denki: just don't. People like to think he listens to electro edm pop but oh no. Nope, it's just like him, annoying high pitched and fast- bluegrass. He absolutely jams to that, he thinks it itches something deep down inside. Song: rocky top- the Osborne brothers

Kirishima: it's a gamble, but no matter what it's gonna be good. There are like 3 main options: r&b type funk like slow and groovy, Taylor swift-1989-bashful and sassy pop, and you know damn well he works out to 80's hard rock. Songs: you got it- vedo, new romantics- t swizzle, ace of spades - mötley crew

Bakugo: angry female country songs about murdering cheating husbands. It sounds really specific but it's a pretty big genre and i dunno i see it. Or he listens to things like SZA and doja cat, like studying to good days or cooking to need to know. Songs: before he cheats- Carrie underwood, mamas broken heart- Miranda Lambert, good days- SZA, need to know- doja cat, kiss me more- SZA and doja cat

Midoriya: let's be so real- bro probably still listens to old imagine dragons like radioactive, believer, thunder, you know it. I feel like his music taste is stuck in that era until he starts maturing into slower, sadder songs. Think Lana del rey, Bruno major, Mac Demarco. Songs: heart to heart- Mac Demarco, happiness is a butterfly- Lana del rey, at seventeen- Janis ian

Todoroki: he listens to sad music mostly but he also likes softer sweet songs too- like i dunno how to describe it so here are songs: cover me up- Morgan Wallen, only about love- grentperez, double take- Dhruv, yes to heaven- Lana del Rey, drunk walk home- mitski

sero: all i can think of is like late 90s early 2000s club and pop, I'm talkin Gwen Stefani, Kesha, Rhianna, lady gaga, hell yeah. Tbh i don't feel like i need to add specific songs, like look up a y2k club playlist and that's essentially it.

My Hero Academia Request List

Here’s a list of all of the requests I’ve received in my inbox for My Hero Academia characters as of now! Because my WIP list only highlights the works I’m actively working on at the moment, I decided to create this list for you guys to know if your request has been received! I’ll try to update this list as often as I can to reflect my requests as accurately as possible, and your request will eventually get written as long as it’s on this list, even if it’s not on my WIP list at the moment!

These requests are organized by what kind of request they are, and among these categories, they will be listed from oldest at the top to the most recent at the bottom. This means that requests from before my hiatus are at the very top and will be bolded to show that they’re pre-hiatus requests. But while I usually do my requests in the order I received them, requests received before my hiatus are lower priority for me right now, so while I am working through those as well, requests from after I came back from my hiatus this year (AKA the ones that aren’t bolded) will be moving at a faster pace! "Southern Belle" kirishima pt.1

an: ok so i was raised southern and I'm a country girl (no not THAT kind of country girl- no homophobia or any of that shit) but i realized with every self insert fanfic or one-shot I've read never had any of that in it. So I'm changing that!

He had met you at a farmers market, cus you know our boy shops local and loves making friends. Usually, once or twice a week, you take your spare veggies that you can't eat by yourself and sell them, this week you had far too many hull peas come up so you set up shop. It had been pretty good today, hull peas can be eaten but a lot of people use them as seeds for the fall season. Seeing as it was the butt end of October, people were taking all they could get, but don't get it twisted, you had other stuff. You always had way too much corn and tomatoes left over at the end of the week, you could only eat so much of the same stuff over and over.

A lot was sold, but there was still enough for another day so you kept the sign up as you packed up. The sun was setting and other vendors carried their products off, waving and bidding you a good night.

"Jeez, almost sold out of those purple things?" You heard a kind voice after setting a box of tomatoes in your trunk. "The hull peas? Nah I got way more at home, tryna get 'em gone b'fore they rot". He took a couple in his hand and grabbed a small plastic bag from the stall you were closing up. "How much for five?" you looked up, praying to God he wasn't gonna use his card. "Two fifty, but I'm only takin cash right now, my card reader is already packed up. I'll be here tomorrow mornin' if cards all ya got" "Oh- I got a five, you can keep the change." You looked at him for a second, you could use that for a moon pie on the way home- why not. "Alright, sounds good", he hands you the five and smiles. Shoot- he's pretty, "my name's y/n, I'll be here tomorrow if ya need anythin' else" "haven't had fresh corn in a while, the canned stuff is getting expensive too, could you same me some? Same time tomorrow night?" Oh Lord. "How many you want?" "2 or 3, probably cook some for supper and save the rest" "seeya then" you smiled and closed your trunk.

The sun was gone and the fireflies were out and about in the garden. You pulled into the drive and unpacked for the night. The farm dogs buzzed around your feet as you carried everything in, trying not to trip. The night was normal, some supper, feeding the dogs and a good night's sleep all by 9 o'clock. But he was on your mind, no one around here had bright hair like his, you'd never seen him before and this was no tourist stop, you lived in rural-small-town-middle-of-nowhere, so maybe he was kin to someone round here. You weren't sure, but he was definitely a city boy, the kind of boy your grandpa would call a city-slicker, but you were curious nonetheless.

"Southern belle" Bakugo pt.1

"Go 'n get lost lil shit," you shooed away a horse fly, though it cant understand you, the anger comes across. Barn chores were awful in your opinion, waking up to work until dawn in piles of hay and manure- not your style. But you also knew it had to be done, responsibilities are important. It was just barely 5:30 and you needed to be done with the cattle's feeding troughs by 6, good time this morning. You threw hay bales one by one out of the barn to the gate, then to the troughs, usually you'd load up the bed of your truck and make your rounds of the pastures but you really needed to save gas.

The last trough was filled just as the sun started shimmering on the frosted grass. Sitting on the pasture gate, you breathed for a bit. The cattle were taken care of for the day, part of her wanted to wait for it to warm up a little to go down to the creek and swim. Maybe.

You pushed your boots off by the door and walked into the warm kitchen, the smell of coffee greeting you sweetly. Oh the beauty of automatic coffee machines. You poured a cup, fixed it up how you like and sat down for a while.

It had gotten far warmer outside, and you had put on your bathing suit and a loose button up as a coverup, a towel over your arm. You had been going to the creek ever since you were little and its never changed. The path was simple, down the gravel road, past the gate and into the woods. You knew which trees to turn at and which rocks to follow, and to keep your eyes down for snakes.

Something shines in the leaves, probably a beer can, you go to knock the leaves off with a stick but its not a can. Its a shotgun shell, and its warm. It wasn't safe to be here if someone was shooting hunting or whatever. "HEY DONT SHOOT ME I AIN'T A DEER" you yelled out before moving. Just running could've sounded like an animal running and gotten you shot, just yell until you see them. "FUCKIN LOOK LIKE ONE, DUMB DOE EYES" they yelled back, above you. There was blonde hair poking out of a camo hunting post. You waved up, "JUST DONT SHOOT, ILL GET OUTTA YOUR WAY". They got out of their post and started climbing down, leaving their rifle up there. "Where's your fuckin clothes? this is a forest, snakes and bugs will eat you alive- god you're incompetent" "I've lived here my whole life and never seen you before, this is my land. You're trespassing." He tensed up a little at that, pulling down his camo collar. "My uncle said I could shoot over here, said his friend wouldn't mind if I used her post-" "Who told you that huh?" Your patience was growing thin at his bratty explanation. "John. John Whitney." He was standing his ground. You thought for a moment on what to do, pulling out your phone to call John yourself and explain the situation. "Get your shit down, you're leaving." You hung up the phone and told him straight. He clenched his jaw and spat out curses. He couldn't do anything to you, you had more power and he knew he was in the wrong, but he was still pissed as all hell. Coming back down the ladder, he watched you walk farther down the path. "The fuck you goin doe eyes?" He spat. "Were goin to the creek, John wants me lookin after you until he can come get ya. You really don't have a license?" You chuckled out. "Don't need it when you're famous in the city" "Oh, so you're famous? I never saw ya before" "That's why I'm here, John's an uncle on my dad's side, no one knows me here. paparazzi's fuckin awful I can't take it." he kicked a rock as he walked, he was being genuine. Maybe it was because he was so detached from his hero life right now, maybe it was because you didn't know him, maybe this was a clean slate for him. He liked that, a clean slate.

The water was glistening with sunlight and shade from the trees. You walked into the water, minnows swimming as far as the eye can see. He sat on a small cliff on the edge of the creek, staring at the small fishes. "you really don't know who I am?" he muttered. "I know I'm sick of you callin' me doe eyes and you've got some nerve" you snarked back. He laughed a little, "better lose that attitude doe eyes- just tell me your damn name if you hate doe eyes so much". "Y/n, tell me yours or else I'm just gonna call you jackass", you waded over to his side of the creek, putting your arms on the rock he sat on. "Bakugo. ring any bells?" He was curious now. "nah, I live under a damn rock. I don't care much for that big city drama, 'specially not heroes" You grinned at him, and to your surprise he grinned right on back. It was quiet for a little bit, a comfortable silence, both trying to analyze the other. He tried to memorize everything he saw of you, to recognize you anywhere. The tiniest twinge of fear pinched at him that he would never see you again after this. You felt the same thing, a little bit hoping he would come around again.

John's truck pulled out of the gate, waving at you, still apologizing. You watched them drive down the dirt road, dust billowing behind them as you walked the opposite way home. You need to see him again, you needed to get to know him. Something was pulling you in and you knew it was pulling him too. God he was magnetic.
