Steve Rude presents Shazzan the genie and his younger masters, Chuck and Nancy, who are riding their magical camel Kaboobie.  Shazzan was a short-lived Saturday morning cartoon that ran 18 episodes from September 1967 to January 1968.

Chuck and Nancy did not rub a bottle to release the genie.  Instead they joined together rings they wore and shouted "Shazzan!” (which very much sounds like some other character’s magic word).

A few years later Ultraman Ace used a similar gimmick, at least for the first half of the series, when Seiji and Yuko had to join their rings to transform into Ace.

Free, who can change shape like water, Coil, which stretches like a spring, and Mike, who can transform himself into multiple bodies... In any situation, he was able to overcome any predicament with one of these three abilities. Which country's intelligence agents were they?

Hanna-Barbera also has much fantastic anime such as "Wacky Races", "Groovie Goolies", and " Shazzan", and I enjoyed them across borders.
