Nunney Castle is a medieval castle at Nunney in the English county of Somerset. Built in the late 14th century by Sir John Delamare on the profits of his involvement in the Hundred Years' War, the moated castle's architectural style, possibly influenced by the design of French castles, has provoked considerable academic debate. Remodelled during the late 16th century, Nunney Castle was damaged during the English Civil War and is now ruined.

English Heritage maintains the site as a tourist attraction. The architectural historian Nikolaus Pevsner has described Nunney as "aesthetically the most impressive castle in Somerset."

‘Nunney Town’ was born during a period when Tom would run from his hometown, Frome, to a little village a few miles south called Nunney. Over time, he witnessed the seasons change and noticed that life is in a constant state of flux and that beauty and pain, in all their forms, are fleeting. No matter how much you suffer now, life will come back around, and you'll be sure to see "the shoots in the ground". You can almost smell the West Country air, as they take you 'on this road to Nunney Town.'

Uzmanlar boy uzunluğunun kansere yakalanma riskiyle bağlantılı olduğunu ifade ediyor. 🔎Yapılan araştırmalar sonucu kadın ve erkek boy ortalamalarının üzerindeki her 10 cm artış kanser riskinnin artması anlamına geliyor. ✒️Rapor yazarı Dr Leonard Nunney, bir kişinin kanser riski faktörünün tam olarak boyuna bağlı olduğunu söyledi. "Ortalama boylu olan kişilerin kansere yakalanma oranı 0,1 iken 178 cm boyundaki kadınların kansere yakalanma oranının 0,12 olması beklenir. Çok uzun bir kadını düşünürseniz, örneğin 188 cm boylarında, o zaman bu rakam 0,134 olacaktır " 🚭"Sigara içmenin kansere etkisi çok daha büyüktür. Günde 1 adet sigara içen biri bile akciğer kanseri riskinde altı kat daha büyük bir risk altında olacaktır."
