This book is genuinely one of the most interesting and engaging history books i’ve every read. I’m only on the 2nd section but i’ve learnt so much! It’s really accessible and easy to read so if you’ve ever been put off reading academic books because of language and writing style, that shouldn’t be an issue. It’s also super funny at times!
