Thank you all for coming tonight! You were a great crowd!”
“MINJI!!!” I heard a voice yell out in the crowd. Suddenly, the entire stadium fell silent as the spotlight shined on the source of the voice - Yuno. Confusion washed over me as he made his way towards the stage. Was he always this bold?
“Minji,” he said, taking my hands. “I have something I need to say to you.”
I tilted my head in uncertainty. Despite performing for this enormous crowd, I suddenly felt embarrassed with Yuno’s eyes on me. “U-uh, yeah? What is it, Yuno?”
His grip on my hands tightened slightly as he leaned into my ear, his warm breath on my earlobe. “Minji… I love you,” he whispers sweetly.
The crowd roars with cheers and screaming. I felt the blood rush to my face, rendered speechless by his unexpected confession. The previous chants of my name were now replaced with “Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!” Yuno began leaning towards me, his lips puckered. With my body suddenly frozen in place, there was nothing I could do except shut my eyes and wait for the inevitable. The echoes of the crowd began to fade away until it was completely silent.
After a moment of nothing happening, I open my eyes, faced with the egg shell white wall of my brother’s room instead of Yuno’s puckered lips just moments before. Sunlight peeked through the blinds of the windows, melting away my drowsiness. A wave of relief and a slight bit of disappointment washed over me as I realized that everything that happened was all just a dream. As I moved to get up, a weight on top of me stopped me. I look down and see Yuno’s arm still wrapped around me. The relief I felt turned into embarrassment upon the realization that I slept in bed with a boy the entire night. A boy that I met three days ago.
I nudged his arm off of me, hoping that he didn’t wake up, and swiftly got out of the bed, tiptoeing to my room. After shutting the door behind me, I paced around my room, a thousand things running through my mind.
“We didn’t technically do anything, so it’s all good, right? But we slept in the same bed together… OMG THIS WAS MY IDEA!! MINJI, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? It’s okay, it’s fine, we just… cuddled for a bit. Cuddling is okay, right???” I thought to myself, my hands squeezing my brain for an answer. The weight of my actions was too heavy for me to bear, causing me to collapse face first into my bed. My internal debate is interrupted as I hear a buzz from my phone. My stomach drops as I see it’s a text from my dad.
Dad: Me and your mom are on our final flight back from the conference. We’ll be home by the time you get out of school.
Minji: Okay. I’ll see you then.
I hit send and toss my phone on the bed. It hasn’t even been an hour since I woke up and yet I’m already under a lot of stress. With not much else to do, I decide to go and get ready for school, hoping that the rest of the day will be better.
______________________________________________________________
After showering and putting on my uniform, I peek into my brother’s room to wake up Yuno only to find the bed tidied up with a note perched on top.
“Went home 2 get my uniform. C u around,” it read. A subtle smirk forms on my lips at his thoughtful gesture. I shove the note into the pocket of my blazer and head downstairs, exiting the house. The morning air of spring fills my lungs as I step outside. Flowery scents waft through the gentle breeze of April. I shut my eyes, momentarily forgetting about all the worries I had earlier.
The buzz of my phone pulls me back to reality. Frowning from being broken from my trance, I take out my phone and discover a text from Haerin.
“Meet me in the lunchroom before class. I got you a coffee.”
My frown immediately turns into a smile at the promise of coffee. I quicken my pace, putting a little pep in my step. Walking through the gates of Evergreen High School, I exchange greetings with students and teachers as I make my way towards the cafeteria.
“Hello!”
“Morning, Minji!”
“Good Morning, Ms. Kim.”
The warmth from these greetings never failed to make my morning. I spot Haerin and Hyein sitting together at an empty table, smiling at me as I approach them.
“Good morning, Minji,” they say in unison as Haerin slides an iced americano towards me. I gladly accepted the drink and took a sip, savoring the refreshing notes of espresso as it revitalized my senses.
“Good morning, girls. Thanks for the drink, I definitely need it this morning,” I greeted them. “So what did you two want to talk about?”
Hyein shrugs. “Haerin just said to come with her to meet you here. I’m not exactly sure what this is about.”
Glancing over at Haerin, I find her staring at me with an odd intensity. “Uh, what’s up Haerin?” I ask, confused.
“I had an odd dream last night, a premonition if you will, and I think you’re the one that will be able to explain it,” she begins, her cat eyes unwavering. “You see, in the dream, I saw you getting attacked by this lanky-looking monster with red eyes, but then this shadowy figure came and rescued you. You started crying a bunch, and then I saw you cuddling with the shadow guy all night long. Did something happen last night, Minji?”
All the stress from earlier suddenly came back as Haerin recounts her dream. They sound eerily similar to the events of last night, but surely it’s just a weird coincidence. Even if she did manage to witness Yuno saving me, how did she know he slept over? Beads of sweat form on my forehead while Hyein dismisses Haerin’s revelation with laughter.
“Yah, have you been watching those cryptid videos again, Haerin?” she teases, chuckling. “I told you to stop watching those late at night, they give you weird dreams.” Haerin ignores her jab, her piercing eyes still fixated on me. Thankfully, the bell rings, saving me from potentially revealing something out of nervousness.
“Y-yeah Haerin, you need to stop watching those silly videos. A-anyways, I gotta go, bye!” I grab my americano and quickly exit the cafeteria, feeling Haerin’s piercing gaze lingering on the back of my head.

Can i ask for Hajime, Makoto, Nagito and K1-B0 x reader that’s the Ultimate Unlucky Student? If this isn’t too much ^^ take your time because four characters can be a lot sometimes
hajime, makoto, nagito and k1-b0 with an s/o who's the ultimate unlucky student
type : headcanon, gn!reader
note : i'm assuming this is supposed to be in a headcanon format (sorry if not,,), this is overall just cute stuff :} i got a lil carried away, hope you don't mind! i apologize for the wait, i've been getting into fnaf lately,,,, springtrap,,,
requested : yes! greetings simp :D
Tumblr media
Hajime Hinata
hajime would be very confused at first, he'd ask if it's similar to nagito's ultimate and if it's a cycle of good and bad luck. when you told him it wasn't and shit was just constantly hitting the fan, he got a little worried.
it's usually small things like you falling face first on the ground because you forgot to tie your shoes, every animal known to man constantly attacking you or the coins falling out of your wallet whenever you tried to buy anything from a vending machine to be never seen again. yet sometimes, it would ruin dates the two of you wanted to have.
one time - when the two of you started dating - you decided to go to the beach to have a date. it was the middle summer and there weren't any clouds in the sky, yet the moment the two of you finished setting everything up it started raining. the worst part is as soon as both of you went home the sky cleared. hajime would be the type to awkwardly show up at your doorstep right after the failed date, soaking wet, asking if "you had room for two in your house".
overall, i don't think he'd take it too hard. even if some hangouts fail there's always room for more. he'd worry, of course, but not to the point where he'd restrict your movement and choices (only if you have the risk of getting ran over or something).
Tumblr media
Makoto Naegi
he's definitely the type to be constantly worried. although he is the ultimate lucky student he can only hope that his ultimate is enough to balance yours out (which usually just ends up the two of you sharing lucky and unlucky experiences).
before going out he'd tie your shoes extra tight, make sure you have a jacket if it's cold out or an umbrella if it's raining - with a smaller, spare umbrella inside your backpack if the first one broke. bought by the man himself! he'd be the type to grab your hand before crossing the road but not let you cross unless everything was right. by this i mean, no cars in the street, shoes tied, hand held, nothing in the way.
at the start of your relationship makoto thought he was being a bit too much but when you almost got ran over as you crossed the seemingly empty road he decided he could never be too sure.
altogether, he's worrying a lot. not in an annoying way, more of a "you're my troublesome child and i'll never let you out of my sight" type of way.
Tumblr media
Nagito Komaeda
oh no. the good luck? still there. not a lot though. the bad luck? double. the cycle is still there, it's just that now whenever something bad happens it's two times worse.
nagito would be very nonchalant over both your talents and not let it get in the way of your dates. for example, if it started raining heavily during a walk and he noticed it was starting to flood the streets he'd try to convince you to go buy floaties to float down the street together. hopefully his good luck comes around quickly! you don't feel like getting stuck somewhere or drowning.
if you did get hurt he'd degrade himself - even if why or how you got hurt had nothing to do with him - and pay for your hospital bills. i feel like nagito would be the type to pamper his partner a lot with little gifts and try to carry you up the stairs if you broke your leg(s). And fail miserably at doing so.
he'd get into shit with you to just go "haha, my bad. how could i let this happen?"
Tumblr media
K1-B0
kiibo. my sweet baby. like hajime, he'd ask a lot of questions when first meeting you! throughout time he'd get used to it and do his best to help you out. your gloves got ripped up by unknown causes and it's snowing? he'll use his hairdryer function to "breathe" onto your hands to quickly warm them up and when the two of you get home he'll sew them back up.
if you get hurt he wouldn't be able to carry you or anything (he's not particularly the strongest and his back pain doesn't help) but he'd take care of you afterwards! be it cooking meals, or cleaning the house.
everytime you get home he'll stop you at the door while concentrating reallyyy hard to use his zooming function to see if you're alright. doesn't do much, but you let it slide if it helps calm his worry.
so even if he's not able to support you during your spikes of your bad luck, he'll gladly lend you a hand afterwards!

“Here you are, sir,” you approach the table, trading the contents of your tray, a plate of apple crisp and an American, for the slender metal centerpiece that holds the table number, “nice and warm from the oven.”
“Mm,” he grumbles without looking up from his phone, a stitch between his brows. You hold onto the metal card holder and try not to stare. You lean back on your heel, you should leave him alone.
He sighs and puts his phone down. He stares at the empty seat across from him. A line forms across his forehead as he scowls.
“Thanks.” He balls his gloved fist on the table top. His left hand. Not very subtle when you know who he is.
“I’m sorry to bother you, but are you the Bucky Barnes?”
“If you don’t want to, why–” He begins sharply. You flinch as he looks at you, a glare that softens at once. He cringes and corrects himself, forcing a smile that sets a handsome dimple in his cheek. “Sorry, long day. Yes, I am the Bucky Barnes.”
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have… I’ll get back to the counter.”
You turn on the ball of your foot and scurry away, embarrassed. You knew better and you did it anyway. You just can’t believe it’s really him. Here of all places. This deadbeat town in the middle of nowhere. Wait! Is he on a mission?
You stand behind the till, fighting not to look over at him. Another customer enters. Kathleen. You have a tray of cupcakes waiting for her. You slide the box across to her as she pays on the machine. You wish her a good day and you’re left once more to languish in the tension.
You can’t just stand there. You know it’s probably a bit creepy to just stare out the window. Or him. Don’t look!
You go to the shelves and start your inventory. You should wait until a bit later but it’ll keep you busy. You slide some loaves over and rearrange the display case.
His chair scrapes and his treads scuff. You don’t dare peek up as you wait for him to leave. Then you can wallow in your embarrassment alone. He clears his throat loudly and you pop your head up.
“Oh, hi again,” you close the display and sidle over with your best customer service.
“You have any of that left?” He asks, his voice gristles like gravel. He looks tired. Bags under his eyes and a pallid hue to his skin.
“Um?”
“The crisp? It’s my favourite.”
“Oh, uh, yeah, lots actually.” You try not to show how nervous you are. If he knew you had him as your phone wallpaper, oh gawd. “I could get you another piece. On the house. As an apology.”
“Apology?” He shakes his head.
“I really shouldn’t have asked earlier. I didn’t mean to be nosy.”
“It’s fine,” he says gently, “Didn’t mean to scare ya. I’m sure you folks don’t get many newcomers around here… do you?”
“No, not really. There was a group that passed through a few weeks ago. They stayed at Margot’s. She runs the B&B around here– um, that doesn’t matter, I guess. But, yeah, no, pretty tame her. Bodunk, if you will.”
He scoffs and nods, his expression eases up and his blues eyes consider you.
“Not to stroke my own ego, but are you a fan?”
“Er, a little,” you confess. “I mean, you and Cap. That’s big time compared to anything around her. But Bill Foster, he’s a volunteer firefighter, he got a cat out of a tree the other day… I’m rambling again.”
His lips curl at the edges, almost indiscernible. He rests his hand on the counter and his fingertips tap as his gaze clings to you. You squirm and wipe your sweaty palms on your apron.
“So uh, how about that crisp?”
“Think it’d be better with company,” he intones.
“Hm?”
He reaches in his pocket and takes out his wallet. He slides out a bill and lays it down.
“On me. You been working hard. I’d love to treat ya.”
“I… can’t, Mr. Barnes, I have to…” you look around desperately. Still empty.
“You got a few minutes,” he insists, “don’t you, doll? Kinda dull ‘round here, ya know?”
“Ya, I know,” you look down at the twenty. “I guess I could sit down for a few minutes.”
“Oh, and it’s Bucky,” he corrects you as a full blown smile blooms across his face, “could I also ask for a name with my crisp?”

Staying on my Couch
When you ask if I know anybody who needs a roommate, I offer to let you crash at my place for a few days. You tell me you don't need help moving, showing up at my door with two bags and whatever's in your pockets. I offer to take the couch, but you already feel bad about the situation. The first week consists of you trying to stay out of my way. It breaks my heart. I assume you're just getting comfortable and try to leave you be.
Your mood doesn't improve. The job hunt isn't going well, and you're hoping I don't ask for help with the bills. Finally I catch you, making you sit up so I can join you on the couch. You swear up and down that it's not me; I've been nothing but kind to you. But I feel like I could do better. I tell you to take a short break from applying to recharge.
The next few days I try more to make you feel at home. Insisting you eat with me rather than reheating my cooking, learning more about your life before you got here, and watching shows together on the couch. You aren't happy, but you're starting to be happier. Seeing those rare half-hearted smiles, noticing you tense up less when I'm around. It makes me happier than I thought possible. When you ask to see my bedroom I have to contain my excitement. I had been keeping it clean for days now, much longer than I did in the past. I sheepishly watch as your eyes dart around the room. You leave after a minute or two, content to not comment on any of my clothes or the posters on the wall.
Your phone not working catches you off-guard. You guess mom finally decided to stop paying for you. I don't want to pry, instead offering to add you onto my phone plan. You tell me you're very grateful, even if your contacts didn't get saved somehow. I never tell you I swapped the SIM card while you were asleep. Betraying the trust you have in me hurts. But I was so happy to see how soundly you slept now.
The nicer I am to you, the more comfortable you get around me. And the bolder I get. Your wallet's been empty for days now. The money went back to you, of course. Until one of those jobs calls you back, it's not like you need your ID for anything. I find some nice looking clothes I came across on clearance. They fit surprisingly well, even if some of them aren't your style. Once, we both fell asleep on the couch. I tried to apologize, but you laughed it off. It was the first time I heard that laugh.
On the day you ask again to see my bedroom, you hear me talking to somebody at the door. There's something familiar about the other woman's voice. I'm very sorry ma'am, but I don't know who you're talking about. She's gone by the time you show up behind me to ask. It was a missing persons case. Things like that scare me. I gently grab your hand. This is it. This is your chance to help me worry less. Your opportunity to make me happy, just like I made you happy.

✨Enchant Me Chapter 2 Sneak Peek✨
Tumblr media
A/N: A little bit of chapter 2 because I want to spread a little soft Joel today. I’m so in love with these two 🥹🥹🥹🥹
Joel watches you move along the back counter as your dress swishes around your thighs fluidly. He thinks you look like you belong in a painting, a masterpiece at best with the way your hair falls over your shoulders and your sun kissed skin from the garden seems to glow in the haze of the store lights.
“I usually just get sweet tea, but I’d take anything, darlin’. Give me whatever you think I’d like best,” he says easily.
You purse your lips and let your eyes fall over his tanned arms and soft brown eyes, his thick fingers sprawled over the edge of the counter as you have to fight yourself to not reach your hand out to his. You quickly assess him, taking your best guess.
“Hmmm,” you hum. “Do you like peach flavored drinks?”
“Yes, ma’am.”
“Perfect. I think you’ll like this one then,” you answer as you grab a compostable cup and fill it with your specially made herbal peach tea that you put a little extra love and care into making today. You turn and hand Joel the cup as his fingers graze along yours, making your fingertips tingle with fiery sensations.
You watch him tilt his head back as his curls fall into a tousled heap. You watch the orange liquid slowly disappear as he gulps it down, leaving half the cup empty. He wipes his mouth clean and sighs as he looks back up at you, his caramel eyes beaming into yours. “Sweetheart, I don’t know how you do it, but your tea is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. You’ve got a gift.”
You bat your eyelashes at him and shake your head nonchalantly. “You’re too kind, Joel. Here, let me pour you some more.” You grab his cup and fill it back to the rim, carefully handing it over to him as he takes it with a small thank you leaving his mouth.
“Here,” he says as he digs in his wallet and takes out a five dollar bill, placing his closed fist on the counter as he tries to give you money.
“Oh, no, Joel. You don’t owe me anything,” you say as you try to wave him off.
“Gotta pay for it, darlin’. Here, take it,” he insists as he pushes his hand further over the smooth wooden counter.
“No, really. Joel, don’t. I don’t want your money,” you say, refusing the green bill as you place your hand gently over his, pushing it back toward him.
He feels your smooth hand slide over his as your soft skin mixes into the roughness of his. He swears his heart skips a beat as you hold your hand over his. He’s unwilling to move, unwilling to do anything except stare into your breathtaking eyes.
“You sure, sweetheart?” he asks with knit eyebrows as he leans into your gentle touch.
“Positive. Consider it my special discount,” you wink playfully. “You can come get tea whenever you like. I don’t want your money though.”
“No? What do you want then?” he asks as he leans against the counter, your hand still clasped over his tightly as you move closer to him.
“Just your company is enough for me,” you say quietly.
You feel the room suddenly go still as you’re so very close to him now. So close that just an inch more and you’d be grazing your lips against his. You can almost taste his flavor, peach tea collecting on his plush lips as you see the sheen liquid cover his bottom lip. He looks so inviting, so very tempting. And you’d really like for him to break the distance and kiss you now.
Kiss me. Please, kiss me.

I got a request to do #1 with Kendall from the prompt list (going down on them in the backseat of a car) @maraschinodreamo sorry it took me a while haha but it’s finally done. I hope you like it☺️
Tumblr media
One Shot Request
Contains: smut, cheating, Kendall Roy x Reader, F/M
Enjoy ;)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~💕~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Leo was your boyfriend for almost a year now. If you were being honest with yourself, you didn’t know why you were still with him. You had suspicions that he had been cheating on you, he always went on his phone facing away from you, got all nervous when you would joke around and try and guess his password and sometimes even come home super late in the night even though his work shift ended at 7 a.m. You had no real proof of him cheating on you yet so you stayed quiet about it.
It was until you were out at some quiet pub when you had figured it all out. The waiter had just taken the plates away and you now just had to wait for the bill.
Leo pats down his pockets then looks at you, “Shit baby, my wallet, I left it in the car. I’ll be right back.” He gets up and walks out of the pub and to the parking lot.
You wait quietly for him to come back, but it takes him a long time, too long just to grab one little thing out of the car. Before you know it, the waiter is back with the bill.
“Oh, my boyfriend is just grabbing his wallet, he should be back soon.”
The waiter just gives you a judgemental look, she looks as if you are being a snob, making your man pay for it. You had a deal with Leo, if it was your idea, you paid and if it was his idea, he would pay. This time, it was his idea. You started to realise more and more that Leo would sometimes come up with some bullshit excuse and make you pay.
You just look back at the waiter and clear your throat, “You know what, never mind. Here, I’ll pay.” You take the machine from her hand and tap your card in.
“Have a nice day.” She replies and walks away but then stops to turn around, “Oh, and by the way, your boyfriend… he’s talking to a girl in the parking lot. I saw it when I passed by the window.”
You look at her, not knowing if she was just being bitchy or if she was actually warning you. You stand up from the table and quickly walk over to the window that faced the parking lot only to see that the waiter was right, he was talking to some woman.
You make your way out of the door, he doesn’t seem to even notice you because you freeze before making it any closer to see him exchange his phone with hers to get her number.
You were both angry and so empty. This just proved that him cheating on you with other girls wasn’t all in your head, the proof was right in front of you.
The pub had a little bar area next to the restaurant portion, you needed a drink.
You turn and make your way into the bar, wanting nothing to do with him for just at least a few minutes if not ever again.
When you make it to the bar, you skip right over making small talk with the bartender and just ask for a drink and throw a bill on the table.
A man beside you chuckles, “Eager are we?”
You turn your head slightly and your eyes fall on a man wearing a suit, the top was all loosened, making it look like he must have finished work or whatever he was wearing a suit for.
“My ex boyfriend is a cheater. One month away from us being together for a whole year,” you shake your head and chuckle, “and I’m only leaving him now?”
“I guess you being eager for a drink makes more sense now.”
“Yeah. And what brings you to a tiny, shitty little pub? Isn’t this like, low on your standards?”
“Why do you think that?”
You scan him, “You’re in a suit, wearing a silver watch, have business shoes on.”
He grins, “I just got off work. I’m like you, eager for a drink, so I stopped here.”
“Ah, I see. And why are you so eager?”
“Uh, work is bullshit. I feel like that’s an obvious answer.” He laughs.
“Right, typical. Work is bullshit, relationships are bullshit.”
“Not all relationships are bullshit you know?”
“Yeah, and I’m guessing you have a beautiful wife at home? Having the best fucking times if your lives with little cute babies to take care of?” You say with a scoff.
“Actually no, I live alone.”
“Oh, fuck off. You do not.” You say and smile again, “Look at you, you're what, a clean looking business man with money and you're telling me that you don’t have anyone to go home to?”
“Yeah, it’s true.” He grins, “it’s actually been a while since I’ve even gotten laid.” He takes another sip from his drink.
Before you can reply to what he had just said, you hear Leo’s voice call your name a few times, he was looking for you.
“Fuck, that’s him.” You say and then look over at the man beside you, “what do I do? I don’t want to deal with him.” You were panicking but you can’t help but chuckle a little bit.
“Well then let’s hide,” he takes your hand and he pulls you, making you follow him to the back door exit.
He pushes past people telling them to move and get out of the way. You can’t believe that you are following a random guy, letting him take you with him to hide from your toxic ex.
“Where are we going?” You laugh.
“My car.”
He opens the door and you are now outside, walking to his car.
“Please don’t kidnap me.” You chuckle.
“Do I look like a kidnapper?”
“Uh, yeah kind of. You are wearing a suit, you could be some Russian hacker.”
“I am not a Russian hacker. I’m just some guy, helping you hide from your dick bag ex.” You smile and continue to hold his hand, following him then stopping in front of a black Bentley.
He opens the door for you and motions for you to get in. When you sit down he closes the door behind you and makes his way around to the other side and soon he’s sitting beside you.
You look to see a man seating in the driver's seat in front of you, “Back home Mr. Roy?”
“Not yet. Hey, you know what, why don’t you go and take a break, get something to eat?”
“Oh no, that’s,”
“No, no. It’s my treat.” He hands him a bill, “On me, go get something to eat.” The driver looks in the rear view mirror and locks eyes with you. He now understands why he's “supposed” to get out so he takes the bill and gets out of the car, leaving the two of you alone.
“Who’s he? Your Russian spy manager?” You joke.
“My driver.” He replies with a smile.
“Your driver? You have your own personal driver?”
“Uh huh, and helicopter pilot too.”
Your eyes go wide, “Who even are you?”
“I’m a Roy honey, Kendall Roy.”
“Roy?” You think for a second, “Hey, I think I’ve heard that name before somewhere, like on an article or something.”
“Oh probably, my family and I are on a lot of those. Whether they are ones that tell the truth about us or just make up some scandal to make money for themselves.”
“Interesting. And you seriously have no girl? Sorry, but that’s just crazy to me, you’re so… interesting.”
He laughs quietly, “Well, maybe I’m interesting, but I’m not a very good person I don’t think. I think that’s why I don’t keep relationships long.”
“Really? Well, I think you are just fine. I mean, you’re helping me hide from my ex so, there’s a bonus point for you.”
He doesn’t reply, he just smiles at you and look at your eyes and then your lips, “I don’t understand your boyfriend you know? You’re sweet, you’re nice to look at, I don’t understand why he’d cheat on such a pretty thing like you.”
“I don’t know either.” You reply quietly.
It gets quiet, the two of you just look at each other then slowly bring your faces close together and you kiss his lips. It’s only a small little peck before you pull away and giggle quietly, he smiles then kisses you again, this time, it’s longer and more intimate.
You part your mouth a little and he takes the opportunity to slip his tongue in your mouth, making you moan quietly. His hands travel to caress your hips and you bring yours to the sides of his face.
“If he’s aloud to play games and fuck other people, I think you should do the same.” He says before he kisses you again, not being able to stop himself.
“It’s too tight in here Kendall,” you breathe out, “Just let me suck you off instead.”
“I can’t say no to that.” He pulls his lips away and begins to unzip his pants. It’s been a long time since Kendall had last had a woman in his bed, so out of need and affection for you, his dick was already throbbing.
Out of anger on Leo, you don’t care that you had just met Kendall and get down on your knees in front of him, it was a tight fit, the back of the front seat car was only an inch away from your back but it didn't stop you. You were so angry at Leo for what he had done to you. You wanted to give Kendall every amount of pleasure, more pleasure than you ever wasted on your ex.
He doesn’t even have to open his mouth and tell you what to do because you’re already ahead of him, spitting on his tip before bringing your hand to wrap around him and jerk him off for a few seconds before you remove it and bring your lips to him.
You were so desperate to have him in your mouth, he could tell. He’d never had a girl so desperate for him before so having you like the way you were makes him grin before he gasps through his teeth and breathes out a groan.
You don’t even tease him, you just wrap your lips around his length with your tongue laying at the bottom of your mouth, rolling it a little so it can half wrap around his length.
He lets out another moan as he looks down and studies you. He loved how messy you were being, loved how you didn’t care to be careful and look pretty and just took his cock in your mouth. He was already close to finishing since he was so sensitive and desperate for a blow job.
“Fuck, you’re already going to make me cum.” He grunts before laughing a little and putting his hand in your hair, tugging it lightly. “You’re so fucking good at taking me. I needed this for so fucking long.”
You hum around him and continue to move your tongue and your lips, taking him deeper now, almost making yourself gag. He lets out a moan at the feeling of being deeper inside you and his grip on your hair tightens.
“Your boyfriend is such a dick. Such a fucking loser to make the mistake of letting you slip away.” He can’t help but thrust his hips up a little bit, “You’re such a good girl.”
Hearing him say this makes you moan around him and before you know it, he’s spilling inside of your mouth while letting out quick gasps and little breaths.
You pull your mouth off of him and lick your lips and smile up at him and laugh a little.
“Sit down,” he says as he tucks his dick back in his pants, “Let me do the same to you. You deserve it.”
You don’t even say anything and make your way back to your seat. He turns you so your back is against the door and you are facing him. You lift your hips for him to be able to pull your skirt and panties down to your ankles.
“You want this?” He asks before positioning himself to be able to get his lips close to your cunt.
You nod your head and whisper, “Make me forget about him Kendall.”
He makes sure that he knows that you’ll forget your toxic ex and only remember him and his mouth. He wanted you to remember nothing but his own name.
You had gotten Leo to eat you out many times but it wasn’t even close to how Kendall did it. Unlike Leo, Kendall took his time, laying his tongue to lick all the way up your cunt before kissing it gently a couple of times.
“Does that idiot ever make your pussy this wet?” He asks in a teasing tone as he smirks looking down to see just how wet you were.
You don’t answer right away as you adjust your position because of the small amount of space you had in the backseat of your car and make a little noise as he continues to tease you with his mouth by taking things slow.
He pulls his mouth away again and slaps your cunt lightly, making you jump a little since you’ve never had someone do such a thing. He chuckles as he sees you squirm before he speaks again, “Answer the question honey. Does he ever,”
“No.” You say, cutting him off, “No Kendall.”
“That’s what I thought. You’ve been needing someone like me to come and fuck you the right way, does that sound about right?”
“Yes Kendall.” It comes out in a tone that makes you sound desperate for him to just taste you again already.
He grins, “Oh, you are so needy. Does he get you off? Does he…” he begins to bring his mouth close again, “ever make you really finish?”
“Not all the time, no.” You admit. There had been the odd time where he did make you cum, but it was rare. You’d fake it most of the time.
“No? You should have just come to find me, I would’ve taken care of it.” His mouth is now back on you again and you arch your back a little, reaching your hand for anything to grip onto. Your hand soon lands on the car door handle and you hold it tightly in your hand as Kendall’s mouth begins to pleasure you more and more.
Kendall made sure to take his time with you. He’d fuck you with his tongue before stopping to just lick softly again. He was in no rush to make you cum, he wanted to hear your pretty little sounds fall from your lips for as long as he could.
Everytime people would walk by the car, you could hear it, you could hear their chattering easily and even sometimes makes out what they were saying if you were to pay enough attention. This made you wonder if they too could hear you, hear all of your whimpers and other inaudible sounds. So, the next time you hear voices from outside get closer, you put your hand over your mouth to hush the sounds.
Kendall didn’t like your hand covering your mouth though, he wanted to hear you. He didn’t give a fuck about the people, he’s let them hear for all he cared, he’d let them hear your slutty noises and make sure that everyone knew the sounds were because of him and what he was doing to you.
“Don’t cover your mouth.” He says as his eyes look up at you now, his voice was a little muffled as he barely pulled his mouth away.
“They’ll hear,”
“I don’t care. Don’t cover your mouth.” It was now a demanding tone. His hands are on your thighs and he pulls you in closer, his grip on your thighs tightens, squeezing your soft skin between his hands.
You moan out his name and close your eyes, smiling a little. His mouth alone was already making you close to the edge, this makes you wonder how long it would take for him to make you come over the edge with his cock buried inside you. The thought of it makes you weak. As he continues to work you with his tongue, you just imagine him on top of you or making you take it from behind while you were on all fours.
Your eyes open again, and you look down at him, “Kendall, I’m so close… don’t stop. Please, please don’t stop,” you bring your hands down to tug lightly on his short hair. He groans and hums into your pussy. The little huffs of air that come through his nose when he breathes out go straight on your clit.
You take his little hums as a sign that he wants you to finish, so you do, not even really being able to hold back even if he were to not want you to cum. You feel the urge to cover your mouth again, but you do what he told you to and just keep your hands away from your mouth and let them stay put in his hair. He doesn’t remove his mouth until he knows that you are fully down from your high.
You look at him and chuckle. It was silly really, how Leo could hardly ever make you finish when he made love to you but Kendall Roy made you finish so quickly just by using his tongue.
You knew that you would need more soon. There was no way that you could just have him one time. He was like a piece of candy, he was like a drug. A bad idea to keep coming back to but so addictive that it would be hard to stop.
You fix yourself up, pulling your panties and your skirt back up and you both are giggling. He texts his driver that he can come back to the car now, “You want me to take you home?” He asks.
“Leo will be really angry if I just went home. I have to tell him we are done before I leave.”
It’s like perfect timing, Kendall’s driver makes it back into the car and makes a quick call before driving away. As he’s on the phone and your about to exit, you see Leo out Kendall’s window, pacing and looking at his phone.
“No fucking way.”
“What?”
“It’s him.” You point out Kendall’s window and he turns his head before looking back at you with a grin, “get on my lap.”
“What? Why?” You ask laughing.
“I’ll roll down this window and I need you to tell him that you are finished with him. Make him jealous, if he’s allowed to cheat, you're allowed to cheat back and leave him for good. Get on my lap.”
You don’t hesitate and grin at the idea before climbing on top of him and sit on his lap. He laughs then rolls his window down.
“Call out to him.” He says in your ear and begins to kiss your jawline and neck.
You moan and chuckle at little the feeling of his lips on your skin and you call out Leo’s name and he turns and looks at you through the window.
“What the fuck?” Leo says in a confused and angry tone.
“Have fun with all of your other girls Leo, I’m done with you and I never want to see you again.”
Kendall stops kissing you to look at Leo with a grin.
“You’re a whore.” Leo says.
Kendall rests his hands on your lower back, “Fuck off and leave her alone. I’ll take good care of her.” He says back to Leo then looks at his driver, “Let’s get going yeah?”
His driver nods then begins to reverse out of the parking lot. You make eye contact before the car turns away from you ex and kiss Kendall, locking eyes with your ex the whole time. Kendall kisses you back then rolls up the window and soon, you are back on the road.
By the end of the night, not only did you end up in Kendall’s bed, but you got to know more about him. He was no longer a stranger.
Jack Harlow x Reader : FOOTBALL SZN
Tumblr media
Football season was officially back, so that meant loud men yelling at the television, food and lots and lots of beers for your husband and your friends.
You were currently in the kitchen prepping the appetizers for everyone when your daughter walks in.
“Momma have you seen my swear jar?” She asks
“Umm yes it’s up here.” You tell her in confusion as you open the bowl cabinet and reach for her jar.
You turn around and face her “Porque lo necesitas? Why do you need it bug?” You ask and hand it to her.
She smiles “Mommy, Nino Urby and uncle Druski say lots of naughty words. I hear daddy say they're gonna watch sports” she shrugs
“I’m getting my jar ready is all” she goes to walk away but stops half way “Gracias” and she continues on her way.
You laugh to yourself and continue with the food.
“What has you smiling to yourself little weirdo” Your husband asks, wrapping his arms around your waist from behind.
“Your daughter”
He hums as he places kisses on your neck “What did that little one do now?”
“She’s a hustler like her daddy, she’s getting her swear jar ready for you boys.”
He pulls back and leans against the sink “Oh she’s smart” he smirks
The doorbell rings so he makes his way towards the living room.
“That’s Nino and Uncle Avatar.” Mía yells and goes to the door
Jack laughs to himself because he knows damn well where, preferably, who she got that nickname from.
“Mia, you don’t open the door without mommy or me.”
She stops “Sorry”
“It’s ok bug, also before I let those losers in, Did your Nina tell you to call uncle Avatar?” He ask’s, knowing the answer already.
She shrugs, “It’s funny. But I won’t call him that if it makes him sad.”
“It’s ok baby” He smiles at her
“Hey fucker, Open the door, beers are getting warm.” Urban yells from the other side of the door
Mia and Jack look at each other “Go get it”
She runs back to the living room while Jack opens the door to let them in.
“Why do you look so smug for ?” Urban asks as he walks in.
Jack smiles wide “You’ll see.”
Then Mia comes running back with her jar and opens it “Empty your pockets Nino.”
“Why?”
“We heard you say a bad word.” She smiles up at her godfather. “You know the rules.”
“Oh you sneaky little girl, you’re good.” He goes to pull out his wallet and hands her a dollar bill.
Mia smiles as they all walk towards the living room.
“So I’ll leave this here.” She places the jar on the coffee table “You pay up when you yell a bad word at the tv.”
“Damn Mia, you have a plan and everything huh?” Clay says as he comes down the stairs
“Yup.” She faces her dad “If I get enough can I buy the new monster high doll?”
Jack nods “Only if you have enough, that was the deal.”
She smiles and goes up to Urban “If you want to say lots of naughty words, it’s ok, I’ll cover my ears.”
They all laugh “Ok princess, I’ll give you our signal.”
Hours has passed and the entire of Private Garden, plus Druski were now all scattered in the living room.
Beers empty, food almost gone, but the rowdy ness, at it’s highest.
“Oh come on that is total bullshit” you hear Jack yell
That’s when Mia gasps “Mommy did you hear that?”
You nod “I totally did bug.” You say as you both walk into the living room.
“For fucks sake, catch the damn ball.” Your husband yells again.
You cough “Jackman.”
He looks your way “Huh, yes baby?”
You point at a smiling Mia “Daddy, you said really bad, naughty words.”
She goes to grab her jar “All of you are naughty, thank you for the money. I get to buy lots and lots of dolls.”
She goes up to Jack “Pay up please.”
Everyone laughs
“She got your ass there Jack.”
“Idiot, that's more money in.”
“I think idiot is considered a bad word, at least for kids.”
“Who came up with this stupid rule anyway?” Jack asks as he places twenty dollars in her jar.
“YOU.” Everyone yells at him.
“Daddy, that's another one.” Mia giggles with her little palm covering her mouth.
Jack groans “Little girl, you’re going to make me go broke.” and places another twenty in her jar.
Mia looks up at you after she sees her jar is overflowing “I love sports night momma.”
You all laugh “Yeah bug, I can tell.”
It’s safe to say the next day Mia made her parents take her to Target in search of her dolls.
modern day au where yui cannot catch a break, and things only get worse when her house gets broken into by an angry red headed robber — but instead of taking her things, he takes her heart
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
yui was having the worst year of her life.
even worse than in 2013 when her father wouldn’t let her go to that taylor swift concert since it was deemed ‘unholy.’
she really thought only taylor could understand her.
but now its 2024, and she’s begun to have adult problems. she’s broke, her heater is broken, her apartment has started to fall apart, she stained her favorite pink skirt with coffee, her phone screen shattered when she dropped it on the train, she ran out of her favorite lip gloss, college bills keep stacking up, her upstairs neighbors never stop engaging in fornication, strawberries are out of season so she can no longer afford them and most importantly —
her father just passed away.
and all she wanted now was to rot in her apartment and ask god for mercy on her poor heart.
“it’ll be okay,” she sniffled back a tear. “father used to say the lord puts us through trials to test our faith.”
yeah, used to.
it was now late night, coming back from her fathers funeral she felt more empty than when she first got the news. her feet hurt from the black heels she now had to walk home in, the black dress did little to give her warmth, her cheeks were numb from the cold weather and having to comfort people with a smile that she’ll be okay, that there was nothing to worry about.
… but yui was already worrying about dinner. also how she’d have to shiver herself to sleep again. she couldn’t allow herself to cry herself to sleep again, her face would be frozen when she woke up, and what if she finds another hole in the walls? tape didn’t work last time, and she’s running out of rags to stuff in between them. and what about her job? she can’t buy more rags without it. they granted her a leave of absence due to her fathers passing, but what if they replaced her? if she lost her job she couldn’t pay rent — and she couldn’t ask for another extension on rent, her landlord was fed up enough with her pleading, she wouldn’t get lucky again. and also —
“no, lets just take it one day at a time. thats right,” she neared the steps to her apartment. “deep breath in, and then out. lets have some canned soup for dinner, and then pair it with rewatching the kardashians. yeah. thats a great plan.”
she turned the corner to her door.
“everything will get better,”
she put the key in the lock.
“as long as i stay positive.”
and she swung her door open —
“shit!”
“AH!”
— right into a mans back.
at first she thought she opened the wrong door. but the faint smell of her candles hit her nose, and her eyes fell on the very TV she watched shitty TV on in the mans arms — and then her eyes landed on a fucking sword on his waist.
her eyes followed it as he dropped her TV from his arms, and unsheathed it from his waist —
— and directed it right in between her eyes.
“empty your fucking purse! ill fucking kill you!”
Oh wow. wooooow.
now you would think the right action would be to do as he said. anyone would listen to a manic man with hair as red as blood, especially when they pointed a sword at you that looked like it came from the 1800’s. its not like yui wanted to die, so maybe she should save her life and sacrifice her beloved tv and the few pennies she had in her wallet.
but instead. her face twisted, and yui broke out in the most ugly open mouthed sob she’s ever done.
it wasn’t out of fear. it didn’t even register how this man genuinely had bloodlust leaking out of him. it was out of absolute frustration and sadness that this was becoming her life — and that she couldn’t even have her dream of watching the kardashians.
she fell to her knees. because, seriously, what the hell did she do to deserve all of this? she was a good kid. never acted out to her father and attended mass even when she had the flu. she never wished bad on anyone. but why does everything always have to end bad? on her 11th birthday her goldfish frank died, when she wanted a coffee last week, her card declined and now she couldn’t even sob into her blankets while she heard kim talking about how rich she was. can’t she have one good day? can’t she —
“holy shit, are you crying?” the red haired man didn’t even move.
yui looked up to him, and just stared at the man’s flabbergasted expression. through her tears, she tried to inhale through her nose, but it came out in little stutters. she extended her purse towards him.
“take it. take everything if you want.” yui spoke through her sobs. its not like anything she really wanted was here anymore.
yui curled up into her knees and rocked herself, continuing to cry hysterically at the thought of just her life. she wouldn’t mind if that man stole everything in her house — material objects could be replaced… eventually. when her eyes started to burn by the amount of tears flooding out, she noticed she couldn’t hear the familiar floorboards creak from movement and her purse was still in her hands. lifting her head to see what was going on, she noticed that the man hadn’t moved from his spot, and just was gawking at her sitting on the floor. they held eye contact for a while, like they were both afraid to move.
sure, yui thought he was a manic. but he probably thought yui was a suicidal manic.
while she held eye contact, she finally really looked at him.
he was fit. wearing a black shirt and a ripped jean jacket, yui could tell he wasn’t bulky, but instead quite lean. his pecs were defined and his muscular abdomen and biceps were flexed against the fabric from welding the heavy sword. his joggers looked worn down, and black nikes seemed like they seen better days. his face was … nice. well sculpted and he had a well defined jaw. his lips were plump and chapped from the chill outside.
what threw yui off was the cacophony that was his hair and eye color. bright firetruck red for hair that looked like he hadn’t brushed it in days, and green eyes fit for only a predator. regardless of the situation, yui could tell he honestly was… beautiful. dangerous. probably looked more attractive if he didn’t have his mouth wide open in awe.
his eyebrows furrowed, and he closed his mouth. he placed his sword back in his sheath, and leaned down to grab the tv from the floor. he looked towards yui again, with a face she could only describe as disappointment. clicking his tongue, he began to drag the tv … not towards the door but towards the tv cabinet.
“this isn’t fun anymore. you can have your shitty shit back.”
placing the tv back in its rightful throne, he squatted down and went through a worn down black backpack — that had some random pins of a band she never heard of — that was on the floor. within it, he took out her favorite necklace, her jewelry box, a couple of her wool sweaters and her damn smart toaster she picked up extra shifts for.
“this is yours. ill be back when you’re mentally stable, you deranged bitch.” he motioned to the items on the floor.
“really?”
the robber rolled his eyes. “of course I will be! do you know how much your toaster —“
“— no i mean. you’ll give it back?”
“you want me to take it?”
“well… i’d like it if you didn’t.”
“then! shut the fuck up.”
he grabbed his backpack and swung it around his shoulder. he started making his way towards the door right beside yui. as he took two steps past her, he paused.
“you’re really broke, you know.”
yui sniffled. “i know.”
“like, broke broke. i don’t think ive ever broke into a house that had so much of nothing. what are you, a level one sim? do you have no hobbies? do you even eat? i see nothing to even munch on here.”
“… i have soup.”
“you literally have two cans of spaghetti-os and tomato soup.”
yui sniffled louder. “i know.”
things were silent for a while. yui was sure the robber was still there, probably reconsidering his decision. she expected him to march back in to take her things again while flipping her off. this entire situation seemed too good to be true… but maybe this could end with her losing nothing... no. she wouldn’t let herself hope for something that was next to impossible in a situation like this.
but something even more unlikely happened.
the robber spoke again.
“do you like dennys?”
“w…what?” yui turned her head towards him.
“dennys. the best restaurant in the world. do you like it?” his face stayed neutral, but somehow the question felt like a threat.
yui feared the honest answer, ‘ive never been’ would end in her getting decapitated. so, she said, “i do.”
“do you want to go get some pancakes?”
it was yuis turn to gawk at him. he looked bored, and slid his hands in his pockets. now, maybe a normal person would say ‘fuck no, its 10pm and you just broke into my home somehow and then tried to steal my beloved tv and lovely toaster then pointed a fucking sword at me… also, i don’t even know your name you creep.’
but yui wasn’t a normal person experiencing normal things right now.
“pancakes sound nice.”
##OH EM GEE I'M INLOVE WITH A GOLD DIGGER!
↪In which, Chigiri confesses and now you're official.
Tumblr media
You were broke.
The kind of broke where even if you turn your wallet upside down, not even a single cent would come out. So you cry and then realize you had a piggy bank, so you grow hopeful but that hope is quick to turn into despair because you realize your piggy bank is also empty save for the speck of dust that gathered inside. This was the kind of broke you were experiencing at the moment, and damn was it not fun.
"Oh my god, I'll be homeless!"
You laid your head on the table, grumbling about how easily money left your grasps. You were sure you managed your money well this time—ignoring the small trinkets you bought because you thought they were cute and cheap. (they were, but you ended up buying one too many that it almost cost as much as one designer bag from a famous brand. Although you haven't realized it, not one bit.)
"Should I sell my kidney? It's not like I need two anyway. Or maybe I'll sell my appendix to some shady scientist that wants to conduct research on it" you sighed, pondering the many ways to earn quick money. "Or maybe I'll just sell foot pics and hope someone gets attracted by them"
"You sure have some outlandish ideas, is this what happens when you run out of money and are struggling to make ends meet?"
You flinch when you hear the (un)pleasant voice of a man that had become (very)rich so suddenly. "Oh goodness!" you gasped, "Chigiri—who said you could enter my apartment without permission!"
Chigiri tilts his head in a sassy manner. "You were the one who gave me your spare keys dumbass, and I already knocked, ten times actually. But you never responded and just went on with your really loud grumbling so I entered.'' He sits down on the floor beside you, placing the plastic bag he brought on the table.
"Oh"
Chigiri sighs at your lack of response. "Here, eat your ice cream you love so much and cheer up or whatever."
"Thank you!" you sobbed. "you're the best."
You nibbled on the ice stick in silence. Whilst Chigiri takes your remote and turns on the tv to watch whatever he finds, was interesting enough.
"Why are you here? Shouldn't you be out practicing right now?"
"Are you kicking me out?"
"No, just curious. Can't I?"
He pauses the movie he had the audacity to watch on your tv. "I had a day off today, it's been a while since we last hung out together so I thought why not crash into your house."
"Oh." you stared at him in astonishment. "Damn, so you missed me?" you continued, a teasing lilt to your tone.
He pauses for a bit, and you relish in the five seconds you caught him off guard. "Yea, you got a problem with that?"
You choke. The exaggerated kind of choke you'd see in movies. "What? Are you being slash serious (/srs) right now?"
"Don't talk like that, you sound punchable when you do"
You place a hand on your chest, an expression mocking that of a hurt one appearing on your face "Now that's just rude and offensive!"
He rolls his eyes, but the small smile that plays on his lips tells you he's actually far from annoyed.
In the midst of the light bickering you exchanged with Chigiri, a realization comes and hits you right in the middle.
Chigiri was rich, right? Right??
Suddenly, you shut your mouth. Now staring at him with a look similar to that of determination, and a shiver runs down Chigiri's spine. (in a bad way) what kind of idiocracy did you think of this time?
"Chigiri Hyoma." ah there it is. Chigiri thinks, he was familiar with the formula you used before asking for something ridiculous. "What?"
"Would you mayhaps be interested in taking me as your spouse (and then maybe pay my bills, joke, half joke hehe) and thus, get married?" you took ahold of his hand, staring at him with the biggest puppy eyes you could muster.
.
..
"Hah?!"
His reaction was expected, honestly. But nevertheless, you persist. "Chigiri, please! You're my only hope!"
"Rejected. What benefits can I even get if I marry you?" he asks with furrowed brows.
"My beauty. You get this beauty as your spouse, doesn't that sound great?" you quipped, and you honestly wonder where you got the audacity/confidence from.
"No thank you, I'm plenty beautiful enough alone. And you're way too inferior if you stood next to me, you'd look like a rotten apple. Wait no, you'd look more like a squashed pumpkin actually."
Damn. He didn't hesitate in squashing your self-esteem didn't he? What a great friend he is.(sarcastic) "god damn, why are you so rude to me? I'm your best friend, you know!" you whined, and all you  is a very sassy and entertained eye roll.
"In the first place, since when had you been so broke you'd resort to being the gold digger kind of archetype?"
"Since last week. When I received my bills and found out I had barely enough money to get through the month."
"What did you even do to spend that much money?!"
"That!" you pointed at your collection of toys, which ranged from the doctor toy set, to the barbie doll you recently bought that had glowing wings. And then at the keychains and other trinkets you collected inside a drawer.
The way you puff out your chest in pride gets him giving you a deadpan + a stink eye like no other. And you'd be lying if you said you weren't affected.
"No I don't and I won't! Don't insult me like that you pretty little prick!" taking a pillow from the sofa, you throw it at him in full force.
"You're so gold digger material it's scary. I'd bet if given the chance to, you'd buy some crazy expensive neon green car nobody would appreciate in any angle. Wait, am I your first target then?" he said. And that one sentence triggered you oh so greatly if you had powers, you'd have brought towards him a tsunami.
"Ow!" he groans, and you smirk triumphantly. "Hah! Deserved. With this, justice is served!"
"Why you!" he glares at you and he takes another pillow, propelling himself to hit you straight in the head with power as strong as a building falling over. You swiftly moved your arms to cover yourself, but even then, it still pushed you back to the edge of the couch you're leaning on.
"Oh it is so on!"
The next minutes were spent tossing and hitting each other with pillows. But overtime, the frown that once tainted your features turned into jolly smiles that contained unbridled joy, a rarity when you've reached adulthood.
By the time you wave your (imaginary) flag in surrender, you're out of breath; and yet, still, the laughter continues to bubble out of your mouth and so does Chigiri's. The atmosphere is soft, and in this moment, it feels as though only the two of you exist in this world.
You pant for air, hugging your pillow rather loosely—your hands were tired after gripping the pillows and using all your strength to throw it at one specific target all afternoon. When you've finally taken in the oxygen you needed, you let out another breathy laugh, one free of any troubles you might have had before. This hang out with him sure proved wonders in soothing your mind from your troubles.
Chigiri on the other hand, felt his breath hitch and his heart stop in motion—no, did it go faster? The heat rushes to his cheeks and he wonders if all of his blood rushed up to his face leaving the other parts dry. The lamp was certainly a paid actor with the way it shines upon you in just the right places to make you look ethereal. Well, as ethereal a person in their pajamas and a hair so messy a bird could mistake it as a nest could be.
His heart thumps, and without thinking much, "I like you," he confessed. His voice, barely above a whisper, but you heard him nonetheless.
Chigiri freezes, as do you, and it's rather comical from an outsider's point of view.
"Huh?"
Again, Chigiri flinches—how should he excuse this one? He wondered. But after a short while, he finally heaves out a sigh and decides to become a man and grow a pair.
"I like you, romantically." he said, "And no I'm not lying. I'm telling you the truth." he continues, as if knowing what you'd say or react to already.
During this time, Chigiri felt like burying himself six feet under and probably never come out unless it's to play soccer. This was embarrassing and too out of the blue, he worries if he ruined his five year friendship with you for good.
You're silent, mind busy absorbing the information you've just received right now. "Oh."
You placed a hand to cover the lover half of your face. "Wow. That's a surprise. I happen to feel the same way" you awkwardly giggle, and a hopeful glint takes its way to Chigiri's eye.
"I.. I like you too" you stutter, and you think you'll actually explode with the emotions that soars and scatters up like the fireworks up in the sky.
Your stomach is twisting, and the butterflies aren't there. Instead, what happened was your organs became cotton candies and floated and you think it isn't long before you actually start flying as well and not just your insides.
"So, does that mean you accept my uh, deal from earlier?"
"deal?" he tilts his head, confused. But when he takes a second to recall the previous events, he makes a sound of acknowledgement. "Oh, that one."
You nod and look at him expectantly, all the while, Chigiri hums, pretending to be in thought. "Alright, I accept your deal, dearest gold digger." he snickers, and you groan at the nickname.
"That's so unromantic! Do better, boo!" you trashed on his choice of pet name, and it prods a laugh out of him (it was hot. Not like you'd ever admit to that though.) "And besides, it's just this one time! And I'll pay you back when I receive my pay!"
"Sure sure." he nods his head unenthusiastically, as if unbelieving. "Just make sure you don't spend it on the dumb keychains and toys like this time. Goodness, buying a cooking set for kids? What are you, a child?" he teases.
You stomp on your feet and lightly smack his arm "Leave me be, those are fun okay? You should try them too sometime!" you groaned, "And yes yes, I promise you that alright. Now stop bothering me about it!"
Chigiri chuckles one more time, and you stare (intensely), trying to capture the breathtaking sight that is Chigiri laughing without a care in the world.
Pretty little bastard—how dare he capture your heart and make you down bad for him?
